BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD I have stayed in a lot of hotel, but this hotel we think is the best in the world. The Staff are very helpful, polite. Service with a smile, hospitality is outstanding, location is perfect. The restaurant food and service was excellent. The decor. The pool area is awesome both for couples and families. My children and my families children loved the pool area slides lazy river. The camel rides, bicycles. We would always stay at this hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Amazing staff! We just stayed for the night (was always something we wanted to do, and last minute). Everyone was so nice and friendly to our son (he is 20 months old). The room was comfortable and nice, with a breathtaking view. Wished we were able to explore more, but we had a long drive back home.

It's free viewing! You will truely love the ambiance. Men and women are not allowed to wear shorts and slippers as long as you are not checked in. The best time to go here is by 4-7 for the best viewing at sunset and night.

By far the most impressive hotel I've ever stayed in. It's managed by kempinski so the service in nothing short of excellent. The concierges are extremely helpful to help make you stay the best, you have 14 restaurants from which to choose from, excellent amenities, beautiful rooms and beautiful sights of the city from there (I should also mention it's at a prime spot for getting around the city). You will not regret the Emirates Palace experience.

The grandeur of this hotel is breathtaking! The staff are excellent, very attentive everywhere, and made us feel we were living in a palace. The hotel is basically divided into the East Wing and West Wing, with the ballrooms connecting both sides of the hotel. We stayed here in July — not the best month, but excellent as the hotel wasn't crowded. All the meals, the service is to cater to royal guests. Everything is grand! The beach adjoining the hotel is spotless, the waters warm and clear as can be. The rooms are very comfortable, have a balcony, and a large bathroom, and a butler on call for anything.

Gold on gold. It's a defiant luxury. It's a little tiring. But you can watch it.

There's nothing you can not love about this hotel palace. This is perfect getaway place, another world within the palace. You better come with a large memory camera phone and charger, because you will run out of it soon taking pictures. Rooms are comfortable with all amenities. Guys don't worry if you forgot your toothbrush or shaving kit because the hotel rooms have them. The palace is so vast in it's setup that you would need a map to walk around. Kid friendly, senior citizens facilities all available.

Amazing place. Well worth visiting and seeing the magnificent interior. Relax and indulge in a coffee or tea and a snack whilst soaking in the atmosphere. The attention to detail is spectacular.

They allow only families during the visiting hours I hope after some security screening. However visitors not allowed in the beach side of the Palace. Parking is easy, nice views from the windows, water fountain and skyline of Abudhabi looks excellent from the entrance. Very clean and Tidy. Nice place and worth a visit.

Everything about this place is luxurious. From the architecture to interior design etc. I will strongly recommend the 23 karat ice cream and cappuccino. They tasted so amazing. Unfortunately, unless you are a guest or chose to eat in the restaurant in the back of the hotel they won't let you back there.

Breathtaking luxury, you must have seen. Especially the cappuccino with gold leaf should be tasted. If you go by taxi, you can easily get in proper clothes.

We were in the EP because we wanted to try the famous cappuccino. It tastes very aromatic, is very nicely done. The gold leaf does not taste. The cake dishes are also delicious. But of course only for people who are willing to spend the money. 2 cappuccinos and 2 kitchen pieces cost approximately 60 euros. A point deduction is available for the service. It is not bad, but for the frame of this hotel you can expect more.

We visited the Emirates Palace as a guest during our cruise on our own. Properly dressed it is no problem to get in. We drove directly to the taxi. The hotel is a must-also the famous cappuccino and the gilded and super delicious ice cream are great!

Emirates Palace is one of a kind. It is rich in culture, luxury, good ambiance, talent and wonderful views from concrete tall buildings to the oceans. Experience fine dining, explicit display of gems crafted into animals such as elephant, swan, and falcon. The architecture is definitely fantastic. In fact, even the washing area of the rest room does not give you a feeling that you are in a restroom. It is clean and welcomes tourists. However when coming here please do not wear slippers or short shorts and taking pictures is also allowed. There is no entrance fee. It is usually open on weekdays. From the outside to the inner part of the palace, your eyes will be amazed. It's truly amazing!

The waiter was very friendly, the food was quick, delicious, and large. The beach was very quiet and we liked it a lot.

A must see tourism place with free entry from Saturday to Wednesday. Families allowed on weekend days too. World class interior. Great welcome cheers you. Hotels available to stay. UAE ministry have many offices here. You can spent 1-2 hours easily. Best time in evening. Great outer view too with fountains and national flag.

Grand Palace, especially inside, you are allowed to park in the parking of the hotel, we welcome you to the entrance, you can visit everything without being a customer and we say thank you for your visit when you go out, absolutely to do.

Recommended 100%. It is an impressive hotel, but at the same time very cozy and quiet. Nice beach and pool. Good variety at the buffet breakfast of continental and of the area and good selection of restaurants in the half board (buffet, fish and seafood, emiratí and Italian).

One of the most beautiful, luxurious, classy building (and surroundings) I have ever seen in my life. Both day and night, but specially at night. The gardens (you can actually feel the smell of the flowers) and the fountain do help with the overall 1st reaction of awe!

It is the old Palace of the Shaik reformed to be hotel. So it's a pass. From the basics it is pure luxury. It has many boutiques inside and also look for all kinds of its customers. We were in the Chinese New Year and were making a special celebration.

We were only spot to see this hailing hotel once with our own eyes. It is really a dream from Arabian Nights night and if you dress appropriately you are also cordially welcome as a guest. However, guests cannot stay in the gardens and pool facilities. Especially when darkness or at night you have to see the hotel. An oriental dream.

Emirates Palace consists of 394 residences, including 92 suits and 22 residential suites. The residences are spread over two wings as well as a primary central building. The majority of the suites are furnished in gold and marble. The main primary building houses an expansive marble floor and a large patterned dome above, picked out in gold. The penthouse floor has six Rulers' Suites which are reserved exclusively for dignitaries, such as royalty. The facilities include 2 spa facilities, over 40 meeting rooms, a 1.3 km long beach, a marina, 2 helicopter landing pads, a ballroom that accommodates up to 2500 people, various luxury shops and international restaurants.

One of the most luxurious hotels I have ever seen. A pure and unique manifestation of pomp and wealth. It deserves to be visited, but if you are men remember that you need long trousers.

The palace hotel is absolutely beautiful, I didn't stay there but we had the 24 carat gold coffees which were lovely although a bit of a novelty. We also ordered scones which came out beautifully presented and they were definitely worth the price! The waiter did actually spill the coffee on me however and I was only offered a new coffee and an apology. I would have expected more from a 5 star hotel. There were renovation being carried out at the back of the hotel at the time and we had no access to that area. Overall was a good experience to have the coffees and have a look around the hotel although some areas are for residents only.

The palace is really beautiful. Worth seeing definitely. We have come to the hotel without booking or similar registration. A taxi took us there. The building is very impressive. Everything glitters and blinks. The large, beautifully landscaped garden invites you to take a walk. We have taken many photos and have a positive impression of the house. I can only recommend a visit to this House if you are on holiday in Abu Dhabi.

The most intricately crafted hotel ever! Right from the architecture to the quality of rooms, service and food. If you are looking to stay at a five star hotel or just want to feel like a Prince or a Princess, if only for a couple of days, look no further than this place. The prices are reasonable for the experience. It has a seaside dining area. Even common restrooms are beautifully built and are clean. You can visit the hotel for free as a tourist, if you behave and present yourself well.

Fantastic and gigantic structure. Hotel guests are served and revered. Outdoor visitors should always wear long trousers, worth being shamefully bounced off the security staff. Very nice beach, kept to perfection. Beautiful sea, with sandy bottom. Excellent restaurants, both indoor and on the beach and in the pool area. Prices in line with the structure.

Wonderful hotel, Grand. Great experience. We did not sleep there but only had lunch. What a fabulous buffet at a very affordable price.

A trap, a scam to billing, check well, a inemaginable number of tax in addition… no commercial service… no flexibility. You really feel like a bank note… visit but not to sleep.

Nice stop in Abu Dhabi. The garden and fountains are quite well kept and make for nice photos. The inside is beautiful and very gold. Enjoy afternoon tea in the cafe in the back while listening to some piano. Their cakes are ok, tea sandwiches are nice, but the highlight is the golden cappuccino. Be ready to dish out a lot of cash for it! We tried searching for the gold ATM but it has since been removed, so just enjoy a walk around and head out. Just a quick stop. There is ample parking and it's free for visitors.

Beautiful hotel with gold as the theme. The outside of the hotel has a very nice fountain rubbing down the stairs. The gold atm no longer exists but you are still able to order golden themed food and drinks. Ordered the golden cappuccino, it looked nice, tasted average and had a very high $20 price tag, for essentially a normal cappuccino with gold flakes on it. The beach is private and looks quite nice. Did not stay the night so can't comment on the rooms.

"I love gold" should be emblazoned on the walls here, preferably in gold. It's an amazing venue designed to impress your impressions and does a very good job. Famed for an ATM that dispenses gold ingots (sadly being maintained when I visited), everything here invoked wealth. Lighting is gold coloured. Camel burger is dusted with edible 23k gold. Christmas tree is bathed in decorations. Staff are top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't try to get in wearing shorts (you won't make it past the gate). An impressive and worthwhile spot to visit in Abu Dhabi (just stop for a lovely camelcino). Not stayed the night here sadly though I imagine the beds are probably gold coloured?

Went here years ago for a conference (Education without Borders). It was absolutely stunning. A true palace! I didn't stay in any of the rooms but they had a marvelous outdoors ceremony take place. The experience left me feeling like royalty!

I tell you right away, I have not slept in it and I cannot afford it. On the other hand, do not turn in circles, go you park in their underground parking with direct access to the hotel… uh at the Palace. Dare enter this place more than grandiose in everything with its distributor of ingots, medals, medallions and coins of gold and coins. A thousand a night. Elegant atmosphere breathtaking views of the skyscrapers on one side and on the other on a white beach. At this hotel they shot one of the Fast and Furious movies.

We stopped by this renowned hotel for some photo ops and for high tea, we were only visiting Abu Dhabi for the day otherwise would've loved to stay the night and experience everything else this hotel had to offer. It open to public, free parking, you are however not allowed to go anywhere in the hotel besides the areas allowed to outside patrons which is limited to the lobby area with a view of the beach and also access to the high tea restaurants. Next time i'm in Abu Dhabi, I will definitely spend a few night here.

A place that words cannot describe, it must be lived.

So pretty! So huge! So elegant! So royal! I went there with my husband and we took a walk inside and outside the palace. It was Easter time so they had special decorations for the occasion. We decided to get a quick bite. Food is expensive (expected! ), but nothing beats sitting in there and dipping on a cup of tea. They have live music too.

Majestic… Indoor and outdoor… Very professional staff, sometimes a little too much, lack of facial flexibility in some, a smile does not make any wrong to the reputation of the place, small percentage I specify! Restaurant of exceptional quality, expect a fairly high note, but it's worth it, we're not at Macdonald! Test the Asian, really excellent, both visually and taste and flavors! Warm atmosphere, decor to the height, … Negative Point, it would take frankly fans to the terrace! Idea of the prize: for a salad, 2 dishes, a bottle of sparkling water and 2 glasses of wine, Count 1000 dhs… BAV…

Nice to be able to visit this very upscale hotel (provided there are no organized tours). Very nice view from the outside of the hotel. The interior is also very nice. A little disappointed that the gold Ingot Distributor was withdrawn.

After hearing such good things, I was disappointed. My friend made reservations for high tea. Our group was made up of 3 women and 2 children. Upon entry to Le Vindome bis we were warmly greeted. However, they seemed confused about our reservation and seated us in a family room too small for our party. We were told they would find a table for us. Moments later, menus were delivered. We asked for an extra chair. We were then moved. Upon being reseated, menus were delivered. Not enough for our party. We asked Ibrahim for a menu. He nodded and never provided a menu. We ordered one high tea, 2 chicken burgers and 2 teas. The tea service was paltry compared to what is offered across the street at Jumeirah Hotel. Ibrahim was very inattentive. One of the children suffered a nose bleed and the only one who helped was Ilene. She was a blessing. No one checked on us after tea and food was served. No one. After waiting 15 minutes I remarked upon the lack of service and someone came over. We asked for food to be packed up and the bill. They honored the request. The tea service included a chocolate fondant at the end. It was not delivered. We had to ask for it. What a disappointment. I definitely would recommend going across the street for High Tea and just visiting this location for pictures. How sad we brought our family visiting from America.

Wow, really luxury hotel in uae, it was built for GCC king meeting. Now open yo the pulic, food is not very nice, but room is good.

You must have a reservation. Incredible place to visit. Gold everywhere, very fancy. Fun to go for tea or lunch, otherwise overpriced.

A really amazing place and hotel. Full of business people and the rich mingling in beautiful architecture. Picasso was the exhibition when I visited — so make sure you locate the gallery space and see what the new exhibit is when visiting. I would recommend a walk around the extensive gardens and grounds also (if you can put up with the heat) — as they are quite beautiful.

Really great place to visit. Although very tourist-y, you should definitely try the 24k Gold Cappuccino or hot chocolate if coffee is not your style. I also had my first (and only) camel burger inside at the cafe. The views in the front are great and the interior decor is very elegant, including the staff dress. The only caveat is that prices here veer on the expensive side but entry to explore is free.

OK, the place is fantastically beautiful and charming. HOWEVER, this is my 4th stay and I keep facing the same situations that actually ruins my stay. Whenever the staff lays an eye on us, they keep asking if we really are staying in the hotel or not. Once and twice are acceptable but to be repeated over and over again?! It becomes really annoying and truly disturbing. Why is it so that we get questioned so many times while others are "freely" enjoying their times undisturbed? Is it weird that Emirati citizens are actually staying in the hotel? Anyhow, I won't be making the same mistake for the 5th time!

One of the most amazing places to visit in Abu Dhabi! You will also get to see all the luxury items that the Monarchs enjoy! There is a lot of stuff to see here. So visit when you have plenty of time on hand. Also don't forget to see the world's first Gold Vending Machine! But beware, there are restrictions on visiting times.

Looks more amazing from the inside just had 2 mocktails here and they were a bit to expensive but I looked at it this way there was no entry fee to the palace. 40đ each drink cost me.
