Great hotel for visits to the seattle city center! rooms are fully automated and efficient. Decor is very modern and functional.

I actually just checked in and the interaction I had with the staff was enough for me to write a review. I came a little early and they offered to hold my bag so I could get some food which was honestly so kind of them. When I came back to check in everyone was just so friendly and so helpful and I have just never experienced a hotel staff like this one. Once I got to my room it was sparkling clean and they had decorated it with confetti and a handwritten card for my birthday. I haven’t even slept in the bed yet but I’ll recommend this to literally any person that asks and I can’t wait for the next week! (Also the bar staff is lovely and the drinks are wonderful)

Awesome micro-rooms. Felt like I was in Thailand or something. It was awesome for solo travel. Its a little pricey for the size but its pretty awesome. And the staff was freaking awesome!

Very accommodating staff.

This was literally the best hotel I’ve ever booked on a vacation. My boyfriend Warren and I stayed for five nights and almost didn’t want to leave. We were checked in late night after landing in Seattle by Natalya and Jordan who were so lovely and accommodating. We had researched the property already and were so excited and their introduction did not disappoint. The “living room” is full of eclectic art like I designed it myself. Our room was a kitschy little capsule of romantic clean lines mixed with mod and almost mischievous vibes. The cal king and duvet made us sleep like a baby paired with blackout curtains and customized colors. I have to give huge shoutouts to the following staff members! Happy made us killer coffee, brought us extra water bottles and just generally had great vibes. He’s also from Vegas! Keep on creating man! David was so polite and knowledgeable of the local area with lots of tips! Kellan was super accommodating and great at hosting and multi-tasking for our needs. Elise is a bubbly burst of fresh air and I want to be her friend! KThomas is also from SoCal and literally should have his own TV show. So colorful and unapologetically himself and has unparalleled customer service to every single guest! And last but not least, Tait! They have the coolest vibe and go above and beyond literally ANY request we threw at them. By the end of our stay, the staff knew our names and we knew there’s.
