Very nice place to stay. I happened to stay for business meetings. Spacious rooms, very helpful staff, modern and quality facilities. The view of creek and ambience of atrium is impressive. Gym was good and swimming pool was ok. Meeting room chairs weren't comfortable but very basic. Food was good. Live piano music is good.

Beautiful 5 star Hotel With Excellent services. Staff are very friendly, very good service. I will give 10 out of 10. Will recommend to friends and family. Definitely coming back to this hotel again.

For a hotel of the Hyett chain in Dubai actually something disappointing. The hotel looks beautiful. Rooms modern but not exceptional. Although I wanted a non-smoking room stank the room after cigarettes. That there is such a thing still today pool rather small and inconspicuous.

My lovely five days of stay in Dubai… Great staff. Lovely rooms… beautiful lobby. Lavish breakfast buffet… Kids room was fun… and so were the pools. Not to forget the beautifully equipped gym!

Not a great experience staying here for 2 nights. Whilst they are performing works on the 34th floor, don’t expect to get any rest. 3 calls to reception at 7:15 in the morning did not stop the noise, despite promises that it would. It also means that the rooftop bar and club lounge is not accessible, which was not communicated when we booked. How did they remedy the situation? More promises that next time it will be as expected. There won’t be a next time unfortunately. Overall the hotel is nice, and on the plus side the gym is one of the best I’ve been to. The pool is also great. There are a lot of good hotels in Dubai and next time we will chose somewhere else.

Good place for travelers. Do not get pick and drop to and from airport by hotel it's very expressive. Take a taxi which is easily available at airport and at hotel parking. It's very economical. Today June 3rd I have a very bad experience when I checked in hotel. In bathroom only hot water was supply. No cold water for bath. Good experience for Sohur.

Very nice hotel, free valet parking, good breakfast and large rooms. However, the condition of the bath, at least in our room, is not worth five stars (dirty tiles — and silicone joints, broken soap dish…), the bathroom made an older impression than the year of construction of the hotel, 2015. But maybe an isolated case and not really disturbing…

This is a luxury hotel. Nothing is left to chance. Cared for in detail for the maximum satisfaction of the guests. The lobby is superb with the presence of a pianist who brightens up the guests during the different hours of the day. The rooms are of a high level of comfort, cleanliness and amenities. On the second floor there is the pool area and spa. The pool is outdoor heated. Also in the pool area there is a large whirlpool. In the spa there is nothing missing, from the huge and comfortable changing rooms, to the sauna, the Turkish bath, the thermal path, to the massage rooms. Always on the same floor a huge gym divided into 5 areas: all the equipment (mainly Technogym) are very recent and above all functional (possible to have the assistance of a personal trainer). On the ground floor there are 2 restaurants (including one Mexican) as well as a bar. Breakfast served from 6.30 is superb: nothing is missing. On the 35 floor there is a terrace with bar for a wonderful evening meeting.

The apartment room was very modern and large furnished.
The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of international dishes.

A really nice hotel with great views and lovely buffet breakfast. Good restaurants. Close to the metro which is lucky as there is not much else in the vicinity (Healthcare City) other than a couple of eateries down the road and Starbucks around the corner.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Night view at 34th floor gives a wonderful view of Dubai. No shopping complex around which is a negative point. Even to get some basic amenities, we have to hire out a taxi to get the stuffs.

I stayed at the residences. A very pleasant experience! I love their family (kids) friendly setup. Would diff come back!

Great design and full kitchen.

Great hotel rooms are perfectly clean and well equipped. Most important thing is ofcourse the bedroom… Can close off the windows with big blinds to make it really dark and quiet. And getting in a nice clean bed makes you instantly sleepy.

Stayed for a week. Had a terrible experience. The hotel is new and staff seems to be inexperienced and unable to manage it properly. Doesn’t do justice to the brand name of Hyatt Regency. I expected much more from it. Service is terrible especially the house keeping. It is not only slow, they seem to be miser is giving amenities and toiletries. Replacing soaps in washroom, a norm in hotels of such calibre, has to be requested. Restaurants and quality of food is below average. Never again.

The hotel location is perfect for travellers as the metro station is located nearby which is a 5 minutes walk. The service is slow and the staff is not responsive. Personally I have been charged twice on my card for one night stay, and even after reporting the issue at the check in time, there has been no response. The rooms are clean and tidy and the hotel also offers complimentary mini bar (non alcoholic beverages) along with the stay. Building structure looks beautiful. The hotel top gives you a good view of the Creek. However on account of poor response I only give it 4 star.

Excellent Hotel for a good price. Nice quiet rooms, wonderfull breakfast, fantastic service. We enjoy the diner around the pool.

Very welcome and spacious entrance and lobby. Staff are friendly including room service. Great for the family, and there is a kids club where the children can have some fun coloring and playing with the toys in the room. The hotel is also near the children city park, kids will love it.

Excellent stay. The room service was delicious! Large rooms, great view. The spa, oh the spa! Plus Authentic Mexican restaurant. Will be back!

A great hotel away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible. Very nice modern rooms in top amenities. The highlight is the Rooftop Bar on the 34th floor, from which you have a great view over the whole city.

Great place, The Deluxe room is large and the washroom is well equipped. Swimming pool small but the kids loved it. The market 24 is also convenient for quick shopping.

At first I went to check in at the hotel. But they told me I was booked at the residence. There's a huge difference in There were guests sitting in everything between the hotel and the residence. They're connected by a corridor but this corridor seemed to take me to another world! Guests sitting eating pizza at the lobby! Other guests shouting at a receptionist! The elevator was dirty including its walls The room is surprisingly large and very clean though. The staff is friendly and quick. But they made two mistakes while checking me in; including giving me a room that was already occupied (yep! You read I correctly: a couple was had just checked into the room before I innocently opened the door with the key! )

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay although the 3rd they when we tried to get up to our room we were stopped and asked what our room number is. It was a one off and left us feeling weird, still don't know what was that about.

Nice hotel and excellent friendly service! Great breakfast buffet and various restaurant's. It also has a nice bar at the top floor with a beautiful view of the skyline of Dubai. Especially the sunset is wonderful.

Hyatt was a totally new experience. The staff was very professional and ready to help in whatever capacity they can, even if they have to do it on an individual level. From door guy to the manager, everybody had their ethics right. Inside it's amazingly beautiful. There is a breakfast place at the ground level which was incredible, delicious food! Try turkey sandwich, the best I have had so far :) Overall the experience was amazing, the only thing I didn't like was the hotel lounge. The food was so so and the interiors were no match to rest of the hotel. Rest, I had a great time there! :)

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and excellent service associates. The interior decor and rooms facilities are nice for a normal 5 star property. There are two room views available one on Creek and one for City. Definitely recommend to book a Suite and ask for high floor upon check-in, so you can enjoy both of the magnificent views. Good sports facilities with a separate room for training classes. Sufra restaurant definitely recommended for a nice dinner or Friday brunch. The swimming pool is to small for the number of rooms of the hotel and would be a great idea for them to offer to use Grand Hyatt facilities for in-house guests, which is only feew minutes away. Loved the stay.

Beautiful lovely hotel. Large beautiful lounge. In all hotel good condition system, in hotel you feel comfortable. Rooms with beautiful views in city… room comfortable large. Very comfortable soft bed linen. Mini bar, water, chocolates compliment from hotel (free). If you have breakfast in 32 floor, it is be stunning Creak city said panoramic view. Breakfast very good, delicious and with good healthy meniu. Frech juices. Delicious perfect coffee.

The rooms are nice and quite big, but slightly dated. Internet connection is ridiculously slow and inconsistent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, gym is clean and equipped well enough​. Everything could use a refresh.

The buffet open from morning until 10pm is salvific… Not much of a location. Great Rooms.

Not the biggest rooms in Dubai but more than adequate. Staff was friendly and inviting. Price is on par with most hotels of this standard and would not hesitate to stay again if the prices are right.

We stayed here 2 nights! The hotel is very big and comfortable, rooms are clean, breakfast is tasty. Couldn't use the pool because of high work load, but I think it would be great, too.

I have stayed in both hotel room and apartments in this building. Staff are very friendly. They have a Mexican restaurant that allows smoking inside. They offer a great selection of tequila's. A good selection for breakfast including Chinese, Indian and Arabic. The lobby is beautiful. It's clean and child friendly although many different people stay and have meetings here. Alcohol is served in this hotel. Hotel guests have a jacuzzi and an outside non heated pool with outside swim up to bar. Apartment residents have a knife edge private heated out door pool. They have a bar on 34th floor and the view is absolutely stunning especially at night.

I called this hotel twice, first time the line just be hanged up, second time waiting for long time no reponses！

Very bad experience but unbiased and fair review What went wrong: — On arrival they didn’t accommodate our request to get a room in a specific floor next to the rest of our family with the excuse that the hotel was fully occupied (didn’t seem like it for me but I accepted and moved on) — Room smelled awful (sewage) and the A/C wasn’t cooling properly, I called once and twice to report the problem and after half an hour a security personal shows at my door with a spray bottle and cleaning cloth :) (must be kidding right) — I called again and asked for the hotel manager who mentioned they will exchange and upgrade my room…finally — I walk into my new upgraded room (accompanied by hotel staff) to find it already occupied…. Very embarrassing…someone was having room service dinner :) — Finally, after 2 hours of my initial check-in I got into a proper room and asked to see the hotel manager in person to complain but was told that he is busy with a tourist group and will get back to me later which never happened — When I went back to my room at night, I found a very humble fruit basket and an inexpensive-looking alcoholic beverage which is obviously their way of apologizing and they didn’t bother thinking what if he doesn’t drink…and I don’t drink!
