I only stayed here because of the shuttle to the airport, but I wouldn’t recommend staying. The hotel room was dirty, and out dated. The TV signal kept going in and out which was annoying. Also there is a $50 deposit that is required but I wasn’t aware of the deposit until check in day. Also what’s up with small half sized pillows? My pillow was literally the size of a couch pillow.

Excellent rooms with everything you need and more.

Close to the Airport with airport shuttle service starting at 5am! I have a very early departure and my concern was getting to the airport at that time of morning… no longer a problem. Thank you!

Easy to get to from Rt 28. Good breakfast variety with different hot choices each day. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Doesn't seem to be near any food restaurants.

It's an ok hotel. Not terrible, bot great either. Close to the airport so it's good if you have a long layover. Price was pretty reasonable.

Unfortunately I missed a flight, and had to sleep one night near La Guardia Airport in New York. This is the nearest hotel, but it's the ugliest and dirtiest of the 10 hotels I've been to in the US. It is very expensive, compared to the only service they offer, namely the shuttle to the airport. Costs 98 dollars per night per person.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, breakfast. Not bad for the price. If anything, it just needs a little updating. Otherwise, it’s a decent hotel.

Location was tough to find. Staff were nice. Parking was full when we arrived but thanks to the hotel many entrances. Overall good hotel.

Reserved a room for 4 people, was given only two bath towels. I thought I would be proactive and have my son asked for towels at 9:30 p. M. He was told that they were all out of towels. In the morning when we went to breakfast, we asked again and they said that the towels were in the dryer and they would bring them right up. We had to leave for my daughter's softball game at 12 and asked again and were told that someone would bring them right up. When we got back after 9 p. M. We still had no towels. I find it completely ridiculous. I am not a fussy person but how do you run out of towels? And even if that was the case why would you not do whatever you had to do in order to provide the towels for your guests. We also had a hard time finding parking. Even at the hotel next door. The attendant at the front desk had to have the driver for the shuttle move her car just so we could park. There is no pool which is a huge drawback for girls on softball trips. The gym only had a treadmill, an elliptical and some weights. The elliptical was broken. The water cooler in the gym was leaking all over the floor. Surprise surprise there were also no towels in the gym.

Location is convenient, close to the airport. No public transit! Nice size rooms. Good prices online. Free Breakfast!

I checked into this hotel, went to my room and within two hours someone was trying to gain access into my room. The front desk had given them a key. I did not know this man, when I attempted to notify the front desk my calls went unanswered for 10 minutes. Finally, on my third attempt a man at the front desk answered when I told him what had happened, he offered no apology and stated the man who had the key to my room was from my company, and it was only one key, insinuating I was over reacting. I do not recommend this hotel. I felt unsafe here. I reported the incident to my company, as they were the ones that booked this hotel. When my company called the hotel, the front desk person called my room implying that I was overreacting, and I called my company just to get them into trouble. Terrible customer service, and unsafe practices.

Ya nasty and broken. Clean your stuff. Especially the mold out of the a/c unit. The pee on the toilet is pretty gross too. The room was also very small, just bigger than the queen bed that I could hear the spring in. Yes I'm ocd okay, and I can accept the spring thing and not having the perfect pillow for a budget hotel, but I do want the room to smell clean and feel dry. Kinda hard to achieve when the a/c is dirty… There was also no fridge or microwave. Consumer beware.

No first youth but clean. Bedding and sheets OK, large room with 2 large beds. Free Wifi. TV, PT fridge, MP3 station. 2nd ETG, quiet. Bathroom also clean but with some experience, water drip, bathtub with shower. Nice staff Free Parking. Advantage, 10 MNS by car from Dulles Airport, easy access.

I stayed here to run a half marathon. The price was amazing! $50 for a room? All the in room amenities were there, fridge, microwave, iron, blow dryer, tv, desk. Located right off the highway, beside a Sheetz. No pool. Everything was clean from the lobby to the room. No complaints. I would stay here again.

Is located approx. 7 minutes from Dulles Washington International Airport. Breakfast included buffet not very good, shuttle service to IAD, the rooms are spacious however a bit sloppy.

Good room. Comfortable beds. It didn’t have much of a refrigerator. More like a freezer. The shuttle transportation needs to begin earlier for travelers who have very early morning flights.

Everything was great from the service to breakfast and very comfy bed. Shower was also very nice. Good pressure and lots of hot water :)

Hotel was adequate. We chose to use it as a park and fly. All went well until we arrived after a red eye flight. Went to the hotel shuttle location and called the hotel as instructed. 45 minutes and 2 phone calls later no shuttle. We had to pay $20 for a cab ride to pick up our car at the hotel. No apology even. Don’t recommend.

I can't believe people say that this hotel a nice place. We arrived Dulles airport about 9pm on 12/14/2017. The shuttle driver, an Egyptian was very rude and did not want to help us load our luggage into his van. He flatly told me that wasn’t his job. Our travel agency did the reservation in advance, and they did pay for us. When we arrived at the hotel, the woman in the front desk asked for my credit card for payment for the room. When I told her that I have already paid for the room with my credit card, her facial expression changed and she turned away and started checking in other new arrivals. After about a 10-minute wait, she turned around and demanded my credit card to be used against any room damage (s). About 5:00 am we called room service and asked for porters to help take our luggage down to reception area. I was told that they don’t have porters on duty that early unless their security guard. I pleaded for them to send him before we miss our flight. An Egyptian guy was sent to help us and just like the driver of the previous night, he did want to do anything until I reported to the manager on duty and a Ghanaian guy was sent to help us. At this point, I was beginning to sense that something was not right. That these Egyptian guys do not want to help us since we are Nigerians. What convinced me more of their racial bias was the driver, another Egyptian, that took us to the Ethiopian International departure area.

The room was very nice. I had a suite. I loves the fridge and microwave in the center of the room with a sink. The breakfast was good but the hot food did not really appeal to me. Overall I would say a good deal for the money.

This hotel is like our second home whenever we fly from the Dulles Airport. Excellent shuttle service to the airport, great customer support and breakfast. The price is very reasonable. Their service has improved a lot since November 2016.

Although not a luxury boutique hotel in a glamorous area, the Comfort Inn& Suites is still pretty nice. The hotel and parking areas are well lit and secure. We stayed here for a week and had to have our two dogs with us due to construction work at home. The hotel staff were very understanding and accommodating. The dogs grew comfortable fairly quickly and that made us feel pretty good about being there. We were comfortable, the facilities were well kept, and we were able to get much needed rest. The value was excellent and the continental breakfast was better than average for sure.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and most accommodating. Even though it was a buffet breakfast I was served and asked at all times which was nice to see. I had asked for decaf coffee which was sent to me right away enough for the next day too! Totally recommend this hotel to everyone as its super convenient to the airport too!

I have been staying at the hotel over little a year now, and I must say my time here hgas been most enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying here in the Northern Virginia Area. Vanessa and her staff are very polite to the customers who come here to stay.

Air conditioners are no good, they turn off way before they should. Have been in 3 separate rooms on 3 different occasions and all the same. They have no refrigerators and one microwave in the lobby. The drinks in the machine are not cold and the snacks are melted due to the room which they are in is literally about 95 degrees. Ownership needs to change or have a competent person in charge. do not stay here! I repeat do not stay here.

Ok first when we got here the system was messed up. They gave us a room with 1 bed not what we ordered. Then gave us a room with 2 beds but someone was already there. Then we got a room with 2 beds and we thought we were fine… Beatles coming from nowhere scaring the girls. So we bravely caught what ever we saw and threw them out the window. Hey survival we was not moving after what we went through for an hr. We were tired from driving 6hrs. Otherwise, staff was polite, courteous, and very helpful. I'd come back again. If I had to.

We needed to extend our rooms for some of our people that were staying at the hotel for an additional 2 nights and the young lady at the front desk said that it would not be an issue. Our original reservation was made by Hotwire so we asked if they could extend the hotwire rate. She then spoke to her General Manager that was next to her and the GM said that they would honor the rate for the first night and then the second night the rate would be at a higher rate. I agreed over the phone that we would accept those rates. A week later we had to call to get receipts for the 5 rooms as I had asked that they email them to me upon their departure (which did not happen). The hotel charged both nights at the higher rate and after several phone calls with Vanessa McMannis and Nirali Parikh we were told that their were no records of the GM honoring the hotwire rate which made me feel like a liar. So they are charging us in full. We will never stay at this location and will also make others aware of this situation.

I stay at a lot of Choice Hotels. This one seems in need of a renovation of their public spaces, but the people are not bad and the room was slightly above average. A bit of a musty smell though.

I really like the rooms here. Not half bad. Coffee sucks though.

The room was really small, but comfortable. It might have been a smaller room because I was alone. Bed was extraordinarily comfortable.

The hotel was clean and they were very nice. We were there for a 12 hour layover and decided to get a room to relax in. My only issue was we waited for their airport shuttle for an hour to pick us up from the airport. The price we paid was more than fair and had I known there would be an issue with the shuttle I would have paid the $7.00 for a Lyft ride. I don't know much about the other amenities because we checked in at 9:15 and we checked out at 3:45am. Overall a clean and comfortable break between flights!

Very nice hotel. Everything was easy to book & the staff is great here. We got in when we said we'd arrive & when we did; they had a suite left over from the evening. So, we were upgraded from a room to a suite at no charge. Pretty much quiet for a bustling location, too. The shuttle stops by every 1/2 hour & the shuttle from the hotel to Dulles is only 7 minutes, so we'll get to the airport & on our flight quite easily. Great stay.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this horrible hotel. I was trying to book rooms here for a large group and you would think the hotel would want our money. After telling me they had all of the rooms available and after asking me for a long list of names and how to spell each name, I was then hung up on. I thought maybe I was disconnected but when I called back it happened again. The girl at the front desk then transferred me to some other reservation employee. She looked for the reservation, told me she had found it then promptly hung up on me. I started this ordeal at 5:00 trying to find rooms for my employees. It was now 5:40 and I only called back because they had wasted a lot of my time, time that I did not need to spend at work. I talked to the sales department who thought I was reserving it for one night (I was reserving it for 7 nights) and when I corrected her she said she did not have the rooms available for all nights. SERIOUSLY?!?! I wasted all that time, when I get off at 5, for this? Has anyone at this establishment ever made a reservation?! WORTHLESS!

DISGRACE to Choice Hotel Chain! This place has deteriorated significantly since I was last here a year ago. FILTHY public areas, just plain sloppy in general. Inattention to breakfast items refill — — > asked twice and they still not bother to pay attention. More interested in chatting at front desk to each other. It seems they don't care. Professional staff that are quick to help guests. A Good earlier breakfast, 5:30am start time instead of 6am like most hotels. This helps when I have to get out the door early, and can still enjoy breakfast.

Called 3 times for a shuttle that never came though they said "it'll be there. " When we got there my daughter was scared of the guys sitting on the front walk with a 12 pack of beer.

The room was cold when I got in, that was my first great impression. I loved the room and sure enough enjoyed my night stay before flying out in the a. M.

Extremely friendly and cooperative staff. Comfortable rooms. 20 minutes from DC and historic areas. Close to the highway. Lots of good restaurants in a 1 mile radius.

Good Wi-Fi speeds, water is hot. Hotel shuttle is fairly quick to pick you up. There isn't very many places to walk to, so you'll probably have to order out for food. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The free breakfast had the basics, no complaints there. Heck of a deal!

It's a old hotel and they dont try to hide that fact. The room though small was clean and well maintained and the TV and bathroom worked as intended. The breakfast was adequate (not extravagant by any standards).

Friendly staff on site. The room is exactly what we need while we hunt for apartments after an international move. We wanted to stay in a cheaper place since we are staying for an extended period. No complaints.

Left my Iphone charger in the room during my recent stay and when I called to ask about having it sent to me, they told me that no charger was found. I must admit I was not surprised by that response.

I booked a reservation at this hotel for a colleague of mine who was flying into the US from overseas. Since I was paying for the room, I had to fax signed agreements to pay for room charges for two different reservations, both of which had my credit card information. The first time I faxed the information, the fax failed. The hotel quickly responded that the fax was not received, so within 1.5 hours I sent the fax again. This is where the trouble began. I received no confirmation that the second fax went through — two pages that had my signature and credit card information! For three days no one could confirm they had my paperwork. Finally, someone found it. My colleague arrived and stayed at the hotel for one day (not overnight). While adequate, he said that they were very limited in their food choices, including outside the hotel. Four days later when my colleague was travelling back through Sterling on his way out of the US, we decided to book him at another hotel with better amenities. I called to cancel my reservation with Comfort Inn, but right before I called, I realized that I had been charged twice for the first day of my colleague's reservation. When I got through to the hotel, I was advised that I called too late to cancel the reservation. Normally I would be ok with this because I missed the policy deadline, but by this point I've had the experience of the hotel losing my credit card information and then was double charged for one stay.

About 1 month ago me and my family stopped here and were going to stay for about 1 week to do sight seeing and shop. However due to the inappropriate behavior of the guest relations manager, a very rude Michelle McStan, we DID NOT stay. She, upon us trying to check in, wrote my husband a note asking him to meet her after we got settled in. She promised him "a good time to remember" She clearly thinks very highly of herself. Too bad she reflects so poorly on your establishment. We left without even staying for an hour much less over night.

Great valve, incredible clean compared to you typical comfort inns. Flight cancellation and the hotel provided a great rate, service, even set me up with a driver to take me into the Reston Town Center. Highly recommend.

As the name of the hotel suggest it is really comfortable. We arrived at the airport and we waited just a few minutes for the free shuttle. The driver (Eliana) was really nice. The hotel offers a shuttle service also to near standing mall. Perfect choice.

Great customer service the breakfast was ok. Average on the hotel. Very organized rooms, agent geraldine helped us a lot looking for attractions on the area and restaurants as well. see you soon.

Extremely rude front desk white lady complaining about how hot is the weather instead of actually doing her job. I went to ask to re magnatize my keies and as soon I saied hi, she looks me in the face and screams why the hell its so hot I ignored here and the other employees noticed her behavior. The hotel is okay but I will never use it or recommend it to people do to this shocking customer service.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn for 2 nights. The place is nice, clean and a buffet breakfast is offered. Although it is only available till 0930, so I miss it the 2nd day, The bathroom has everything you need and the bedroom is all rigth, expect for the the fact that the the table is too small so it is hard to place your laptop and you coffee without taking away the coffe machine. The premium part is the staff that is not only friendly but they are willing to go out of their way to assist you. Geraldine in the front desk and Yamna were excellent.

Stayed here 3 weekend's in a row. Place is pretty decent cannot complain. Even the breakfast is pretty good. If you just here to sleep and relax, for the price. Go for it.

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was helpful at all times, the rooms were in fantastic shape and all was clean. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend if you are in the area, this is a good place to stay. I'm looking forward to returning in October.
