The people were very helpful and nice. The rooms and the grounds were clean and well kept.
We had a handicap room. There was plenty of room to move around in. My Mother was able to reach what she needed and she felt stable and safe to move around in the bathroom. We had such a nice time staying there!

I would absolutely recommend them. Clean, well thought out condos. Lovely staff that go above and beyond. We arrived late at night minus our luggage which had gone astray on our flight. They provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste. When our luggage finally appeared the next day they watched it for us in registration until we could get back from picking up a few groceries.
As I said our experience has been wonderful.

This place is beautiful and relaxing during the day! Unfortunately it's close to the highway and it's not very peaceful and quiet at night. I've stayed here 4 times and every time there is either motorcycles and loud muffler cars running on the freeway. Fireworks (August) where set off at Bush gardens around 9:30 pm and could be heard at the resort. Just wish it was a little more secluded from from loud noises. I give this place 5 stars for pool area, staff and cleanliness! 1 star for nighttime.

We have really enjoyed our stay here. All the amenities expected were here. Rooms were clean and social distancing was done. Great location and really comfortable beds! The only thing I would change would be the couch, as the cushions are not that comfortable and they keep sliding forward.

Buyer beware! The total cost of the timeshare is more than the amount they disclose at the time of sale. The maintenance fees continue to increase! We are not able to vacation during peak seasons because nothing we search for is available. This ownership is extremely frustrating and costly. When we used the timeshare in Williamsburg, VA, last August, the housekeeping banged on our door at 9 am to remind us that checkout was at 10 am! We felt rushed and undervalued as a customer. And don’t be fooled! If they offer you a free cruise or free airline tickets for buying, they are not free! There are so many stipulations that they are virtually useless, much like most frequent-flyer miles.

I came with my sister. I had my own private suite. Very spacious and quiet looking out on the golf course. Love it!

Very disappointed overall, there's a reason they are number 5 in timeshares! Very unprofessional and unaccommodating and unpleasant overall! Our "tour guide " yelled out several times about how we don't own anything even after her Manager introduced us sampler package owners! But I digress! There's no way that $3.60 a point equals my dollar for dollar and sorry for you suckers who can't see it! Go to Westgate or Diamond, much better deals and return in your money! The Parkside is a glorified motel and maybe that's what upset the sales rep but I'm sorry not sorry how tf do you not have a soaking tub in the master suite? EPIC FAIL! No robes, slippers, welcome gifts, tickets, and very little utensils! The kitchen pans suck to say the least! Everything burns and sticks to these cheap pans! And you questioned having pillow cases available for the pillows in house.

We arrived in Wiiliamsburg and after being told "Welcome home" by the BlueGreen staff, they told us Happy 5th Anniversary! What a really nice surprise. As usual, our unit is perfect with a kitchen, two baths, living room and walk out balcony. Can't wait to explore Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown the next couple of days.

The fact that they have the audacity to attach the word "resort" to their Parkside location in Williamsburg is mind boggling to me. When I called to confirm my reservation, the gentleman on the phone was short and condescending because I was unaware they have more than one property in Williamsburg. Had to get grilled and expose my entire plans for our weekend to the "parking pass desk" so they could attempt to sign us up for a timeshare sales pitch. I asked if they have shuttles that go to Busch Gardens and they said no. Most "resorts" in Williamsburg do. Got to my room and the room was nice and clean so no issues there. I noticed our room was only stocked with decaf coffee. I called the front desk to ask for regular coffee and they informed me that I had to walk the length of the property and retrieve it myself. They refused to send someone to my room. Spent all day Saturday at Busch Gardens. Left the room around 9:30 and and returned at 10:30pm only to discover that housekeeping never serviced our room. Which of course meant having to make another trip to the front desk for coffee in addition to not having a cleaned room and fresh towels for the next morning. The property is also right off of a main road and train tracks. When resort is attached to your name it brings a difference level of expectations. They failed miserably during my stay. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Love every trip to Williamsburg and we always stay here… great staff… beautiful rooms… can't wait to go back!

Held a reunion for my old squadron from the Navy. Entire staff was helpful and eagerly assisted our every need. Very pleased with our entire experience!

Love this resort, we are staying in Presidential suite which is truly awesome.

Trip from absolute hell. We were put in a room with bed bugs! We were never offered a refund and Bluegreen customer service manager, Grace, was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She told me she had "no obligation to help me because we booked our hotel through a booking agency". Thankfully that booking agency fought them and got our refund for us, but that will NEVER make up for the fact that they RUINED our vacation where we were meeting friends who drove all the way from Vermont! We had to spend 2 days of our trip doing laundry in a tiny washer and dryer that functioned. Just barely. For 2 days we had to stay quarantined. We were not willing to risk exposing our friends to bed bugs and to avoid that we had to wash everything on high heat, ruining many of our things. No dry cleaner in town would except our items to clean because they potentially had bugs in them. My son also had bites on his neck and I have them on my hands and arms from handling all of our linens. I have lots of photos of all of this (including a video of the hotel's dryer screeching non-stop while it ran) and have shared reviews everywhere I can think of to warn others. The general manager was supposed to contact us and never did. Thank goodness the booking agency was shocked at the whole ordeal and fought for us! I have never experienced such a miserable trip and would never wish our situation on anyone.

Awesome place to stay! Clean, nicely decorated and lots of space. Home away from home!

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Workout room was great. Unit was in like new shape. Only missing an indoor pool. Dining places about 5 miles away; Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, 2nd St Bistro was nice.

Parkside is a really nice resort! I have a membership through Interval and unfortunately they're not affiliated with Parkside, but I still wanted to stay there so I paid for it and my wife and kids loved it. The only thing missing is an indoor pool, but other than that everything was nice!
