Never staying here again, learned our lesson. The place is old and outdated and and a odor of mold hangs heavily in the air, it was so strong in our room we started having a coughing fit. Everything feels dirty and the sheets and blankets while washed have stains on them. The sink faucets leak out the back, and the towels have been washed and used so many times it’s like sandpaper on your skin. The placement of the toilet paper in the bathroom to reach it you have to literally sit sideways on the toilet. We had to wear our shoes in the room the whole time because the carpet was filthy. Oh and no refrigerator or microwave in the room. This place is way way overpriced. The breakfast was brown bag and the fruit looked rough and it was very minimal offerings.

My husband planned our family trip and he booked the first available hotel. I read the reviews and informed him of the information. We started to cancel our reservation because of the reviews. We took a chance and I'm glad we did. Our room was clean and I was impressed. It can stand a little updating but my overall experience was great. I would suggest better (brighter) lights in the bathroom area and upgrade on the TV (our remote did not work properly). I would certainly stay again.

Place is just pure awesome everytime I come in from Hopewell Virginia I'm treated like a king even when we bring all our (15) grandbabies last time.

Quiet, location close to shops and restaurants.

Disgusting. Went down for the continental breakfast only to see a a group of children grabbing doughnuts with their bare hands, instead of using the tongs. The host witnessed it and did nothing. It may not seem like a big deal, but if you have a compromised immune system, then it is a huge deal. I went to the front desk and complained. She apologized, but did not remove the doughnuts from the serving area. There is a belt in my room from the previous guest. It makes me wonder about the housekeeping skills here.

As usual, I enjoyed my stay. Staff is on point and attentive to guest needs. Always clean, smells nice, and breakfast is a bonus. I come to Williamsburg every year and will continue to do so utilizing this facility. Welcome aboard to Dave! And thanks for everything. Peace.

The pool area was nice, however the room was very damp feeling. The air conditioner was leaking, the walls were sweating. The bathrooms are small, but that wasn't a major issue, the dampness of the room was a problem. My cell even started acting funny. The breakfast we did not try as it ended too early, but the place next door, Sandy's Pancakes was pretty good. We probably won't stay here again, it did the job, it was last minute, but the hotel definitely needs upgrades.

Great staff, great value, great location.

Booked the hotel online after seeing nice pictures of the place. The pictures were not accurate. Checked in with my fiance for her birthday and immediately checked out after seeing the room. There were weird stains on the carpet, stains on the bed sheets and hair in the bed, all the furniture was in rough condition, it was definitely not what was pictured online. The hotel would not refund us but I would not make my fiancee stay there. Luckily we were able to find another nicer place. I would not recommend this place.

We have enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and hassle free. Our beds are clean, very comfortable and HUGE. Pool looked clean, but I didn't use it. Plenty of towels provided. Bathroom floor was a little dirty (hair in corners, etc) and shower pressure is not very good, but I would stay here again.

Upon our 5:30pm arrival, there were two other families in front of me, but the wait was forever. I was finally helped by a very polite, young lady who seemed to be a little in the weeds. We were give our room which we promptly headed to because my son was dying to get in the pool. When I opened the door I was greeted with “Um, hello? ” They had put someone else in the room they assigned me and gave both families the keys! I asked the lady when they checked in and she said 3:00pm. I went back to the service desk and had to wait in line again. When I told the manager (I think) what happened she apologized and immediately started to look for an empty room in their system. I started to panic because I was afraid they had given away all their rooms. Luckily, they were able to place us. I don’t usually look for a handout, but I think something should have been offered to me and this other family in small compensation. What if I hadn’t been honest and the family hadn’t been there? I could have robbed them blind or worse… Scary situation!

Good hotel. Stayed here twice. Nice pool, no hot tube though. But it is right by some good restaurants and stores. Nice and helpful service, and breakfast served down in the lobby in the morning.

I had an awesome time here for the weekend. Breakfast was good need more items to go together. Pool very spacious clean room was clean young ladies at the front desk was sweet nice and helpful. I did have one problem! Check out is at 11 housekeeping came banging on the door at 954. I don't know if that's their wake up call to get guest up around 10 to start getting ready to leave or what but that wasn't cool. Other than that nice.

The staff has been nothing but helpful and accommodating since check in. The room we checked in to did not have a fridge or microwave, being a diabetic I need a fridge, we were moved to a room with a fridge and microwave the next day as soon as one was available. I'm sorry to say that the fridge did not work properly. They offered to let me keep my insulin in the staff refrigerator downstairs until another room was available. We are staying here while final inspection is complete on our new home. Been here 4 days so far and it's been very nice compared to the last Hotel we stayed in. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I'm a little confused about is the website says it has a restaurant. I would still recommend it.

Do not stay at this hotel! We found 3 different bugs in our room (one was found in my bed) within the first 24 hrs of staying here. The sheets did not look thoroughly cleaned and when we brought this issue up to the front desk, there was no sense of urgency. Will not be staying here ever again.

I made a reservation at the Park Inn by Radisson Williamsburg Historic (2007 Richmond Road) through Orbitz a couple of weeks in advanced. At the time of booking, there was nothing stated on the website that payment would be required before I could check in, or I would have never made it. I was on my honeymoon, and from the time my husband and I walked through the doors of the lobby, we received the nastiest look from the front desk staff. I am African American, and their entire demeanor changed when they began dealing with me. They undoubtedly came off as rude, unprofessional and extremely racist. When I tried to explain that this policy was not stated at the time of booking, they became even ruder. I ended up having to cancel the reservation, and go across the street to the Hampton Inn and Suites, where they were so nice and professional. Once I got to the other hotel, I called over to the Radisson to inquire if I would receive a refund, not realizing I hadn’t yet paid for the room. I also tried to read to the lady, exactly what the payment policy stated on the website, but again, she became very nasty with me and ended up hanging the phone up on me. They even tried to lie and say the reason I couldn’t make the reservation was because I had a declined card. However, that could not have been possible if they never ran my card through. I will never again make a reservation at this place.

Staff was friendly. Price was great! Pool was refreshing and the breakfast was nom. Great value for the price my gf and I were quite happy. Downfall no fridge or microwave.

We arrived at about 10 pm for a 3 night stay, and started to unpack and spread out our stuff. When we finally unwound enough to go to bed, we pulled back the blankets and there was still all sorts of hair that wasn't ours and 2 big vlbrown spots on the sheets. Since we were only using one of the two beds, we pulled back the blankets on the other bed, and found much more hair. We went down to the front desk, and were told that he could bring clean sheets and come change the bedding. This amounted to the guy grabbing king size sheets for the full size bed, and us changing our own bedding. Throughout our stay, I also found hairs in the shower that weren't ours and lots of stains on the counter and carpet. Basically, I just felt icky. The continental breakfast was okay, but very basic, and not much fresh.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Good location, comfortable beds. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Good place to stay if you are on a budget. Breakfast is ok too. Internet is dead slow though.

Not good. Train 3 or 4xs during the night, breakfast is not a breakfast, cold coffee and stale pastries. Rates were a little better than other places but that's about it. Would advise you to avoid.

Omg were do I start the pool is a spa its worm it gas real breakfest it so amazing.

Definitely a good budget place to stay. The staff was really friendly and polite. Breakfast wasn't too bad, it did the job. I think the hotel room did need a little updating, but it was clean and we all slept very well. The pool was fun for us and the kids. We asked for a couple of extra pillows and a blanket and they were very nice and accommodating. There is a train behind the hotel, so if train noises bother you then this may not be the place for you. I don't mind train noises every now and again so it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Nice place.

A great overall experience. We got in late and we were great promptly and our check in quick. The breakfast bar was well stocked.

Convenient, clean, & adequately furnished. Continental breakfast okay as well. Hide a bed coils could be felt by persons using those beds in both rooms. They need replacement as they were not conducive to good night’s rest. King beds were fine. A bargain, but needs a little refining.

Convenient to Historic Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Clean and well maintained rooms. Nice free breakfast.

If you're looking for a place that's inexpensive and clean, this is a great option. There's nothing unsatisfactory about this hotel, but there's also nothing really exciting or outstanding about it, either. Something to consider before booking is there's a railroad right behind the hotel that runs at night. The most memorable thing that made this hotel stand out is that there were three waffle makers for breakfast.

Everything about our experience here has been acceptable. The service is mostly inattentive, but polite when you get their attention. The rooms are not pristine, but reasonably clean. The bed pillows are okay, but very small. The breakfast is edible, but not terribly substantial. Just generally mediocre.

Served its purpose! Great location. Went on a busy weekend and it was packed, lots of families. Liked the breakfast, no fridge kind of sucked but still managed to chill our wine. Front desk had no issue telling rowdy, unsupervised children to calm down which was good. I keep my eye on mine and don't want to be bothered by others. I wouldn't call it romantic if you're looking for that kind of getaway but if you want an affordable place to stay while you visit Williamsburg, this is it.

More to be desired from the Radisson hotel chain. Disappointed. : — (First set of room keys didn't work. The breakfast area was a fire hazard — too small of an area for too many people, plus mot enough table and chair space. The trash can was overflowing and refilling the breakfast area was very slow. The best part was the train immediately behind the hotel. During the night, not only was it loud (a few times), it vibrated the room!

Just adequate. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the corner of the room, there were other areas that need repair in the room — — looked worn. It was nice to have breakfast, but there was nothing for people that didn't need to eat a lot of carbs. Arrived between 8 — 9 and all the fruit was gone. Staff was pleasant, but I had a hold for a very long time when I called previous to visit. I stayed at much better, but I have stayed at worse, too.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth. The complimentary breakfast is mostly limited to various baked goods, cereal, fruit, and waffles. There is an indoor pool that has screened windows to the outside. The only problem I've experienced is that this hotel is located by a set of train tracks. If you're given one of the rooms at the far end, expect to hear trains passing every five to six hours.

Clean, but a bit run down. Needs an update. For price would stay again!

The hotel in general is in serious need of an update (missing panels, visible spackle, peeling wallpaper). The breakfast was ok. The only reason this was not a poor stay was because of the front desk attendant who was trying to work with us to find another room because of the smoke in our room (in a non-smoking hotel) and the maid who saw the poor condition our room was in as we entered it and fixed it up the best that she could. They were not able to move us to another room because they were over booked.

I used to come down here frequently while working in Williamsburg but now it's fallen apart since park inn took over. The front door clerk is run by a foreigner who barley understands English and they screwed up out billing and threaten to call the cops. The GM was rude and sloppy and this place as lost quality since it turned into park in from comfort Inn. Will not recommend to anyone.

Hotel staff is super nice and accommodating. They all seem to have great senses of humor. Recommend Park Inn By Radisson to anyone looking for a great place at a great rate.

We are frequent visitors to Williamsburg but we will not be staying here again. We arrived at 10pm to find our assigned room had not been cleaned. Apparently it was the last available room. While checking us I the front desk attendant was screaming at other guests to stop running in the halls. We waited over an hour for our room to be ready with two small children that desperately needed to be in bed. Breakfast in the morning was absolute chaos and they were not prepared, running out of many items. It is not full breakfast as advertised but continental with waffles and "eggs". Wi-Fi was spotty at best. The manager refused to do anything to compensate us for all of the issues and didn't seemed to believe what we said saying "she'd have to look into it". The room itself was ok once we got there but not enough to make up for the other issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the Park Inn. The staff is friendly and helpful, they recommended the best donut shop and ice cream parlor… Can't wait for my next visit…

My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is really slow, other than that the service was really accommodating to all of the players.

Be aware that this Comfort Inn became Park Inn by Radison as of the first of January. We have stayed at this motel for several years, as we enjoyed Colonial Williamsburg. The Inn is conveniently located to shopping and great dining experiences, and it is only about a five minute drive to Col. Will. The staff headed by Nancy and Derrick does everything within reason to insure your stay is a pleasant one. Housekeeping also does a good job. We have always enjoyed the hot breakfast, but we have learned there will be only a full continental breakfast from now on. But, I do mean a FULL cont. Breakfast! The only reasons why I don't give it the extra star is the train track located at the back of the motel which can be a drawback if you have a back room, and the carpet needs to be replaced. But, for the money, I don't think you can beat Nancy, Derrick, and Park Inn. Ben Killian, West Columbia, SC.

Nice hotel just what you would expect for the price. Room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom could use updating. The train tracks run right behind the hotel so you can hear them when they go by. I'm a heavy sleeper so it wasn't a bother to me.

The hotel seemed nice on the outside and the customer service was great. But I expected the quality of the room to be better. The bathroom needed work and there was rust in the tub. For the price I paid, I expected a little better. But overall not too bad, but probably won't stay again.

This was the most wonderful hotel stay I have had in awhile! I was so impressed with the staff. They were truly kind, caring, and genuine. They were helpful and did an amazing job to make me feel comfortable and welcome with my two small children!
