Its not a bad motel. It was located near the center of town. There was a bar right across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The room lacked a dresser. The bed only had two thin pillows and there were no others in the room. The a/c was not capable of cooling the room very much. It was a good room for the price though.

Stayed 2 nights here and was very disappointed. The floors where dirty. Bathroom was very unclean. They dont provide shampoo or hair dryers. Only 1 wash cloth and 1 bar of soap. Room had a gross smell to it. Also didn't look like the pictures. The economy inn next door to it is a better price and way cleaner and comes with a breakfast.

Just a heada up. There is there a surpise 150.00 damage deposit regardless if it was cash, or credit. And why its non refundable, I have no clue. I think it needs to be stated on the website. Not slipped under the rug when its a phone call, or in person. Thanks.

Worst customer service ever. Our company has a contract with this chain, and after driving over 7 hours to do our job later in the evening they refused to let us check in an hour early so we could rest, shower, eat, etc. Stating all of their rooms were dirty. A few cars in the parking lot and double tiered rooms suggested to me there were at least 3 rooms could have, they adamantly denied we would have to wait at least another hour and a half for clean rooms and check in time (3:00). Our group waited, in the parking lot, another 53 minutes before going back in to see if we could check in now. She got on the phone to housekeeping and I, talking to myself out loud (a very bad habit of mine) said how ridiculous this was, we've stayed all over and never had this problem, but everyone's different. That's when she slammed down the phone and told me she was canceling our reservation because I needed to behave myself and act properly in her job, to which I tried to explain I wasn't talking to her but she would not listen nor let me get a word in edgewise. She all but threw me out of the office, again threatening to cancel the reservation. It was now 3pm, check in time, 4 hours until work, after 7 hrs driving. For this. About 10 mins later my boss calls again to see how it was going, so I frustratingly tell the story, he gives them a call. Says another 15-20 minutes, rooms will be ready, hang tight. We've now heard this story 3 times.

I really liked this place. Its not modern and is screaming for a remodel! However, my bed was quite comfy, firm mattress. The folks here are pretty darn nice. They have ice cold water, sift drinks for. 75 & Variety of snacks in the vending machines. Their ice machine seems rather small for the demand of travelers stopping by here. So it's usually empty. Place is quite busy all the time. My room was very clean too. Good service.

I really love this room, no bugs, the air conditioning works, it's a quiet area during the night and early morning hours, it's clean… spacious, the Wi-Fi and television works well and it's just as the pictures look on their website.

Fix the toilet so it flushes properly. Put shampoo in the room.

Room was fine, nicely cleaned (smelled nice), and modernly decorated. Served its purpose for the night!

Front desk lady was very helpful and courteous. She asked if we had any questions about the area or knew where to go eat. Told her we were just on vacation but knew where to eat. The room was clean and warm. It looked updated. The beds were surprisingly super comfy and large. Had plenty of space to put all our luggage and a flat screen TV to fall asleep to. Overall a nice, clean and comfortable experience.

Great location. Nice staff at motel. Good places to eat within walking distance. Friendly people in town. I'd certainty come back.

We did not sleep at all with all the noises… the heating unit was like an air compressor running, the refrigerator was far from quiet and there was some kind of a knocking noise continuously and the next door TV. Also we was parallel to a very busy road. I called the operator several times and they never answered, I was going to ask to be moved to another room as the location was in a "U" shape and felt if we had been moved to one of the side buildings it surely would have been better. But I never got the opportunity since they didn't answer my calls. We are very disappointed and very exhausted. It was a shame that we were not able to rest after being on the road. We left the hotel very early after realizing our efforts to rest was in vein, and we were only getting more aggravated by the situation. I feel we received no value for what we paid. I am very upset that the night desk did not answer my calls, we could have possibly been moved to a better room. ****** Follow up. I did contact them and the person I spoke with clearly did not care about my concerns***** No one followed up with me as well.

Easy check in with clean room. Great wireless Internet access. Plenty of outlets near the bed for my phone, iPad and laptop chargers.

The rooms were much nicer than expected. New updated furnishings. Under 100 dollars for 2 queen beds during the Leavenworth lights festival (other hotels were topping 300 dollars) all in all, very pleased with our experience here.

Nice rooms. Front desk lady was very pleasant to us. The shower didn't get very hot. Recommend bringing own pillows. They were very flat.

The hotel we first stayed at when we were scouting the area to move here. This is an odd motel. Some aspects of it are very nice, big flatscreen TV, tasteful furnishings, nice interior design — but then other things are awful, like big black mildew stains on the walls and a creepy unusable pool full of leaves and bugs. Usually a place is on some kind of spectrum from lousy to great… this place somehow managed to be simultaneously both.

I really like the wood floors. They guarantee the cleanliness. The rack next to microwave is too close. I banged my head on rack using microwave. One or the other needs to be moved.

Very clean, very pleasant front desk, refrigerator worked so well I didn't need to use the ice machine. I stay in a lot of Motel 6 places when I show my dogs and this one is the BEST!

$25 more than right across from Sea Tac! Absurd! We arrived at 5pm, paid for 1 room for 1 night and a second room for 2 nights. When we got to our room, maids were still the cleaning room… door was wide open. When we finally got inside the room was freezing (60 degrees on thermostat, and colder since they left door open) and smell of cleaner was overbearing. We had to leave the window all the way over 20 minutes to try to get smells out. no coffee in rooms, and no mugs for us to even warm our cocoa up. Toilet in both rooms had problems. Tried to Call office Sat morning and gave up after 15 rings. Going for ice I saw a man trying to get coffee at office turning around… no one in there. 8:15am No bedside table, had to put chair there for phone and CPAP Machine. NOT a good experience,

I enjoyed my stay and the lady at the counter was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and well organized. Location is convenient and easy to get to.

My husband and I had a very pleasant 6 day visit at the motel 6 in Wenatchee Wa. We visit Wenatchee once a year to visit family. Generally, we stay with family but they were in process of buying a new home. Not only were owners very friendly and welcoming, so we're cleaning and maintenance staff. No frills kind of motel, but clean and able to wash clothes on sight. Rooms have microwaves and fridge. If your looking for a simple clean place to stay, motel 6 in Wenatchee is the place. We were visiting during the eclipse, so enjoyed some friendly viewing with other visitors. Although our next visit we will stay with family, I would gladly stay here again. Lori from Michigan.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Motel 6 Wenatchee. The linoleum floors really gave an extra level of 'clean' to our room! All standard accommodations were met and our room was super tidy. I always travel with ear plugs and although I slept closest to the window, I slept sound and the Motel was calm and quiet. The only thing I would say is to bring your own pillow as the ones offered were a bit flat. Motel 6 is a pleasant place with great prices! We will be back! Oh! Delicious coffee in the lobby too!

Starting with the pluses: I enjoyed the clean, modern design of the room. There seemed to be heated floors in the bathroom and "kitchen" areas and that was pleasant, whether intentional or not. The firm bed was great, sheets and blankets adequate and comfortable. The little refrigerator actually got cold enough to make ice and keep my food fresh, which is rare; usually the little in-room refrigerators perform badly. The maids did a great job of keeping the place clean. Now the minuses: The air conditioner made more noise than I would consider comfortable, but it did work as intended. The TV system was slow to switch channels, there was no program guide to assist the process so "channel surfing" was necessary and VERY slow. The lady who was running this office was english second language and her accent was difficult to work with. I found her attitude to be about 50.1% nice and 49.9% short-tempered. I tried to check out at 08:30 am, but could get no response to the bell or the door chime. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised at the Winatchee Motel 6; it was better than I'd expected. BTW: There are some reviews which mention "the pool" but if there was a swimming pool, I was unable to see it. It looked like a "U"-shaped building with a parking lot in the middle.

For the price I honestly expected something cleaner. The rooms are cute, but to me cleanliness is one of the most important things and seeing what looked like blood on the bathroom door is just not ok. The door had other stains on it also. They could've done a much better job cleaning that room. And also, for that price, it wasn't worth it.

I loved staying everything about my stay. I stayed for 2 nights for business. The rooms are very clean and have been recently updated. I really enjoy the modern look to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The hotel is also in a great location, pretty much in the heart of the town. Everything was nearby or even walking distance. I also got a GREAT rate on the room. I was also there on a very hot hot day and the AC worked wonders. I highly recommend this hotel, great for the wallet as well.

Overall it was pretty nice. Everything seemed fairly modern. The fridge was nice to have. I don't have any dealbreaker complaints about the cleanliness (some dust, but the bed / bathroom surfaces were clean). The heater made a bad smell for a couple minutes when we turned it on, but that went away and it was odorless the rest of the night. Also there was no shampoo provided, but we did get 2 soaps. I'd stay there again.

The place was just nasty not even worth the money I paid. We were here for the special Olympics winter games. I was disgusted before I even walked in the office. The place looks like a hooker hotel. I almost threw up at the smell of curry comeing out of the office, that I was able to smell before even touching the door. When I got in the office to do my check in the lady told me I had to pay a 100 dollar deposit. I was not told I had to pay an additional fee, besides what I already payed for the room. She basically made me feel stupid, saying that if I would have called the hotel, I would have known about the fee. I didnt know I had to call the hotel when the website tells me "Your reservation is confirmed you do not need to call the hotel to confirm your reservation" The beds are like sleeping on the floor pretty much pointless, our blanket had cigarette holes in it. I got a bar of soap because I was afraid to use anything, I might get charged, so I went and bought everything cause I didn't expect to use food money for a deposit. I mean yes I got it back but when people are coming in to town for an event like this seriously. The lady in the office didn't even know what it was. Then when I checked out she played it off like I didn't know which room I was in like she didn't want to give me my deposit back. If I could do a half star I would. This place really sucks and I will NEVER use Motel 6 again. Very disappointed.

Very clean. Nice beds but lousy toilet paper.

Nice and clean motel that served its purpose. Don't expect anything beyond a bar of soap.

Filthy. Toilet appeared as it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, tub didn't drain so you were up to your ankles in water while showering. The ice bucket had hot pink lipstick prints on the rim… Someone obviously thirsty… and the soap had some strange substance splashed all over the wrappers. The woman at the desk was nice upon check in. Our phone wrang before 6 am from what sounded like a drunk woman in another room. When we checked out I tried to report filth and the fellow at the desk didn't care. Never again.

Right when I got there I thought that it will be horrible because of the outsid But right when we went inside it was amazing super clean. It had a (mini fridge, flat screen tv, big air conditioner/heater and everything else. This is a real good motel it even has a pool. But the only bad thing is the nosie. Still good ★★★★

This place is the worst to live, because it is full of bed bugs poor customer service. If you go to them with your complaint they will yell at you instead to figure it out. No Wi-Fi facility. Moreover, make sure the price they are charging you, there charges will surprise you as there is a lot of difference in the price asked and charged from your credit/debit card. not worth for even One Star facility.

RIDICULOUS! I looked up rates for this Motel 6 on the Motel 6 website. First night was $60.99 and the next two nights were $75.99. Arrived at the Motel and the Manager Jay was at the front desk. He said the first night would be $80.99 and the next two nights $86.99. I showed him the pricing for that exact Motel 6 on the same exact days from their website and he said "Sorry I don't have any rooms at that price". The price was for a single queen bed, non smoking room which is what he was trying to give to me for $20+ more per night. It's pretty bad when they won't live up to their pricing on their website. FYI: It wasn't a promotional offer or any discounted offer of any kind either, he was clearly trying to rip us off. He then got an attitude and said "Fine, you can go check the Economy Inn". We did and though the rooms were OK, the manager was very friendly and the prices were great there so we stayed at the Economy Inn instead. I will never even entertain the thought of Motel 6 again. "Hey Motel 6! Go ahead and don't leave the light on for us, because we aren't coming back".

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice our stay was after reading some of the negative reviews. The room is updated nicely and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. It was quiet during the night. I would stay here again for the price compared to the other prices in wenatchee for just an over night stay.

I have stayed here on and off over the summer for two years now. The rooms are nice, modern, clean and quiet. You can plug devices into the HDMI ports on the TV. The pool is cold but decent. You can't beat it for the price.
