It was a disappointed stay. It is far from luxury. Flies in the lobby, torned towels at the swimming pool, sparking wine for 40 AED for a bottle in the executive lounge — that is all what you should know about luxury at this hotel.

Just fantastic! The staff are excellent — in fact perfect! A beautiful pool and amenities also! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at after traveling to over 100 countries!

Thank you Raffles for an amazing stay it is not just that the hotel room is amazing full of Arabic designs and architecture but your staff go beyond the call of duty. They are the most polite and helpful and courteous staff special mention to the head concierge Sahan who did everything possible to accommodate us, he is super helpful and knowledgeable and most of all you can tell he loves his job. He is an asset to the hotel.
We loved the food specially when we ordered room service. The barman Nic by the pool did the best Singapore sling (better than Raffles Singapore! ) We have ever had. This is our second visit here but we love the feeling of luxury and being pampered and looked after. A great place to call home in Dubai even for a few days.

Stunning hotel and superb service. Not to even mention the rather nice Singapore Slings. I've waited a long time to sample a proper Raffles one, and I was not disappointed. The library adds a touch of class.

Raffles is my favourite hotel of all times. They certainly know how to treat their customers. From the minute we checked in with Mila we were made to feel so very welcome. On arrival to our room we were greeted with a very special welcome message and a beautiful early birthday cake for my husband. Thank you Ega — our butler — you made our stay delightful. We must also thank the staff who made us feel so very welcome and pampered in the club lounge. Issa, William, Rachael and Matthew thank you for your service. You are all very special people.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, our comfort was their main priority. The food drinks service and views were top notch.

WOW! This hotel has exceeded my expectations! Everything from check-in to room service was excellent. The staff take customer service to the next level. Details like fresh fruit in our room on arrival as well as a welcome message from management didn't go by unseen. The breakfast was an extraordinary experience every morning. The rooms are beautiful too. Very close to the airport — you can taxi everywhere else. I'll be back!

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are amazing. They do everything possible to make you feel like you matter. The location is also great. It is close to the Burj and Dubai Mall, the Gold Souk and a short 30 minute drive away from the Marina. The hotel will set your entire trip up if you come unprepared like us. It’s connected to the Wafi Mall which has lots of restaurants if your stuck one night. Highly recommended!

Very Grand building shaped like a pyramid. Everything was outstanding from cleanliness, quality of food, friendliness of staff and professionalism.
It was a really a great place to relax. Their spa was like heaven for me. I loved everything the property had to offer.
Their beautiful spacious well designed and lit room. The butler service added quiet a sophisticated touch to my stay. Felt like royalty and was treated like… one.
A very well kept and maintained hotel with minimal wear and tear. A property fits an Egyptian Pharaoh. There are no words how wonderful this hotel is, you have to be there to experience it. Bravo to the Managment team for delivering an exceptional service to their guests.

Most of the time is not a crowded place. It is connected with the Wafi Mall, which has a lot of shopping options. Inside the lobby there is a coffee shop that is serving the tastiest masala tea that I ever had. The hotel is super clean, like most of the places in Dubai, staff is well trained and helpful. If you are a tourist that loves the water than you have to know that this hotel is quite far from the beach, however it ha a fairly big and beautiful pool.

Raffles Dubai has far surpassed my expectations. We only stayed at the hotel for one night, to break up a long journey back to the UK from South East Asia. We arrived at the hotel at 06.40 and we were provided an upgraded room by 7am, given the checkin time is 2pm, this made our stay a lot more comfortable. We have travelled the world and stayed at a lot of high end hotels, however Raffles Dubai could top the list for the standard of service. The service from all of the staff was outstanding, being addressed by name throughout the hotel, however I would give a special mention to Mohammad at breakfast and the guys around the pool. In my opinion, every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued and special. This will be our new hotel of choice in Dubai and I would highly recommend to others.

Good hotel with excellent food. Recommend strongly for functions weddings parties and other celebrations. They go the extra mile to make their guests comfortable. The food is of a high standard. Take care in buffets as a tendency to overlook the meaning s which get tough strongly and almost inedible.

Great choice of restaurants and a fine ambiance makes this a must visit. Conveniently connected to the wafi mall, it is a great stop after a long day of shopping, too. Make sure to check out the Italian restaurant, as it was named the best Italian in Dubai many times by timeout.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Centrally located between the DIFC and Diera. I had 5 coworkers stay here for two weeks and they enjoyed it. Liked the balcony in the rooms and the staff was accommodating to their needs.

I had a wonderful supper in Tomo, the japonese restaurant at 17th and last floor of the raffles hotel close to wafi mall. The view is astonishing, Dubai at night is a beauty. The food is also absolutely delicious and fresh. A little bit expensive though but the roof top definitely worth it!

Nice place. I didn't like their conference and meeting room services. The technology is old and very hard to find an electric source for you're phone or iPad. Their ground parking is pathetic. No proper signs. You'll take a good guess to find the exit after getting lost in a maze of conflicting signs. I'd replace the management and the lazy owner.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Dubai — their attention to detail is second to none, the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our suite was fabulous with a lovely view of the Burg Khalifa, whilst staying it was my birthday and they presented me with a birthday cake which wad a lovely touch. Staying at this hotel you are treated like Royality — something that very few of get to feel these days — a very special place for a treat.

We had the BEST stay ever in Dubai thanks to the Raffles Dubai.
The hotel is well situated — you have a great view on the Dubai skyline and at the pool you have a lot of sun all day long because not surrounded by too many high buildings.
The people working there are just so nice and helpful. Especially Nic, the barman from the pool, who made our stay and the stay of our little girls, magic — very nice service, always a nice word, some ice cream for the girls …
The rooms are big and spacious and have everything you need : bathrobes, coffee machine, fresh fruit, every day new bottles of water …
The breakfast is just too good! Fruit, cereals, Arabian meals, asian meals, cheese, chicken, salad, humus, croissants … fresh eggs & omelets ….
If you go to Dubai, the Raffles is the place to be!

Stayed here last weekend for my birthday with a bunch of friends. The hotel absolutely blew it out of the park with how they treated us all. They made me feel so special for the entire time I was there. Highlights included a stunning black forest cake from their pastry chef, their team surprising me wit ha happy birthday serenade, and the stunning views the hotel had across Dubai. I can't quite recommend the place enough — everything from the quality of the beds, to the room sizes, the bathrooms, the views, the food, the staff, the spa, and the pool — it all makes you never want to leave. I've been here many times before, and I'll keep coming back as long as they maintain this impeccable standard!

Raffles hotel near Wafi Mall is a five star hotel. Had lunch today at Azure restaurant. Decent food and ambiance. Just like any other five star hotels in the city.

Today I was satisfied at 200% by the management of this hotel which gives great attention, importance and respect to the opinions and remarks of its clientele, frankly a very warm staff worthy of a luxury hotel, pity that some activities Available in this hotel are not included in the room rate but this is normal given the luxurious quality of services offered by these activities.

Still Modern hotel since the day of opening feel like just open. The room is more than big with beautiful balcony with Khalifa building views The bed very comfortable to have a nice dream. Well the bathroom is modern with bathtubs big one. Love it. Swimming pool is almost big but I didn't use it because of a little cold weather. Nice bar at the lobby and also a nice Japanese restaurant at the roof of the hotel recommended to visit and enjoy. The check-in and out was fantastic very kind staff after check-in they explained to me the every things till I arrived to the room. I think his name is Remon from Egypt. The breakfast was delicious. Not far from the airport maybe just 10 minutes by car. Also it's very close to Wafi mall. Enjoy in Dubai where ever you stay.

Nice hotel, nice view of the room. The building has a gym, a swimming pool, a spa, a jacouzi ect… The food is good you have a choice between an Asian restaurant, Italian and a self service with everything. I would recommend this place quiet and nice.

I really loved my stay here! The concierge was super helpful and the lady Safi was nice when I needed recommendations. The massage package was good too. I had direct access to the mall which was super cool. The breakfast was really nice and the Japanese restaurant at the top oh the VIEW! Super like.

The staff are very friendly, this hotel though is a bit dull … but occasionally nice to visit, the Japanese restaurant at top floor is really good for sushi lovers. also the health club they have is a great place for relaxing … nothing much here, but good area to run away from the crowd.

As in Singapore, The Raffles Hotel is also unbeatable in quality and ambiance here in Dubai. A great service and very friendly staff.

Good hotel, good location. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Mattress and pillows are a bit uncomfortable. But overall the room is great and state of art with amazing technology.

The hotel was lovely, but obviously, being Ramadan, food choices were a little limited. However, Crossroads saved us, but looks like it could do with a little makeover. The tables are not ideal for eating and a mix of sofas and better dining tables would improve the place — a little spruce up too. That said, the breakfast dining area is lovely. And the thing that really stood out for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff — they were all just amazing. Loved the room as well! Thanks for a memorable birthday stay.

I would definitely recommend and go back without hesitation.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely helpful man who walked us in to the hotel. We checked in very tired after our long flight, beautifully dealt with by the reception staff and we were escorted to the Club lounge and treated wonderfully by the team. We were then taken to our beautiful suite for an early check in, and the excellent service from all the staff throughout the service areas continued throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you to all for an amazing stay.

Overall things were great. Impressive property and friendly staff. The Friday brunch was very nice and the spa/poolside staff were great. Unfortunately our room was not ready upon check in at 4pm, despite prior email confirmation that we would arrive at 3. Also when we got into the room the minibar/refreshment area was completely empty. Otherwise it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Top service, top accommodation, convenient location accessible to all main attractions and handy for quick trips to adjoining Wafi mall. Excellent spa, pool, afternoon tea, breakfast, concierge, club facilities including meeting room, check in and check out. The decor is opulent and tasteful. Lobby pots and plants are gorgeous, as is the lobby waterfall. Staff are amazing. I would visit again. Superb!
