It is very nice to stay there. All the staff are good.

The place is so quiet and family friendly. The staff ate so accomodating ang the ambiance is awesome. Will definitely come back.

Horrible experience and terrible customer service with a lot of Discrimination to guests!
You will be ignored according to your nationality and if you complain, they have very bad handling for any problems and in fact they will doubt your honesty.

Currently staying at the Bab Al Qasr and whilst it has the potential to be 5* it doesn’t quite make it. The rooms are fabulous and well-serviced and the hotel decor is luxurious. The breakfast buffet for the last two days has been a real battle, no tables, no plates available & food running low. The staff have battled to improve it but certainly not a 5* feel. The buffet food, is at best warm but certainly not hot and gives meals a functional feel rather than luxury.
We paid extra to have a choice of restaurants — here that means 1 other restaurant, Rosemary, where both the service and food are excellent but as pescatarians/ vegetarians, the menu is very limiting and hadn’t changed so far.
The pool beds are in shade by just after lunch and beds on the beach are shaded by 4pm. The ‘heated’ pool is freezing.
It just doesn’t ‘get’ the 5* feel around bars and dining sadly. Wi-Fi is pretty dreadful too.

Terrible customer service waited over 40 minutes to check in. Staff never apologised simply said staff had been working long ours and we should “be grateful and accept it”

Great views, great Hotel, nice staff. What is not good, once the dirty window. Our room smelled extremely after cold smoke. Airing it could not, because the window went up, Henkel been broken. Here, the window will not be made clean, and this is such a great prospect in the 31 floor and more than annoying. The food in the evening is very heavy on meat. This tasted good, though. If there were fish, and then only in cooked Form. Not a big selection, pickled vegetables they could not eat, was too salty and it was not every night, hardly anything for kids, no ice cream, fruit (pineapple, melon, Apple, more not), it has no taste, something you know in Emirates, Breakfast in the morning is enough but also here nothing special, much too little selection of fresh juices, yoghurts. These are just small comments, no complaints, the location is great. The chef is very professional, the Service in the Hotel. We were already in many Hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and will be able to compare therefore. Possibly the Concierge area to improve, upon arrival we had to carry our suitcase of self-pure, the men have just watched.

Hotel itself is beautiful, spacious and staff very helpful, but here are disadvantages: it’s understaffed: valet parking takes 30 minutes to bring a car, in the end we started to park the car by ourselves, our room was serviced once a day and when we went to the beach in the morning we came back at 1 pm and room was not yet serviced — we additional left housekeeping needed sign. Housekeeping came only after we did call to concierge, there is definitely understaffed housekeeping. Staff doing good job, but it’s a bit far to Dubai 5* hotels services. I wish this hotel to fix those disadvantages, it is beautiful hotel with good amenities in a good views!

Nice product. Good Peruvian restaurant on ground floor. But front desk staff need more training.

Beautiful place, nice service, good pool. A remark regarding the chief: he doesn't really care to deliver an order on time (was too busy with his friend for more than 40 min). Very good helpful staff (waiters, towels desk, manager). A suggestion to segregate kids from adults. Securities are doing their best, but kids are uncontrollable.

Amazing experience… everything thing here was on point. Staff were really nice and friendly. The rooms are really nice, clean and fresh. Food was realky good as well. Excellent stay.

Definitely I liked the proded service of pool/beach attendants and must admire recreation department as such for coming up with fun activities and some unique features, which they give on complimentary basis. First time I have enjoyed complimentary water with ice, fruits, refreshing cold towels. Staff was professional and created some entertainment for visitors. Special thanks to Wilson for taking care and guiding through all facilities. Keep going beyond customers expectations, basen on what I have experienced today — you are good at it!

Good Stay! Had recently gone there for a Friend's Wedding and the stay was comfortable with a beautiful view! Had all the amenities one would need and situated at a good location. The only negative I would say is not all elevators are connected to all the floors which made it difficult to navigate. However, after knowing this, I would still visit again as not it would be easier.

Stunningly beautiful inside! Literally, everyone is extremely helpful. Valet is friendly and professional. Housekeeping comes in, does a thorough job, and leaves. View from our 15th floor residence… hands down THE BEST!

The hotel has a very stylish design, with quality finishes, furniture and appliances. Sensory control system in the room, luxurious panoramic views-we had a room 90metrov on the 19th floor. Very comfortable bed, separate air conditioners, open two windows for air. Thank you very much Russian Zhanibek in English Zhanibek at reception-he is a miracle, very attentive, helps in solving all questions, gives good and advantageous recommendations on rest. We recommend that you contact him. Thank you very much for everything. Cleaning is good, food is varied, for dinners always different dishes grill, seafood, always on request can cook meat or fish separately, vkusnenye desserts. There is plenty of food for adults, breakfast also pancakes, French toast, waffles and personal omelets apart from the rest is very tasty. Put a minus for food only because the hotel has a lot of kids, and for our 2, 7 year No children's menu, fed porridge is basically meatballs with pasta plus a cake. Very attentive waiters, quickly all clean, friendly. The hotel staff is basically very friendly. Thank you. The hotel lobby always plays harpist in the evening. Wi-fi everywhere, even on the beach. The location is very convenient, close by and shopping complex and attractions, to the Louvre by taxi 35-40 AED. Ferrari Park from 75 to 90.

The Hotel overall with the luxury feeling of it, all the furniture, inside and outside design that makes you comfortable. The room too, the mini suite was so specious. It’s just the little things that made me give it 4 stars, like the dusty room windows, the breakfast buffet missing a healthy cereal option, milk alternative and some of the food in the cooker was cold.

Great Hotel with an incredible Lobby. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. The menu selection is huge and the food very tasty. The Suite in 36. Floor is really impressive and the view is breathtaking.

Nice hotel. Friendly service. Very friendly and helpful bartender in the limo bar. Created me a delicious special drink! At the pool bar it has sometimes been waiting.

Excellent hospitality and ambiance. Well located at Corniche with an amazing view of Emirates Palace.

Stay on new year's eve 3 adults. Hotel and residence's architecture is very unique, bronze colored and well recognizable. Apartment no. 1059 to the 10 floor, very big and well furnished with a view over Emirates Palace and Presidential Palace, which was granted very kindly upgraded from the 2nd night on the 4 because Expedia gave the room with the view instead of the first apartment on the 6th floor had not. Cleanliness and service excellent. Beautiful outdoor spaces (pool, small beach and large lawn) : undersized and the beach, which goes in the shade towards the 15 because behind it has the magnificent skyscrapers of the group Etihad, beautiful to see. Tried the buffet restaurant with an endless choice of all kinds of dishes, excellent for an experience of local cuisine. Nice vacation.

Good hotel. Even if some flaws including repetitive meals 5 days with half board, cold hot dishes… And the desserts quickly exhausted, a little disappointed the Manager of the restaurant found us a table on the 31st while it was full. But a good point to the staff. The c is nickel
Especially the (Moroccan) Manager of the Club on the 9th floor. Charming and speaking French well. Arabic and English. She printed us the tickets and gave us some good advice.

Very beautiful, stylish and luxury hotel… Great for business, but also if you want to relax. Its view towards the Emirates Palace is great. The infinity pool is very nice and the beach is two seconds away.

+ Good location, elegant interior design — We wanted to buy a small cake or even a slice of cake for our VIP guest but there was no coffee shop or pastry shop available. Also, unlike other 5 star hotels here in the UAE, they do not have any convenience shop/swimming gear available for sale. So if you forgot to bring anything, you have go out of the hotel which is such a hassle at times. Ammenities/added services are not available in this hotel. A little bit disappointed in this hotel considering that it is supposed to be a very good one.

We had a wonderful stay, staff immensely friendly from the moment you arrive, always available to help. The breakfasts are amazing, the lobby is world class, and enormous. Taxi's readily available outside the entrance, rooms huge and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beautifully designed hotel with friendly attentive staff. We stayed for my birthday with a complimentary cake delivered to our room. From the pool staff, to reception, lobby and dining room, everyone is smiling and genuinely eager to please and they try to make your stay as personal as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Very nice and clean hotel in the best place of abudhabi heart of the city, just in front of the Emirates palace.

Spend Eid Al fitr there and I must admit it's one of the most luxurious and modern hotels in UAE.
It's newly opened so everything is brand new and up to date technologies are being used every where in the hotel.
What I liked was:
Friendly welcoming staff.
High quality finishes and beautiful designs in rooms and common areas.
The traditional Arabic touch in a modern contemporary suit.
Sense of luxury in all details (toothbrush kits are Agner).
In-room Home automation system controls light, AC temperature, alarm and don't disturb/ make my room options with a touch of a tablet in your bedside table.
Great views of Emirates palace and the presidential palace specially at night.
Great breakfast buffet.
What I didn't like was:
Swimming pool was under maintenance, however they offered a car from and to the nearby jumeira etihad hotel.
The car took so much time for pickup and drop.
No clear sign on the main road to the hotel so we took some wrong turns to get there.

It seems be good enough to stay in when you're in luxury area of Abu Dhabi. Nice decorated hall, friendly staffs. Shopping malls in short distance and the beach was also nice, close and comfy. -1 point for the missing of swimming pool.

Loved this place. Friendly staff and the rooms has nice views. Also rooms are quiet big with lots of amenities. Good for short or long stays.

Wonderful location for an amazing view and a peaceful stay.

We booked the Club superior room which was supposed to have Lounge Access and therefore costs more than double the price than other rooms but were very frustrated right from the beginning because there does even still not exist yet a Lounge and even though we paid the full price for this. While asking for the lounge they told us only that it might be only open in 2018. Next day we found out (of our own) that at least they give 2 free drinks plus canapés in the evening in the bar for people who booked the lounge access — and when asking for more details they made us feel like a beggar begging for some food/drinks (actually we paid a hell of money for getting a special service and there was no outcome at all). While sitting in the bar we got a red wine (definitely a cheap one) and when the canapés arrived we did even not believe what we saw — they really gave a small plate with 3 single tiny canapés (for 1 person — see photo) and asked us to share this "fantastic" food. I felt ashamed for the hotel because this was ridiculous and they would have been done better not to serve this tiny little bit. The bar manager Rames (he was the best guy from the whole hotel and the hotel can be proud to have him) saw our long faces and due that he was so friendly he asked the chef to bring us one more plate — definitely more or less same amount on the plate (see 2nd photo) but at least we honored Mr. Rames good will to make us feel a little bit more comfortable.

We are actually staying at the Jumeirah next door and stooped in for a drink after walking around to see the presidential palace. We were very pleasantly welcomed by Ruffina the bar manager. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable in all areas. She had brought out some snacks which were purely amazing and hats go off to the chef (I forgot to get his name). We will be definitely be staying here on our next trip and will be having one more meal here before we return home.

New modern hotel, excellent food and service. The beach is nice, but the sea in the UAE on the fan.
