This is a very good hotel to stay at! I have stayed in $200 a night hotels that were not as nice as this. (no joke)
new large TV's! The bathroom is the right size, and the shampoo is NOT cheap crap! the staff is good and the breakfast was good. thanks for the great night sleep.

Nice rooms but I got a twin bed and 60 TV kinda a little much with the tiny bed maybe the TV makes the bed even smaller but was awesome watching the fight last night.

Clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff. Very reasonable room rates. We arrived early and check in was accommodated with no problems. Card keys for rooms do not work very well, they definitely need improvement. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of eggs, bacon, waffles and cereal. I would stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Hotel was nice overall! Beds were soft. The room furniture was a bit packed but that was just due to the old design of the building. Nice bathroom as well with the two level toilet flush. Internet was… So-so. Slow. 0.5mbps capped for complimentary. You can pay for about double the speed but it isn't worth it. Parking lot was a bit tight. Staff was friendly and while I missed the breakfast, the staff let me grab some small items before I left to work.

The hotel looks great — it's either new or newly remodeled, and the look and feel are fantastic! The beds are very comfortable, but at least in the room we got, they are among the noisiest beds I've ever heard. The metal base and frame creak loudly with the smallest movements. Rolling over in the middle of the night? Wake up to loud creaking! Seriously, it was ridiculously loud. Very comfortable mattress, but the frame is like something out of a hidden camera show. When morning came, we discovered that water from the floor above was leaking through the light \ vent in our bathroom — dribbling on our heads as we got ready for the day. And the sink in the bathroom was clogged so bad that we couldn't even brush our teeth. So much promise, such great disappointment.

Quite pleasantly surprised to see how well this motel was remodeled. Rooms are modern, neatly appointed, functional, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was above average — The only thing I would have liked is a coffee maker in the room. There was hot, fresh coffee in the lobby. I would /will return to this establishment Mark.

My stay was very pleasant. Staff was wonderful. Great service. Great selection of breakfast items. With plenty of food. I definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent service and the room we stayed in was inexpensive yet very pleasant. Rooms appear newly renovated, no gross smells, big, flat screen tv, relatively comfy beds, etc. Even the soaps provided were awesome. Breakfast was nothing fancy but that's pretty standard these days anywhere you stay. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Everett.

Same rooms are smaller then others while other rooms are larger. No pool or sauna here. One Starbucks location within walking distance nearby. No restaurants within walking distance for breakfast. Neighborhood is sketchy. Everett Community College nearby within walking distance (evcc). Providence Regional Medical Center and Hospital within walking distance.

Location and decorations are great. Beds are comfortable. Also, I had free breakfast with my reservation. The only two bad points I have noticed are the poor experience of the front desk treating customers, and the bad smell in the room when I entered the room on the first day. Update… Thanks for your feedback. To be more accurate, my bad experience with the front desk was with my last day at the hotel, but both first and second day was great.

No pool. No coffee maker in room. Room was clean. Beds we're okay. Staff was really nice but not staffed well. When I checked in there was no one at the counter and I had to wait over 5 minutes to be greeted (which is a long time to stand there not being helped with no employee in sight). After driving 4 hours to come visit my dying grandma, that was annoying. Things happen, but the woman was not apologetic. Next day our keys didn't work so after trudging all our stuff up, we had to go back down to deal with that. Then, at checkout I had to wait over 3 minutes for the 1 guy at the desk to finish one long phone call, then answer another call all while I was standing there. Maybe not his fault — no one helping him? — but that was bad service too. He was really nice when he did help me though. So overall, they need to work on their staffing or customer service.

My stay was alright. The doors slam and they aren't shut tight so when someone else slams their door, your door shutters. Woke me up all night. Walls are thin so I could hear people who were outside talking when I was on the 2nd floor! Least to say I slept awful and the beds are so firm! On the plus side though, the staff was always nice and the room was always clean. I suggest in investing in some sound proofers and better beds. But all in all, the hotel itself wasn't awful, just could use some tweeking to make it a better stay.

Clean and spacious hotel. It is lacking furniture and carpets so everything echoes which wakes you up in the middle of the night. Its also kinda weird that the sink it outside from the bathroom and in the middle of the bedroom. Staff is very nice and the breakfast is good considering that it's all made in a microwave or hotplate in a back room. I'll definitely stay again but will probably as for a higher floor next time.

Pro: Conveniently located within walking distance of state offices. Con: No elevator to second floor! You will have to carry bags, computer equipment etc up two long flights of stairs.

Very Nice place, all staff members were helpful and nice, rooms were very nice and extremely clean, no cigarette smell… in the rooms. If I ever have to travel out there again. I would definitely come back to this place and stay with my family… my kids also liked this place…

For a hotel in a bad area this place is pretty awesome. I didn’t have high hopes after booking through Hotwire but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The building is clean and presented nicely, when I arrived I found the front desk customer service rep helping with cleaning the rooms because they had been so busy and was impressed by his motivation and dedication to making sure that the place was running smoothly and all operations were in order. While checking in he was friendly and accommodating and was easy to talk to, which was pleasant. I haven’t stayed very many places where I actually felt happy to talk to front desk staff and not just neutral about it so this was a good experience. You have a good staff here! The rooms are clean and have big nice TVs with lots of add on features. Room size was good.
