Very nicely priced, lovely stuff, excellent breakfast (ordered from kitchen, so lovely & warm). An older Premier inn, but still a good one.

Very friendly staff, rooms are the norm as in every premier inn, The only let down was the restaurant bit dark and gloomy could do with brightening up.

Dirty bathrooms. Breakfast was horrendous. Staff were minimal but very helpful. Was offered a refund via a feedback card and web site. Never received. Never acknowledged.

Sleep in a premier Inn at least once a week so have gotten used to the standards of the beds, always the same and as of yet I've not had a bad night's sleep. The hotel hasn't been part of the modernisation role out that I've come to love but the room was big and the area was quiet which meant for a good sleep. The adjacent restaurant wasn't to the standard of some of the other hotels and the quality of the cooked breakfast was a little poor. As always the staff was helpful with the lady at the reception walking myself and my colleague to our room as it was a bit of a labyrinth like hotel. Won't mind staying here again.

My family & I come to Carlisle regular, it's because of Bitts park my son likes, well we all do. We book the same premier inn & the staff are just excellent, a 5star from me.

The facilities are good, as you'd expect with a Premier Inn. Attached Pub is friendly.

The rooms need updating but the attached pub and restaurant are great. My favourite of the carlisle premiers.

The rooms are very basic and the TV was old and marked. Food however was great apart from the steak.

Great place to stay en route to Scotland. Comfortable friendly hotel.

Nice helpful staff rooms are always clean and beds are mass.

Staff are kind and helpful and as always with Premier Inn the rooms are comfy and clean but the whole hotel could do with modernising and a lick of paint.

Nice location but hotel is lookijg a bit tired. No a/c in room but being winter didnt matter. Might be an issue in the summer. Tv very small!

Room was clean but smelled musty and was dated. Attached pub which was the only place to eat without driving was terrible. Staff were not helpful, no utensils on the tables, had to ask for them, salt and pepper shakers were empty not only on our table but the three others we tried. Had to send breakfast back twice to get the right eggs that I ordered and when I got them they were cold and rest of meal was luke warm. One pot of coffee for approx 30 customers, ran out and never replaced. Would sleep in my car before I went back to this place.

Stayed here for a 3 night weekend break. The staff are exceptional and will do their utmost to help. My husband recently had a knee replacement and is on crutches, upon arrival the lady receptionist changed our room as it was upstairs and gave us a groundfloor room. She was so helpful and kind, any company is lucky to have her as an employee. The Flaming grill attached to this premier inn has nice food and again helpful and polite staff. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cheap and cheerful. Food poor. Only good things were a comfy bed and a good pint at the bar.

Had lovely American style burgers, really nice and tasty.

Stayed here last week with work, friendly and helpfull staff, food was good value for money! And like to say a big thankyou for posting my phone charger out which I left behind.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, this time we had a fan in our room and great location to stay Staff as always friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely nights sleep here. Only problem I had was trying to climb over the bath to have a shower. As I'm not very good on my legs. But u must state it would be better just to have walk in showers in all the rooms.

Shocking service didnt have certain food on menu. Waited a hour for main n then another hour for the sweet and bar service was to slow. Very dissapointing. Never goin back and this is generous feedback.

Rooms always clean and spacious, food and drink at the Gosling Bridge pub cheap and tasty. Jodi on reception was lovely and gave us a card and bottle of prosecco (her own) on hearing it was our wedding anniversary. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very dissapointed with the pub. I asked for fish and chips. Didnt have any. So then I asked for steak and ale pie. Had none of that either. Ended up driving in my van for fish and chips.

It is just like any other premier Inn, basic rooms but clean and have comfy beds, always get a good night sleep on them. Staff (not many) were friendly enough, it has an eatery next door to it but never got a chance to try the food.

Stayed in room 21, took a bit of a trip to locate as sign at the door in the corridor indicates to carry of rather than go through the door, room was great but the bathroom looked a bit worn, all in all great value for money.

Reasonably priced a bit larger than many in the group. Consistent quality.

Clean room, friendly staff — amazing bed. The location on one of the main roads, but a little away from the road so it's not too loud, is also quite good. Other than the bed, the room feels a bit dated.

The rooms are like any other Premier Inn, and the staff ver professional, however the corridors and carpets are starting to look very worn. A refutation and redecoration us long overdue.

Good hotel, no frills, does the job when you need a place to stay for a night or two.

Good service particularly the house keeping by MARY. She definitely deserve a big bonus.
