Hypnos beds are very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities. Very clean. Quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location near shops.

Apart from fire alarm going off at 1.10am last time I stayed here, no complaints so far!

Amazing hotel, friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful location. The toilet seat in my room was loose I asked the polite receptionist and the kind, polite maintenance man had fixed it for us.

Good breakfast. Clean. Tidy. Nice staff. Lost a hat and was found. Clean room cleaner. Restaurant dinner menu was a bit sad though. But all in all is good *Update* recently visited hotel again. Still as staff working there. Friendly and all. But breakfast manner had changed. It is no longer buffet, but you order what you want instead. Slightly cumbersome since you gotta wait. I was hoping to have a quick breakfast as I've got a meeting that morning. I had to wait for my order which made me late to the meeting. Lastly, the shower was clogged. Disappointing. Dropped stars from 4 to 2

Non residents — we went for breakfast 10am Sunday 5th March. Greeted by Martin (front of house) who couldn't have been more helpful. Jack (the chef) gave a wonderful personal touch by speaking to all the individual tables. A lovely breakfast, lovely service and fantastic staff. Will definitely go again.

Nice clean room and public areas. Menu for restaurant very poor. Thank goodness for local eateries. But what bright spark came up with the idea of putting reception on the top floor. Ridiculous.

Not a bad hotel really except that the duvet feels like it's trying to cook you and the towels feel like you're trying to dry yourself with printer paper. All that said, the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The car park was expensive £10 a day. The breakfast bar was slow not replaced to coincide with the rest of the food. The staff were very polite and helpful. Shops in the vicinity and good places to eat within walking distance.

Premier Inn Kidderminster is a very clean & tidy hotel with really friendly staff, I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and I will be back again at some point in the future.

I stayed here for a couple of nights for work this week. As my meeting had been cancelled on the Wednesday the staff very kindly agreed that I could work in the restaurant all day. They set me up with a table that had plug sockets and were very attentive throughout the day making sure I was ok and asking if I wanted drinks. The room was really comfy… you know what you're getting at a Premier Inn. Thank you so much to you all for making my time away for work relaxed and enjoyable.

Staff were re ally friendly, breakfast was great, dinner menu very limited.

Clean, quiet and helpful staff after that I've nothing good to say. Heating is broken, even set at the highest temperature it still pumps out cold air, fine if it was in the med but this hotel is in the midlands during the coldest August in history. Bed much too hard, I awoke early in the morning in so much discomfort I had no option but to get up. Lift broke on the first morning and I had to force the door open to get out. I think they must want everyone to pay £10 per day for the premium Wi-Fi because the standard free Wi-Fi was hopeless, I had to switch Wi-Fi off and use mobile data just to get a local goggle map.

Good service and food. Only disappointment was that one of the beds has a mattress so hard that you could feel the springs. Improve this and it will be a five star all the way.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly.

I stayed here with my other half Saturday night after a long travel from Kent to see my family and have to say I honestly did get the best nights sleep I've had with him in 5 months! Bed was incredibly comfortable and could not hear anyone at all in the rooms either side or even outside!
The breakfast was well worth the money.
Drinks at the bar were rather cheap compared to what other hotels charge and the staff were helpful and very friendly. Me and my other half have said we will definately be staying there again on our next visit to Kidderminster.

We booked lots of rooms for the family for 2 nights as our daughter was getting married. One of the rooms needed to be disabled, when taking my sister to her room the shower was over a bath with grab rails. As she is unable to lift her legs we questioned the validity of this being disabled room. They no other Romsey so as ours had a shower we swapped. Our daughter had a family room and the girls ended in the bed as the single ones were so hard they were unable to sleep. Then the lifts broke on the morning of our departure and we were stranded with my disabled sister on the 4th floor. We walked down and she waited for them to be fixed which took along time.

Staff excellent, room excellent (disabled facility wet room great). Extremely quiet overall although joining room could be better sound proofed. Clean and food good. Excellent value. Parking for blue badge holders free.

Clean and a bit above average sized rooms. Cleanliness is remarkable, TV is definitely tiny by today's standards, Wi-Fi could be better. Breakfast is handy and great for the cost. TL;DR — I recommend it highly for 1-3 nights.

Typical Premier Inn, clean and predictable layout, it works for me. For me it needs bigger televisions and the Internet would be nicer if it ran faster and was included in the room price, it's free for the basic speed and that's better than some competitors. Strangely, reception is on the top floor, not terrible but a bit of a pain when you're leaving. Parking isn't free so you can add £10 for you're overnight stay. As the parking area is used by many big retailers, actually getting a space near the hotel is potentially tricky.

You got to pay for parking (Bad Start), evening food menu absolutely shocking, nothing on it, I can see why they don't do the meal deal, breakfast was supposed to start 06:30, chef still cooking the first lot of food to go in buffet trays. (No good if you're in a rush). Room clean and tidy and usual comfy bed. Would I stay there again… No.

A good well placed premier Inn Standard as expected nice food across the road. Good staff and service.

Overnight with kids… great service from the staff. Room was reasonable, though could be a bit cleaner. Good value for money though and a fantastic breakfast.

Generous size guest room. Staff were above and beyond lovely. My only criticism is that the room needed a good hoover around the skirting. The general cleanliness was fine. Although parking has to be paid for, there is no charge between 1830 and 0800 and any hours paid carry forward, so it only cost around £1.50 to park overnight. Evening menu is very limited but there are alternatives close by. Breakfast is to the usual Premier Inn standard.

Great town centre location, good size rooms and friendly staff, only down side, car parking is pay and display but free after 6.30pm till 8am.

Fantastic setting, in a converted former mill, the menu in the small restaurant is quite limited, but tasty nonetheless. As usual with Premier Inn, the whole place is very quiet and so you are pretty much guaranteed a good night's sleep!

Rustic and very very relaxing, haven't had a good night's sleep like that in mind that! Breakfast was a tad expensive (£8.00 PP) but there was a decent selection and it's was buffet styled.

Well situated hotel to the town, but although within a retail type complex, not so easy to find, especially with the sat nav taking you to the Tesco car park, behind the hotel. Service was good, food was also as expected standard premier inn, room was clean and equipped. Was not however, overly impressed with the "public toilet" style toilet paper dispenser, I. E. Individual sheet pull outs, and under lock and key — unfortunately a cost saving measure which now spoils the guest experience. A shame that Wi-Fi is chargeable, surely a revenue generator which could be inclusive in the room cost to all rooms at a lower rate, rather than for just those who want it? I would, having said all this, stay again as I felt it was clean, comfortable, cheerful and warm.

No complaints, staff were great, room was comfortable and breakfast was good, will stay again.

Straightforward, chain hotel accommodation. Clean, tidy and comfortable. All in all, good value, handy for the center of Kiddy and shopping.

Good Premier Inn, quite a new fitout with aircon in rooms so comfy when hot. Located in town with parking out front. It's paid but free from 6pm — 8am. Walking to a number of restaurants and shops including M&S if you want to just get food for room. It's set over 4 floors and the lift is painfully slow. Reception and restaurant is on 4th floor with usual friendly Prem Inn staff.

Great hotel, not easy to find the car park, but the rooms and breakfasts were excellent.

Excellent value for money, great staff and comfortable rooms. Will be staying here again next time we visit from Canada.
