My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the views and everyone that we have come into contact with has been so friendly and accomodating.

We stayed from the 22-25 of October my daughter is a student at Cornish besides being EXTREMELY convenient Andy the front desk clerk was PHENOMENAL friendly, n very helpful he helped us get r boarding passes printed he was there for everything we needed Andy made us feel we were the only guests nothing was too much.
I will b returning and I will stay here again.
KUDOS to Pan Pacific and Andy for making r stay enjoyable.

Loved our stay, the staff was amazing and the room was absolutely what I expected from the online pictures.

The worst customer service we have ever had. We got married there in January and they continue to charge our card for no reason and without authorization. There has been 3 people quit since we put our first deposit and the person we dealt with at the end quit right after we got married so they can't show proof of why or what the charges are for. It's been a month and they charged our card and have not refunded.
DO NOT get married here! They have no idea what they are doing!

Loud. Very loud. Called front desk and was told there was a Christmas party beneath us and they should be done soon. Basically that Christmas party was more important than the nights sleep I paid $300 for. Additionally, there were no linens on the pull out bed for my son, we called and they sent some up, then charged me $37 at checkout for the linens! So you can rent a room here with a pull out bed but have to pay extra if you actually need to use it! Unbelievable. Pan Pacific was a terrible experience for us, we will not go back.

Absolutely one of the greatest hotel experiences in my life. CJ and his staff are nicest and most professional group of people you could ever want. From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was amazing. The rooms are designed with feature I have never seen. Not even in 5 star elite chain hotels. The views of the downtown skyline of Seattle we're breath taken. Can't wait to come back!

Great reception, great greeting with the car, great room. However it’s been almost an hour since my room service and they have to move me from my junior suite to another one tomorrow.

We booked through hotel tonight because I use them for work but Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle was SO accommodating for this work trip they were able to upgrade me to a suite room without any inconvenience! VERY highly recommended!

Pan Pacific is an extremely nice and convenient hotel in the heart of Seattle. The rooms are pleasant, there are huge soaking tubs in the bathrooms, and the staff is extremely accommodating. We will definitely consider staying there again next time we need a hotel in Seattle.

Well positioned hotel in South Seattle. Staff are fantastic and rooms well appointed, clean and modern. Quick walk downstairs to Wholefoods for coffee, groceries and a bar with local beer and wine. Across the road is The Butchers Table — a great steak and BBQ restaurant that I can highly recommend. Enjoy!

The location is good, given the proximity to I5, downtown, and Amazon's campus. Much of the hotel has a spectacular view of the Space Needle. The rooms themselves are great, with a perfect modern feel and great amenities. Large flat screen TVs.

My partner and I travel extensively and stayed at your hotel from Aug 2-6 for the Seattle Art Fair. From the very first moment that we were greeted to the final goodbye, we were very impressed. There was not one interaction during the entire stay that was not friendly, helpful or professional. Even though there was a problem with the curtain rod, it was permanently fixed within minutes by a friendly and courteous staff member. Its obvious that the service culture of the hotel is fanatically protected from the top down — we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Although it wasn't inexpensive, the value was excellent. 5 well deserved stars!

Very nice hotel at great location. But 1 star? Because the front desk checked someone else in my room, I was shocked when I opened the door and saw a person sleeping in the bed. Apparently, we both shocked. When I went downstairs and questioned the front desk, the duty manager insisted that nothing wrong with the room and said maybe my roommate invited someone to our room. What the hell! My roommate was in the air at that time. And how come the hotel manager said thing like like? Then I pushed him to call the guest who stays at my room and figured out because the SIMILAR last name, he gave my room to another 2 guests who checked in the same day. We booked a twin bed room, because the mistake and no other room available, we had to share a king bed room. Honestly, I have stayed so many hotels around the world but haven’t seen thing like this. What a stupid mistake and unprofessional management! No apologies no actions after they made this big mistake. Seattle is one of my favorite cities, but I won’t stay in this hotel anymore.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable hospitality. The lobby attendants know you by name. I checked in with a 5 year old, and an attendant handed her a panda bear as a "symbol" of the hotel. It's become her favorite toy of the trip. The location is incredibly convenient for downtown and for Amazon.

Central location with easy access to Amazon campus. 15 minute walk to downtown. Rooms are quiet and large. Friendly, helpful staff.

Absolutely the best experience. Always going out of their way to accommodate even when not needed. Beautifully clean rooms. Excellent beds. I actually slept every night. Very sweet employees. You won't be disappointed.

Great hotel for a business stay in Seattle. The hotel is conveniently located at the northern edge of downtown which ensures a short commute. Staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They also provide a fitness studio and a whirlpool to relax after your workout. Water and fruit are provided during the entire stay and rooms are always spotless. Would definitely stay here ago an if I'm in Seattle for business again.

This hotel is the best… why? Because the staff are incredible and make me feel at home every day. Every staff member makes this hotel very special. They say hello, they know what I drink, they ask me how my day was, each person makes me feel very special. Hotel … It’s also always clean; good menu; custom service oriented, great location, good views, etc. You cannot go wrong staying here.

My first night was fine as I stayed in a Space Needle Suite. I extended my stay and had to change rooms. When I went up to gather my belongings at about 10AM all my stuff was nowhere in sight. There was a maid in the room even though I had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door. The room had been cleaned and I asked the maid where my belongings were she said, "I thought you checked out" I had numerous shopping bags from Macy's, etc. And they were nowhere to be seen. She finally produced from the room a small bag of some of my stuff. The shopping bags had been torn to shreds. The maid then started bringing back "my stuff" from outside the room. The maid gave me a large clear bag to put all of my clothes, toiletries, etc. And as I approached the elevator 2 additional maids told me, "Is that garbage we can take that for you. " I was very disappointed as I felt they were running a scam and when the front desk seemed unconcerned about my experience it made me wonder if this hadn't happened before to other guests of the Pan Pacific Seattle.

This is the best place for my wife and my escapes. Incredible staff and rooms. We go once a month to escape from the stresses of life. Love it!

It's a nice hotel and met my simple needs for a two night stay related to work. It's an older building that has been upgraded is what I felt but that doesn't take away from much. People we're helpful, valet great, rooms nice. Overall I would stay again.

We loved staying at the Pan Pacific. We were able to upgrade rooms when we got here and the view was awesome. We came for our anniversary and they sent us chilled champagne. The service was phenomenal. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's also in a great location.

I went to the bar at the Pan Pacific to meet some friends for a drink. The bartender had some great recommendations and took great care of us. I would definitely come back again after dinner.

Easy to find and great for quick nearby visitors. Plenty of things within walking distance including food and sights. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel and staff in the SLU area. Very nice and spacious rooms. Walking distance to most of the nice places in Seattle downtown area. Definitely will plan to stay here again in future.

Location is great. 10 minute walk to almost anything you would want to check out. The staff was extremely friendly. Water and snacks were provided every day. Staff remembered my daily activities from small talk and would always ask about them upon returning to the hotel.

Gun at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The room & hotel in general is so peaceful and really makes a great end to a hectic week and weekend. The room was beautiful and uniquely designed with a tub that you could look over the city in! You could also go downstairs to my bank and grab some breakfast at Whole Food's. My best surprise was the free hotel car that took you at least two miles away from the hotel! I wish I knew of it before checkout, I would have used it… & before I left the front desk handed me a cherry apple cider, so tasty. ~ Reading a out someone getting a birthday gift makes me dissapointed that I didn't get one. : (

The inside of the hotel is very nice. They have several conference rooms located throughout the hotel. I was attending a conference at the hotel. The food provided was very good and the staff was friendly.

Very unique room with sliding doors and separate tub and shower. The toiletries were a nice touch and included shower gel and lotion. Not sure where to get any beverage from but was the least of my concerns. The city view I had was nice as well. I imagine there are some much more spectacular views from higher floors. I was satisfied on 7 though. Bed slept well and my 4 pillows were welcomed. The staff has been great, friendly and helpful. I was able to get into my room hours early and they even dropped my bag off in my room for me. They offered suggestions on where to eat, a free morning paper if I wanted and had a free car ride service that covered most all of downtown. Good stuff.

Good hotel, professional staff and good location. Walking distance to the space needle or downtown. If you do not wish to walk, the hotel offers a complementary shuttle service in a 2 mile radius. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Will love to come back.

Nice hotel, very good room. The lobby was very attractively designed. They had a free limo with service in the downtown area. We used it several times. A classy hotel.

The service is excellent, one of the best I've come across while in America. While their in-room dining could use a little help, food is pretty good with a nice variety. The hotel itself is close to plenty of places to eat, and of course a starbucks.

Clean and comfortable with lovely staff. However misleading room descriptions. Ours a 'room with a city view'. Total nonsense we are too low for a city view we are window to window with the lower levels of a building site no horizon or city overview in site. Cheap false misleading advertising trick. Frankly a lie.

Went to an alumni/conference social event. I enjoyed the space and think it's a nice hotel. The catering left a bit to be desired as the food didn't live up to the surroundings. It was also slow to refill water, not so good on a hot day. The caterers were very nice though and so I suspect it was more they were understaffed. I would return though bring my own water bottle.

We just returned from a night at the Pan Pacific. Let me just say that I was shocked at the level of professionalism in each member of the staff. It is all the little things that they do that make all the difference. Like the desk staff walked around to the front of the desk and handed us our keycard. The driver greeted us upon our return, asking how the opera was… room service was wonderful, too. Fast and amazing food. We booked a suite, which was huge, and extremely well apportioned. One of the two bathrooms had a soaking tub with a view to kill for. Ten minutes after we checked into our room, we received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and truffles, along with a card signed by some of the staff, wishing us a wonderful weekend and a great stay. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Expensive, sure… but worth every penny. I will definitely be back for the next opera in May. Thank you Pan Pacific, for an exceptional weekend!

Great food, drinks and service. Only complaint was the towels, not very soft. Bed was firm but I enjoyed our stay.

Staff was nice and eager to help. The room was clean but not quite as big as expected. The mattress was extra firm with not slot of give. Had an issue with our room key but they front desk was very quick and helpful.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel over New Years and had a delightful experience! The room was fantastic with a great view over downtown Seattle, plenty of electrical and USB outlets, wired Ethernet and free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. I loved how the bathtub has a wall behind it that can open up to the room. The business center was smartly setup for access and printing. The local area has a Whole Foods, several restaurants, convenient shops, and Amazon. The Space Needle, Experience Music Project, and Pike's Market are all within a mile. The hotel also offers a town car to travel up to 2 miles from the hotel. I loved my experience here.

Horrible Management — room was not clean (toilet smelled like urine — no other room was offered) — incompetent cleaning person came and wiped over it with water. Forgot the splatter left and right of that toilet — Still gas station toilet smell after that. Dust and stains on carpet in two corners of the room in addition to that (which could have been vacuumed away (at least the dust part) ) It is clearly extortion for almost 300 a night! Every motel 6 is cleaner than that! The way management handled the situation is embarrassing! I am extremely upset about the situation — my employees and myself will never visit a Pan Pacific Hotel again and I travel a lot with them! I urge everyone to choose another Hotel until the Pan Pacific lives up to their so called 4* experience! You will find the same review on tripadvisor and yelp because I believe future guests need to know what they can potentially expect.

Beautiful room. Pretty view of the bay although the view was also of the local road. Very nice staff — free transportation to sites in Seattle. In 1 day they took us to shopping, to the seaport, to the Space needle and to our ship — all separate trips, and they picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. Excellent experience.

Staff is exceptional. There for a surgery twice in a month. Very understanding and kind. Food is exceptional. My favorite hotel in the world. We plan to come back for non emergency and spend a week enjoying the hotel and the easy access to Seattle.

Worst hotel experience I've had so far. Stayed for one week with my BF while visiting on business. Roughly once every 1-2 hours there would be a loud pump noise coming from the ceiling. Not that big of a deal, would have taken one star off for that. During one of the last few nights in the hotel, I was awoken by the guest in the room next door screaming her head off and yelling "Get off me" and "Get away". I called the front desk thinking that she might be getting raped. They sent someone up along with security/police. After about an hour and a half, I wasn't able to sleep and was getting a headache. I left the room to go down to the front desk and bumped into the manager. She told me that the woman in the other room did not get raped, and that if we have any comments to let her know. I asked her if I could get an Advil, she sent someone up with it. So far, none of the incident was the hotel's fault, I can't really blame them for having something happen. What I did not care for was the handling. When we got the bill, we were charged for the Advil, and as we were checking out I said that it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, for which we were given a $50 gift card. I don't know why we would ever stay at a Pac Pacific hotel again, so I don't know why we would want a gift card. The gift card wasn't even validated so I don't even know if it would be any good. If you have a nice, peaceful, uneventful stay I'm sure everything would be great.

Absolutely would recommend to anyone. I stayed in the balcony sweet with my fiance' and I was very impressed with everyone there. From the doorman, to the front desk, to the bartenders. Everyone was very polite and professional and made us feel valued. Very sincere staff and they even gave us a bottle of champagne on the house! (We had just got engaged). I know where I am staying next time I'm in Seattle.

Very nice, upscale hotel in a convenient location to South Lake Union and not a long walk downtown. The staff is very friendly as befits such a nice hotel, and the facilities including the spa across the street and complimentary town car access are great. The room, while nice was a bit small and fairly Spartan. The huge bathroom and awesome shower which open into the room were great and the bed was huge and comfy, but this is clearly targeted at business travelers. The location also, with the exception of Amazon, doesn't have much around that is open on weekends or at night. The seafood restaurant attached is quite nice.

Very nice experience — from the friendly and helpful staff to the complimentary rides around downtown. Was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the room — and the amenities they provided. The room service breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is located above a Whole Foods — and was within walking distance of a few of the Seattle sites I wanted to take in — namely the Space Needle, EMP, and KEXP. I'd certainly stay at the Pan Pacific again. Wish there were more of them around the country.
