I have just come back from a weekend away with my fiance Laura and we stayed at The Montana. I have to admit it was really good, tidy rooms, clean, tidy and spacious. Hannah was chatty and really nice and the breakfast over the two days was really nice :) we are already planning our second trip to stay at the Montana again. Thank you Hannah…

Just spent a few days at this lovely little hotel.
Great breakfast and such a welcoming atmosphere. Even with a difficult situation, (covid) it was still a relaxing and friendly stay.

We have just got home from a 5 day break in Torquay! We stayed in The gorgeous Montana. We was made to feel extremely safe during these crazy times. The rooms and the whole B&B is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was yummy and very well managed to help maintain social distancing. The owners are very accommodating.
The B&B is located in a great spot and only a short walk away from all the beautiful scenes and activities that Torquay has to offer.
We look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a great few days at this hotel, it was immaculate, very friendly hosts Hannah and William, nothing was too much trouble fab breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this lovely place. Defiantely stay there again, easy parking and very close to beach. Thanks for your hospitality.

Stayed here after being told how wonderful it was by my family. Stayed for 4 nights. The room is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty the lots off choice all cooked fresh. Would stay again with out looking at any other place.

Just back from a few days Easter break at The Montana. We booked this little gem mainly based on the reviews. Totally deserved all the 5star comments. Hannah and Will are perfect hosts. Friendly, efficient and welcoming. Great communications right up until arrival. The hotel itself is spotless, modern and has that boutique feel. Great location too. Parking can be a little tricky but that’s not unusual in a busy resort town. There are various spaces in surrounding streets however. The bedroom. We stayed in Room 5. We were the first to use the newly renovated ensuite. Beautiful quality towels and toiletries. The bed was so comfortable with beautiful bed linen. Great hospitality tray. Strong free Wi-fi signal. Also a great high power usb multi charger. We were thrilled that we could quickly and easily charge both of our iPads and phones. Now for the breakfast. Just simply the best we have had ANYWHERE. We are a well travelled couple and have stayed in many top hotels, cruise ships, B&Bs within UK and overseas. The Montana breakfast beats every single one. Locally sourced ingredients and a varied selection. It’s simply first class. Everything about The Montana screams quality. We will be back and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area. The Montana Is a lovely B&B ran by Hannah and her husband. Hannah is friendly helpful and the front of house host. Whilst her husband keeps a low profile but when needed is there right away. Hotel is located in a great part of Torquay 2 minutes walk to the Rivera beach. 10 mins stroll to the town centre using the back road. The breakfast is the best I have had in Torquay having stayed in a few B&B's previously. I would recommend this as a great place to stay and explore from excellent value for money Mark.

Wonderful family run guest house. Friendly and inviting. Sparklingly clean and good full English breakfast — what more could be asked of a superbly located b&b!

We stayed here the weekend just gone, what a lovely couple who run it, the place is lovely & the rooms were beautiful, hannah really welcomed us & she even let my son have breakfast with us on Monday as he lives in Torquay, the breakfast was lovely, we will definitely be going back, 10 out of 10

A beautiful place to stay stayed here for four nights Hannah and will we're perfect hosts always willing to help great at accommodating for young children too nothing is too much breakfast was the best a great atmosphere and a most pleasant stay thank you Hannah and will for our stay you have a lovely guest house and will return.

Accidentally left the wrong rating a little while ago. Lovely hosts, yummy breakfasts and impeccably clean. We won't stay anywhere else other than The Montana when we are in Devon. Thank you Hannah and Will for your hospitality.

Picobello B&B! Perfectly clean, nice people, good and clean shower, good bed, breakfast with a fresh fruit salad (not the stuff from a can! ), yogurt, cereals, muesli, … anything you expect! Good and real coffee! Walking distance to the beach. Would love to come back here!

Lovely place with a great location to explore Torquay. The staff genuinely care about their guests and is lovely. I recommend to anyone visiting Torquay.

What a lovely B&B. Owners: Hannah and William were absolutely lovely and put their whole heart into running a spotless, comfortable and exceedingly friendly establishment in the 5 months since they took over management. We slept really well and breakfast was delicious. Very well situated for Torquay harbour front and shops. For fish and chips try grandpa Nichol's £3 cod supper 2 mins up the road. We are used to 5 star hotels. Would highly recommend the Montana… If only for the wonderful hosts.

Stayed on a Saturday night and couldn't of been more welcome. Hannah and William were really friendly. (Must of been good as I never usually remember names! ) Had a helpful text and an email before our stay regarding parking and pre-warning us of a big event in the area. Breakfast was superb with everything you needed to start the day and a nice big pot of tea :-) Considering they have only owned the Hotel for four weeks, they seemed like naturals. We will certainly be hoping to visit again soon after they have completed their revamp.
