Poor cleaning… plus you cant use the pool if you are staying for more than 2 days. Unless you pay extra 100 for pool use. Guy owner. Friendly. Lady onwer is a b… tch. Comfy rooms.

Good for short stay. Has a pllo.

This is a mid century masterpiece. There are too many old mom and pop motels in Wenatchee, so they all struggle. Night life in this lovely old town struggles as well. However. A visionary with 3 million needs to buy this place and mid-century the hell out of it. Then charge $130 per night, not $70. Seriously it is a wow-wow-wow piece of architecture in a great location downtown.

As a motel it is a good one, I were working over there for some time and it is really clean and at a just price.

I stay here once a month and I like it. Clean rooms, good ice, and love the hot tub-main reason I stay here…

I liked it, years ago. Spa, hot tub.

Its a standard motel room. Everything was fine.

They never in four days I was there cleaned the shower or vacuumed the floor. They did however take out the garbage and made the bed unlike some places I have stayed. Plus I fealt very uneasy and not welcome.

Price is reasonable but didn't feel good about my stay. Lots of shady looking people around.

I would not even give them a star but I have to put something in. we Have stayed here every year for the last ten years and in 2016 we had a horrible experience, they didn't have my reservation after I gave them the number they supplied me with, and told me they didn't have any rooms, basically to bad for you. The rudest two people I have ever dealt with. They do not care that we are there customers. in June of this year we thought we would give them another shot. MISTAKE! We had some friends who stayed at the Red Lion because the Ave was booked they came down with there two kids to swim in the pool with us. The owner (Indian Lady) kicked them out of the pool because they where not guests. We where the only ones in the pool too, I can not believe that they treat customers like this, I stay at hotels all the time and the two owners are the rudest people I have ever met. I hope they go out of business and more people that have bad experiences post on here so they get down to 1 STAR!

I loved this place I am not a bot or clone I stay in smoking room and it isn't the cleanest always cuz it's a smoking room but it is cosy calm and relaxing. Rare to find smoking rooms with great bathroom and beds clean and fresh with maybe a spot missed on the wall from ashes. I love it and will always be my favorite motel on the avenue wen. Wa.

If you are visiting Leavenworth the best place to sleep is in Wenatchee area the room are cheaper and its away from the small but busy town of Leavenworth. I loved Avenue Motel it was quiet and peaceful.

As a former employee I can tell you now this is a horriable place the manager is a complete ass, working ad house keeping I found MULTIPLE bags of math used condoms and crack pipes cleaning room they are all stuck up and extremely disrespectful not to mention the prices are absurd for dirty ass rooms.

It was nice but smelled like smoke.

My wife and I travel to Wenatchee about twice a year, and this is our regular spot to stay. For the price the room is perfectly adequate, and the staff is polite and helpful. If you're reading this before going there the first time, don't expect modern glitzyness, but you can expect a quiet night's sleep in a clean room on a comfortable bed. Good restaurants a short walk away is a plus. Hope this helped you make your choice.

Nice enough staff but this place was less than impressive. The bed was no more than cardboard. It's OK in a pinch but not worth the $100 a night.

My boyfriend and I came here to stay a night to spend the day in Leavenworth. First off the pictures are WAY NICER than the actual motel. The girl at the front desk was rude and couldn't even get the cards to work to get into the room. We went back in the office for her to fix it. She had no idea what she was doing and after the 3rd time of it not working we decided to go somewhere else. When we went in to get a refund the girl told us she doesn't know how to give a refund and won't be able to refund us or let us into the room. Are you kidding me?!?!?!, this place is an absolute joke do not waste your time or money!

Cute little place for a good price!

My experience here was perfectly satisfactory. I don't expect that any hotel rooms are really clean, but in so far as I could tell, my room here was clean enough. The chair was ripped on the side — there were some little things like that going on. But for my boyfriend and I, requiring a cheap but safe and cleanish place to sleep at night during an overnight trip to Leavenworth, this room suited wonderfully. There is even a bit of charm (for the receptive) in the red painted building.
