The cleaning and staff of the same. It is very quiet, as is the area where it is.

I have been injured there because of their low quality glass of bathroom and they dealed in a very impolite way. Really was the owrst experience.

This is not good hotel I booking in the online I also paid in online I go to hotel in reception say pay more mony why I pay more mony paid in online. After not return my money. What I do I go booking another hotel. This not good in night 2.00 am my family with me I hate this hotel.

I have been frequently visiting this hotel since a few years. It was quiet satisfactory but horrible experience for last couple of times and will never visit there for sure. They gave us one towel for two persons and refused to give second one refused to given second one lol.

Room is spacious and was clean. Good service. Provide good food.

Horrible experience. Room was unready n had no fridge they had to put it in front of me. Toilet smelled like sewage and its door lock was broken. Ticking noise from bathroom that kept me awake. Noisy ppl in corridor 24/7. No electricity outlets near kettle or bed. My stay was 5 days but they kept giving me 1 day passwords for Wi-Fi. Room service ppl were using my phone charger when I came back without permission. Overall very poor experience. Staff were ok but I would never go there again.

Great Grand hotel with large rooms. Service is prompt and excellent. Staffs are well organised and friendly. Hotel rates are cheap and affordable. Use travel guide website to reserve the room to get more discounted offers. Huge parking area for the guest so there is no parking issue. Strongly and highly recommended.

It one of the best and avoidable hotel in Ajman. It a kind of silent place you can enjoy by holding meeting,, party's, holidays. Kudos to the house keeping staff. Keep working… it a very nice place to go.

Staff oh my god unprofessional, the way they call people ouuf, u hear only no not available, extra charga ah one mi and they never get back. Room ac soo noisy, poor room service Dirty toilet°! °! ° Humid smelly bath towels! Tv is not working Fridge not working and hair drier is broken. Simply never ever again!

Crown plaza overall provides good service to its customers in Dubai but don't understand what's the reason here in Ajman.

The rooms are not clean. There is no hot water in the room for one week. No towels are available for all rooms. housekeeping staff unprofessional. Not good food and no hygiene. There is no training program for staff.

The hotel is in a good location. The food is delicious, the choice is normal. The rooms are quite decent. The reception is helpful and can print tickets to the Aqua Park.

Very close to the hotel. If you just hang around the shops. There is a alcohol market nearby. It is better to change currency in the Moach. It is a 10-15-minute walk from the hotel.
There are no transfers to other Emirates. Only on Ajman and then three times a week. To get to Dubai by taxi leave about 150 aed one way. It is about 2500 rubles.
Better to take a more expensive room in Dubai and do not waste time on the road.

A complete disaster! rooms are not soundproof, bathrooms are wrecked, room service is very poor. That was an awful experience for me.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel. This is not even a 1 star. Keep yourself away from this rathole. Extremely dirty, bathrooms that only animals can use, worn furniture in rooms, and saloon, food for pigs. I don't understand, how the tourist organisation of this Emirate, leaves such establishments to work. They don't know what "clean" means.

This place in a absolute nightmare. It has no comfort at all, its noisy and things in your room are either damaged (key card door lock) or missing (remote control, toilet paper, teapot etc). When addressing these points with the front desk you get some rude response. They do not have the smallest idea what hospitality means.

Mid-level hotel building good but everything else is absolutely not correspond to the notion of kamfortnom level of relaxation. If you come for the Sun and the sea are not looking where to spend the night option suitable but if you wish to enjoy. Looking for another option.
