Lovely resort, Great Buffet.

Absolutely incredible, beautiful, gracious and delicious.

I recently stayed in Ajman Saray Resort for 8 days and it’s a good thing I didn’t book it for 14 days. Beautiful place, wonderful outdoor area, clean rooms, but unfortunately the Vista restaurant under poor management. Buffet without any supervision, guests taking food out and putting it back in the pots, touching food with hands. I have complained but nobody seemed to care. The food is pretty much this same every day and not warm enough. No Arabic food at all which I would except. Tee, coffee, soft drinks not available at buffet, everything needs to be ordered, very long waiting time. Sometimes I finished my breakfast and then I got my tee. I’m definitely not visiting this place again.

What a fabulous hotel. You will not be disappointed with your stay. The rooms and staff are amazing. Also, the chef catered for me to ensure all meals where made safe due to my intolerances. Thank you for my birthday message and cakes. Will be visiting agin soon.

Lovely beach too, all the staff were extremely helpful as well. Good choice of food though shame we couldn’t eat in the other restaurant outside. Would have been nice to have been given the option of using that one whilst on the 1/2 board package. Might be worth investing in another bus to take visitors into the old city too! That was a great trip but cost a lot of money in taxis both ways.

I'm staying here and found here a great atmosphere. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable with silence no distance. The staff is friendly and respectful. The food verity is very good its a very good experience.

Book a Moroccan bath immediately! You won't regret it! The spa room was so beautiful, smelled heavenly, had a gorgeous ocean view and the spa technician was an expert and so kind! From the moment I arrived until I left, I was fully relaxed and enjoying every moment! The scrubs, oil, steam room and bubble bath are incredible!

The experience with it's courteous staff and amazing location… there is nothing you can ask for.

Very Good Hotel with energetic atmosphere. They have a beautiful beach access and a nice pool. The staff are very helpful. Their sea viewing rooms are recommended.

First time to stay here and was very happy with the welcome and checkin experience. Unfortunately on this visit the pool food and drink service is terrible, there seems to be enough staff around but 20-30 minutes of requesting before you get to order and then again long wait for service. Seems chaotic and electronic ordering system clearly doesn't work. Feel sorry for the staff. Hotel is 5 star inside but 2 star outside.

Was a wonderful holiday. The seawater dreamlike with great waves and 27 degrees warm. The rooms very nice with terrace and sea views. We booked all inclusive. Very good buffet and beverage service also on the beach. We lacked nothing. The staff is extremely friendly, quick and courteous. The service at the hotel with Shuttle Bus to Dubai has worked beautifully. Would I book again immediately.

1) Laziness and deliberation are the main problems of the hotel staff in Ajman Saray. Our requests were ignored many times. 2) Amid good buffet on Friday and not bad restaraunt, our watermelon, ordered on the beach, smelled like an onion. 3) A lady got a sunstroke and there was no any medicin service at the hotel. 4) A manager is very rude and does not solve any problems. 5) According to a receptionist, any complaints have to be sent to email, not to a MANAGER. 6) Nobody abswers our questions. We've been here for three days. We like it very much. We were greeted friendly which was also maintained by the entire staff over the 14 days. The room 514 was quite great with sea view as desired. From the food we can only say it was rich and every day there was something different. The pool facilities were clean even though we seldom used them because we prefer to lie on the beach. The beds with umbrella we had to prove at the time before breakfast, because otherwise it would be difficult to find something nice. But I think this is probably the case in every hotel. But the staff actually made it possible for anyone to find something else. We were also in the surrounding hotels to look on the way, but for us it is stated that we have made a very good choice here in this hotel. Also the booked trips were great and a free bus to Dubai could also use all the guests. The choice of all inclusive alcoholic mixed drinks was a bit sparse, but thanks to our creative self-compilation it was acceptable. A special plus is the employee evening at the escape restaurant, which prepares delicious drinks.
Together we can only mention that there are always guests who find something that is not 100 percent.
For us it was a great holiday and we think that everyone should form their own opinion.

The room was great! The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is terrible, in the middle of nowhere. It is 90-120 minutes to downtown Dubai. If it was a giant property, with lots to do, that distance would be ok, but it's a tiny property and there is nothing to do. The management has crazy ideas about the value of money. A donut costs over $2. The donut can't be that good. "Ultra all inclusive" means you can eat at the adequate buffet, have some drinks, and one of TWO cocktails. I'd call it "semi-inclusive". There are no nearby restaurants when you get tired of the same buffet every day. I'd give the property a pass. You can find a better hotel.

Elegant, modern hotel with friendly staff. The room was large and well equipped. Toilet and shower — separate bathtub. Spacious wardrobe, separate tea/coffee corner with a fridge. Beds very comfortable. Balcony with sea view beautiful. Very clean. Pool and outdoor facilities also. The sea comes and goes and was warm. You feel a little locked up because you can't walk the entire coastal beach. Walls or fences everywhere. We only had breakfast, which was boring, as no change. That was better in Dubai downtown. Breakfast room too small if rush hour is. Restaurants, like hotel also, priced. Many Eastern European guests. Free Wi-Fi.

If you want a relaxing weekend far from noisy and busy life of Dubai then you can come here. Prices are more expensive than all the other hotels and resorts in Ajman but worth it. Good for small families with young kids, not so fun for teenagers or honey mooners.

A hotel where everything is of the finest and guests are pampered and personally cared for. The half-board booked by us has left nothing to be desired. We'll be back.

Lovely hotel very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There are two pools and a nice private beach. A few different restaurants too choose from. Prices seem reasonable for a hotel. Is a little out of the way but if you don’t plan on exploring it ideal.

Ok! Its beach is perfect for a holiday with a child. The breakfasts are good. Dinner, dinner in the restaurants of the city. The room is large, clean, huge balcony with armchairs, a sofa and a table. A children's room with wonderful employees. In a room in a prosperity of tea, coffee, water. You can cancel the mini-bar and no deposit.

This place is amazing it is a mini resort if it can be said like that as it is not huge with many pools yet it gives the feeling of the resort with two swimming pools and private beach with offers all water sports, the rooms are big with beautiful bath and comfortable bed and the view is breathtaking, their breakfast buffet is rich and full with varieties and the same goes for the dinner buffet, bab AL bahr cafe and bar offers good food and nice seating on the beach, also the room service food was delicious which is not usual in hotels in general I loved their steak slot overall a beautiful stay in a beautiful place with touch of luxury that can be easily felt.

Amazing and friendly hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much of a bother for them we have been made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We even got a sea view upgrade upon arrival! Food is delicious and the beach is lovely. I would highly recommend.

Im Really so Mad of the Service of Bar, We came from far away from sharjah to drink 2 beers on the beach as long we are regular guest and we knows last order on the beach Bar is 2 AM, when we reach bartender refuse to Serve us, we inform him Sir please treat us wt ever u can and dont spoiled our night we came from far way but still he refuse we Inform him we are hoteliers and we knows what starwood this kind of service can not be acceptable, we request to meet the night mgr Mr tareq came and he apologyes and he offer us the lobby bar, we said its fine even if we are guest and u can order for us, but u are requesting us to move Fine, we went there we took our beer and we request another batch of beer and they refuse to serve Again on the bar table, what I can not understand is this starwood promise for them guest the waiter who is in lobby respectable more than the one who Act night manager, Im really Very dispointing and so sad, this kind of service who will let our buisness down.

Was so happy to bring my friends visiting from the UK to spend the day at the beach. So disappointed with the food. 40 dirhams for a vanilla milk shake that tasted like medicine and no icecream in it. 38 dirhams Pina colada made from packaged pineapple juice. So appalled, if you want to overprice things thats totally okay but at least make it worth the money and make it fresh. Not coming here again.

The hotel is in direct Meerlaage, murderers and clean. The staff is polite and accommodating, however you can expect from a 5 star hotel. However, the drinks are extremely expensive, it is shamelessly exploited that you have no alternative ways to provide yourself with drinking at the enormous heat. This is why the all-inclusive package is recommended. Which, however, offers the worst scope I have ever experienced. Drinks are not included in the morning until 11:00 a. M. Food and drink is completely lost on arrival and departure! In a 5 * all-inclusive house! That's really skinny.

Hotel design is nice, rooms are specious and comfi, food is great, staff is helpful and friendly. Only one minus that one big pool can be used by adults and kids so you cannot swim as kids are splashing water around. It would be nice to separate pool for adults and kids.

Room 117 Day 6 We are 3 persons and all inclusive guests.
Arrival we were warmly greeted by the bellboy and got a little refreshment (ice cream) arrived only about 10pm.
and have gotten a bunch of information settled were already tired and exhausted. You mentioned any information opening hours of the pool buffer restaurants it was a sheer number carousel too much information.
She still mentioned the soft drinks (cola Fanta Sprite) water tea/coffee and each mojito and Pina Colda with and was included as a non alcoholic version in the all inclusive package.
Arrived in the room there was no welcome basket with fruit or whatever you would get in the 3/4 star hotel. And this is a 5star Luxury collection hotel?!
1. ) We received a flyer where the service is listed for all inclusive guests.
A wine, about 2-3 beers a few schnapps no cocktails.
On demand at the pool were always called NE 2 alcoholic and then it then also without.
The confusion was felt by several German hotel guests.
Apparently there was no clear what is included and what is not.
After the buffet was often the same, we tried out the hotel's restaurant. It was day five in the Arabian restaurant, the super-friendly staff took the cards and asked about our room number and then she came back and showed us a separate all-inclusive beverage card that we got to face for the first time.

The staff were very attentive in an actually helpful rather than annoying way. My room and the meeting facilities were nice. The water temperature in the room was actually under my control, which has not been the case at a couple of other hotels where I have stayed in the region. A pleasant, basically walkable commercial area is nearby.

Staying here in this lovely hotel second time. First was last august now this time one of the best of me and my family loved it. Five out of five stars. From front desk to room service to morning breakfast and it's staff. From shuttle service Mr. Maksood to beach staff provided trowel Mr villa Mr says Mr. Shrikant and Mr. Raj Kumar all staff make this hotel great. Forgot the floor staff on car assist all are great Hope to come in other time.

A luxury hotel / resort located on the beach shore of Ajman. Its a small but neat hotel with plush interiors and a great view of the beach. We visited vista fine dining and the food was good but not the best. We found quite a lot of visitors checked into the hotel which indicates its quite popular. The prices seems to be a bit overrated. However the ambiance look and feel definitely complements your stay at d hotel.

It was a really amazing experience to stay at Kempinski Hotel Ajman. The staff was very friendly and the service great. Also I loved the breakfast buffet and dinner in Sabellas. Their pizza can really keep up with real Italian ones.
