Lovely resort, Great Buffet.

Absolutely incredible, beautiful, gracious and delicious.

I recently stayed in Ajman Saray Resort for 8 days and it’s a good thing I didn’t book it for 14 days. Beautiful place, wonderful outdoor area, clean rooms, but unfortunately the Vista restaurant under poor management. Buffet without any supervision, guests taking food out and putting it back in the pots, touching food with hands. I have complained but nobody seemed to care. The food is pretty much this same every day and not warm enough. No Arabic food at all which I would except. Tee, coffee, soft drinks not available at buffet, everything needs to be ordered, very long waiting time. Sometimes I finished my breakfast and then I got my tee. I’m definitely not visiting this place again.

What a fabulous hotel. You will not be disappointed with your stay. The rooms and staff are amazing. Also, the chef catered for me to ensure all meals where made safe due to my intolerances. Thank you for my birthday message and cakes. Will be visiting agin soon.

Beautiful place and staff who are very attentive! Never been to Dubai before and only two days in and I didn’t think I’d like it! Pity about the hassle of staff tho for mask wearing around the hotel! Thought this was all finished 🙄

Lovely beach too, all the staff were extremely helpful as well. Good choice of food though shame we couldn’t eat in the other restaurant outside. Would have been nice to have been given the option of using that one whilst on the 1/2 board package. Might be worth investing in another bus to take visitors into the old city too! That was a great trip but cost a lot of money in taxis both ways.

Unfortunately we are leaving your resort tommorow. We were here for the second time, but not for the last time. All was fantastic. Everything… but the KITCHEN! Really beautiful hotel. And service was very commendable. The only negative I can say is that the sliding door to the shower/bath area inside our room is VERY dangerous for young children. We were staying with a 7year old, a 5year old, and 1year old twins, and we had to watch and stop them ALL THE TIME from playing with it! I was very scared they would lose their fingers! this type of door definitely makes the hotel NOT FAMILY-FRIENDLY due to safety reasons and I really feel like it is my responsibility to point it out to the management so it will hopefully be changed to avoid any probable accidents. Other than that we had an incredible stay!

I'm staying here and found here a great atmosphere. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable with silence no distance. The staff is friendly and respectful. The food verity is very good its a very good experience.

Loved the place. Amazing view of the pool. The beach is amazing and we'll maintained.

It's a great hotel. The rooms are clean, the sea and sand are stunning. The hotel has good service and friendly staff. Breakfasts are great, everything is very tasty. Dinner (Cafe Naseem, not La Carta) are also great, lunch was taken once, but with children is inconvenient as you have to wait for the cooking. The Naseem Cafe is deliciously cooked, a lot of choice of salads and main dishes, hold themed dinners of different countries. The water at lunch/dinner is not included (at least we had such a package), the water is expensive 15 dirhams per bottle 1.5l. While the store has 6 bottles of 1.5 litres costs 4.55 dirhams. As with the children, I had to take water. I think the hotel needs to adjust the cost of water a little bit. The overall experience is good. We can go back again.
I advise in restaurants a la carte (Sabellas) do not go at all (especially with children there to do nothing), cook just terrible. Went for a voucher in Sabellas (the so-called Italian restaurant) it was a disaster, so not tasty and expensive I have not yet dined anywhere. Italian cuisine it is difficult to call it, pastas, salads and soups barely reached tolerable.

Amazing hotel. My only problem is the ant on the beach! rather than that it's amazing.

A good hotel is suitable for families and business stops … Many entertaining places have a beer bar, bowling club, variety of spa centers and restaurants. In the evenings you can enjoy to live music…

Stunning white sand beach. The staffs are very helpful. We enjoyed our visit, the food is good.

It was a great time to be in this hotel. The sea-view is amazing and the rooms are nice and comfortable regardless the space. The breakfast was delicious, also the pool was cool. It is a good option. We also enjoyed the gym there. The lagonna rooms are also a good option if you prefer to stay next to the pool. Having breakfast (your own breakfast of course) there outside the room under the sunshine is an amazing thing to do. However, ask the reception to stay in room away from the kids room because you know how kids are! :) Enjoy it!

A great hotel with perfect service and very good food quality.

Very polite staff, helpful and child friendly. This is our first holiday as a family and we are very satisfied with how everything is going on here. We are prepared twice a day for the baby porridge FRISCH and delivered to the room on time. The property is wonderful and clear, there is a baby pool which is ideal for very young children.
The food and buffet is very varied and delicious. The range of bars and drinks is great.
Very recommended for families and couples.

The staff is super friendly, very attentive and read the gestures to the wishes of the eyes. I am 63 years old and am much been around, Kempinski Ajman Hotel and this beautiful beach are just great. Unfortunately old hotel because otherwise everything would be nice. However, the beautiful beach will be useless if oil tankers are leaking in the vicinity & you get black feet.

Great restaurant staff. Don't have to tell them twice what u like. They remember it for next day breakfast time. Beautiful hotel with private beach.

This place is simply awesome. It's near to Ajam main bus station only 2 KM. About the hotel. It has got a beach restaurant and BAR. The beach is neat and clean. You can enjoy drinks at the bar. Prices are a bit towards higher side. But you will love the place. Evening with your loved once will be memorable here.

Hello everyone, my friend and I have already seen a lot of things and tried food, but this place shoots the bird as far as this is concerned. Every Friday there is a brunch, which I had never seen before. It's just super!

Good place to enjoy the beach and to have fun time with the family and friends. There are good restaurants, shisha & fresh juice offered there too. Nice swimming pool and service, friendly staff. Tranquil place as it is far from the traffics.

Not to be recommended for hygienic reasons and to be pampered in culinary delights, according to the brochure, you cannot eat the same.

I visited this place when he was still called Kempinski. I will therefore evaluate it according to the old circumstances. The hotel offers a beautiful view from the hotel room to the sea. The sea is well suited for children because of the waves there is a great fun factor. There is a pool, gym and bowling alley as well as a billiard table. The food is good and there is a nice staff.

I’m really enjoyed the party at Kempinski. Of you are looking for a vacation, Kempinski resort is the best choice in Ajman.

A little older but very nice and well maintained hotel – it goes much quieter than in neighboring Dubai and also the beach is more beautiful in length. The breakfast was delicious and extensive. The pool bar is almost a little too small. Unfortunately, even in the morning there are reserved places – nevertheless you can also find a nice spot at noon with a little luck.

Hotel is old, old furniture, old repair, old plants that loose their green color the same as the grass that become half yellow. Food is poor. Practically nothing to eat except sandwiches and croissants. With a baby of two the staying is impossible. A baby was hungry all the time except when they suggest to cook separately for him pancakes for breakfast, soup for lunch, pasta or mash for dinner which they cook special for us (every day for 10 days). It seems that the hotel was a great place over the 5 years ago, but not now. Would not recommend it for people who expects 5 stars hotel. But it is really good for those who used to 3+-4 stars hotels. Also if you stayed at Dubai 5 stars hotels you will be very disappointed. But the stuff is reallygreat trying to do everything for you at all the times, very polite and loves kids.

A very nice and well maintained hotel with very good and friendly service. The food is excellent at every meal. The beach is not full and absolutely fantastic even when the hotel is fully booked. We'll be back!

Spent a week here and our room was lovely the staff friendly and the food fantastic. Beach was great and a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. Only thing is stay away from the bar beside the bowling alley as the night I was there you could see many ladies of the night and the hotel seems to turn a blind eye to them conducting their business.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. The room smelled strongly that we couldn't stay for more than 30 minutes, they refused to refund and they were even rude. Thank God there was Fairmount near it, I booked there same night and enjoyed my stay. I've been to Kempinski in other contries and I thought this one might be as good, but I wasn't lucky, I lost a night's fee for nothing. always check room before you pay!

Good hotel but too far from center. Exceptional Beach!

Refined and classy with excellent choice of wines and superb Italian cuisine.

Recently our company organised an iftar party at Ramadan Tent in Ajman but we were very disappointed. Food was pathetic they were not able to refill the dishes second time. When they cannot accomodate 2-300 people in the tent why they promote their buffets? the place is only for 100-150 persons and the food should have been organised properly. We are very unhappy after going to a 5 star hotel.

Good for a long break, pleased with the accommodation and the beach. Lots of dining options and lovely options to choose of bars. Too much to handle. Great with family and friends.

Amazing get away for weekend! Enjoyed the biggest beach in the UAE, romantic Zanzibar restaurant on the beach with the best seafood platter. The service is wonderful, everybody is very attentive and very welcome! One of the places, which have to be seen in the UAE.

Nice Hotel by the sea…

I've stayed eight days in the Kempinski Ajman in January 2016.
The hotel is located just outside, but from the airport only 25 minutes to reach. You reach Dubai city by taxi in 30 minutes.
One feels after a few days in the hotel like home and the staff speaks a name's already. Preferences for seating at the breakfast are also known and manage the staff to arrange getting a matching seat.
The private beach is very spacious and very clean. At the beach bar (Zanzibar), you can enjoy a cold beer and the staff is always to have a chat. In the evening, live here is music of class offered — really!
The food is really great — especially the Indian restaurant cooks traditionally and you can watch the meals.
Buffet breakfast, there is a large selection — the German Baker Uwe, who works at the Hotel pampers the guests with genuine German butter cake and is always the right contact partner for a conversation in the morning.
The rooms are very spacious and the usual Kempinski standard.
The staff at the front desk / concierge are very helpful and help with booking car hire or tickets.
I can really recommend a stay at the Kempinski Ajman. The hospitality are combined with the high standard as a guest really very pleasant.
You feel really welcome.
The stay is not my last been in Dubai have been and I will choose hotel like the Kempinski as my vacation.

The restaurant is good, at lunch they serve buffet. Theres a wide choice of main curses and desserts.

Won't suggest to anyone or won't cme again. Horrible experience with the reception staff. Very rude Lukas. This is not the way u speak to ur guests. Hospitality doesn't teach us this.

Food not like kapinsky level air condition in hole to the rooms off some of the workers must be behave.
