Just arrived back from a fantastic week away with my hubby at the W Hotel. We stayed in a fantastic suite which was so big with a great view of the marina. Not only did we have the best holiday here but where else in the world can you sit outside for dinner and hear the cars racing around the track. The food is also amazing and the staff provided brilliant customer service and everyone is so friendly, thery go out of their to make sure you have the best time. We loved the Indian food in 'Angar', it was out of this world amazing, Nayyar and his team do a brilliant job, we couldn't stop going to this restaurant as it was that nice. We were also fortunate enough to meet Camila one of the W Insiders, she is brilliant, so helpful and really kind, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone at The W Hotel, we had the best holiday :) and we will be back!

It's close to Yas Mall and some of the parks. Good ambience. Room services team are great. I love there whatever whenever approach. I find the meals limiting (in house dinning). Breakfast option great although sausages and beacon always crispy. Rooms are mostly next to the tracks and I can't understand why sometimes people are racing until 11pm! it was noisy unavoidably noisy. This was everyday but when it was on, Jeez you can't even hear your thoughts 😂🤣 concierge were nice and helpful.

Where to start! 5⭐️! Impeccable service from check in to check out. Upgraded to a suite with gorgeous marina views. They went over and above to make my birthday stay memorable. Special shout out to Essa and his team for going the extra mile with the extra attention to detail and all the personalised touches. We loved the neon messages on the mirrors. Dinner at Garage was delicious with super views of the cycle race on the F1 track and breakfast this morning was perfect, with every live station you could wish for. We are already planning our return stay based on the quality and experience provided.

I have being and stayed in different 5star hotels bit they are exceptional from breakfast to cleaness shuttle buses almost every 15min around the island. It was my birthday and they sent me a beautiful deliciously made cheese cake before I got back to my room

The lady that helped us at the service desk was extremely unwelcoming and annoyed to help us after we were waiting 10 minutes in the queue! We were not greeted friendly at check in by Sandra but felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. As a customer I expect to be feeling welcome and that was not the case. She only noticed that she was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly when my husband I commented to each other. To us friendly service is more important than the hotel itself. Great hotel and the rest of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It is a shame that one person can affect your stay so negatively.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Yas Hotel. We had a few small issues but after having a quiet word with the hotel everything was put right and could not of been happier. The adult pool is a great place to spend some time, great staff and very relaxing. Visited the Italian restaurant a few times over our stay and was always impressed by the staff's attention to detail and the food we were served was fantastic.

Everything has been phenomenal so far! The buffet has plenty of options and every food I've tried has been delicious! The adult pool is awesome and the attendants are very friendly. In fact everyone has been super friendly and helpful with any and all questions. We took the shuttle to Yas Mall and even though we took the wrong one at first, we found our way and made it there. The concierge was most helpful in booking a kayak tour for us and giving information about going to the Grand Mosque.

We are here, on one of many stops, on our honeymoon in the UAE and we couldn't be happier with everything & everyone thus far! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, people are happily helpful, and the Race Tack and Marina are out of this world! The food consists of anything you could want and more, and that is just in the hotel… venture out into a world of possibilities, from fine dining experiences to a quick bite then off to the next adventure.

Serene! The staff take pride in their work and are very courteous.
The marina room is partitioned by floor to ceiling glass walls and sliding doors and overlooks some amazing yachts. The room is refreshed daily.
On a Sunday and Tuesday one can get free bikes from the Yas Marina Circuit and bike ride along the legendary racetrack that surrounds the hotel.
The main Origins restaurant serves an abundance and variety of food that would rival the Ritz in look, presentation and taste. From the minute one walks in till one leaves, the staff ensure you want for nothing. As busy as the restaurant was every day, they would still find time to stop and chat. One staff in particular ‘Allan’ delighted in ensuring the level of service experience received by guests kept getting better.
Saw guests ask for doggy bags: even those look like a little upmarket gift bag.
Didn’t think the stay could get could get any better till I went to the Spa. OMG! Need to experience this!

Everything was fine until Thursday evening. The disco began. We had a terrible night! In the morning they asked me to replace the room. The administration went to the meeting and gave the number from the back. It's quiet. We couldn't stand two more nights of disk! ) "Jack" was only a liter! )

Service was absolutely amazing could not fault one bit. We did have small problems but they were right on it and fixed it all straight away! I’ve travelled a lot and this by far has been the best service I’ve received. The hotel itself is also tidy and very modern! Would stay again and highly recommend to many.

Views from all rooms are awesome, fitness centre is OK just a bit small. Both pools are really awesome. Breakfast was good especially the hot pancakes and waffles. Exquisite hotel and restaurants, slap bang over the Yas Marina Grand Prix circuit. High grade with spectacular pool on the roof. Iconic light display from the hotels exterior skin. We ate pizzas at the Italian restaurant in the hotel — delicious!

The hotel is just super! The food at the dinners is very tasty, the view of the Formula 1 track is breathtaking. The area with palm trees which glow in the evening as the hotel itself! The open air pool is just a class!

This is the top hotel in this city. Attempted a convention here and stayed for 3 days. The room was really very large with luxury deck and fittings. Excellent washroom with large hot tub. The pool on the top was good too. There are several restaurants in this hotel. I really like these the rooftop bar as it offered Hookah. It also offers views of the F1 track.

I've been there twice, visited several hotels worldwide, this one was one of the best! Service and staff, food and ambience at its finest.
Little shortcoming: The volume of the racetrack, which is not permanent!

Very nice and Curaro Hotel. Perhaps the only design hotel in Abu Dhabi. The circuit passes next to the hotel from the restaurant terrace you can see the cars pass by.

The rooftop pool floor is also in the annexe. Also worth mentioning is the mostly very nice, Professionellle service from housekeeping, lifeguards who helped me with my handicap very much or the staff at the Origin restaurant. Also, as a guest in the Indian, Italian and Arabian specialties restaurants, I have been very well served, extra-cooked and courteously treated. The quality of the food at the Diner excellent in the Atayeb. That's why UAE # 1 is always for me. Now ask yourself where were the deceptions: 1) after a tyre damage with the transfer company, I arrived at night on 23/04/18 against 01.30-2.00 am but very positively voted at last. Of course, the damage is not the responsibility of the hotel. We always am friendly to the front desk with my sticks and heavy backpack. I would like to emphasize that due to my handelable handicap I had previously sent extra 2 mails in English and German with my feasible wishes. Which goods — shower, — soft bed rest and as permanent guest with GHA loyalty program a room with afternoon sun on the balcony, since I am somewhat mobility impaired and also had an injury by accident in Germany last week, it was very important to me That I can enjoy the sun and warmth in the afternoon reading my extensive documents.

No need to make reviews about this hotel, you just have to go there. A strategic place where you can spend pleasant hours in the wonderful context of the United Arab Emirates. This hotel made me revalue Abu Dhabi to the point of prefering it in Dubai.

Hotel from the structure and location outside the city… It looks like another planet! Modernly furnished rooms… Very spacious suite, you really get lost. Nearby beach, reachable by shuttle. Be in the circuit of FORMULA1 and next to the Ferrari World… It doesn't happen often.

Great Hotel with staff at the height of the name. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, of course charm the presence of the car circuit that gives the hotel that extra touch, I tried 4 of the 5 restaurants and none of them disappointed my expectations. A particular applaud to the restaurant Kazu, one of the most good Japanese I have ever tried.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights. With children 8 months and 6 years. I was worried that the hotel is not "beach", was afraid of the noise from the race track. But it did not affect our holiday at all. The hotel is a lovely insulation when there were training races, we, on the contrary, were going to watch (and not only us), it is a hotel chip. To the beach we walked (1, 7 km), T. To very tight breakfasts (with such abundance is difficult in another way:). The road to the beach is groomed, with flowerbeds and lush trees. The hotel has a children's room (3 hours free of charge), a family pool up to 20:00 with a tempo control-very Nice clear water, adult swimming pool, gym, locker room sauna and hammam free. There is also a swimming pool on the beach. The dinners are lovely, plenty of choice. Can be changed to Indian, Italian, Arabic restaurants. In general, this place is very very suitable. T. K. O. Yas is self-sufficient: Ferrari Park, Aqua Park, Yas Mall (the second largest after Dubai mall), you can ride free on the F1 track on the bikes, for a fee on cars (even on the car), 30 minutes to Louvre, 20 minutes to the mosque. And there is no such a dense movement as in Dubai. There are almost no cars on the roads at all. We were very, very happy with the trip.

Staff who knows what customer service means. Enchanting setting. Perfect room. Various places of restoration. An F1 circuit that surrounds the hotel. A nice bar. Perfect.

Nothing to say. Beautiful structure, impressive architecture and integration with the F1 circuit of Yas Marina exceptional. The beautiful rooms, delicious food, in addition to the buffet and can eat in the 5 international restaurants present in the hotel.

Perfect staff very attentive.

This was the first time we have visited the Viceroy and it didn’t disappoint the exterior is superb and so is the hotel it’s self. We ate at one of there restaurants and again the food was superb and great value for money. As I tell people all the time they should try the Emirates just to see what they are missing.

An absolute must, book a table in the buffet restaurant and you are seated 10m from the racetrack, there also often in the evening test drives or even private races are held, so there is also really something to see! Little Tip, GROUPON Abu Dhabi has good offers for the restaurant!

An edgy 5* hotel that boasts of a racetrack that surrounds it. The sounds of race cars were deafening but by the end of the day, I actually started to enjoy and love it! Breakfast at Origins restaurant was over the top! Dinner is great for desserts at Origins! Lovely view of lakes and fireworks (during national day). Two amazing swimming pools and a completely racked gym (SERIOUSLY?! WOW! ). Free shuttles all over Yas Island. Definitely pricey, but enjoyed every moment of it! I would definitely go back there in a heartbeat!

Was on holiday there at the end of February. The hotel corresponded to its 5 star. Staff very friendly and the room was cleaned twice a day. A large balcony rounded off everything. Next to it is the famous racetrack where almost every night there was something going on. Abu Dhabi is truly an experience and worth a trip. Free Wi-Fi, spa and the two pools on top of the roof are great. Best time to travel I find between November and March. Gladly again.

Luxury life. Yas Viceroy stands out in Yas Marina Circuit with its excellent architecture and the the stunning view of the Hotel. A great place to be around. And a stunning view towards the race circuit.

We went back to dinner after the thrilling experience of last year. Undertone. The Formula one circuit was not illuminated and this detracts from 90% of the fascination. The buffet is interesting but not up to par. The service so so, we had to quarrel because our reservation for a table on the outside terrace had not been taken into consideration. Anyway they found the table we wanted.

Outstanding. A palace planted in the middle of an automobile circuit and a marina of madness. It's frosty, but fabulous. The hotel is grandiose both in terms of location and on the extreme quality of service. Cleanliness and security of rigour. To see absolutely even without lodging in it. Luxury hotel with beautiful settings. Rooms are huge and spacious. In room dining is also on point. Overlooking the Yas Marina circuit you'll get plenty opportunities to see f1 cars zoom by. The bar at the roof is exceptional. Surrounding area is not that vibrant and will require transport to go the nearest mall. Overall experience 5 star.

Spectacular view from the rooftop of the track of formula 1, swimming pool, restaurant, etc are worth to visit. It is not necessary to be hosted.

The hotel is built one piece on the ground, the other above the water, between the marinas. Under the bridge, which connects them, passes the route of Formula 1. There are heated swimming pools for adults and children on the roof.
The hotel is covered with a giant mesh of glass and metal, which at night is sparkling with a color backlight.

The coolest hotel I have been to. The design is out of this world and being on an F1 circuit is just incredible. The rooms are elegant and stylish. However, in the room I was staying in, the coffee machine was broken and it stank. When we asked if they could change our room, they said they couldn’t and we had no choice but to stay in the room we had. However, I would like to stay in here again as it is a one in a kind. And looking from your balcony on the F1 circuit is amazing.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are large and modern. Cleaning several times a day. The views from the windows are chic. On the roofs there are 2 swimming pools. When the race is a noise as the takeoff of the plane, but in the room good insulation and cars do not bother. Restaurants above all praise, although the prices and bite. Highly recommend the tour to take with dinner. There are several Russian-speaking staff.

Worth staying here if you are an F1 fan and love the subs of its engines ringing in your ears. You get great views of the track from every room. The restaurants at the property are above average, especially when we visited the week after the race. I can only imagine what it's like during the race weekend. You can walk to the marina from inside the hotel.

This is our last night of four. It is a fabulous hotel. The evening meal was one of the best I have ever had. The service is unbelievable. The staff really care. They cannot do enough for you. We will definitely be back. Cannot recommend highly enough. Please come. You will not be disappointed.

We were there the next day to the race. We had free access to the… and we thought it was very nice to see the yachts next to the track! A nice experience.

Pure modernity… pity the noise of the ORIGIN restaurant but the rooms are superlative.

Went for dinner at the Kazu Japanese restaurant after a visit to the Yas Marina Circuit. Absolutely incredible food, with a great view onto the marina and race track. The service was incredibly attentive (unfortunately I can't remember the names of the individuals who served us, but it was a consistent level across all the staff members who did tend to us) and the price was, in my opinion, reasonable for the standard. My choice was the beef gyoza to start, followed by sea bass with asparagus; but the absolute must is the Japanese fruit sorbet for dessert. Would heartily recommend if you're a fan of gourmet food.

It's a good place and nearby all Attractions. Luxury stay. 6 to 7 minutes to Yas Mall. Art Kid Zone. Lavish Dining.

Last week I had an issue of misallocated item at Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi Hotel and I had to call the Duty manager to resolve this issue. I must say that the correct and prompt support extended by her is appreciable. She reacted to all my queries and was very polite and helpful throughout the time I was waiting. You should certainly feel proud of such resources, which bring in goodwill for the hotel. She understands customers are the building blocks of a business and is very conscious of the customer care she extends, which immensely makes customers feel valued. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your Hotel. However, her professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to commend Ms. Maria Marta for her professionalism and superlative skills. I appreciate the way you have trained your staff and the way they are following their duty perfectly. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long term relationship and that means more than just making a sale. Wonderful hotel with lots of nice restaurants, a great pool and bar setup and a couple of good night clubs! The service was excellent, room service food was very good and overall a really enjoyable stay. All staff were very helpful and couldn't try harder. Will be back ASAP.

State of the art hotel. The design is absolutely stunning. Spacious rooms, impeccably clean and great service. This place knows style and does it so well.

Best experience on earth. You can get a tour of the track and race a formula 1 car. What more can I say place is awesome and coaches were the best. The tour is worth the money where else can you experience the history of formula 1 other than a track. If you are doing the driver experience opt out for the f3000 I believe which is a true formula race car. I was going to drive the Aston Martin and Mercedes amg but seriously pay the extra money and just do it. Plus with the f3000 you actually race in a separate track not the Richard mile track.

Definitely a 5 star hotel for its architecture, amenities, and services. The changing colors for the roof is a must see at night. The room service is just superb and the staff is really friendly. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Great hotel next to the Ferrari Park and the water Park. Located directly on the track formula 1 (track goes under the hotel and around it. During the race they will be able to see directly from the balcony. Comfortable clean rooms, good service, lots of restaurants. The hotel is not cheap, but I think it's worth it.

Amazing! Nothing I can say will do this place justice. I stayed there while transiting in Abu Dhabi yesterday. Perfect in all aspects! And superior customer service. This will be my hotel in Abu Dhabi from now on.

Magnificent. Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Ever. The warm hospitality is genuine and heartfelt but never obsequious. Staff will really go out of their way for you with any request. Set amongst the Yas Marina complex, spanning the Formula One circuit, the Viceroy Hotel has opulent tree-lined plazas and boulevards. There are picturesque, strikingly lit water features dotted throughout the complex. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, whose balconies overlook the Yas Marina Circuit. Beds are super comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how tranquil the place is, making for some of the best night's sleep known to man. Food is fabulous, bars are chic and plentiful. The hotel is not the cheapest place in the world, but you get what you pay for. The decor is contemporary, futuristic and classical all at once. That's as best as I could describe it. One moment I think I'm on a spaceship, next I feel like I'm in ancient Arabia. The Viceroy is also one of the stops on the free Yas Express shuttle bus which takes you to the other attractions on Yas Island, such as the Mall, water park and Ferrari World.

My stay at the Yas Viceroy Hotel featured breathtaking facilities, contemporary rooms, and world-class service. Exploring each new nook and cranny of the grounds was an adventure in itself, especially walking around outside near the F1 race track. All of the restaurants, swimming pools, bars, and lobbies were exquisitely decorated and well kept. Check in and check out processes were simple and fast. The hotel's location near all Yas Island attractions — including the soon-to-open Yas Mall — is a big plus, though it can be a long haul to any downtown destinations.

Just loved it to be there with family and friends. Wil visit again for sure.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Stunning architecture, the building is constantly changing colour (at night at least) and the ultra modern feel is continued inside with big open, well lit public areas. We stayed in a suite which was incredible, my favourite feature was the 'half egg' bath, big enough for 2! The staff were also excellent, welcoming and couldn't do enough, with one of the reception staff marking on a map of Abu Dhabi some bars we should check out based on what we were after. One of the mirror lights in the room didn't work, but there was a handyman sent straight up to change the bulb. Quality on site facilities too, we went to Skylite bar up on the roof, a unique venue with tasty cocktails, if only the service lived up to the standards set by the hotel staff. The cocktails not exactly flowing, but it was a busy night — could have done with more hands on deck manning the shakers and blenders if you ask me. The roof top pool is nice to cool off in, but the cladding (what makes it constantly change colour) can leave some interesting tan lines! The unique selling point of this hotel undoubtedly is the on-track location, there can't be many hotels in the world literally on top of a F1 track? A nice experience standing on the walkway over the start/finish line with super cars underneath you!

Great hotel! Clean and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly hotel staff, only hotel on the F1 circuit; had a really pleasant stay for two nights. The Origins Restaurant team in particular (Lak, Ulysses and Sheren) were very friendly, warm and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.
