The worst service and disgusting breakfast, absolutely disappointed with this hotel. I have booked several times because I have been promised a better experience next time, but I never receive it!

The place has good office spaces, but it is still developing so you will find it hard to spot a good restaurant or eateries. Should develop in few years.

A good hotel actually, with nice and clean room. However I got the unpleasant experience of losing my clothes when laundried by the hotel. And my white shirt was faded (black color) from someone else's clothes.

Location Clean rooms! There is a swimming pool and gym! Great Food! Very friendly staff.

I stayed 2 times in this hotel and it has a great price. The rooms are good and modern, the bed comfortable, spacious shower, amenities and coffee station. The coffee cup wasn’t clean which shows that their housekeeping shout get improved. The breakfast was decent and the hotel seems to be popular. Once you reach to the hotel, there is no proper space to park to do the check in, should be a dedicated space, once the check in is done you get a card to access the car park, which is convenient. Overall a good hotel at a good price.

The rooms are very small. The carpet must be changed. Service and staff are property. Good location for people who participate in events at the adnec and Entourage but very far from the city center.

Cheap and very modern hotel in Abu Dhabi. A bit far outside but there is a free shuttle to Yas Mall, airport and city. Very good breakfast and a rich buffet in the evening. Many theme nights with food from all over the world. Tip: Ask for special offers in the evening before going to the restaurant. In the immediate vicinity there is nothing touristy as it is located in the financial district. In 5 minutes walk there is a well-stocked Carrefour market. With drinks and snacks. All rooms have a refrigerator. On the 20th floor there is a small rooftop pool. Enough to cool down. Free chairs and towels. An all-round crane is installed on the roof, where the window cleaners are dropped. Interesting to look at. Point deduction just because of the location.

The place is clean, everything r well and not crowded suitable for those looking a place to relax. Staffs are accommodating. Thanks to miss Grace for a nice chat and to the Mr Jade for a nice conversation too. C u soon for our nxt stay… thank u Rotana.

First the room not same as the photo. We was shocked when there is no bathtub. We did not sleep til 5am because of the hardness of the matres and pillows Frankly we slept to the ground. No basic things such as toothpaste and lotion. The staff was helpful so much.

Good hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. The pool is on the terrace and the water is temperature controlled. The food is decent. The staff is quite helpful and courteous.

Cute hotel, very central in Abudhabi, near to most of the foreign Consulates. Great breakfast, Nice Bar on the ground floor, cheap. For Emirates Platinum Members, you can get enough discounts.

Nice hotel, staff pleasent and helpful. God's breakfast and quiet rooms. Stayed for 3 nights and my only complaint was the length of time for check. They only had one desk in operation and a very large party were in front. Room was clean and with everything I'd expect, breakfast was good and the pool area clean and tidy. Good place to stay but not really that special, I'd felt it was a bit like an up market premier Inn. All in all it was good for a few nights, if I was visiting the area again I'd try and stay at the aloft first if budgets would allow.

Very nice hotel, I felt very comfortable 2 weeks here. Tolerant and open climate, very friendly staff. Room was always clean, daily cleaning. Room service on request. Room size was a bit small for one person but OK, therefore only 4 *. Pool and gym on the 20th floor with great views. Unfortunately, the pool was only open until 22h. Corniche beach is 15km away. The Yas Mall and Abu Dhabi Airport are offered a free shuttle bus to the beach unfortunately.

Perfect for travellers attending trade fairs at ADNEC. Value for money and a beautiful ambiance. Staff is very helpful too. Security is very good as its close to government and Embassies.

My biggest concern here is the lack of bell service. You need a bellboy to take your luggage. However, you have to go do that yourself. Other than that, Centro is a good hotel with comfortable rooms.

This place has wonderful and caring staff. The manager we helpful and he asked us how he could help us more! The only thing is the valet is incredibly slow at retrieving one's car.

Good value for money hotel. The room was comfortable, with a beautiful view in the 19th floor. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Nice amenities too. Breakfast was amazing, really worth it. Very nice stay overall.

A conveniently located hotel, especially if you are attending a convention at AIDC, neat rooms, a pool on the roof, courteous staff, feels good.

Good place to stay but the rooms are not so spacious. When I arrived late in the evening there was no one to pick up the bags. The staff at the door is not so friendly. Internet is not so good. I would like to have a good internet.

The hotel is good the staff are nice but I would like to have more value to the money paid. I had to carry my own luggage to the room so I would reserve my point.

So fine hotel room and so nice restaurant that makes you feel you in family… Nit that much of a gym… Swimming pool is good… Should have sauna and steam room.

Pathetic hotel which can't even provide parking if you come for a business meeting. On top of it, the security and front desk wants to know why you are having the meeting at the hotel. Nice way to turn away guests!

I like the room, clean and comfy. Staff was professional. Surrounding was nice and peaceful. I can easily recommend this hotel to my friends and family for a shorter stay. Parking is a bit congested and it's hard to find a vacant spot.

The day we went there was so crowded and staff were not at all prepared to handle it. And the curtains with the rode in our room fell down all of a sudden when we were in the room and luckily we were away from it. Long queue for breakfast and so much mess. Al together it was a bad experience.

I am a business traveler and this is the first and last time I will stay in this hotel. Can you imagine I arrived almost midnight pulling a large luggage and my another bag holding my laptop and other stuffs plus my coat that I hand carried. Upon checking in I asked for help and the reception reply is, " this is a budget hotel and sorry we have no porter. Please do it yourself". I paid almost S$175 per month and I was not aware is a budget hotel because my representative in Abu Dhabi helps me to do the booking. On the second night I came back to the room and it was not clean up. What a bad experience! I feel business travelers should avoid this hotel if you need a comfortable stay.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are small but cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located close to a Carefour store.

As a long term guest at the Centro Capital Centre Hotel — Abu Dhabi-For more thon a month and a half I at this time I am here the Housekeeping on 7th floor where I am at is great, she always greet you with a sir or mam she never seems to have a bad day, after so long time I have personal hear the good remarks other guest passes out about her, respect Mis, R Macalino keep the good work, Centro Capital is recommended.

A very nice hotel is located in a secluded area of the city, but it is easy access to the local buses as it is located in an area of embassies and areas of display is well worth a visit.

Not exactly in the middle of the city but centrally located to cover the outskirts and the middle of the city. Constant flurry of Taxis right at the door step. If you can't find one, just ask someone from their friendly staff. Hakeem in particular was really helpful. 24/7 tuck shop, great breakfast, excellent decor, rooms are clean but the choice of TV channels could do with a revamp. No free Wi-Fi in the room as some websites might claim. Overall 7/10 for experience.
