Very friendly staff. Very clean and the housekeeper was very sweet. I have stayed here twice and would definitely recommend this place. Very quiet and peaceful.

It’s a nice hotel little over priced but I did visit during a pandemic so some things were different, pool is small but clean and hotel is nice, rooms are nice no smell or bugs, clean bathroom. Soda machines were mostly out of soda and breakfast bar was closed, the ac in the rooms were fantastic and it was summer time! The bar was fun, connected to the hotel so you could have a few drinks and play some pool then go straight back to you room. Other then that nothing special.

Very unhelpful staff. We had ants crawling all over the room. Asked to be moved to another room and the lady said it was too late to be moved and there was nothing she could do. We will never stay there again.

We really loved staying here. The staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and accomodating. We stayed on the way to and from our destination. The rooms and bathrooms are big and clean with a fridge, desk and table. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the arcade and raquetball court. The breakfast is a great spread with home cooked eggs and lots of choices because they have a restaurant attached. They even had a real hi-chair for us! But the added bonus was the wonderful Christmas decor everywhere. So homey and festive! Highly recommend!

It's clean, there's hot water, a nice fitness center, an indoor pool with hot tub. Perfectly adequate. The beds were nice. The short pillows on my double bed were a little weird — no full size pillows — but I got three of them.

Staff was right on. They helped with everything. Shower backed up fixed within 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good. My husband changed to stay there while working. BUT not impressed with the pool. Disgusting! Very dirty after staying there for 5 days. Jacuzzi was milky white. Watch hotel staff wash floor into pool.

I love stay there but this time we had are pet so we got put in a pet friendly room. The room was clean but had a smell why would you have carpet in a pet friendly room. Other than that the food was great staff great would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Hot tub is open 10am to 10pm and was a good size. Indoor pool. Rooms are comfy and updated. Breakfast was good good but the selection was limited. Staff very nice.

This place gets the job done. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms could use better soundproofing, I could hear everything going on out in the hall. Bathroom was nice, clean and spacious.

Everything but the lobby seems to need renovating/updating. There weren't any outlets by the bed to charge my phone. The PBS station we watched was fuzzy. Not sure if all the channels were like that. The towels were small. The 80s hairband and 90s Jock Jams music in the lobby were annoying. The girl at the front desk was nice enough. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent. The lobby and lobby bathrooms were nice and updated. Most of the issues were subjective. The important things like cleanliness were good. I'd stay there again for sure.

Had awesome service! Room came with free drink tickets to the bar connected to the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful area. Breakfast was legit the best breakfast we have ever ate at a hotel. The service was also extraordinary. We highly recommend. Best stay we have had so far at a hotel. We stayed back in 2016 to go white water rafting, deep caving and to the adventure water park. Was a blast!

This place is great for the price. If have given it five stars, but the bed hurt my back so much I could barely sleep. Now, I have a bad back, but still, most mattresses I can at least sleep on. Everything else was great, including the bar and restaurant/diner. Management was amazing and handled my only complaint so well I can't remember what it was, just talking to the nice lady Sunday morning to get it resolved.

Very friendly staff. Rooms nice. Best yet pet friendly. Only down side is there is not a resturant that serves lunch and dinner. They do have a bar that is very nice. Their breakfast in the morning has a very good selection. A place we stop in our travels.

The staff during my stay was friendly and very helpful. My car battery died and the manager was amazing to help give me a jump start my last morning there. The breakfast bar was good with a nice selection of food and also a menue to order other items. My room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and hot tub was so relaxing, the tiles could be cleaner but it was A great experience overall.

Friendly staff. Covered loading area. Wide hallways. Nice Christmas trees. Attached bar is convenient. Showing its age but I'd stay there again.

The hotel as a whole is a little outdated, but the rooms are very current. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, restaurant and bar. They staff however is the best part, they are so friendly and accommodating. They really made a group comfortable and let our needs.

Extremely unprofessional staff and management. The breakfast bar is a joke. The pool is disgusting and foul. I asked repeatedly for customer service number to file complaint and was ignored. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone, ever.

We were heading home to Michigan from North Carolina when our truck died. The front staff were very kind and empathic. Our truck was towed to the diesel shop next door for what turned out to be two days worth of repairs. The staff comped drinks at the bar which was amazing. Our room was spotless. Rest room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was better than home! Endless supply of hot water. Food in the lounge and bar is fast, hot and very tasty. The staff were better than friendly they were genuine and made sure that our stressful situation was better and made our stay feel like a vacation.
