Worst check-in experience ever! We arrived at 3PM (check-in is at 2). Waited until 5PM to be given a room! No update, no effort. The worst.

Not so crowded, like all the foods, buffet. All facilities are nice & complete. Very relaxing.

Rooms are a great size and the facilities are very good. Great location close to the parks and mall. Friendly staff who are also helpful. This is our second stay here and it is just as good again.

Staff and the hotel itself is not that good. Was not that satisfying we came for chillin and to unwind.

Couldn't fault the hotel. Great location, clean, staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an executive room giving us use of the lounge which was a wonderful treat. The free shuttle bus and Yas Island bus was great for getting around. Would definitely stay again!

Hospitality personified… the staff is courteous and exhibits warmth. Concierge Imran is your saviour for most of the tourist attractions nearby… advice given is absolutely useful. The shuttle service is a bonus and rooms are very comfortable. The front office staff and housekeeping guys are polite and welcoming. The restaurants boast of lavish buffets… we experienced breakfast and dinner found them to be very elaborate & sumptuous. The health club and swimming pool are contemporary and extensively frequented. A memorable experience.

Its one of the finest properties on Yas Island… close to Ferrari World & Yas Island… the hospitality is par excellence. The concierge services are high point of your stay as they guide you extremely well for the impending trip. The buffets are lavish and decently priced with extremely courteous staff. Me, my auntie and friend book here in business class suite. Well I love the big spacious rooms. Very nice and accommodating place. My room overlooked the pool and the view was amazing, you will view some camel outside and the golf field… their spa is also nice with their sauna and whirlpool… Great breakfast and friendly staff… it just that in cleanliness and maintenance needs some improvements… I HOPE MY REVIEWS HELP YOU. Stayed there overnight for my connection flight. During check-in I've got an upgrade to a better room free of charge. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and food was good. I will stay again. Thank you Kola and your colleagues for this nice but short visit of mine.

Wonderful rooms, extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. The balconies are not so spacious but they have nice views. The swimming pool is so beautiful and the warm decoration around this area take you far away. I highly recommend enjoying your dinner around the pool area. The breakfast buffet is very organized and offers a wide variety of choices. You can also enjoy the beauty of Yas Island taking long walks, bicycle rides and visiting Yas Mall.

I was Happy and my family in our stayed in your Hotel. The room is clean and neat. The service in our breakfast in the restaurant is very good staff is so nice and but the concierge staff is so unfrienly specially when we want to go to yas mall, when I ask the staff that I want to go to ferrari world and ask them if the service shuttle will come at 10am, he replied so unaccomodating because he said that 10am shuttle will go to yas mall and we priorities the guest whos going to mall. But we are also house guest from the hotel. But over all the service is so good.

I will give 2 stars because wait staff and restaurants were good, but the rest of our experience was NOT good! I had jewelry literally stollen off my body at the spa. Our room was disgusting! It was dirty (my kids feet were black from walking around the room and they got black under their nails from the shower. The worst was the smell! It gave me a headache it was so strong. Then we switched to their sister hotel right next door and housekeeping just walked in our room without knocking?!? Seriously? When I raised the issue of my jewelry with the front desk and spa staff they made a quick call and then left it. In fact the spa blamed me when in fact the lady giving the massage actually removed my necklace from my body. I would say your staff needs training at very least! So frustrated!

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice family room with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Free tea, coffee and water in the room. Plenty of relaxer beds around the pool (which is the temperature of a bath). Incredible choice of food and drinks at the buffet breakfast. Several restaurants to cater for all tastes either at the hotel or next door at the Park Inn.

Beautiful hotel with pool and 4 restaurants. Close to the Formula 1 circuit but away from the center of Abu Dhabi. To reach any place you need a means of transport.

Location: near to Yas Mall, Yas water world, Ferrari world. Parking: Excellent Reception: helpful and baby friendly Concierge: Very good Lobby waiting area: good and clean, but very limited seats compared to number of rooms Lobby restroom: needs fixing and cleaning Elevator: clean and spacious Room: needs to be neat before guests arrive. Bathroom: toilet and face mirror needs fixing. Bed: sheets and covers were dirty. View: beautiful balcony with pool and beach view Room service: take time to response to guests needs but excellent and quick once they arrive. Restaurant breakfast: nice food but very crowded. Pool: too many people couldn't used it. At night quit and the view is lovely, but the water needs cleaning.

Good for short stay. Its located conveniently in Yas, just outside Abu Dhabi, making it easier to visit the city. Hotel provides a shuttle and beach pass to near by Yas beach club. You can drive to beach club as well, there is plenty of parking outside the beach club. Hotel is next to the golf club and near mangrove. Rooms are comfy with basic amenities and staff is nice. Pool is too small, it was full all the time during our weekend stay. F&B at hotel is bit pricey for what is on the buffet, F&B prices at beach club are fine.

It’s a beautiful hotel with great service. Rooms are nice specially the rooms with view. All stuff was nice and professional. Owais from room service was very helpful and professional. Nice place to stay highly recommended.

Great hotel. Business Class rooms and lounge are definitely worth the surcharge. Great pool and free access to Yas Beach club (free shuttle bus or an easy 15 minute walk) Plenty of affordable taxis available if you wish to travel further afield — Only 5 minutes to Yas Marina, Ferrari World, Yas Mall or the Water Park. In summary, I'm happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. For $50 a day we were placed on the 7th floor in business class with a coffee machine and views of the golf course and the local bay. Breakfasts from 6:30 to 10:30 are the same, but all that ends, immediately carry. It's a pity that there are almost no salads and greens. Very polite staff and almost always have a Russian-speaking manager. But the hotel itself is slightly tacky. However, this does not affect the rest. Emotions are positive!

Great place for short staycations. International tourists seemed to be having a great time. Family oriented atmosphere. Tickets to theme parks were included. Service agent Sheikh was very welcoming and professional. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very good. Front desk staff is excellent . But valet and concierge service staff in not at all good. Thy really need to work on it and add some good staff. Apart from that the hotel is excellent. Good breakfast and pool.

Excellent place to Park for couple of days. Exhaustive continental breakfast, Good location of the property. Got some excellent sunrise shots. Stone throwaway to tourists destination. Neat and clean rooms with great Service. A must place to stay when in Abu Dhabi.

We booked at the hotel in December 2017. We enjoyed our stay. The reception was helpful and friendly. The house cleaning at times cleaned the rooms late but we understood the period was a busy one. The bus to and from the beach and mall always on time. My children felt safe to go to the mall alone and come back without worrying about transportation. I will recommend it for families. Friendly and helpful.

This was our 1st stay there & in Abu Dhabi. The staff & management were so incredibly nice to us. Our room was beautiful. The view was incredibly awesome. Our concierge, Ashan, & the others were so wonderful in connecting us to the adventures that we wanted while there. I most definitely would stay there again. I would also like to give special thanks to some of the many other staff members that made our stay there the best time we have ever had — Imran, Rhea, Brerna, Jonathan, Budhi, Mary Jane, Deo, Indra, Ruma & Lama. Great bunch of people!

Strategically located near the Airport and the Ferrari World, overlooking the sea on one side and vast expanse of the city on the other. Very spacious rooms, with a choice फिर deluxe to royal suites. Room service is average, and there's a lot of scope for improvement.

None of the rooms maintained the same standards such as the regular stuff like towels, bathrobes, etc. We had to call the room service several times requesting the bathroom supplies but they never ended up coming unless we call them like 3 to 4 times which made us wait like an hour or more. … The reason we booked this stay was to celebrate our son's birthday and brother's wedding anniversary. While making the booking I addressed this and the reservation team assured that they will arrange for a cake for each of those rooms but it all went wrong. We only received one cake for the birthday which came at 10 am unlike the other hotels who make it special. The plan I made for my brother's anniversary just went totally wrong which was an extreme disappointment. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family for their bad room service. All this was raised to the assistant manager at the time of check out but his response was also not at all pleasing which makes us more disappointing. The whole stay was a complete disappointment.

For the past four years we have been choosing this hotel to spend the Christmas season in the family.
As every year we are welcomed with hospitality and professionalism by all the staff.
Again this year we relaxed great, having the possibility to make us cuddle in their spa center or at their pool where our 4 year old son could have fun with other children and play while my wife and I enjoyed a cocktail.
The dinner and the Christmas lunch were very well organized and provided with many varieties of international and Asian dishes, the dinner and the party at the end of the year made us unleash with the band live and the buffet was great and full of choreography.
A heartfelt thank you to Mister Amish who takes care of our reservation every year and has everything going for the best and a thank you to the reception staff and concierge who never make you wait to retrieve the car from the underground parking lot and are Always available to bring you bags and luggage to your room.
This year's special memory will be the smile of Otto Felix always available and attentive whenever we arrived or left the hotel.

I had very pleasant stay. The facilities were very clean. Customers service was excellent. Feeding and the environment were great.

Nice rooms. One side room views pretty cool — golf course by the water. Food is pretty decent too — good spread during breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets.

Nice and calm place away from city buzz. Definetly a good place for conducting team building events for your organisation. Very tasty and healthy food. Polite and humble staff.

Not bad as hotel, the only problem is that if you have the office in downtown Abu Dhabi you have to consider the traffic at certain times.

If even free taxi had got from the hotel catering service, which were on the drag track, then took us to the hotel. I can only recommend. You can get from there everywhere well.

The hotel is correct. But I made a charge to the card, which I did not authorize, in the lobby they told me that they moved my case to your finance department. Then he was no longer there, I sent them an email and I never responded. While you are a guest, you want to make you feel cared for but then go.

The Radisson Blu is by all means very good value for money. Especially the Italian restaurant " Filini" is serving great food. But what makes the great food even greater, is the absolute outstanding service from the staff. I have had the pleasure having been served as well last year as this year by the most wonderful Lady called Rose. She can be proud of here name, she is as shining and well looking as every rose, but on top, here extremely politeness, here wide smile and always open for a nice chat, while remaining extremely professional, makes the visit to the Filini as an outstanding experience. Liked the although it looks old and need some renew but my family liked the breakfast boufet we had charming view from our suite.

I love this hotel, it has a great vibe and best for weekends. So I decided to spend my birthday by getting a room on the 10th April. I got a Superior Sea View Room and my 2 girl friends got a Standard Room. So I arrived a little before my friends as I wanted to get some sleep. I reached the lobby sharp at 3pm which was the check in time. I came on the reception desk and the person who attended my was Ali and he claimed to be the Assistant Front Office Manager. So while I waited in line the family in front of me booked a Standard room and paid around AED. 390 got upgraded to a Superior room. So when I reached the front desk Ali told me that right now they have no rooms I will have to wait 20-30 mins and they will upgrade me to a Business Suite room. I agreed made my payment of AED. 591 which was the price for my Superior Sea View Room and get a free upgrade to my Business Suite room. After 45 mins when I went on the desk Ali told me the room was not yet ready and said I can give you a non balcony room, I understood that he was giving me the lowest category room promising me a Suite. So I said no I have waited for the Suite for 45 mins — 1 hr as promised, and in the meanwhile other receptionist booked that Suite room for someone else and the Ali said no he has given that off to someone else who is willing to wait more 30 mins. He then told me he will get me a free drink if I waited 30 mins at Belgian Beer bar, that also I did not get.

Has us super fallen. Children were in the Pool happy. Super Breakfast.

It was a good hotel pretty conformable. Visited Abu Dhabi to attend a concert but there was a small problem at check in when we were told the rollaway bed we requested was for a fee per night which we haven't been told about on the phone when we booked. Other than that it was a really nice hotel.

A large group banquet in the Radisson Blu's ballroom was a delightful affair with delicious food and friendly service.

Stayed on a layover, staff is friendly, efficient. Room service was pretty good too. My first floor room had a big enough balcony for table and chairs. Overall clean and neat 10 min from airport.

My extended stay at the Radisson Blu has been absolutely wonderful! The entire Staff at this hotel is responsive to every need. I've been especially impressed with the consistently superb service to my room by Dayanand Samala! My congratulations to the Management and entire Radisson Blu Team.
