4 complaints… 1. Cobwebs on the lamps 2. No blankets in room. Bed had one sheet & one comforter. With 2 ppl, we need more covers to be comfortable. Why no blanket or extra sheet in the closet? 3. Although breakfast bar had nice options it was not appropriately stocked for the amount of pig guests… we were on a schedule and didn't have time to wait around for a possible re-stocking at 845am after a large group basically cleaned them out. Complimentary breakfast should be for all, not just who gets there early & piles their plates high. 4. Rooms are overpriced for what you get. Friendly front desk attendant. Bathroom was clean & well stocked.

Convenient location, beautiful grounds, extremely clean Hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. I am a pet transporter, who travels across the United States from east coast to West Coast and back. I had a total of six dogs, with only two that I was supposed to have at the hotel overnight. The other four was supposed to be picked up by a rescue group, however, they were in a wreck on their way to meet me and their child had to go to the hospital. The sweet young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Carly, was so very helpful and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into an easy solution. Even though La Quinta Inns pet policy is only two pets per room, they let me bring all of the dogs in and didn't charge me any extra. I was expecting to either have to get another room, or have to pay extra. Carly told me not to even worry about it, that she would talk to her manager and let her know what was going on, and they would be happy to accommodate. We only use La Quinta Inn no matter where we are in the country, because they are so pet friendly. Thank you again Carly for being so amazing to me and all six of my furry passengers!

I’m shocked by the positive reviews. Cleanliness is very important to me and the hallway is disgusting. That was my first impression of the hotel! Not a good start. There are visible strands of long hair on the ground that haven’t moved during our stay. Want to use the pool? It hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time… I’m so disapppinted because other La Quintas have been very nice. However, breakfast was fine, my room was clean, and they provided a crib for my daughter.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Good breakfast. Easy to get to Seattle & also visit some great places in Bellevue. A/C was a bit loud but I would stay here again.

Great customer service from Greg at front desk. Nice complimentary breakfast selection. Very clean rooms and inviting interior lobby. Minor issue with shower water flow that could get fixed.

Nice hotel with access to UW, Bellevue, Microsoft, etc. The parking was a little sparse, but the rest of the hotel made up for it. The breakfast/lobby area was comfortable but dense for the most part. There are areas in the lobby to plug in laptops and phone chargers. Conference rooms were A+. The rooms were nice and comfortable and staff was friendly. As will all hotels who have a pantry/sundries store… They really jack up the prices on items that cost less than a dollar really sticking it to weary travelers.

Nice value for money. I paid roughly $120 per night, including taxes and fees, and got comfy bed and clean bathroom, including hot breakfast. Breakfast is not super exciting but waffles, sausages, muffins, scorns, cereals, yogurts, and juice. Again it's great for value!

Great hotel, clean rooms, good staff, okay breakfast, why I rated 3 stars and not higher. About a 3/8 gap on the hinge side of the main room door… kinda peek hole but more or less could hear more hallway activity’s, and the drain in the shower wouldn’t stay open. Otherwise really happy!

We stayed here when my daughter had a cheer competition. It was about 1.5 miles from the venue and easy to navigate. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. The young guy who checked us in did a great job. Enjoyed the breakfast selection. I will stay here again.

Updated review 4/3/2018 We spent one night this past weekend and I will reiterate my previous review. Staff is exceptional here! Beyond friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and cozy and front desk called after we went to our room to ensure all was up to our standards. We will always stay here while traveling through town! Previous review: We will stay here every time we come to Bellevue. Clean, comfortable and great staff. The breakfast was very tasty, with many options of both hot/cold items. Close to town, yet away from all the noise.

Arrived a few hours early, and they allowed me to check in then which was great. Upon entering my room, everything appeared to be in good shape. Went out and bought a few beverages and came back and put them in the fridge. Two hours later both drinks are frozen. Went to bed. Woke up, showered (the shower drain was clogged and water didn't drain out), and went to a business meeting. Upon my return in the afternoon I find that my room was never cleaned. Not a great experience but nothing that was terrible hence the 3 out of 5 stars.

Love this location. I stay here Everytime I travel to visit my brother and sister in law in Seattle. First stayed back in 2016 on my way up to Alaska. Loved it then and still do. The renovations are amazing. Dog area is great for owners to sit and watch dog with out crossing through parking lot. Staff makes you feel better then family. Safe feeling the whole time, wanting to return to this location everytime I visit Seattle. Rooms always available and I have a family of 6 with 3 dogs (2 little and 1 big dog).

Staff is friendly and helpful. My bed was soaked with water — I hope. Nothing like getting in bed and you lay your legs in feet in something wet. This hotel must be the ONLY hotel that allows dogs. Every morning around 6:00 am or 10:00 pm expect to hear them barking. This was my first time in the area and last time at this hotel. Again, the staff has been nice and the second room is smaller and fine, but this place is a kennel.

The price was okay but the walls are very thin. It was very noisy. And my "quiet room" turned out to be adjacent to the ice machine which would have woken me up except somebody left the alarm set in the room for early early a. M. And it woke me up before the ice machine would have. I would think a hotel would turn off room alarms that previous folks may have set. On balanced it was okay but not great. There is a free breakfast but the eggs are tasteless powder constructions. However there was cereal and fruit and the commonplace waffle thing. This is a reasonable No Frills choice. I don't want it to come off as negative as it may sound. The room seemed clean and the staff was nice. The room was a little antiseptic smelling but other than that it was good the bed was not bad and the pillows were soft enough. Which if anybody has stayed in lower end motels you know how bad the pillows can be and this was surprisingly nice.

Fast and friendly check ins. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was good.

Decent enough hotel. Unique shape. Incredibly expensive for what I received. Does have a strange kind of moldy smell from the lobby to my room on the 2nd floor.

We very much enjoyed our recent Christmas Eve stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites Seattle Bellevue Kirkland when we were in town to visit family for the holiday. Our queen bed room was clean, comfortable, and well organized with everything we could possibly need for an overnight stay. Breakfast Christmas Day was a yummy assortment of hot and cold items with delicious fresh coffee (a must have! ). The best part of our stay however was Carly – The delightful and refreshing La Quinta team member who manned the front desk both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Even though she was working back to back holidays Carly always had a smile for everyone and made us feel like family coming to visit more family during the Christmas season. Carly is not only a very knowledgeable person who was able to answer any questions we had about the hotel and surrounding area but she is also the true definition of a “people person” – Warm, friendly, charming, and caring. La Quinta Kirkland is a great hotel but people like Carly make the hotel feel like a home away from home.

Clean and freshly remodeled this is far and away the best value in the area. Close to anything in Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland. Friendly staff too. Its not fancy but very clean and fresh. Surprisingly modern too. Lots of usb and plug ins everywhere.

Very good, clean and airy. Rooms appear to have been renovated. Hallways are wide and well illuminated. Good beds and shower. I like the late check out time (noon) but would also like to see breakfast being served until at least 10:00 (it ends at 9:30)

Yes, they set up waffle-makers for their complimentary continental breakfast, but the batter is gross, as is the artificial pan spray. The rest of the breakfast is poor quality too. The room was small and lacked electrical outlets. The shower was hot, but the water pressure was very lacking. Yes, the staff members were cheerful, but overall the place was a dump. This hotel is conveniently located by the Sea-Tac Airport, but it's not worth the price.

Great hotel, friendly service and quiet rooms. I was worried when I noticed that we were positioned right next to the I've machine but you can't hear anything in the room. The only trouble we've had was finding parking.

Come here often. Friendly front desk people and the food is great. In the morning. Beds are comfortable and there. Is a burger place next door that is out of this world!

I think this place is usually very nice. It's just that I didn't realize they were under construction. So I couldn't actually access the fitness center which was very disappointing. I also didn't really care for the breakfast options which were standard carb heavy fare. The room was nice minus thin window sound proofing. The staff were also very friendly.

Good location for business travelers. About what you'd expect from a hotel at it's price point. Staff is friendly though the rooms show many signs of wear, as expected. They were undergoing renovations during my stay.

This was the filthiest place I've ever stayed. The tub was dirty, and hair and dirt was all over the bathroom. A dirty footprint on the top sheet of my bed. Every wall and door was covered with spills from food and drink or dirty handprints. Grungy would be a good descriptive word. The whole place was such a dive that you Could tell the place had not been maintained for quite a while. I felt like I needed to shower when I left La Quinta Inn and suites. We stayed in room 215, Saturday, June 4, 2016 If you would like to step up and reimburse my friend's credit card.

The rooms are neat and good. But no complementaries like moisturisers. Also the breakfast is below par for the price. Very low value for money.

I've stayed here several nights over the past 4 years as I come here on business twice a year. I noticed two trips ago a decline in the quality of the hotel, now the carpet is coming up in the hallways and all the rooms I've been in smell like cigarette smoke. Most disappointing. This will most likely be my last time staying here. In the past I would have given 4 stars to this place.

Not bad but not great either. Walls/windows are paper thin. I'm not a fan of all the dogs in the hotel either. We got woken up by dogs barking in the halls a few times. Everytime we were in the lobby there were at least 3-4 dogs. Front desk was kind and polite. Room was clean but pretty outdated. The breakfast could use some improvements… Nothing served hot.

I stay in La Quinta all the time. This was one of the poor ones. At checkin staffs 3-4 year old son running around Lobby yelling and playing at 1:30am (mind you there were rooms immediately off the lobby). No shampoo in room. Hotel common areas not very clean at all. Didn't clean our room (left at 9:30 am returned at 9:30 pm) — "gosh, sorry" only response. Room was average to poor by La Quinta standards. Decent water pressure in shower. Pillows pretty good. Didn't try breakfast.

I stay at LaQuinta for it's close proximity to where I teach a class. Also, it's pretty inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast is ok and staff is friendly. However, this last stay the room wasn't very clean. My husband accidentally spilled coffee on the bed and housekeeping just made up the bed without changing the sheets. Yuk.

For rednecks and those with low, low, standards. Rob Ford would not stay here even if there was free crack. Which probably would be easy to get considering this location. We didn't get our rate at Priceline or Hotwire for $40 or $25 a night. I paid $150. I never stayed at 1/2 or one star hotel. What we got at this La Quinta was a rather run-down grossly inflated rate on a room that should not cost more than the above quoted rates of $25-40 in shoulder season (on a busy Saturday night). The positive or stellar reviews posted thus far are nothing less than suspect or they have very low standards. See our honest and very detailed review on tripadvisor. Breakfast sucks at this hotel. Lots of wheat based items. Who serves ice chilled cold hard boiled eggs? Really not a lot of alternative milks for the lactose intolerant pallette like mine. No hot eggs. No continental items served or hot cooked breakfast! Positive is that rooms are good nice and clean which pushed my overall quality score to fair as the option of average is unavailable.
