Room was dirty, bad smell. Staff not qualified speaking in rudely way. Spoiled my Eid vacation. Facilities very poor. My advice not booking in this hotel. The front reception Omar was unfriendly, he didn’t have experience to deal with the customer my advice to give training to deal with the customer especially the body language.

I have been to this place a few times. Usually on a Friday night for ladies night. The music the first time was a amazing, as I am a hip hop/RnB fan. The other nights I have been back though, the music wasn't to my liking. The outdoor setting is better then the indoor setting when it comes to dancing. The indoor setting is best for lounging in the evening. Service and bartenders were amazing!

My visit was to inquire regarding my booking. My stay is after a week. I needed to reflect on what I experienced at the front desk. I believe I smiled in a friendly manner to the lady there more than she did. She was handling my inquiries in an official manner. That's better than handling my inquiries in a bad manner, but I prefer a friendly one. I hope my stay there would be pleasant.

The bar upstairs is a great lot of space.

This time of the year wasn't good to visit the place cause it is hot. But we enjoyed the drink. A visitor should try the Twelve drink.

Always love coming to Aloft. Beautiful neat rooms with a lovely bathroom and spacious shower. Their breakfast is delicious as well as their Sushi. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Price tag is not cheap, but it is definitely worth the money.

The location is good if you are attending an event in Abu Dhabi Exhibition Center but far a way for the city center and the corniche. The rooms in the hotel are clean and spacious and the bathrooms are comfortable. It has a big clean swimming pool. The staff at the reception are very helpful and made the check in very fast. The breakfast restaurant is small compare to the number of guests which lead to a bad service although the food is good.

We were in the pool cafe, where the ambience is very nice and charming. We stayed all the day — it was weekend and they have nice promotions. The music was chill and the pool itself I loved — not that big, but lovely with the trees in it.

Very well appointed hotel. Very demanding international cuisine, very friendly staff, nice adequate pool and fitness area. Rental Car Station (Europcar) in the foyer.

Very nice hotel, Awesome pool, the great thing about the pool is that it works until 10 pm or 11, so when you come from your work late and exhausted you can have a great relaxing time in the pool. What I didn't like is the reception, they never answer the phone when you call them from your room. The rooms are good and clean but not wide.

Room that was booked and paid for wasn’t available, so they tried to place me in a smoking room or a smaller room. Only one working outlet in the room. Apparently the USB outlets have not been working for some time. Staff don’t seem to think that’s a problem. Hallway on the way to room has a weird smell. Color scheme is nice, but that’s all I can say that’s going for this place. Would not stay here again.

I love this hotel! In fact it's my favorite place to hang out and spend my weekend… so chill. Everything you need in there… I love the pool too with vibrant surround music perfect for relaxing!

Great place and lovely staff. Room is always tidy. Pool is clean and gym equipped. Rooftop bar is great for a sunset and beer. In room menu is great. It's in the embassies district so not a lot to see and do around there.

Modern and trendy bar, ate in the first floor area for lunch, which was nice, good wrap with chips, well presented. Service could have been quicker given that it was quiet but was still acceptable. During the second visit we had some drinks on the roof, very dark but wonderful views DJ was on with some trendy trance like music. Very relaxed and calm atmosphere, I really liked it up there. Lifts are good fun too with a lava lamp style floor which is good fun. I didn't stay in this hotel but in a future visit I would if budgets allowed it. Nice, fun and very trendy venue.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had HB with delicious breakfast from 6:30 — 10:30 and dinner 18:00 — 22:30 Uhr. Large buffet with live cooking.
The hotel is not centrally located, but convenient. In the house is a Europcar car rental. With the rental car you are then super fast in the city. The Great Mosque is a stone's throw away. There are two grocery stores and a Costa café within walking distance.

Received very good service at reception. The stay is always enjoyable with so much things to do at the aloft. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. The Rooms are always Hygienic and spacious.

Until the first day I had a problem with my room. Something broken in the bathroom. They fix it the day after. The staff was very nice except for the chef of my last night. We orderd pasta, and I discovered in my plate a piece of iron wire. When I asked why, for sure I was asking for an apologize, but instead he blamed me for his mistake. I like eat iron instead that pasta. Hope to not came again. Sorry for all the other guys of the staff that was so nice to me. For the chef… The food was so bad.

This hotel is very good. They have hospitable staff, nice views, and good rooms with a gym and a pool. However, the entrance is a hassle. The parking is difficult and even on foot you have to go a torturous route. But in general, it's very good.

A bar in rooftop… At the top… In a twilight skilfully punctuated with points of light of comfortable sofas… A place appreciated by a young clientele and… Less young an ideal place to relax but also to seduce…

You 4⛤ hotel rating shouldn't exist. Frank and honest to say that the room locations are a down under rating. No good view (all you can see is parking at rooftop), no complimentary water enough for 3 including slippers, bar soaps, no shaving and toiletries set. Unbelievable! Take note, we booked as a group of more than 30 pax for a team building activity, however, whenever we try to enjoy whatever facility they have which is they don't barely have any, security comes over advising us to hush?!?! Seriously? Don't accept any customers especially for team buildings if you expect them to just stay quiet and don't enjoy at all. Please do clean your pool more often too as something is lurking underneath. Geezz. Bad hotel, bad service as well.

Clean, spacious rooms. Service is allright. Multiple dining options, poolside sheesha and pool tables in the lobby. It's attached to the convention centre.

A good place for business travellers. Very close to ADNEC. A 4* hotel but price is sometimes less then 3*. We arrange our company exhibiters accommodation usually there. Rooms are clean and wide. For parking you may need to drive 2 km.

Nice hotel. Very modern furnishings. The suites are very pleasantly furnished and also large. The standard rooms are a bit small. Possibly poorly cut.

The location is excellent. Breakfast, vegetables and fruits are fresh, you can ask for scrambled eggs or omelets to make the choice, baking bread is not very good, rubber buns, some coffee from machine. The room was very clean, a little compliment of tea bags and instant coffee. Well, the bad news is that they first gave a breakfast number, asked for a change-the problem tank in the bathroom and the view from the window to the concrete wall (the conference seemed to be the numbers were almost all occupied) ; There were two paper cups in the room, of which tea was drank, vybrosli, and new ones were never brought in. One time, no trash was taken (forgotten). The hotel is isolated to the nearest shopping malls and entertainment.

It's great place to be in, either you like to chill or to dance it's amazing plus good music and perfect offer for New year! Acceptable price!

Comfy and clean room with free standard speed Wi-Fi and excellent breakfast menu. The only down side is being pretty far away from the downtown.

Their brunch was a very different experience! Outdoors, on the 12th floor, fabulous music by the dj & amazing view! The other thing which sets this brunch apart was that we were served at the table, no queuing up needed. Lots of variety ranging in both the cold & hot items. My favourite was the egg benedict! So perfectly done, I could have ordered just that & been perfectly happy. Lovely dessert & cheese round off this amazingly different brunch!

This is the worst hotel when it comes to one's experience with the staff. They are generally inexperienced and poorly trained to serve the customers from as simple as answering phones all the way to checking out. Not recommended at all.

Lovely hotel, Funky interior design.

Free (! ) Wi-Fi, relaxed atmosphere, staff are friendly and openminded, there is a trendy and modern look troughout the whole building and we loved the fantastic pool and rooftop bar. Also, there's good music all the time. Be prepared to take a lot of taxis, though. As the hotel is not in the city center. But it is a good starting point to explore the rest of Abu Dhabi: Corniche is 30 min. Ferrariworld and Yas Island about 40 minutes out. That will cost you about 30dhs or €6, $7. We would come back here anytime. Tips: bbq night at the pool on thursday and sushi at the rooftop bar.

I had dinner buffet with my aunty, uncle nd my cousin sisters, we all had an awesome time. The ambience near d pool is soo nice with a live singer. Enjoyed it.
