We enjoyed our first stay here. The property is convenient to the highway and to dining establishments. The staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating in all of our interactions. Our room was spacious and there was a jacuzzi tub in it. Even the breakfast was tasty and set us up for our trip home. Highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly stay here again when our travels take in this direction.

Jeff was so nice and helpful! Nice, clean place to stay with kids. Free hot breakfast, and no issues.

The hot tub was nice but we couldn't swim because the pool was so cold. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I enjoyed this stay.

I officially cannot sleep. The room I am in sucks & this is my first time here…
there is pros and cons to this room. Pros: cheap price, friendly staff, clean hotel, bottle service at the front desk, working ac, good water pressure, decent blackout curtains. Cons: I can hear all the traffic from the highway. I can hear the room above me everytime They walk, you can tell they’re not professional football players because they drop EVERYTHING! I paid extra for a king bed, expecting king sized pillows… I got small standard pillows. The king sized bed seems small also… I’m 5’8” & my toes hang off the end
I paid $20 more for the Hampton inn down the street on my way through, 3 days ago, & I would recommend paying the extra money.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. We reserved 2 rooms. They accommodated us to having joining rooms and both rooms were very clean.

The beds are very comfortable. Is sitting at a great location just off the interstate. Hot tub is nice pool is a little chilly. This is the 2and time here. I will always stay here in the future.

From the Tye Dye family… We were not expecting to stay overnight but were halfway through a trip from South Carolina to Pittsburgh and traffic was thick. We stopped at Country Inn and Suites and spoke with Linda at front desk She immediately wanted to find a solution for our family of 10 and took the time to walk us to a few of the available rooms to show us the setup. She took time to move a couple other reservations to enable our family with young kids to all be on the same floor She was quick to offer dinner suggestions and even offered the breakfast room if we needed to order pizza and eat in. The hotel met our needs for the price we paid (130). Hot breakfast, pool, hot tub, pull out couch… it was clean and well air conditioned.

Dirty room, horrible customer service. The guy who checked us in was very polite, ran into the manager the next day, ugh. I think some of the profiles who review this place look fake? Who reviews 10 places in the same hour and gives them all five stars? Weed out the bad reviews, and I think you see what you really get here. This town has many other options.

Very clean and up to date. The only thing I would recommend is warning guests about the down comforter and pillows due to allergies. Didn't notice when we checked in late in the evening. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was probably one of the best I've had at a hotel to date. Would definitely stay there again.

I have stated this chain many different times throughout the nation. This one is similar to the rest it is easily accessible from the interstate. The rooms are clean and taken care of. They do sell beer which I have not seen before. They have a typical continental breakfast. The room was very busy the whole time I was in there. They have an indoor pool that has decent hours it's well taken care of.

Stopped here on our way to the beach. Very clean, quick check in. Super friendly staff. Hot tub and pool. Free breakfast in the morning.

We just left this hotel. Although last night was fine, they were struggling this morning. The breakfast bar was not good and the woman managing it was scrambling around the entire time and was even rude to a few customers who accidentally dropped things or got in her way. After “breakfast”, we were ready to check out but all four luggage carts were being used by a group of teenagers and their coach to remove old furniture from the 3rd floor. I asked if I could have one of the carts and eventually was given one. However, I had to move on two separate occasions and shield my young, curious son from teenagers blindly wheeling chairs, desks, and other furniture from the lone elevator. Finally, I got on the elevator. Why they chose to start this task at peak checkout hours on a Friday is beyond me. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk upon being asked how my stay was, she responded, “You weren’t even on the 3rd floor though”. I then explained how that didn’t matter because of the traffic on the elevator at peak hours; however, I was met with blank stares and zero apologies. We will not return.

I was asked to fill out a survey somewhere and did not realize it was posting to a site. The response angered me more than the lack of advertised amenities. — "On behalf of our entire staff at Country Inns & Suites we apologize for the concerns you shared about your experience at this hotel. We have to perform maintenance on the pool and sometimes it requires to close the pool for 24 hours. With regret we are sorry that you feel our hard work to make sure cleanliness is top priority deserves a 3 in ratings. In the future my suggestion would be call ahead to any hotel that you chose to stay with to ensure all hotel extras are available for your needs. Again we apologize and hope that you will visit us again.   We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations. Adequate rooms, kids loved swimming pool, reasonable fitness facility, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Great place to stay if you’re traveling through for a reasonable price.

Nice accommodations, excellent, friendly management and staff. I would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. The cookies were especially good.

Our family checked in for the night while passing through on a trip. Front desk staff were great, our room was clean and cozy. They have breakfast every morning until 9:30 with choices that satisfied the whole family! Will definitely book again next time we pass through.

This place was very nice. The rooms (double in my case) were very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There's a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is included and is a full breakfast! Good stuff. Overall we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The staff were friendly and inviting… great job!

We came here for a baby shower. We had stayed here before and we had an excellent stay. We were not disappointed this time either. The staff is great. There was a big group of us, and we hung out in the dining area to visit. Jeff at the desk made sure we had cookies and coffee. Highly.

Our beds were firm yet comfortable. The room was clean and outside noise was minimal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel style but good.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. Everything looked fantastic, except there was a dirt spot on the red sash over the bed, and a few hairs in the tub. We decided to stay here on our drive to Charleston for a wedding. It is very close to many restaurants which is a plus. If you like a small town feeling then this is the right hotel! We didn’t get to visit the pool, but everything else was great.

Wythevile is a perfect place to stop when driving from Florida to Ontario. This is a clean modern hotel ideally located near the on ramp to I77 and I81.

The people there were very very nice very accommodating breakfast was awesome fresh and hot and if you couldn't find it they help you find whatever you needed the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable pool and hot tub were awesome and very very reasonable prices I recommend it to my friends or anybody else for that matter.

When we walked into the room I picked up the TV remote & it wouldn't work. Finally I called the front desk. She came right up & pulled up the cable box which had fallen behind the dresser fixing the problem. And she was very nice about it.

Country Inn is my go to when I drive cross country. There's a consistency to them that is very comforting. They're clean and the rooms are spacious and well appointed.

The desk clerk was friendly. We were unable to connect to internet on tablet, laptop or phone and he was not able to assist us. We did not have enough toilet paper. Our toilet seat was crooked. I killed a bug in the bathoom. But worse of all… the bed had been slept on and not changed! You could clearly see the imprint of the people who had slept there — the sheets were wrinkled and sweaty right where their butts were. I had to take an extra blanket out of the closet and put that down on top of the sheets. The breakfast was terrible. Will not stay here again!

We canceled our reservation at another nearby hotel because the sheets were stained. The Country inn & suites were completely different, for the better! The front office last was courteous. She got us in a room and it was clean and spacious. Definitely worth the slight price increase. Beds were clean and comfortable, although the pillows were a little small and flat. Overall it was a good experience, and we will stay here on the way back from our stay again.

Pleasant. Really liked the night manager. Was very kind to my kids and after all our travel it was helpful. Breakfast was exactly what you'd hope for.

Love this place! Staff is very friendly and everything was very clean! Bed was so comfortable that I wish we could take home. Easy to access from either I-77 or I-81. Hot breakfast!

Excellent service, spacious rooms and definitely one of the better breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Will be here again if in the area for sure!

The staff were all very polite. The rooms were beautiful and accomodating. And the bed was very soft.

I have stayed here three times on my way down to vacation. Always clean and the staff is helpful. Everything you could possibly need is about a mile away. Easy access to the freeway.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. The only complaints I would have is the pool could be kept a little warmer and the breakfast hours could be extended a tad. The whirlpool was nice though. They also keep their pool open throughout the night which is nice if you get in late and want to take a dip.

Excellent room. Clean and comfortable. You're able to adjust the thermostat to a specific temp (as opposed to low, med, or high). The gentleman on duty tonight, Jeff Miller, is so kind and helpful. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to help them. We called him with a simple question and he was to our room immediately and helped us. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope Mr. Keller is able to see how much we appreciate him. Also, wonderful indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Our family is really enjoying our stay.

One elevator. One waffle maker. One room left. $150. Disappointing. Limited TV channels. Bed was comfy though.

We stayed here for (1) night and overall, it was a great experience and a great, cozy and modern room. Grant, the Front Desk Clerk was very accommodating of the several requests we had and he even called the room later in the day to ask us if we liked the room we got. We were in the King Studio and were both very impressed with the size and condition of the room, the view from the room wasn't bad either. Highway noise was minimal and we slept very well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was one of the nicest spreads I have had to date and we had Waffles, Eggs, Home Fries and Ham along with Coffee and Juice. The use of real plates and silverware were welcome as well. I recommend this Hotel to anyone as it is very nice, comfortable and nicely decorated throughout. It is also very close to many Restaurants, Shops etc just a few minutes away. A++.

I left my purse in the breakfast room and it was returned to me with all of my possessions! The staff was wonderful helping with the arrangements to get it shipped to me. I should mention the room was spotless and the pool was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly. Thank you.

The first room we checked into reaked of mold and mildew; and after we were able to get a room with no mold. There was leftovers in the fridge of the second. Couldve been a nice place. But a little more than this cost you you can go next door and have a couch in your room too.

I stayed here with my daughter while traveling to our new duty station. No reservation; arrived late and they still were able to fit us in with a very large group already there. It was quite, clean, affordable, the people were nice (great customer service from the lady, gentlemen and the lady who helped with our food) and the breakfast selection was great! They had something for everyone and that included a waffle maker. I would stay here again without a second thought.
