Myself and my partner stayed here for the weekend as we were in Napier for a family event. We booked a sea view room with a spa bath and it was lovely! The room was so spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was super comfy and we loved that there was Wi-Fi. For $197 per night it definitely surpassed our expectations. Parking wasn’t great as there is no set parking space for each room and we found it very noisy if anyone came back late in the night especially on the staircase. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay again. Thank you very much to the team at shoreline.

The Shoreline staff were so helpful when I rung to say I would be arriving late. They were very helpful.
It was great to arrive to a clean room with all the amenities, and I had the best sleep. The bed was so comfortable. Location is also great. Close to the beach, warehouse, Briscoe's, a takeaway & shop.

Had the most amazing stay here. Napier was the first stop of mine and my fiances 4 year anniversary holiday, and it surpassed all expectations. Nice and close to the city, spacious bedroom, spa/bath, comfort and friendly staff. The price also didn't go beyond reach. We will be back!

Spacious room, good walking distance to the town and beach. Has heat pump. However, they charge $20 for the portacot. Not recommended to the family with young ones.

Excellent views from our second level accommodation. Clean and handy to town with beach walks directly opposite. Also nice large spa bath in our unit for that evening soak. Good on-site parking. Highly recommend.

In Napier many of these motels have similar amenities so my review is on the awesome staff who were very accommodating about my early arrival and finding me a much needed power adapter for my laptop. They offered (I didn't have to ask, they offered) me fresh milk for my tea on check in and were very knowledgeable about the area. Nice view and the room was well kept during my stay. It's a short walk from the main shopping area.

Refurbished large motel, tiny kitchen, soft mattress, have a spa in room but not clean enough, change towels and remove rubbishy everyday, but no carpet cleaning. Summarize is not bad.

Regular NZ motel. Rooms are spacious. You have jacuzzi in the room. Breakfast not included in the room rate, can be ordered. It is delivered to your room. Air conditioning doesn't maintain temp throughout the room. Staff could be little more helpful.

We stayed at the family room, one bed room suite, on ground floor. One bedroom with two singles, and one super king in the lounge. Suite is spacious and very clean. Lounge faces the ocean. One enjoys sunrise every morning. Across the road is the junior bike park. Very convenient for young kids. Will return in future.

Lovely motel in a beautiful location. After a long drive from Waitomo Caves, my fiancee and I were thrilled at the views and the spa bath. Very well presented in all regards.

Awesome place. Huge bed. Huge spa. Everything you need. Ocean views. The bones of the motel are old (no lift) but the people running it have updated the furnishings. Close to city centre. Would happily return.

Marvelous educational fun for people of all ages. Aquatic species range from gold fish, piranha, sharks, sea turtles etc. All tanks are really big with magnified glass fronts so you see the smallest creatures to the fine details of the larger ones. The adjoining cafe has a good selection of food and drinks and the souvenir shop is well stocked and reasonably priced. A good time for all the family.

Right by the marine, spa bath after a long day in the room, discrete seating and bed area, large bed, shower room as well, well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff, arrived early for scenic city tour but we're allowed to use the car park before room was ready. Shame it was only one night. There are rooms facing the marina but we did not miss this as it was cloudy day. Great find.

Great veiw. Rooms slightly dated but huge spa in each spacious room makes up for it. Lovely people on the front desk very eager to help and very friendly.

Company sent me to work in Napier for a couple of week. During the day, a Indian lady from motel called and told me directly 'You need move out'. I have no clue what happening and ask why. Do I need move out now? Im in the work. She was so implitely said yes and asked she will take my things to move into another room immediately. Terrible customer services and so rude during the conversation. The room is dark, small and had loud noise from level two until 11pm. The bed cover looks like never changed and smelly. Absolutely not recommonded.

Very quiet Motel despite being on a Busy road. VERY handy to town, National Aquarium, and beach.

Best motel EVER! Spa in our own room with a TV and super friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk from town and just across the road from the beach. Right across the road from savemart.

Stayed at the Shoreline a few times and always enjoyed it. Well appointed, clean rooms across from the front and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Big, comfy beds and a large spa in the room. 10/10

Slightly dated but aren't most motels? Clean and comfortable. Staff lovely. Well worth staying there, I would happily recommended it.

Very clean and tidy. Great to have a good stock of fresh crisp towles. Slept well as your beds are comfy. The king size bed felt like a super king. Wonderful. Fell in love with the ocean view as this was the first the I opened my eyes too. Only downfall is the vent from the bathroom is very loud into the single beds room but apart from that was great. Will be back. Thank you.

Spacious with direct view to water. Short walk to town. Access to single communal washing machine and dryer a pain when there is a queue in afternoon. Limited kitchen facilities. Limited parking spaces forcing parking on street.

Good sized rooms, nice balcony looking over the ocean, a short walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Just Awesome would stay again! Just a shame about the weather but our sea view was still spectacular!

BRILLIANT HOTEL! FANTASTIC FRONT DESK BOYS — — have not experienced this good a customer service in any of the hotels/motels in new zealand. Highly recommend it.
