For your average 2 star motel, I'm giving this 4. Theyy're under new management and in the process of redoing the rooms. Mine was all new hardwood floors and comfy beds. Definitely worth the money for a popular Summer destination.

Room was clean. Bathroom light wasn't working properly, strobing on and off. We stayed for 2 nights, out late on the first night and when we returned our keys wouldn't work. Hotel staff were fast to fix the issue. There is new owners and they are working on remodeling the hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, nice but basic rooms. Surprisingly quiet.

The hotel was cleaner than I expected but in very rough shape. The cost was a little high for the value and the non smoking room reeked of smoke as soon as we turned on the heater. But it is under new management and they were just starting to renovate all the rooms, the lobby has been recently renovated, breakfast was sufficient, and the customer service was friendly and prompt in responding to requests.

Very nice view of snow clad mountains from our room. Unexpected surprise was our room which was bigger than anticipated. Tv was 43 inch Samsung which is also very nice. We went in December 2017 and heater was extremely well that we didn't notice of outside sub zero temperatures. Payless experience more.

The worst place to stay. I have two kids and the I ask for a non smoking room. The room smelled like smoke and had mod. They lady be low us was crazy. At 7pm she was yelling at us to be quiet. She was hitting the walls and saying mean things. Sorry I have 2 kids. Never stay there again.

Horrible attitude from front desk man. He didnt open office when scheduled either day I stayed. Only reason for the three stars ia the polite housekeeper.

Very unprofessional. Guy at the front desk left to get something from the store as we arrived. Made the cleaning lady tell us we were gonna have to wait for him to get our reserved room. Slumville for sure glad I brought my gun would recommend somewhere else, even next door looks nicer.

Do NOT stay here! Way over priced. The only reason we stayed here was because Leavenworth, our destination, was booked for the weekend. I called twice, prior to our arrival to confirm our reservation and could not even have a conversation with the lady because of her lack of English. I was told a manager would call me back twice and no one ever did. The day after we left, my children (ages 8 and 10) broke out in severe bed bug bites on their face, arms, hands and back. It's disgusting and my daughter is currently having an allergic reaction to them. The sheets were stained and apparently the bedding was infested with bugs. I notified the motel, and the front desk man, very nice, said he was sorry and then would take care of it. A refund offer would have sufficed.

Owner was rude right off the bat. We made reservations months in advance and when we went to change to upgrade to a 2 queen beds they told us it was no problem. Once we arrived the said sorry we only have a single queen bed so our friends had to sleep on the floor because they don’t even have cots for the rooms. The owner also kept forgetting to bring us extra blankets and pillows when we asked him twice over a 45 min span. The room was not in great shape either, they used plaster to cover up water damage above the bed and in the bathroom. Room doesn’t even have a phone in it. They only got one star because I had to in order to write this review but I would give them a big fat Zero if I could.

Definitely not worth the price. $45 maybe. Our room had spiders. It also has not been renovated since it was built in the late 60's.

Room wasn't that clean at all was dissapointed.

Wasn't happy with service. The room we got wasn't clean. I woke up to medical tape inside my pillow. Garbage under bed and one of the towels in the bathroom had blood on it.

We made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this place. We were in town for a softball tournament for the weekend. The bedspread had a huge stain on it. The bathroom had a wad of wet/used toilet paper behind the door. Nothing felt clean. But WORST of all… the man at the desk (the owners son) returned my credit card to me, but not my license. I didn't realize it until I got home. I called them and they said they had it and would get it in the mail that day. A week later (after not receiving it) I called and they said it was just mailed the day before. After 2 more phone calls to the motel and 3 weeks had gone by, I still didn't receive it so I called the Wenatchee police. They said there wasn't much they could do but they would go by and ask them if they mailed it. Unfortunately I have to give them one star to be able to post this.

Economy inn is located in a fairly run down section of Wenatchee and is in the process of a remodel. Pool is not open. Breakfast is doughnut coffd and cold cereal. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is very good.

Nice front desk person. Large Costco muffins for breakfast. The bedding appeared clean and the bed itself was reasonably comfortable: that's the good part and the reasons for a second star. Disgusting room and bathroom. There was evidence in room of recent "paid adult activities. " There appeared to be blood stains on the carpet and the tub looked scary nasty. I would likely never stay there again, especially with my family.

Not bad for a overnight stay. If wanna stay more then there are many other good options to choose. Very simple breakfast provided.

Bad☆★ If you want to take a big chance on getting bed bugs come to this hotel. There are really no words for a place like this. The room was so nasty we could not stay there. In all my days I have never seen a hotel so bad that it should be shut down and burned. Where is the health inspector? Also mean owner. Very dishonest people. Its sad that tgere are people truely out there to screw you.

Horrible, Horrible place. There where tons of small holes in the bedding… looks like from a smoker. The Room smelled so bad that my 9 year old son keep saying the small was making him sick. There where also holes in the skirting of the bed BIG holes. After being in the room for a min to look things over we wanted to leave and did. We nicely asked for our money back and the lady with the baby up front said NO refunds… Wow. $187 doller lose after 2 min in the room. In all my days I have NEVER seen a place so yukie. Also the so called hot pool with shade. Umm its feld with black yuk stuff… and No shade nor trees. We are now at the red lion hotle and it is wonderful. The man at the desk felt bad for us and gave us a discount. Good luck guys… Do your home work befor booking. We lived and learned.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at from customer service to blood stained towels in the bathroom. Highly recommend sleeping in your car before staying at this dump.

The room was nice for $50 but it smells and the air conditioner is really noisy.

Cheap place to stay but a little smelly, some utilities are broken. Free breakfast!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! We paid for a week $402 plus a $50 deposit for our pet. Around 12 midnight our first night my children were waking up complaining of bumps all over them I turned the light on and my children were getting eaten up by bed bugs you could see a bunch of bedbugs crawling all over the pillows and sheets. I went straight to the office and asked for a full refund, told the guy that my children were getting eating up by bedbugs and he came to the room and said "NO, NO bugs here we have never had a problem we just rented this room out a few days ago and had no problem, you guys brought them here. " I got real mad and said are you kidding me?!?!? and I demanded my money back full refund he said NO I charge you 1 night and I said we hadnt even been there a whole night and he refused to give our full amount and in return he charged us $97 I do not recommend this place at all. We have reported them to the health district! This place needs shut down! If I could rate this zero stars I would!

Affordable, clean room clean sheets. Ac. The manager was friendly and gladly set up breakfast early for us.

If you ask me, this place is a S#&T HOLE. I use to go there a lot because of the rates. Then one day I came with a friend. And she got ate up by Bed bug bites. That same night another family had checked in no more then 30min and a little 6yr old girl got ate up. To the Point the mother of the little girl caught a bed bug. And showed it to the Manager and his Response was "No refunds and you guys can leave" he had NO SIMPATHY What so ever! Never again!

I was worried about staying here with my family at first, just because ive never been here and ive never heard of this inn, but we came in the lobby and the management was very nice, very quick and honest booking and the beds were great, everything is very clean for what is probably an older building, we had no problem with neighbors or staff, only helpful, smiling people, I will be more than happy to stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone, and yes the manager has an accent,,, so what, some of you must live under a rock or are just rude to begin with, anyways, stay here, it may not look the best outside but the inside is nice and comforting, honestly one of the best nights ive slept since we started the tour across country :) and wenatchee is beautiful.

The manager would not let my friends visit in the room. He said they would have to visit outside. The last time they visited her came and knocked on the door just to check what we were doing. This is outrageous.

Way overpriced for what they offer, filthy room smelling of cigarette that even a whole bottle of febreze wouldnt even mask, not so friendly staff, room had cockroaches. Could't even sleep even after 14 hours of driving, do not recommend at all.

I made reservations for the Economy Inn for June 26 and 27 because my kid was playing in a baseball tournament that weekend. The tournament got cancelled and when I tried to cancel the reservations on MAY 31, I was told by the manager that I could not. He was very rude and hard to understand due to his heavy Middle Eastern accent. Never stay here, ever.

BEWARE! The place was dirty, especially the front door, with dirt, and fingerprints — it was filthy. The staff was dishonest. When I reserved the room, I asked for a smoking room. When I checked in, I confirmed with the girl at the desk that it was a smoking room and she told me it was. When I could not find an ashtray, I went to the desk to get one and I was informed that the room was a non-smoking room and they did not have a smoking room available. The clerk was not very nice at all. The sheets had holes in them. I had to climb onto a "convienently" placed chair to access the air-conditioner controls which were at least 6 1/2 feet above the floor or better. (I am over six feet tall and I could not see the controls! ) The remote for the TV did not work. I looked at the batteries and someone had smashed them and put them back in. I went to the desk. I had to wait some time there before someone showed up. The batteries were replaced, but it didn't matter… the remote didn't work anyway! DEFINITELY, I would recommend anywhere but here!
