We had a short 4 hr layover but it was worth every penny. We took a double bed room and I was really impressed by the amenities provided including the free one hour plaza premium lounge access.

The 3 of us were on our way to Amsterdam and had our transit for 10 hours in Abu Dhabi. It's in the middle of the night and we're very tired. Luckily there's an airport hotel, and for an airport hotel it is VERY nice. The room has 2 queen beds, nice beds, pillows and bed sheet that smells so good. Plus the bathroom is so nice. So we slept well before catching the next flight. It also came with a breakfast for 3 people. So at USD 250 it's a good deal.

Best idea ever if you have a long layover. We spent six hours in the hotel after a 14 hr flight and before another 6 hr flight. The room was dark and quiet, with modern and comfortable furniture. Managed to sleep for a few hours and felt refreshed and ready for the next leg of our journey.

If you have a long layover… this is what you need. Clean, fresh, comfortable beds and bathrooms with dining just around the corner.

I was very happy to find this on airport property to spend 13 hour lay over. Clean, well appointed, courteous staff.

A great hotel for a quick sleep when you’re facing a long transit time — not only is it conveniently close to your terminal for those who enjoy sleeping in to the very last minute but also puts you in proximity of the cafes and restaurant for quick bites. Rooms are clean however you may find yourself with a cigarette smoke smelly room from a previous discourteous occupant which can be unpleasant however overall the experience is fine.

The front desk people should be trained well and they should know the basic way like how to communicate with a passenger. They should also explain the passengers what benefits they can prevail during their stay and treat every passenger the same. The servers were more kind than the front desk people to be honest.

This hotel is airside in terminal 3. So our 10hr night time wait for a flight turned into a relaxing sleep in a well equipped hotel room with very comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities and a shower before going for the inclusive, good buffet breakfast. And all this for much less than the price wanted by the executive lounges for an 8 hour visit.

Better than most but not as good as some. Really just a quiet place to chill out. But, to their credit, they have great showers…

The hotel receptionist was unwelcoming, rude, and unhelpful. Totally disappointed at how I was treated, need to improve customer relations services.

Easy access, wide room with all favilities, good for 6 to 12 hours stay. Will recommend to all specially families.

The rooms were good, clean and air conditioned. It's definitely a good choice to stay at if you're in the airport for a while before another flight.

Only saw the outside. We we're at the airport and I went into the lounge. Pretty nice though.

Much needed with a 9 hour stop over. It is a bit pricey but you can shower and you have your own bathroom, after using the small airport/plane's it is a relief. It is clean and well kept — very noisy but I was so tired that I had a good rest. Coffee and tea facilities with water also included.

This hotel does not specify that you need a boarding pass to stay there! You cant just fly into Abu dhabi then go stay there you have to already be inside the terminal without exiting. Whats the point of getting a hotel if you cant leave the terminal?

Decent for the price. Communal toilets were a disappointment, especially with cleaners constantly around. Room had a need and desk and nothing else, but for a place to sleep between flights, it does the job.

Don't recommend, horribly noisy, may as well been laying on the tarmac next to the plane. Wish we'd saves the $200 for 6hrs and walked to the quiet end of the airport where everyone sleeps. Would have thought that when it was built they would have used sound proofing and double glazed windows or at least supplied ear plugs.

I can't even begin to imagine how awful I would have felt after a 14 hr layover. We had come off a 6 hr flight from London and had another 11 hours ahead on our trip home to Perth. I booked 6 hours, then 4 hour package and then we stayed on for an additional 3 hours at $20 USD. The room was a little musty but can understand as only aircon and no fresh air. I'm still happy to give 5 stars even so as the beds were comfy, Wi-Fi super fast, toiletries provided and we received a pass to have food at the Premium Lounge. Being able to rest and enjoy some food made all the difference.

Awesome experience, especially after the 14 hours long haul flight. Good hotel to get trefresh before you hop on to next connecting flight. Bit pricey as compared to other nearest hotels.

They have few type of room. Room S, 360 AED with Shared bathroom Room M, 580 AED with private bathroom for 6 hours. I rent Room M and I paid Extra 70 AED for another one hour. The bathroom was broken it didn't have hot water so they suggest me to use shared bathroom! Instead of offering me another room. And the end when I asked for some refund 220 AED they refuse it. I strongly suggest you use Premier Inn instead of this hotel. I should remind you there is no fridge or iron and ironing board at room too. And you will feel you are in the airplane because you can hear their engine sound all the time.

What a waste. We had room 19 and is was sooo noisy! We did not sleep at all. This side of the hotel is almost ON the tarmak and the sound proofing is simply not sufficient. The fact that the room was clean and the beds were excellent did not compensate this unfortunately. Not advisable unless you are granted a less noisy room.

Newly renovated hotel in terminal 1. The room was clean except the toilet. We had to flush and than it was okay. The bed was very comfortable. In the room you get a lot of amneties like tooth brush, slippers, shower gel, … The bathroom is big enough to get a refreshment in the rainshower. Very good and fast service (housekeeping and Wake Up Call). You can access this hotel behind the security control. During the stay you get a voucher for 1 hour entrance to the Al Dhabi Lounge. Very good food and a lot of drinks. All in all I highly recommend this way to pass the time between two flights! Will come again when I am at Abu Dhabi Airport with a long connection time.
