The service here can maximum be ranked as poor 4*. If you want to be served in the pool area, you need round and argue and beg them to take the order. Swim up bar isn’t working, and they will not inform you on check in or when you call them and ask about restrictions prior your booking. Overall with a same price, you can definitely choose a better option.

Awful experience. My family and I were treated poorly. The receptionists made my aunt cry by their rudeness. Simply awful. What is the point of having a beautiful hotel (kind of since our bathroom was not the cleanest, was rusty and smelly) if the service is awful, condescending and downright disrespectful to people who don’t look like them? I travel a lot internationally and I must say that this is the first time that I wanted to ask for a refund and switch hotels. Never again.

A quiet and calm resort; ideal for a staycation. Great beach and beautiful views of the Arabian Sea from almost all the rooms. The restaurants too are good with great tasting food. Overall, it’s well recommended.

Here now and all staff are very helpful, relaxing place and great pool bar, being very well looked after 10 stars ⭐️

Great place, lovely beach and swimming pool.

Great place with courteous staff.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, rooms were great, facilities great, food great, two things that really let it down,
1 — service for all inclusive customers was deliberately slow and this was encouraged by the management, 20 minutes waiting for drinks each time.
2 — there is nothing for families with kids to do on an evening, they aren't allowed in the sports bar. Should be a lounge or family area where you can take drinks and allow children.

Poor hospitality. The staff is not at all friendly with the guests. Rude attitude makes the guest not to repeat visit again.

Definitely 5*. I stayed here with my family for a staycation, it's my second time in the hotel and it was equally as lovely as the first time. It's a lovely hotel, great food and great service throughout whole hotel, we had a fantastic meal again in their signature Italian restaurant, they have a lovely beach and good pool with plenty of places to sit and relax. Lots of nice gestures around hotel, it is highly recommended.

A beautiful and refined hotel complex and everything is made to spend a moment alone but also with family everything is planned for the little ones. The staff are top! The rooms are very nice spacious and very clean. I recommend with pleasure.

Amazing hotel great location super service.

Very good hotel for a reasonable price. Not inferior to some hotels of Dubai. Great view from the balcony on the sea, nice and cozy family room with 2 balconies, on the beach you can order labels to the balcony and Windows was visible, the beach is rather large compared to the next. There is a trap for the waves, that safely children in windy weather. The water is clear and shallow, without rocks and pebbles, which is also good with children, white sand, your water trampoline, dinner on the pier can be arranged, there is a helipad, the staff is kind and helpful, cleaning thoroughly do. 3 or 4 restaurants, 1 Turkish, 1 Italian, bar with sea views, the beach is also a bar in the adult and children's area, food choice is not huge, but still very tasty. The front door of the hotel looks out on the street, in the evening you can go out and walk, near the hotel there is a mosque that is comfortable praying. Opposite the eatery is, not cheap, but not expensive. We were in the Mexican Broccoli, cook and the natural juices. There is a grocery right next door, bought the necessary supplies. Taxi to Dubai out 120 dirhams on the meter, to the centre of Ajman 25-33 dirhams. Have oaoa has its own bus each day goes to the Dubai Mall at 11.30 am and picks up at 19.30. There is a bus in the heart of Sharjah 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). But it is necessary in advance to register for a trip, because All busy for 3 days.

Awesome view, I recommend its good for relaxation & enjoy.

The hotel is good but each time we go the Suite never ready & that's 3 times I have to wait between 2 to 3 hrs in the lobby to get inside our suite. Whenever it's not high season it good. But they cant manage large number of guests. I wrote complain letter & they didnt do anything about it.

This hotel is clean and very comfortable although they need a wooden bathroom door as this one is glass. Everything was good quality in the room and we had a good view. The pool area is nice but a bit busy. The staff were nice and we felt looked after.

The hotel room was incredibly quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room came with a Nespresso machine and everything was very clean and new. We had a great sea view and a cute balcony (a little small with only one chair). The pool was nice but a little crowded. Our only real criticism is the bathroom door. It is made of frosted glass which is neither sound proof nor light proof, so if your partner needs a bathroom visit in the middle of the night, you know all about it! Other than that, we were impressed as the staff were all professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great as the selection was very good.

Great value for money — good service, good beach and competitive rates. Only issue I would say is getting in and out is a slight pain (to and from non-beach locations). Crowd is mainly families.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. We had some AC issues and a few Wi-Fi issues, but the staff resolved them quickly. The pool and kids areas make this a totally family friendly resort!

The hotel is super. The beach is huge, complementary water and coffee. Housekeeping Mehmood and Khinoo are great. Very attentive and mindful, always perfectly clean and done on time. Thank you for service. I will defenetly come back.

I was staying at the resort on Eid Al Fitr holiday, the resort is very nice in terms of good reception and decent handling by the reception staff, the beach facing the hotel is very nice and the facilities and the resort are quiet and not noisy, I enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I went there during Ramadan to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and the staff made sure we had a great stay and had a very special anniversary. At the check in desk we met Oula, she was very friendly and when we informed her that we came over to celebrate our special day she welcomed us lovingly and gave us a generous upgrade. The room was beautiful and the view was just amazing. A while later we got a special happy anniversary cake and then Perumal from house keeping surprised us by decorating our room. And above all that the customer service was great, the rooms had great decor and was of modern style. The first thing I do after entering my room in any hotel is check the bathroom and the toiletries and they aced it, they had just amazing stuff. I’m glad we chose this hotel, it made our special day extra special. Thank you team for making it a memorable anniversary.

Better than most of the other Fairmont hotels around the United Arab Emirates. Loved the decor, the ambiance and the staff! Brilliant hotel, I recommend it for weddings and events — the staff are really really helpful! Good Job Fairmaont Ajman!

New hotel recently opened in Ajman. Has a pretty seafront/beach. The rooms are of a high standard. Good for functions, receptions. Well located with access walking distance to local grocery stores and many eating places in the area. It has valet parking.

Very nicely located hotel, at least when you take the side to the sea. Great pool nice beach, good restaurants, good spa and very nice gym with steam bath. Breakfast is very good though not quite at Western level, which is mostly related to the Muslim rules. Our room with sea view was very generous and beautiful.

Very nice hotel, stayed at this hotel with my husband during the stay. The hotel was chosen with the help of the company "Shan Tours". About the hotel can say the following. First, the hotel Polnstju meets the criteria of 5 *. Everything is very clean and the accounts are cleaned every day. Secondly, large rooms with sea view.

The place is amazing. We got see view with no extra charges. But I advice for families. I had one issue which is the smell of the room. The smell of humidity. The breakfast was nice but was same on daily basis.

Pretty nice Hotel, food is fantastic, specially the Italian resturant. Staff are friendly and professional however the room lacked proper digital connection. The beach is really nice, the rooms are fantastic in terms of cleanliness and material. It is truly a five star hotel. The only reason I gave 4 star is because certain staff don’t pay attention to details and requests and we had to keep repeating our inquiries several times. Apparently some staff members are under paid and that puts enormous pressure on them.

Truly a 5 star hotel. Amazing services with many restaurants and amenities. Definitely a suggestion for anyone visiting Ajman.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned and changed towels every day, the new year tastefully decorated lounge. Breakfast food is monotonous, for lunch and dinner served fine chocolate cakes.

5 stars to the location of the property and the way it has been maintained. The 3 stars are for the team at the hotel. From the reception to housekeeping to food and beverage service staff, I have not seen a more laid back attitude towards their guests. It's sister property the Fairmont Fujairah or the Fairmont Dubai have a complete different and enthusiastic team. I guess it has a lot to do with the management. The management here is very laid back which reflects on the entire team. Hope they can live up to its sister properties in the UAE.

Great location. Awesome beach and pool. Neat and clean. Rooms very well appointed. Service is seriously lacking. Staff are polite and look like they are efficient but they are NOT. I left the do not disturb tag on the door outside room. And on leaving the hotel I told reception that the "do not disturb" was on the door and he must tell house keeping to clean room and place do not disturb sign into the room. I did not have time to go back up just to remove the sign. He confirmed that house keeping would clean. I got back to hotel at 1am to find a dirty room. Very bad for 5 star hotel. I was expecting a guest to join us as we went to breakfast and I left a message with reception to send guest to meet me at breakfast. They made calls to my room when guest arrived but knew I was at breakfast. They made him wait 20min. Very bad for 5 star hotel. Omelette station has a very light hand with filling for omelettes. I had to ask chef 3 times to add more and more. Very miserly way of cooking. For a 5 star hotel very big fail. Coffee machine kept breaking down. Simple problems to solve but I've had far better service from 4 star hotels. Read my review on a far cheaper hotel called Riviera in Dubai. To management : Staff need training really badly.

Very nice hotel if you mainly want to relax and do not seek any action. Very quiet, no hubbub. If you want to see something, a rental car is inevitable. Travel time to Dubai's attractions 1 hour or more.

Absolutely superb — luxurious public areas, bedrooms, food, staffing and polite service. Need I say more? We stayed in other 5 star hotels during our holiday Inn Dubai and nothing compared for the price. Spoil yourself and go straight there!

Great hotel with mostly friendly staff, well-appointed and large rooms. We had one with king-size bed. We felt very comfortable as a guest. Next time we will certainly choose one of the Fairmont hotels in Dubai again.

Nice room and clean. Check-in was fast, unfortunately, the pool bar staff in the evening were not experienced or trained well. I ordered a drink and asked for extra ice he gave me literally 3 ice cube, so jokingly I told him come on man don't be so cheap then he answered me back angrily saying: you don't have to tell me dont be cheap. I was surprised and told him then keep your drink I don't want it. We ordered a pizza for our child it came in a take way box and when we asked for plants he rolled his eyes. The Turkish restaurant was very good we recommend it. The TV doesn't have kids channel. We didn't expect this from Fairmont hotel. The night manager was very kind when we brought up the issue with the pool bar staff.

Went for to have breakfast I was surprised with the average quality of food presented when I had better food at other Fairmount properties. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast there.

An awesome hotel to stay few minutes away from the busy Dubai. The staff are very friendly (especially Nuri) and the hotel has complete amenities. Not to mention the price which is lower compared to nearby hotel and with great service. The breakfast and dinner was good too but it can be better especially when it comes to food choices.

A fantastic, modern resort with all the luxuries you would expect from its 5 stars. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the facilities are excellent and the food options are great. It's great value for money and I would definitely recommend the hotel for a weekend away.

Stunning reception lobby with huge crystal chandelier, leads out to infinity pool and down to a beautiful white sandy beach. Rooms are huge with two double beds, a dressing area, separate bath and shower, separate toilet and every room has a balcony and a sea view. There are cool marble floors and extremely comfy beds with mattresses that are at least a foot deep. With at least 5 restaurants to choose from, this is THE place to stay!

A quiet hotel with one of the best beach views. We enjoyed our stay there, though the food was not that good. I would still go there again and recommend it to others. It's probably the best hotel in Ajman (at least better than Kempinski) in my opinion.

It is the best hotel in the city… Clean fancy rooms, amazing pool and beach. Really good spa and most of all prices are reasonable.

Another seafront hotel. Personally, found the staff to be rude, entertaining only the Europeans with a bias against Asians in general. Two great restaurants — Italian and Turkish. Good bar with live TV coverage for sports.

The Spa, I have travelled from Abu Dhabi with a friend. So I called the hotel and book a spa treatment for 14:30. Upon making the reservation I was not inform that the spa was under renovation. And they are using a one if the hotel guess room as a make shift spa instead. As if I was inform I could of chose my choice of not going ahead with booking but I did not given that option. I got there after been dropped off and was looking forward to my spa treatment, I was shocked, disappointed and felt very mis leading. I got as far as changing and refused to wear the pair of slipper look that look very wore out. I then redress and didn't go ahead with my so called spa treatment as the embience was not there as one would expected when having a spa treatment. I could easy well get the oils and whatever treatments that I was going to purchase and have a friend to do it for me in bedroom and would come out most relaxed. I am glad I walk away because I would have feel so cheated of 850 Dirhams.

Special place, I love it, you should visit and enjoy.
