Very bad experience bad customer service.

Nice and good residence. If u are visiting with family then it is very good place.

The hotel room occasionally has a bad odour and there isn't that much of a choice at the food table. Though the living room and bedrooms are clean the shower looks very old considering that this is suppose to be a new hotel to the Ewan Hotel Apartments. If you were to break something you'd have to pay a mighty price. There is a tight parking space and people are not parking in the parking spaces. Getting in the hotel is easy put if you have a big car it isn't the easy to get out.

In the centre of Ajman. Serviced apartments. Neat and clean. 15 min away from beach.

V. Good for family. Friendly staff. Good view. AC was noisy & baby bed was not very clean.

It's good, affordable and located perfectly. If you know your ways around you can be anywhere in dubai in less than an hour. As of inside the apartment, it's slightly gloomy story. Staff is amazing, I am still here for few more days, so far they are friendly and quick to respond. Will update the review is something changes. Apartments are good but seems not looked after once guests leave, our sink was blocked when we checked in, curtain ties weren't there so there was no way to move the curtains for sunlight. Shower room has very little light that in night it's impossible to take a shower. Lifts are too slow and small that I sometimes spend 10 minutes to get down, if it was 4th or 5th floor I wouldn't bother lift but 12th is bit too much to walk. Lastly the most annoying thing is soap bar holder in the shower. Whoever came up with that idea, deserve a gold.

Good hotel and prices are good.

Very good place to live and not expinsive big rooms its apartment with tow rooms.

Average hotel appartments with good location and nearby services.

Good for family Issue with elevators and room service.

Rude and ill mannered reception staff with I don't care attitude. Not coming here again or any of their hotels.

For Ajman it's a good hotel Apartment.

Not more than 2 stars. They seriously need find out solution to the elevators issues! If you park inside the tower … forget the elevator for 15 minutes at least.

Not bad for a cheap hotel, sea view is not actually a sea view :) it is a dirty bay, room service is provided professionally.
