Very nice hotel! Clean and friendly staff.

Very comfortable and Luxurious.

We generally like Fairfield Inn for family travel. We stayed one night at either end of a week. The first night was great. Rooms were comfy and breakfast was good. Stayed in two third floor rooms. Second one night stay was on the second floor and the room had that smell of leftover smoke from cigarettes. We moved but for a completely different reason but felt that they should not have had guests in the smoky room in the first place. Great location and helpful staff.

1. If a hotel is undergoing construction on the property, it should be VERY obvious in the hotel notes / amenities. 2. Every other Marriott guest service member has always greeted me and my co-pilot with “Thank you for being a loyal Marriott member and being a Platinum elite status”. I had to ask for my bonus points, it’s usually offered. 3. We are normally asked if it’s our first visit to this property and if so, they will tell us about the amenities. Nothing was said here, not even anything about the construction. We had to ask about it and what time they would start.

We enjoyed our stay! We drove to the area to fly out of Dulles. Our vehicle was parked at the hotel for the week while we were away and was fine upon return. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. The pool hours are great. The shuttle to/from the airport was convenient and the staff was very friendly. Would stay there again!

I am here for business and this place is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The only complaint I have is that the place around one of the sprinklers has leaked and the ceiling is discolored. Other than that its very nice. I left my room key in the room and they quickly got me back in my room and the staff is very nice!

Awesome place 5o stay the rooms are really quiet, comfortable, CLEAN and spacious. The staff is awesome housekeepers, front desk and the manager are all really nice and excellent. The only "buts" that I have was that the breakfast wasn't refilled fast enough when something like eggs and sausages were scarse for the amount of people at the breakfast room and there's no hot tub but the pool is pretty cool, those are my really minor but after that everything is AWESOME.

The accommodations at this property were FAR LESS than expected from any Marriott property. While my room was clean and properly made, very little else was satisfactory. — Soon after check-in, I went to the lobby to get some coffee only to find both carafes contained cold coffee. — The breakfast area was not well maintained. Juice machine was not functioning. Waffle iron was not functioning properly. Serving area was not well maintained and cleaned. … — Before retiring for the evening, I called the front desk to request a late check-out time, which the desk manager accommodated. A few minutes after the normal check-out time (noon), housekeeper knocked on the door and tried to enter the room; a few minutes later the front desk called and asked if I was checking out that day, when I explained to him that I'd been granted a late check-out time. Half an hour later, housekeeping again knocked on my door. I gave up and went ahead and checked out earlier that the time indicated by the night manager. When I asked the manager, he indicated that the night manager had made no notation of my late check-out time. I guess it's time to return to HILTON properties!
