Hotel misplaced our bags for over 10 hours. The deal for hotel stay plus Warner Brothers access was a good deal but losing our bags ruined the experience. Definitely more of a family hotel, pool and hotel overall was extremely crowded and not suited for couples. Rooms are decent but beds are hard. Would not stay here again.

We stayed here on an Etihad deal where if you stay one night you get the second night free. The hotel was great and we had adjoining rooms for the kids and like any Asian and Middle East hotels the standards are so much better than Australia and Europe. The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are huge. Breakfast was included in the price and I’d make sure if you are staying there that you get a deal with it included otherwise meals are pricey at the hotel but no more than anywhere else in Abu Dhabi. The pool area is great with towels provided. The only downside or perhaps it is an upside for others is that you lose the sun behind the hotel in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the island shuttle bus station is close by. The only issues are very minor things such as the mini bar fridge hardly cools at all and tiny bits of mould around the bath but for the price I wasn’t expecting perfection either. Overall a great spot to stay at a very reasonable price and I’d definitely come back.

What an amazing stay! I felt in the lap of luxury in this hotel. The room was wonderful, very comfortable with a nice decor. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure I'll ever get to go to Abu Dhabi again, but I'd certainly stay here if I could! My only complaint is that the water from the shower tended to splash quite a bit.

Rooms are great and food room service was super fast. Location is very close to the Marina Circuit. Great pool for kids. It's a great place for a family to spend time together.

The hotel is close to Ferrari World, Yas Yas Formula, Yas Water, Wold Water Games and Yas Mall. The hotel is suitable for the weekend, there is a restaurant of the hotel named chooses buffet system every day food from a particular country and on Saturday the international food. There is also a restaurant and bar. Private parking is available at the hotel. There is a restaurant nearby Radisson Blu — Centrwe — Crowne Plaza — Yas Visroy.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, once for a weekend trip in 2011 and once again last year after an event in Abu Dhabi. The room was fairly small, with double beds which were fairly small as well. Considering that the hotel was far more expensive than others in the same star-range in Abu Dhabi, the room and food were a let down. However, the location is beautiful with room views facing the Yas circuit and illuminated Viceroy hotel. The rooms were a solid three-stars, but priced at a much higher rate due to excellent location and outdoor facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at Yas Island Rotana. We had a standard room to accommodate 2 adults and two kids. The twin beds are wide enough that one adult and one child to sleep comfortable. The swimming pool is big and there is also a kids swimming pool but they were not heated. There is just a very small playground. Average buffet breakfast. The hotel gives vouchers for the Yas Beach that is close enough so one can walk there when is not too hot. Otherwise, one can drive or there is a hotel shuttle every 15 minutes.

Nice place for buffet. Not ver crowded the pool and the bar ambience perfect. The staff are so disciplined and smile face always on them :) The best thing if you are not staying at the hotel you can walk in without reservations for such a luxury and nice place.

YAS Island is awesome! The atmosphere here is peaceful. There are numerous hotels and lots of activities to keep you going. The YAS mall is so huge and provides a variety to shop from. There are many places to dine as well! This island and Abu Dhabi in general is grandeur, luxurious and stunningly beautiful!

It is good. I liked it. It has great service, and the breakfast was amazing. It is not that expensive compared to other hotels. The swimming pool is quit big and clean; however, the spa is not that good.

Nice location… It's very close to Ferrari World and Formula 1 track. Food is excellent with lot of options in breakfast. Rooms are spacious with modern touch.

A nice hotel on Yas Island for the price. The included breakfast was above-average. The front desk staff could be better informed and helpful to tourists. They were polite and efficient but not very informed or able to answer tourist questions.

Ideal place to Trasorre a fun-filled holiday… It's not very cheap but worth it.

Well worth a visit the staff are well trained, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is neat and comfortable. I found it to be a warm family friendly hotel and with it being situated close to major attractions commuting is relatively inexpensive and hassle free. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well as on the premises which makes for great variety when it comes to meal times and the 24 hour room service is always a bonus!

Didn't like being cheated when booking rooms. We specifically booked a room with UNSPECIFIED WATERPARK AND FERRARI PARK, but it turned out that this is just a marketing move and there is no unlimited visit, and you can only go once there and there. They also promise a discount on the menu of cafes in Yasmolle, but this discount you have to knock out in the cafe (they do not warn).

A very comfortable hotel, recommended for families, staff was very nice and our stay went pretty smooth. The breakfast was good with a wide range of menu. We took an offer which included tickets for Yas water world and Ferrari World for the complete family 2 adults and 2 kids which was good value for money!

Great hotel. Friendly service. Alot of rooms to pick with balcony (have to pay extra). Rooms are medium size but you can have two rooms next to each other and they will open a door between the two rooms. A swimming pool to just chill. Gym and sauna are free of charge and only for people 16+

This is a good place to stay when you visit Yas Island. It is clean and very welcoming with good views as well. Take a dip in their swimming pool or just relax there and have a drink. They have all the facilities to make your stay a pleasant one. I like the fact that you can choose from 3 restaurants plus a bar and a cafe. Tasted something from all of them and I really enjoyed it. Will definitely recommend this place for travellers.

Location is nice but there is no convince store or any other store nearby for that matter. All the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Nice rooms and very well maintained, although rooms could have a bit more lighting.

Despite the very limited time to explore the attractions of Yas Island, I could not but pay attention to a very stylish hotel in the heart of the island — Yas Island Rotana. Ostanovochka in it was very short-just one night… But absolutely wonderful and stylish design of the rooms, chic panoramic windows in the whole wall, beautiful scenery outside the window-on the highway Formula 1, golf courses, the most exotic Hotel island-Yas Viceroj… Didn't leave me indifferent. Very cozy pool-with chic sofas. With a children's beach and a hot tub and a bar in the water. Very stylish restaurants-in Rangoli you can taste modern Indian cuisine, in the restaurant Blue Grill-steaks on charcoal.

Property was nice and clean. Room was comfortable and nicely lit. I got room upgrade, bigger room with balcony. Staff was responsive and humble. Breakfast was very good. Complimentary access to Yas beach.

Nice Hotel with comfortable rooms. Customer service needs quite some improvement. Buffet breakfast layout quite cluttered and stressful when crowded but food is good. Check-in staff need to be trained on attending to customers in a timely manner. Swimming pool not special. Valet service and doormen are quite good.

Great location with views of Yas circuit, professional staff who provide the best service. The hotel has the best restaurants award winning! Plus rooms are quite spacious.

Great interior and service, tasty food in the restaurant. Room was big and spacious. But no garden and very average swimming pool, the beach is a little far (11 min walking or have to take a shuttle). The beach was Great, very clean and with the lifeguards, who is working, not just sitting and watching boobs. I have left my daughter for a moment to bring water bottle for her, my husband was around, but once she started walking towards the deep part of the sea, a lifeguard was like a flash and took her back. Amazing shower and washroom facilities. The disadvantage was a necessity to take voucher every time you go to the beach, an irritating security, who was checking bags on the entrance (like I was going to a public event, not to the hòtel beach). And of course opening time of the beach — from 10 am till 7 pm! So no early pleasant swimming or late enjoying on the beach, especially during hot summer months. Do not recommend for the people, who are the beach lovers.

Excellent and friendly service. Good value for money. Pleasant room. I ate dinner at the in house restaurant "rangoli, modern Indian cuisine" and had an exquisite experience. Wonderful food, service, atmosphere. As a solo traveller, my stay was made very comfortable, safe and pleasurable.

The Yas Island Rotana hotel has many amenities that made my stay here comfortable, they have a fitness gym, jacuzzi, restaurants, swimming pools and near Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld. My stay here has been great, the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom is decent. The hotel maintains their cleanliness and the service is great with polite and kind staffs. Hope to visit the hotel one day again and I will recommend any of my colleges to come back here.

Yas Island has been my favourite chilling spot ever since it has existed. The stay at Yas Island Rotana was my first experience and it was an amazing one. The well equipped rooms and the interiors are marvellous. The swimming pool and the pool bar and the jacuzzi are add on to this amazing experience stay. If you have had a long exhausting week, I would recommend you to try this stay and you will b refreshed for the week.

Nice place, to stay quiet calm and excellent restaurants but hospitality not up to my expectation I felt a pinch of racism … Need 2 improve…

Stayed here for two weeks. Very friendly service and upon asking I was able to change rooms for a better view. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to use the swimming pool after a certain point in the evening, so if you are looking for a night swim, you might want to check the pool times, before booking.

Really bad experience. Strange policies, stricter than airport costumes and immigration. So rigid… Will never ever turn to that side again.

This is a really amazing and comfortable hotel blue and warm swimming pool lots of fruits and breakfasts very friendly waiters and waitress helped me find my bluetooth headphone love it, miss it, and recommend it!

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, kind staff, nice and big pool, very good steak restaurant and good Indian restaurant. Free access to Yas Beach and free shuttle to downtown twice a day. Good to go to Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World or Yas Mall. A bit remote for downtown activities.

I didn't like anything the worst experience ever I'm here since 6:30 and till now we didn't get the key of the second connected room my kids is sleeping on the floor. Reception is lying to us since 2 hours that key problem and 5 min will solve it. This 5 min equal to 2 hours till now and nothing change. Suddenly we are surprised that the housekeeping now open the second door and start cleaning it. I don't recommend this rubbish place to anybody.

Not bad overall. Reasonable prices and perfect location if you're looking to stay on Yas. Food is so-so and the pool's a little small. Service was great on the other hand.

Rubbish customer service! Had problems with payments too. Charged my cc card 3 times and my brother in law's twice for the same amount. We were 12 people together and 2 were pure vegetarians and they had to fight to get veg food for themselves. Fatima the manager in the choice restaurant was very rude and unhelpful. I think she needs to be trained and told how to deal with customers? Never ever will visit this place again. Absolute NO.

Very good! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and friendly place to stay. Gym, pool and beach included. Full breakfast and ending prices OK. So there I go again and would prefer to other more noble.

For the money, you get a lot. True of a lot of places in Abu Dhabi, but I was happy with every aspect of my stay. Great pool area and the restaurants are very impressive, especially in the Indian food. I really enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet as well. It's a little far from downtown, but cabs are pretty cheap.
