My stay here was enjoyable. Clean room and lobby. Recommend 2nd or 3rd floors so you can get a lot more silence. I did and I don't regret it.

A beautiful and clean hotel. The employees are supper friendly.

This facility needs attention. Located at a perfect place with access to all of Herndon and Reston. Cleanliness is lacking.

Vending machines were a rip of, rooms were clean and comfortable, despite booking and paying via Expedia staff argued with us over payment and attempted to make us pay again. In a good location with close amenities and access to highways.

It's an old hotel but it's pretty clean all I can say bout it.

This is a nice clean Extended Stay America with mostly professionals staying and working in the local area.

This is one of the best staffed Extended Stay Hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Bernard and Kenya are two of the most amazing staff members there. Thank you all for the amazing experience!

I give four stars because of the safety based on the rooms being inside the building in most settings. I also gave this rating because you get a stove, full size fridge, microwave, silverware toaster and dishes.

We have stayed here several times for work have never had a problem. Staff is very friendly.

I like the room and its facilities. Room is fair in size, and is well furnished. The a/c works great. Light is plenty. It has a nice bachelor impressio. They offer ONLY a really minimal breakfast to go! The internet connection just sucks.

It is not that bad, but beds are not comfy. Rooms have some kind of smell.

Clean friendly staff, management sucks. The hotel is not the safest place to stay. They reuse bed linens from 1 week to the next, even though they say they don't?

Clean, convenient, and near food. Not luxury, but just right.

Only stayed one night then checked out. Room a/c unit was broke, when I told the desk they said it will be looked at the following day. Secondly the pipes are extremely loud. Got woken up at 5:30am by someone showering and using the restroom from floors above. The free Wi-Fi was so bad I paid for the slighlty upgraded bandwidth for 4 dollars more. I must say the saving grace was the good restaurant selections within walking distance.

Customer service is barely acceptable and the rooms smell bad. Too many questionable things.

Bernard Sawyer portrayed exceptional courtesy during check-in and check-out process. Staff is well trained compared to other ESA Hotels.

Great hotel, with very friendly staff. The only problem is the people that are staying at the hotel. They tend to be very noisy at all times of day. The hotel itself is great though.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. For one thing, the atmosphere of this place is anything but comforting — it looks like an east side run-up with a meth lab in the basement. Aesthetically speaking it is dull, the paint job choices were dark and not comforting or welcoming, but drab all over. My particular room was poorly prepared — trash still in the trash cans, bits of hair in the tub, sink, and even on the bathroom door sill! The bathroom light and fan looked more appropriate for the Bates Motel. The walls are as thin as paper, so you will hear just about everything that goes on above, below, and around you. Lastly, while I had ordered a non-smoking room, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. While the girl at the front desk was nice, I chose to decline her offer for the following morning's breakfast, and chose to leave at first light after a nerve-wracking stay. In short, bite the bullet and pick a nicer hotel. Hell, even the ESA neighboring branches looked nicer in retrospect than this dump. Never again.

Room and building interior in general could use a face-lift. Wish there are more selections for breakfast and that the place doesn't smell so moist.

Will not be staying here at all. Lousy customer service and lack of courtesy! Stay away from it!

NEVER and I mean NEVER will I stay here again. We came here with other family and booked three rooms. All three rooms were horrific! Black stains all over the carpet in all three rooms. Our room had black long hair on the shower curtain and the wall. I have blonde hair and my husband is bald so certainly wasn't from us, noticed it when we went to get a shower. Our carpet also had a medium size bald spot. I wouldn't even let our three year old off the bed. My inlaws room was equally as bad with stained carpet, they smelled something burning and noticed behind the end table that the light socket was missing the plate and hair was wrapped around the inside. My brother and sister in law pulled back their sheets and the sheets were covered in hair. They went to the front desk and the front desk just handed them sheets, no apology, no offer to go and clean the room and replace the sheets. They changed their room the second night as they were kept up all night having the boiler room under them. We came into the hotel after being out the second night around 9:30 and found a worker in the lobby in a laundry cart and told us she was being lazy. I seriously wanted to throw up everywhere and if it wasn't for the fact that they will not refund your money and our family in total spend close to $600 for three rooms, we would have left. I told my husband I would rather sleep outside than in that place.

Dirty rooms. Stains on the floor. This is my second bad experience at this type of hotel. Do yourself a favor spend the extra money and stay someplace else.

In July 2015 I came here to stay with family, from first day all of usstarted having itching on our body, especially my son and he had bumps on his skin and feeling very very itchy and rest of us were also uncomfortable due to same reason. When I read the reviews of the hotel it explained it that the hotel is a home of bed bugs. The second day we called the manager that what is going on. He checked the bed with his cell phone camera light and found live bed bugs, the manager offered that he can change our room and put us on the other room where there was no complaint of bed bugs from that room. But we were so terrified that we refused to stay in the hotel, we demanded for refund of our stay and the doctor who we will see his expenses, the manager was nice he cooperated with us, he agreed with the refund & also gave us coins to do laundry of the clothes which we used in the hotel. We left the hotel and will never ever stay there even offered for free. We got into this horrible ordeal through PriceLine who selected this hotel for us. Once the hotel manager was ready to refund the money, I called priceline that they can speak to the hotel manager and refund my money for the stay and they did.

The room was great nice location great price. Very quiet and clean. Management was very nice and most of the front desk men were nice except one, Malik! Has a very bad attitude and acts like he doesn't want to do his job, tells every one that he is the manager and that he is the only manager that you can speak with! He seemed to have racially profiled my and my partner as soon as we walked through the door! Customer service in any business is very important, and is also what makes people feel comfortable when looking for a hotel. 5 star for the hotel 0 star for the front desk Malik!
