We stayed for the 3rd time at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Yas Island and we are still very satisfied with the location and the amenities offered. The rooms are still as magnificent and the staff as charming and very professional as ever. Very nice breakfast buffet. I would also like to thank Eshan Shamal who works at the pool bar for his kindness and availability. We will definitely be back next year. Congratulation.

I will recommend my friends and family to book in your hotel because it’s affordable and the service are good. Eat at their restaurant because the foods are all amazing. The service staffs serves with a smile.

Pool was great, more so because they implemented pool schedule so you know they are taking safety measures. The room was big, the view was nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 1 night, and the service, food, room view all great, and outstanding value for money.

We had an awesome time at Crowne plaza. Everything is a plus. It’s located very close to all the theme parks. The pool and the pool bar was amazing, was the highlight of our stay. Friendly and welcoming staff made our stay worthwhile.

Came earlier then my wife, told those guy on reception, "call me when my wife would be here, I'll come and and will take bags" They said, sure no problem! When she arrived, they told to her, they don't know room nomber really ruin the check in, and evening… But breakfasts really good…

My stay there was amazin. The staff was so curtious it made my stay even more special. The view both day and night was breath taking. During the day you have a beautiful view of the ocean and its glorious blue hue! (I know, I know the oceans are blue! ) At night, the place is lights up like Vegas, and the food and drinks are amazing. Great for both families, couples or anyone who wants some R n R or have some fun.

A place to reside with peace of mind along with our family members and friends or either. The standard of room service and house keeping are exceptional. Amazing service and had a good stay. Located in a place where the world famous Ferrari world is there. The night life here is more than I expected. Will be visiting again and again.

I can say this hotel has the best room view in Yas Island, especially balcony with sea view. Too quiet at night, you can spend the whole night at the balcony enjoying peaceful times. The main restaurant offers limited varieties but really delicious dishes. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

The sea side view is spectacular. Worth every penny. Excellent service which is expected.

The hotel has a high standard of decor and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Nice pool and pool bar that serves snacks. Very nice Lebanese restaurant plus a good international cuisine in the main restaurant with special menu nights featured.

It was a short stay at this hotel. The highlight was access to the Yas beach and that was the reason I selected this hotel. The pools were nice too. Overall good facilities and courteous staff. Enjoyed my short stay here.

Excellent room service. Friendly staff. Free valet parking. Food and beverages are a bit pricy if not included in your room deal package. The swimming pool was undergoing construction during our stay. Free internet. Work Desk. Hair dryer. Air conditioned room. Non-smoking hotel. We stayed in three different room during our stay and the cleanness of the bathtubs is questionable. They all looked stained and old. Overall though, a very pleasant experience.

Very nice location! Fast check in! Free parking! The place is amazing. It deserves a visit. Everything is just perfect. Staff are friendly and polite. They are very helpful and professional. Place is clean and very comfortable. Location is great. Amenities are well mentained.

The view from the window is paid for as the sea, and in fact the golf course, the construction of a round-the-clock back to the building of the hotel, work 5 cranes and men from 07-00 am to 18-00 with the construction cut the reinforcement of the Bulgarian, running Jackhammer and still knocking the sledge hammers constantly, water and the island in Share on this background is a little visible, in the rooms all the furniture is tired and requires replacement. No one does the cleaning until you call and ask. Toothbrushes and pasta do not issue a shaving kit on demand. Towels are leaky and with traces of large yellow spots. Food is the only thing you can put 5 points, it is impossible to sleep in the daytime with closed windows noise from the construction breaks, rest from April 13, 2018, to this day. There is no Russian-speaking staff, except the waiter Ruslana (a good person), but he works shifts. The representative of the travel agency of Coral and the host side of the Odeon is also not, the calls are answered, but they say that everything in Dubai…

I won a one-night stay on Virgin Radio in combination with tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotter. I first faced difficulties reserving a room, but after involving management it all worked out fine I even received an upgrade and was surprised with a personal note from the GM, a fruit basket and chocolate
The food quality of the Stills Restaurant was very good! The only thing… I tried ordering from this restaurant to the room which is allowed, but nobody was able to bring me a menu so I had to get dressed again and walk down to chose. It’s pretty lame, but the food made up for it
I totally recommend staying at the Crown Plaza Yas Island. It’s a convenient location if you spend time on Yas, staff is friendly, TVs are mini but rooms are spacious…

Great hotel on Yas Island 15 mins from Airport. Nearby are the Marina Circuit, the Ferrari World, the Waterworld, Yas Mall and the Golf Club.

We had nice stay in march 2018 at this hotel. It mentions it is 4 star, however it can easily compete with 5 star hotels. We liked especially the staff, and their service. Rooms were a bit small, but still decently clean and tidy. Wish we had the room with balcony, but still ok. It was pleasant stay since we were upgraded to club level for free.

The hotel amenities were nice but the room smelled like smoke. The breakfast was superb and the location is great for the marina! I was with a large group and their was confusion upon arrival. Stephen was very hospitable and would receive five stars in customer service.

Stayed for only a day as we were sent here when our flight was delayed for 16 hours. Amazing foood! Best buffet I’ve ever had. Cheese variety, olives, dessert, local cuisine, name it! Pool area is lovely. Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong in the room. Nice room! Great bathroom.

Nice spacious rooms with good views. It is about half an hour from the city. The breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from.

Only stayed one night. Wish we stayed more! Amazing hotel, great amenities. Amazing team especially the Egyptian who works at the concierge desk. He helped us recover a much treasured souvenir. Went above and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. A true asset!

Very nice place to stay. The view that you see from the room is mesmerizing. Staff is very good and polite. Food has a lot of options and is very tasty.

Great Hotel, unfortunately the view is just completely built. The pool area is unfortunately for the large number of rooms far too small so there are not enough seats. Also, the service in the restaurant is completely overwhelmed by a little rush.

Hotel Restaurant: The food is really good and varied. For the space (too few tables) and the cleanliness (the tables are aufgräumt by the restaurant staff only sporadically) I have to assign the Grade 4.
Outdoor area/Pool: Outdoor area clean. Pool is heated and clean, towels are free. Unfortunately, too little lying.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. For questions about events, company etc. You always get professional and informative tips. Free Eintrittsskarten for the beach club. It is a good and beautiful holiday hotel, suitable for family, couples and solo travellers.

I attended the place as our alumni function was arranged here. The arrangements are very good. One star is reduced because of the time taken for bringing back the car from valet parking.

Beautiful all nice great breakfast and the lounge at the top of the hotel is just nice to eat there too. Convenient and close to the airport.

Great hotel just a few steps from the circuit of Yas Marina.

Great location for airport and leisure facilities. Easy access to city. Good rooms. Great food and staff very attentive. Nothing to much trouble. There are coffee and tea in the room. But in a cupboard. There is a building site next door, but not at all intrusive. This is at least our 7th visit over 7 years. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff was all ladies but no greeting I feel that they want to proceed with their jobs duties without any amount of passion.
My room booking was superior room I get the Kay I’m get up to 3ed floor the room was clean, tidy and comfort bed. The swimming pool was great. The T. V Chanel’s selection was poor no MBC’s channels. We have some of food and drinks orders on pool eare the staff was very serious and firm we are in hotel on the nice island not in high school let them bee Little friendly and smiles.
All in all the hotel ambiance was very good

Very disappointed with what should've been a fantastic weekend with my children. We checked in to a family room after a great day at Ferrari World. We ate in the restaurant downstairs which was fine, but when we exited the lift on the 5th floor we heard the music from the pool bar. Boy was it loud.
My son couldn't sleep so I thought it might go off at 12am. Wrong! At 12:15 I phoned the reception to ask what time the music stopped. A very rude night porter told me 3am and basically told me to deal with it. I then requested to change rooms and they said that they would call back. Credit to the staff though as 10 minutes later they called back with a room, and 5 minutes after that a new room key.
We then traipsed across the hotel with two children, one asleep and one very grumpy in to the new room. No noise could be heard… fantastic you say. Wrong. Only one bed between 4 of us. I called reception to request an additional bed and they said that they would. 20 minutes later still no bed. I called reception again about the bed and they said sorry there will be a further delay of 20 minutes for the bed. I decided to grab the bed myself from the noisy room and wheeled it across the hotel to the new room where I could put my son's to bed. The bed other bed eventually turned up at 01:40 which was declined.
The next morning the staff we're very apologetic and helpful but it definitely soured our weekend and made for a tired day at the water park the following day.

Great reception staff. Shame there's a building site next door but then the whole city's a building site. Why isn't there a kettle and coffee makings in the room? Bizarre. Comfortable though.

The hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are spacious and clean, close there is a big shopping center and the Ferrari world.

The best hotel we've stayed in Yas Island! Staff are helpful and friendly (except for one guy in the front desk, sorry), food are awesome especially the breakfast buffet, rooms are comfy, clean and lovely and the view from the window is amazing. We attended an event in one hotel nearby and when we came back to our hotel room, we were surprised to find a small anniversary cake in the table! Thank you for making our 3rd wedding anniversary more pleasant. We would like to commend one lady in the front desk, I don't know her name but if I am not mistaken I think she's from Africa. She was very kind and warm. Keep up the good work!

Really enjoyed my stay at Crown Plaza! You will found good service, good food and very welcoming staff. This hotel offer many facilities : Pool, gym, hairdresser, restaurants, bar and more… Yas Island is very touristic, so don't expect see a lot of local & cultural stuff over there… I would suggest to go out of the island if you want to get the most of your trip!

A very elegantly designed Hotel, serviced by attentive staff. Restaurants are good — Breakfast Buffets have wide variety of Continental Cuisine but limited Indian Cuisine. Tends to get very busy. Rooms are spacious but not well insulated for noises.

Rooms: well maintained, but a bit small, just like business style rooms. Staff: very good, specially in restaurants. Tends to get busy in lobby and checkin/checkout area. Car take ages to get. Pool a bit crowded, but u can use the Yas Beach. Reasonable prices for the room.

One of my favorite property in Yas Island. A well maintained rooms and comfortable beds are main plus point. Fitness room is good and has sufficient fitness equipments. Breakfast was good and they do serve limited choice of Indian food. Check-in and checkout was smooth and efficiently handled. Overall an amazing experience.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff and service really is the best we've had! I cannot fault anything, we have stayed all inclusive and the food and drinks have been amazing. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Good Hotel on Yas Island, strategic location because on the island there are the Yas Marina Circuit (open to the public also for bike rides and running! ), the Ferrari World, the Waterworld, the Golf Club for lovers of the genre.

To try at least once. Bar service at the top, with orchestra accompanying the afternoon tea. Bathrooms manned by service personnel! All at the top.

We are from the United States and this resort has been 5 star all the way from the drop off to the room. You should always add the breakfast buffet to your stay it was well worth it.

Drink prices aren't the cheapest, but Still's turned out to be a GREAT place to watch a World Cup match! Outdoor seating with two large projector screens made it easy to see the action, while gracious servers were very attentive. The seriously blasting air conditioning did a good job of blowing away the cigarette smoke from other customers, too. The valet staff is friendly, but it can take a while to get your car back from the garage afterwards.
