Not as bad as other reviews may suggest.

Excellent customer service.

This is by far the worst place I have been my entire life. The whole hotel is falling apart, you can smell mold everywhere and they price themselves around the usual hotel. Cherry on top? The picture with food is breakfast served to the whole hotel of circa 40 people. And thats not even the best thing — see the milk on the picture? Ive left it in my room while fleeing the hotel in disgust and Ive found it on a breakfast table when I went back to take the picture. Meaning — they serve people room leftovers! Oh, and they tried to scam me while checking out. Choose wisely, cause its either self-respect and dignity or staying there.

No receptionist at desk. Unable to locate any staff.

Truly terrible the blinds in our room where broke so people can look in the room and we where on the ground floor, supplied tea bags with no kettle and the telly didn't even work. It's actually £80 a night on a walk in for a single room, the room was filthy, the staff where extremely rude and blamed us for not coming down and complaining, we where there for one night and it was a night of hell never will I ever stay there again.

I do not like to destroy from behind the keyboard the hard work of who everyday is splitting his back, and I do reviews only when it is very positive or when on the contrary the experience was bad and of which other travelers should be advised.
We start from the good things: it was the 8th evening of an evening at the edge of the desperate and this hotel for 30 pound gave me a single room with well functioning Wi-Fi. The Italian guy at the front desk was polite and professional.
Downsides: It's a dump (sorry but it must be said) and I am one who has traveled everywhere and with all budgets, but this is the worst structure of even the ones I found in Thailand. It is in a "dodgy" part of the city, although being Bournemouth small, a few minutes walk will get you downtown. Around and inside the structure shady and ambiguous characters. The hotel I think is one of these places at hours for the local "pink mouths" (of course personal opinion: A couple who looked anything but sweethearts were checking out when I arrived at 11am at night… who does the check out at 11am… and Daje). The hotel seemed made to mail to be as shabby as possible, it's kind of the exaggeration of the trash: dirty, stinky, dingy.

Very disappointed in this hotel for the money they charge per room it was disgraceful dirty bed sheets mold everywhere in the room and dodgy electrics through out the hotel.

Really nice Room and the service are just very good.

I stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend, We had a problem with the Wi-Fi in the first day but the reception was more than happy to sort it directly after we complained! The room was perfect from inside, clean and tidy, the reception was clean but looks old, prices is acceptable The staff was more than good and helpful I enjoyed bournemouth in general.

Horrible place wouldn't send my dog there very dirty smelly breakfast was a toaster and a cup of tea you had to do yourself shouldn't even be called a hotel it's a hostel for the homeless.
