This was not worth the $150 it cost to stay. From the initial interaction with the night front desk woman to the first step across the threshold this was a horrible experience. The front desk woman was rude, and actually yelled at me when I asked for help logging on to the Wi-Fi. I ended up having to just figure it out myself because she said she was too busy to help me and told me I must be stupid for needing help! The hotel room smelled like mold and although clean, I doubted how truly clean it was and slept with a towel on top of the sheets. We checked out as soon as we could the next day and will never return.

We were able to check in early after a red eye flight. Clean with a nice Continental breakfast. A nice location for our event.

Room smelled like its damp and mold. It was booked by external party for me for few hours late at night hence I had to stay else I would have left promptly. There card key lock was not working properly either. 2 stars for courteous staff.

I always stay at this Best Western location when I come down from to visit my sister which has been every few months within the past two and a half years. Because the employees are so nice and the rooms are always super clean I have always just stayed here. This past visit I noticed they not only have they upgraded to a better quality of shampoos, conditioners, and soaps but the rooms are being remodeled!

This hotel is outstanding! From checkin to checkout was above standard. It's funny because I normally do not care for the hotels where you enter each room from the outside but was quite pleased with this one. Room was very clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. They offer a regular or blueberry waffle you make yourself. Eggs, fried potatoes and a different breakfast meat each day. These were some of the most tasty potatoes I've had. Very flavorful. Staff made me feel like I was staying at a friend's house more than a hotel. I only stay at Best Western Hotels all over the country. Service is typically nice but this hotel went above and beyond that! I will definitely book here again.

Very comfy room, excellent free hot breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice seating area near my room too for relaxing and catching a few early morning rays whilst enjoying a coffee. O'Malleys bar within easy walking distance great for dinner, beers and sports.

We stay at this location when we fly out of Dulles. The parking and shuttle are so convenient. We enjoy an evening meal each time next door at the nice casual restaurant at the Holiday Inn. I have never stayed anywhere where the desk staff is so friendly and helpful. It doesn't seem to matter who is on duty. They are all top notch including the shuttle drivers.

Things started off well when I was able to check in early. As I opened the door to the room I saw I small cock roach run for cover. I'd stayed here several times before over the years & had been quite satisfied, so, ignored the cock roach. What I CANNOT ignore is the 6 large bed bug bites I woke up with in the morning. I got a nice photo of one scrambling toward me on the bed covers. No doubt he'd heard about the nice breakfast on offer. Namley "ME"! I will not be returning.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Great location. Can't wait to stay here again!

Very convenient location for a. Orning departure out of Dulles airport with shuttle service. Excellent hot breakfast beginning at 6am. All staff were friendly and the room was a little basic but well kept up.

Nice hotel, convenient to restaurants. The thing I liked most was the 4am shuttle to IAD and that the hotel has extended parking available if u need to fly out of town for several days. Leaving the car at the hotel for five days was a lot cheaper than leaving it at the airport! Shuttle was at the airport when I got back, so I did not need to wait, the shuttle was the one waiting for me, what a nice coincidence. I Would recommend this option for people, especially if they have a 6 am flight. It’s about a 15 minute shuttle ride from the hotel to the airport, and the shuttle is prompt. They also take a head count to make sure they have everyone, but I doubt they would wait long if someone wasn’t there at 4.

The staff at this hotel have been very good to me on several occasions. They offer park, sleep fly deal and shuttle to the airport. Two days ago I returned to pick up my car, which died while I was away. The person working at the desk offered me food and drink and made sure I was alright until AAA came to solve the car problem. Rooms are pleasant.

Great place to stay! The staff was excellent, and our room was comfortable. There were so many breakfast choices, and it was delicious. So glad we chose to stay there!

The bed was comfortable. But there was a consistent draft coming through the door, and the hot water doesn't appear to work in early morning hours, ie before 6am. Had that occur both days I had to arise early. Staff also did not ask how my stay was and did not offer express check out.

Good choice and cheap next to Dulles airport. The transfer airport-Hotel ends at midnight but it is cheap to get in a taxi. Friendly staff and very clean room.

Pretty small lobby but rooms are great and I love the gym! But this motel is better than any other I have seen in my life! Would love to go here again! The rooms also come with some cute pictures of the white house.

I was looking for a hotel to stay for one night. The rates of the most of the 2 stars hotel were high, but Best Western was the best and the cheapest rate comparing to all. The rate was around 65$ plus tax for a room with a double bed since i'm a member of best western. The membership is easy and free. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is very close to the airport and only about 30 minutes out from the capitol. Free breakfast is a great plus. Rooms are nice and clean, comfy bed and plenty of pillows.

This hotel is pretty nice, good for a park, sleep and fly. That's really the only reason we stay here. Rooms do not open to an interior hallway, but parking is convenient. You didn't have to move your car from staying to flying, but it's right across a driveway so it's not bad at all. Felt secure leaving my car here. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but they do give you little snack bags if your shuttle leaves before breakfast is open, they always have coffee, and they used to have warm cookies at night. Wish they would bring those back. Overall it serves just the purpose we need.

Rooms were fine. Staff was courteous. Continental breakfast was also satisfactory. However, you enter the rooms directly from the outside and people were smoking outside my room and filled my whole room with smoke. Not the hotels fault but I had to ask the people to leave and as people walked by smoking it still got into the room.

My stay here was great the employees were very friendly and went out of here way to make sure my stay was amazing! It didn't matter what I needed they were all there to make sure I got what was needed during my stay… I recommend this place any and everyone!

Airportnah, very pleasant atmosphere spreading, superbly run house of the BW chain, in which one tries to fulfill all wishes.

Absolutely brilliant! Stayed there with my two dogs, whom, were en route to the uk. Had a giant sky kennel and a medium. Maintenance manager, Steve, and Shuttle driver were incredibly helpful and kind, helping me load kennels in the back of the bus and allowing me to ride up front with my dogs Took me directly to cargo terminal and picked me up 2 hours later. Outstanding customer service! Louise.

Absolutely love staying at this hotel so close to the Dulles Airport (IAD). At first glance, it appears to be an older style Best Western hotel because you enter your room directly from outside like a hotel. Despite this, the room is kept so clean and updated. Breakfast is so nice & parking is easy. I love the location to the airport and the consistently-amazing price for everything you get here!

Mina, the receptionist, was professional, helpful, and courteous. If you are fortunate enough to have Mina at the front desk, you will be well cared for. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall stay was a great value for the amenities. The airport shuttle was prompt and the drivers were also very courteous.

This hotel is wonderful for a layover near Dulles Airport. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower works well and there is plenty of hot water. We arrived in the late evening and were picked up by the airport shuttle about 10 minutes after we called the hotel. The driver was helpful and loaded our heavy luggage into the van for us. After a short — — 5 to 10 minute — — drive from the airport to the hotel we arrived and checked in. Sarah, the young woman who checked us in, was delightful explaining the hotel amenities and setting up our shuttle back to the airport the next morning. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day and we needed some so it was a pleasant surpassed to find it available at 9 pm at night and again at 5:30 the next mourning as well left for the airport. The breakfast "to go" bags were also a nice surprise and allowed us to have a little breakfast before we caught out 7 am flight. The price was very reasonable as well and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel near Dulles airport.

Always enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and courteous. My first stay here was during the blizzard a couple years ago and all the staff worked hard to make sure that everyone was taken care of. They even helped dig our cars out for us since they were all buried. Since that time, they have become my favorite place to stay when I'm in the area.

The staff was incredible, even at four in the morning. I needed a shuttle reservation, no problem. I needed a wake-up call, no problem. The one in charge, Dan, was incredibly polite and if I'm ever back in Dulles, I know where I'd stay.

Very nice place to stay. Room was tastefully decorated. Lobby and breakfast room were attractive. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Great walking area in back for pets. Picnic tables available for eating and sitting. Good value.

If you need a hotel near the Dulles Airport, this is the place to stay. The service was wonderful, the room was roomy, clean and quite. Bed was very comfortable. Across the street in the Holiday Inn is a good, little pub with food and spirits called O'Malleys. The hotel provides free breakfast and shuttle to and from the airport. We turned in our rental car the day we arrived so we didn't have to deal with it in the morning before our early morning flight.

A great option if you want to stay near Washington.

I loved this hotel, amazing staff who were approachable, friendly and super helpful. A wonderful breakfast spread… Make your own waffles and a beautifully comfortable bed and room. They provide a shuttle service to the airport (Washington-Dulles). Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient to get to Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center. The hotel seems to be a little older than those surrounding it, but it was comfortable. The only restaurant within walking distance is in the Holiday Inn next door. Breakfast is slightly better than usual at a chain at this level and the seating area for breakfast is quite large and never seemed to fill up. The staff are all quite friendly and helpful.

Worst place I have ever stayed. I told them I needed to stay from Tuesday till Sunday. I checked in on Tuesday and they told me I will get the very last room for $169 because all hotels are sold out. I inquired how much for the other nights they said it is $124. I agreed and signed their agreement for $169 for that one night only. They have been calling me everyday to try to get me to sign an agreement for $169 for all nights. They called me at 1am and another time at 6am. They don't care if they wake you up. In addition, everyday my key card didn't work. It has been the worst experience. Never stay here!

When planning our family vacation to Washington D. C. My husband decided to book a five night stay at the Best Western Dulles Airport Inn based on the hotels reviews at Tripadvisor. During our stay, we were greeted by the desk staff every day with a greeting and friendly smile. The staff who oversaw the breakfast bar went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the buffet was stocked with fresh food and making sure the dining area was clean. The housekeeping staff changed the bed linens/towels in our room each day, and gave the room a thorough going over. The manager on duty took the time to greet guests and engage them in conversation each day we were there. Based on our experience, we will definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future.

Clean. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Layout of furniture in the room could be better. Felt a little crowded at the end of the bed, especially with the "closet" doors open.

I asked to have my room ready at 8:00 am so I paid the total 8 days before so I had a meeting at 9:00am. But they said they didn't have room available after I did the reservation 8 day ago! So I had to head out and look for another hotel and lost my money at best western! Very disappointed!

The rooms were small but very comfortable. The reception took very long to get me my room key and that to the wrong room. The breakfast was, however, very good.

Courteous helpful staff willing to accommodate the needs. Even though there was a little hiccup but they took care of it fast and Went out of their way. Decent breakfast better than many higher priced bigger name counterparts.

Great Customer Service! This Best Western is like the Chik-Fil-A of hotels, lol! The late night desk attendant who helped us, Samuel is SUPER nice. It's a great value… one night was $70. The rooms are really CLEAN, comfortable, and cozy! They come with FREE Wi-Fi, a TV with cable, a fridge, and microwave. The continental breakfast (from 6 to 10) was delicious! If you need a place to stay, stay HERE!

Overall experience was wonderful. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast in the morning was great and a variety of choices is available for everyone. I would definitely stay at that location in the future.

Recent and wonderful experience. We have stayed 3-4 times, flying out of Dulles from our home in Warfordsburg, PA. All good. But on August 20 this year we had a very bad flying experience and found ourselves at Dulles at 11:30 pm, frazzled. The night manager, James, was very helpful on the telephone, and when we finally arrived at the hotel, he was amazingly accommodating. Helped us to the right room, at the right price, a comforting experience after the harrowing day we had had. The day staff on the next morning were solicitous and accommodating as well. It seems so odd that a hotel in a high turnover area would have such warm and helpful people. Thank you and congratulations on a great model of hospitality.

Best service super clean.

There were a few small bugs in the room and the waiter in the breakfast area was rude to me when I didn't see the tongs and grabbed a slice of bread with my hands. It wasn't a pleasant stay, wouldn't recommend it.

Great Hotel with good value for money. The breakfast was non-existent and could have more variety. Unfortunately poorly located related to the Main DC attractions and transport to main attractions is poor.

Service was good. Room was good. Two queen beds for our room. There was a note on a counter saying if we need stuff like toothpast and bathroom accessory just call the desk. Called the desk. They ran out of lotion. Breakfast was good. Better than most. Shuttle service they claim they have was full when it came n the driver did not know when he would come back. Terrible because we needed that shuttle to brings us to the airport.

We are a large family traveling with a pet and found the quality of service to be some of the best we've ever received. The staff was consistently helpful with all our needs and always seemed cheerful even at 3am when we were adjusting to U. S. Time. You can't beat the service for the price.
