Amazing staff! the whole place is exceptional, from architecture to service to food to amenities but the most exceptional of all are the staff. All of them are amazing and you feel valued but I have special mention to mandip from nepal in restaurant who went out of his way to get me lactose free milk and esperance who helped me look for books and the jewel of best service goes to Israel who was soo kind and caring and helpful. Thank you to all staff we will be back for sure.

I arrived lte in the afternoon but the welcoming was still great from the concierge and Reception staffs The room was very clean and no odor, the facilities are very best, last but not least I have a very good view from my bed through the window.

Fabulous luxurious hotel with wonderful dining options on site, super views of the city and spacious rooms. The best part, however, is the staff! They are the nicest, super professional yet warm, welcoming and friendly hotel staff we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. You feel truly special and so we’ll looked after! It’s not every place where you get such a warm reception with wine, fruit and treats (pic below). A special shout out goes to the wonderful Khaing at the breakfast juice bar who makes the best juices and serves them with the warmest smile! Thank you.

Amazing 10 days in the hotel staff were just fabulous so helpful and friendly. Did a sunset boat trip with Sea Waves it was the highlight of the trip so good — Pasan was just lovely. ' Would highly recommended.

I have been coming here for the last 2 years. There is a staff member that always stands out. Over the past 2 years his impeccable service has been the same day in day out. I have been to Nahaam and Rosewater Restaurants and they both have fantastic food and drinks. The staff were always nice. It’s always a great experience visiting those 2 restaurants.

Every last detail, little surprises followed by more little surprises. Staff are 2nd to none and only into the 1st 36 hours of our stay!

We had a fantastic afternoon tea in the lobby lounge. The staff were brilliant, each guest received an individual cake stand with absolutely delicious food. Scones were served on a seperate plate. The surroundings were beautiful and we had access to the observation deck afterwards. Very good value and we would definately go back.

The Jumeirah at Etihad Towers certainly lived up to our expectations. The staff were fantastic. From booking to check-out we were treated very well. The genuine warmth and friendliness of the team made the experience a memorable one. The rooms are very well appointed, and the views were spectacular. With so many signature restaurants it is difficult to choose which one to visit but all were top-notch. The convenience of high-end shops within walking distance rounded off this extraordinary experience. I will certainly visit again and can recommend the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers to anyone looking for a short luxury family holiday in Abu Dhabi. Thank you very much!

The hotel is cosy and it offers a great venue for some gatherings and symposium and combined with an extravagant place to relax when they are attending a symposium, where they can also feel the breeze of the sea as it is beside the sea and conveniently located along the main road. This is one of the best place where I have attended my seminar.

The customer service is spot on. The pools are beautiful, well maintained and have plenty of shaded and sun beds. The menu for the pool and pool bar is full of delicious options. Shisha is available if you're in the mood to smoke and it comes in several flavors (try the mango pineapple mix! ) And the pool deck at night is beautifully lit up… romantic… fun… and relaxing!

Stay here for 2 nights for a business trip with some colleagues. Everyone were impressed. Buffet breakfast is good, ice coffee is recommended. Corporate bill need a bit of effort and patience to get them right. Very clean.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I wish I could give this place more stars. Let's start with the service which is unbelievable. From the manger Stephan Fuchs to the Wennie that made my eggs every morning with a smile and everyone in between. No detail is overlooked. They made me feel at home from the start. The rooms are spacious, clean and have great views. It's right on the beach and they have two huge cool swimming pools. Oh did I mention the restaurants. Some of the best Italian food ever at Bice. I think we ate there 3 nights in a row and then there is the Lebanese restaurant Li Beirut. Delicious! Breakfast with foods from around the world at Rosewater. The executive Lounge is always filled with a great assortment of desserts and food. Can't wait to go back. I'd recommend this place to all my friends.

Excellent architecture towering over the Abu Dhabi skies. Well worth a visit the area itself is lovely. Friendly staff and also a some lobby area upon entry. Actually went to visit the restraint Rays Grill on the Top floor hence the reason for being here. Nice to see such grandeur in a more relaxed way as opposed to Abu Dhabi.

Stayed in an amazing apartment at the Jumeirah. Extremely well appointed. Access to all hotel facilities. Lots of restaurants (and even bars — catering to Western sensibilities). Wonderful views of Abu Dhabi, the desert and the waterways. Close to everything there is to see and do in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place with very nice interior designs. Best place to take nice pictures. Great service. Amazing and friendly staff who are very helpful and attentive. Finger licking tasty food. I had the Saturday barbecue buffet diner with pool and beach access;and a live band playing as you eat. I enjoyed their salads and dessert. Planning to come back for the high tea at the lobby.

Great room — grand deluxe — fitted 2 adults & 1 16yr old with so much spare space for another king bed! The restaurants, whilst delicious, are so expensive but I guess it comes with the territory of having to import every single thing (except dates maybe). The portions are huge so don’t over order as is easily done. Taxis are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful when approached for info. Their weekend is Fri & Sat so hotels are very busy and Friday brunch is a huge affair. Drinking age is 21 and only hotel restaurants serve liquor with meals we are told but I’m sure independent restaurants have a licence but we haven’t been to one except Fauchon which didn’t have one but the virgin Passionfruit Mojitos are to die for.

Very small beach. Construction on the opposite bank creates a constant noise.
Although much is compensated by the friendly service and wonderful breakfasts and dinners.

Jumeirah @ Etihad Towers is a great place to stay if you are visiting Abu Dhabi. It has great views of the Emirates Palace and Marina Mall. It also hosts a lot of great restaurants. Conferences can also be arranged as there are a lot of ballrooms and meeting halls. Overall it is a great place to visit!

One of the best venues to stay in /meet/ dine in Abu Dhabi. A bit pricey but classy. The cuisine is supreme, they make amazing appetizers, oriental, international western cuisine. We had conference there and the services were first class. Highly recommended!

This is an historic Place In Dubai landmark which should be visited by everyone visiting the city. From the incredible architecture, to the Arabian glamour that surrounds it, and the amazing beach setting it should not be missed! And the huge upside down the lobby made great pictures! We loved it! Amazing. All service is too good… Quickly Serve.

The rooms a very comfortable, but as an ex-pat, the amenities are lackluster. Television options are poor so streaming is your only option. The problem with that is the internet is flaky at best. Hit or miss in whether you have the bandwidth to even check emails not to mention working from home. If you are on vacation, this is an excellent place to stay. If you are living here for 6 months, it gets boring with nothing to watch and no way of watching online.

You MUST stay here. Not only because you are a fast and the furious fan but a real traveller. Since this is a 5 star hotel I already had high expectations but the service provided was more than expected. You have to eat buffé, not only breakfast but during lunch, brunch and dinner. It is high quality food and a large amount of food from all over the world. The room was big and comfortable. Lots of facilities and amenities. Stay here minimum 3 nights!

I spent 6 days in this hotel during the beginning of November 2017. I arrived around 9am in the morning and I was able to have a room ready 1h after while checking is normally done at 3pm. My interlocutor (Faye — greetings to him) spoke French and was good advice for a whole lot of things.
My room, located on the 44th floor, is perfect with a breathtaking view of the city. Coffee machine, responsive room service and which often passes: at the top!
The morning and evening buffets at rosewater are absolutely unbelievable. Never seen that before in my life! The other restaurants are well also though quite expensive. Note that there is a Waitrose in the Center. Ideal! A shopping mall not far away with a shuttle available.
The pool is good with many places to land. The lobby is sumptuous and having a coffee is nice. Access to the desk 300 is free and is worth the detour just for the view.
In short, I have travelled a lot in my life and made many hotels. The Jumeirah at Etihad towers is exceptional. This is by far the best hotel I have seen. I really had a great vacation and would love to come back. Thank you to all the staff!
Two negative points/to improve: 1: the beach is small and the view fro (artificial island right in front with homes to come on.
