Awesome view from my room. Clean room and near to tourist spots.

Nice rooms a bit dated wall are thin. Some of your nabbore are load you can here them. They are clean that is a good thing. The view is cool.

Excellent customer service. The front desk was welcoming, insightful, and resourceful. They knew the area well and provided an array of suggestions. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location couldn't be beat either. A short walk to the space Needle, the Museum of Pop Culture, the monorail to West Lake, and the free shuttle to the Waterfront. It's about a mile away from the Washington State Convention Center. The one setback is breakfast. It's $11.99 so it isn't free. Also, no coffee on tap. However, the buffet was excellent, with a large array of choices, all of them tasty. Would certainly stay here again.

Front desk was extremely welcoming. We were able to check in early, and given a map. Also we were informed of the free shuttle that runs every 20 mins. Room is clean and view of the space needle is amazing.

Greats: location, friendliness of staff, accomodations, view, super comfy beds.
not so greats: restaurant, not a full menu any longer, and breakfast buffet (at $12 per person) was terrible! Eggs and potatoes were awful. So, next time we stay there, which we most definitely will again, we will just eat elsewhere. We loved the hotel, our room and the staff.

We had a stay-cation for my 12yr olds birthday, we stayed here because it is so close to the needle. Best choice we could have made! We had on site parking and we could walk everywhere. Wonderful breakfast on site and super friendly staff.

Great location — at the edge of downtown but not quite downtown hotel prices. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Will stay here again on our next visit to Seattle.

Excellent location in Seattle. Located in a quiet residential area and a short walking distance to many eateries, major attractions, and good public transportation. This hotel is more suited to leisure travelers and families than to executives. Breakfast adequate but very unimaginative and basic.

First, we were excited to stay because it was so close to downtown, and it looked very nice. Although the lobby was very nice and looked recently remodeled, the rooms were not. Our room, in particular, was quite run down. It was very clean though, so that is a plus. The entire room was on a slant. It was significant enough, that it made it difficult to sit up from a laying position, on the bed. The entire bathroom was on an angle. We asked for a handicap accessible room, but… we weren't able to be accommodated. We had 3 adults traveling, 2 of which were disabled. The choice was either to have a handicap accessible room, with one king sized bed, or a normal room with 2 queen sized beds. We had no choice but to take the room with 2 beds. They were able to accommodate a room request of being near the elevators though, which was helpful. It was difficult to navigate the bathroom with a walker, and the toilet was extremely low to the ground. Even more than a normal toilet would be. This did cause some mobility issues. One of the reasons we picked the hotel, was that it had an attached restaurant. We were informed, upon arrival, that the restaurant was only open for breakfast on Sunday and Mondays, but not for any other meal. We were staying on a Sunday night. Check-in isn't until 4pm, and we were only staying one night. This was very disappointing. No where on the booking site, or restaurant website did it mention it was closed.

Lovely Inn with great staff and in an awesome location. There is lots to do nearby and lots of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is also nice and they have a $10 breakfast deal.

We were made to wait for our room after s criss-country flight. We were told our room wasn’t ready. The clerk behind the counter informed us that the room was guaranteed by 4. MIRACULOUSLY, our room was “ready” at 3:56! It’s an old hotel and the decor shows it! The rooms look like a Days Inn I stayed at in 1980’s. I love Best Westerns but I’ll never stay at that hotel again. I’ll make sure all my biker friends stay away too! I HATED it!

I have yet to overnight at this Best Western but I have attended several conferences and had the opportunity to view several different rooms across the spectrum of the property’s room types. They all are clean and functional, nothing special but none dreary. And the hotel is exceptionally well-located, convenient to downtown Seattle in one direction and Lake Union (Amazon) in the opposite direction — and in the shadow of the Space Needle. A shout-out is in order for this hotel’s events and banquet staff. Each conference I have attended has been diligently well-cared for and the banquet food has been… well, yummy good. I keep returning for seconds, which must say something. If you are budget-conscious and want to stay in this area, you could not go wrong with the Best Western Executive Inn. Oh, and they offer a free shuttle service to the port, if you overnight prior to a cruise.

Very clean comfortable facility. Very nice size rooms was very pleased. Your staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the options were great. And need to say the location was very central to all that is happening in Seattle, Close to waterfront and the view of the Space Needle was top notch.

This is an excellent place to stay when in the Seattle area. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Space Needle and Seattle Center, making it easy to frequent many local points of interest. The employees here are friendly and professional, particularly the staff at 'Brellas who do a great job for all of us sports fans! Recommended.

Prices advertised online after check in were $50 less each night than what I paid with no option to match. They did comp parking, but I’m still out $100 I wouldn’t have been if I had booked after I arrived in Seattle. Construction noise, funky smell in rooms. Old noisy AC. Two stars because the staff was friendly. Price should be matched to advertised rate online. I would not recommend.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a warm welcome, the staff are so amazing from the front desk, the staff at the bar, Dana in the restaurant, to our amazing house keeper! So bummed I didn’t get her name, we were on the 5th floor (gal that works the morning 7-330 shift) She made sure if we needed anything at all that she was happy to help! We will definitely be using this hotel again shall we need a place in Seattle. Rooms were clean!

The clerk at the desk was so sweet and kind. She asked me why we were there? I told her we were there to see doctors at Seattle Cancer Care for my husband. She offered the hospital rate. I was so surprised, as we have never been offered a hospital rate! She told me, that most hotels, offer this. We will always stay at the Best Western Executive Inn in Seattle. She was very sensitive to our needs and gave us a room, which over looked the Space Needle.

Outstanding hotel. It is close to everything that you want or need. Attractions, food, etc… Service and staff was top notch. Really good with everything they do. Keep up the great work. We look forward to coming back.

I'd say. More like 2.5. The hotel is in a decent area, but despite some updating it is still pretty rundown. There are many nicer options in the area with comparable pricing. We likely would not stay here again. The staff were friendly, no issues there.

Great motel. Nice to have a restaurant and lounge in the bar! Within walking distance to space needle, key arena and the water front and pike street market.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and the food is good. This is a great place for a small conference. Below is a picture of the skyline at night. The towercranes are lit up. They create a unique view. The hotel is walking distance from the Space Needle, the pop culture museum, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Great Location! Everything is walking distance. Close to Downtown and Space Needle. However, upgrading and remodeling guest rooms and hallway carpets would be nice. Offering your guest complimentary breakfast, coffee or water would be nice too.

Was surprised with the ancient decor and the overall appearance of the room. The long walk down the dark and dreary hallway to the room was barely eclipsed by the view from the room. The hotel is running down and maybe in its heyday it deserved the title of "Executive" but with the overall appearance of the hotel, the only part of the hotel that still lived up to the name was the front desk. I arrived between 5-30 and 6 pm and after receiving the key for the room and the pass-code for the garage (which is a difficult parking location) my party proceeded to the restaurant and found that it was closed. I had to proceed through the dark dining area to go to the back tables of the lounge area to find a table that my daughter could occupy since she is under age for the bar. The best part of the hotel was the view of the Space Needle.

The hotel isn't state of the art but for the price it can't be beat in the area. The beds are actually comfortable, which a lot of other hotels can't boast. And the location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything downtown.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. I booked and paid online. It said breakfast was offered for $9.95 and kids are free. Only under age 8 are free. They even charged me $19 + tax for parking in there lot. Overall I would not stay there again.

This hotel was very nice. It was in the perfect location in downtown Seattle. We were close to the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center and other places. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a view facing the Space Needle. Only con is that we had to pay for parking, but overall had a very nice stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great. Comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. Very roomy in our 2 queen bed room. It was within walking distance to Key Arena and other items. We just left the car parked at the hotel and used Lyft to get to places.

I frequently travel for business and this hotel has the best room service by far! Beating the Ritz in New York! Love the comfy beds and furniture. My next trip to this city will definitely include a night here!

My family and I weren't told that you have to tell staff that you want to use points. For some reason I thought they would ask you. So, I had to cancel my reservation and rebook it. Then I was told there may not be enough "rooms reserved for customers using their points" for me to get rooms there. Does that mean Best Western uses inferior rooms when you spend your points? Why else would the reserve certain rooms for customers who spend their points? When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that there was no manager available at night. Is that because Best Western's customers never need a manager at night? I asked for a manager to call me. He did. At 3:11 P. M. The next day. Well after check out. What time does this person start their day that it takes until 3:11 P. M. To address a customer issue, or is this just how little they care about us? Also, if you are not a platinum member, expect to pay for parking. $50.00 to be exact.

We had a 2 queen room on the 5th floor with a view of the Space Needle. The room was very clean and fairly large. Because we are Platinum rewards members, parking was free and so was the breakfast. Otherwise parking is $15 and breakfast $7.95. My son said the breakfast was the best he's had at a Best Western… and we've been to quite a few. The location is excellent for exploring the Seattle Center area and provides good access to the Monorail for trips downtown.

My stay at Best Western Executive Inn was excellent. We were able to check in early and had a room with a direct view of the Space Needle. Staff were polite and helpful. Would visit again if I'm in the Seattle area again.

Clean, quiet and pretty comfy. Right near the space needle and MO POP. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. We accidentally left items in the room and they were very accommodating to check for them and send them to us. Secure parking underneath the building.

Excellent value received at this lovely hotel. The location is great and close proximity and walking to the best Seattle has to offer. Or you can take the monorail which is just outside the door as well. We were upgraded as Platinum members, and had a view facing the space needle. The room was superbly clean, beds comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the better ones I've had in a hotel. Staff were friendly and professional as well. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean! the room was surprisingly spacious. The staff was very helpful too. For the price it really can't be beat. There isn't a pool here, but it has an exercise room. The parking is underground, and you have to check in before you can. Made me feel a little bit better about the security of my car.

I have never had so many great things to say about a hotel which is why I had to write my first review. We have been staying here for the last 3 weeks do to a medical emergency. The staff and management have been fantastic! They all have gone the extra mile to keep us in a room and very comfortable. It has been a trying time for our family and it’s great that there people that truly care. The rooms are very clean, and all staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant, Brellas, that is in the hotel has really good food at good prices with room service which is nice for the long days, though the restaurant itself was great. I would recommend this place to all.

Outdated building, however it is excellently located, two blocks from the space Needle and very close to the center and various activities. The price is very fair for what you get. The breakfast buffet is good.

We had breakfast at the buffet on Sunday October 8th. Our server was Pamela and she was amazing! She went out of her way and was so helpful and made us feel like family. We will be back simply because of what a good experience Pamela created for our family. 5 stars!

Great hotel with an amazing staff located in one of the most accessible locations in the Seattle area! Will stay here again for sure as it was reasonably priced as well. The only thing is the desk light in our room did not work, not a huge deal.

Great Price. Great Room. Great Staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute and we are so glad we did. The price was right and we were right across from the space needle. The room was very nice and clean. Would stay there again on out next trip out.

Hotel Great! Great view. The couple things I didn't like is no DVD player, you have to pay for parking and breakfast when you are paying a high rate to stay there. Staff was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I like the set up. I will stay here again when we go to Seattle. McDonalds around the corner, close to several attractions (walking distance) and just over all very clean hotel. Yes I would stay again. I would give 5 stars but they need to work on the charges for the people staying like free breakfast, free parking.

Motel is older and needs some updating on exterior but interior was nice. Location was very good as was walking distance to The Needle and Seattle Science Center. Room was very comfortable and decor was pleasing. Parking was extra and in house restaurant was convenient. Also made use of the laundry room, easy to use, coin operated.

This hotel is a great place for the money. It is not as pricey as most near downtown Seattle but it is just as clean, well kept, decorated and maintained as the more expensive choices. It is right across the street from the Space Needle and the monorail which will take you downtown. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean in good repair and nicely decorated. I was impressed and would definitely stay again.

Views of The Space Needle are fantastic, but the hotel is a bit dated and shabby. The render on the wall looks like ice cream and the stucco on the ceiling has cracks which make you wonder if a chunk is going to fall on you during the night. The hotel only has 5 floors, yet the lifts take longer to come than the ones in The Space Needle. They move between floors with the finesse and grace of a tractor pulling contest. One lift was out of service which meant waiting for ages. Position is great for downtown and monorail. Don't leave valuables on display in your car if you park above ground-two cars had windows smashed while we were there. If you use the underground car park, take a 1 litre bottle of San Pelligrino or a stick and use it to press the call button so you don't have to get out of your car or do yoga as you try reaching for it. Breakfast was OK, but alternatives are close by. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A good international hotel company.

The hotel has been in the years and needs a renovation. The ambiance is almost a little creepy. This refers mainly to the reception area. Otherwise the hotel is very centrally located and clean.

Horrible, very cold home, rooms of another century and overpriced! $470 the night is really abused!

The staff was fantastic! When we arrived on new year's eve the parking lot was full. The parking attendant thought outside the box and made us a spot. The room was clean, large and a fantastic view of the space needle fireworks. The food in the restaurant was spectacular. The bar stayed open until 2am with the best bartender ever. Only complaint would be no chalk for playing pool which wasn't that big of deal. A huge thank you for all the staff making our new year spectacular!
