Very convenient. Safe, good breakfast, clean comfortable room, large room refrigerator, good beds, good linens, good staff. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom door which would not close.

No real issues with this hotel except for the bathroom door. It looked like the original door had been removed and then replaced with a sliding door system. Very strange as it appeared the original door was the replaced sliding door. The door never really closed and it felt like it might fall off at some point. If you want privacy in the bathroom you were not going to find it here. This is a large hotel and it is close to anything you could desire such as restaurants, fuel stations, shopping, etc. Nicely equipped and large breakfast area.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, good service. Only bad thing was the AC units cooling the hallways were eventing into the side entrance ways, making entering and exiting a rather hot and stuffy affair.

Big hotel for a mountain town, not at all like other comfort inns. It's a nice little area, hotel was clean and they had cookies! 5 stars!

Good room for a travel stopover. I'd stay here again. No complaints.

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was even able to leave my car while I took a short side trip.

This motel was very clean and pleasant. They have a hot breakfast with several options. It's right off the interstate and has free Wi-Fi.

The staff was great. Polite, attentive. The lady in charge of the breakfast was fantastic. Housekeeper was nice especially the birthday lady.

The room was big, everything was great for our stay. Really nice and big bfast. They even are Pet Friendly to. We enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and our room was comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous.

Accomadations were nice and staff was friendly. All I did was sleep and shower so I can't comment or give it a better rating due to that. Will stay again if I come through here.

Adequate for a night. The beds ARE comfortable. Had need of maintenance for TV after check in. Had need of maintenance in the am to turn off the shower and the tub barely drains. No manager around to speak with at 8 am! Due to these experiences the plumbing and wiring issues are too scary for me to return.

This property is a little dated, but it has been renovated recently. It's no 4 star, but it's clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk worker was very helpful and friendly, and one of the housekeeping ladies was also very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Nice hotel. Needed a few updates. Could tell it was aged but tried to be well kept. Not much water pressure in the shower and instead of a king sized pillow there were 3 small pillows on one side. Would have been nice to have a regular sized pillow as well. Would visit there again but definitely in need of some updates.

Been coming here since I was a baby. Always a tradition to stop. Great breakfast and not a bad price. Recently, there has been some updates but I'm not too impressed. Bathroom door doesn't close. Floor feels damp. We had to change rooms because of ciggarette smoke. (Not their fault) overall, still a good place for an overnight stay. Cool scenery around.

It is an old building, but for the cost it was great. Room was clean, bathroom had enough counter space for toiletry bags. Kids were using pool, staff was phanominal. Breakfast was very good, loved have the eggs as a mini plain omelette instead of lumpy scrambled. Sausage and Tracey. Plus many places to eat around and near mall.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice. Only complaint was that some of the lights in our bathroom didn't work.

Stayed for 4th of July weekend. The cribs to out in the room are old and Shaky. There hardly any water pressure in the shower. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Comvient stop on I-81 exit in Wytheville. Easy check-in. Cleaning room, cleaning facilities. The gentlemen working the front desk durng the evening and overnight were very pleasant and helpful. I will stop there again if I need a room while passing through.

Nice stay, comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi and quiet room. We didn't stay for breakfast, but grabbed an orange and banana, and a hot coffee for the road. We'd definitely go back. Had many comforts, despite the look, as it seems an old hotel was purchased and quickly remodeled. But for the price, it wasn't bad.

Loved the room layout, was clean, comfy, and staff was nice. They are under a lil reno/construction but it didn't effect my stay.

The reviews here surprised me, as the motel didn't look old at all. According to the description it is renovated and I agree that it is clean and nice. I stayed here in summer 2015. The cost was high for me, but it was very late and I didn't have a choice. After all the staff was very friendly and I was surprised by the quality of the breakfast.

Very disgusting! Comforter had a large stain on it, toilets didnt flush unless you flushed it a couple times, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke so bad it gave me an instant headache, and the room smelled bad of cat urine! I will never stay there ever again!

I stayed in this motel the evening of July 14th and awoke with a few small bites — didn't think to much about it — however by the time I was on the road the bites turned to welts and now they are as large as dimes and are itching like crazy. From what I see on the web it looks like it must be bed bugs bites! DON'T STAY THERE!

I picked this room from an internet listing. The lobby smelled musty and while looking for my room upstairs, water fell on my head because of a ceiling leak. The room smelled of urine and the smoke detector did not appear to be working. The room was outdated (with no sprinklers in the room) and the bath tub was stained. Towels were thin and cheap. There was a good variety of breakfast food and the breakfast area was nice and spacious, but someone had burned their waffle so the whole lobby was smoky the entire time we were eating. I would spend a little extra money and stay in another hotel. We definitely won't be staying there again.
