I have been here an EXTENDED amount of time and I could not have had a better experience. The staff is always courteous and the service is always prompt. Need to work out, get a free pass to the YMCA next door. Will definitely use again.

Room is nice but road traffic gets very noisy at 5:30 am. I asked for a room in the back last week but they never got back to me. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea, Quaker oat packages, plastic wrapped muffins that taste ok, and oat bars of a couple of flavors — no fruit or milk.

For your own good… DO NOT COME HERE! They do not clean the rooms when you're out. No plug for the tubs at all. Card keys stop working ever so often. And they will not refund you your full payment! They have HD TVs but only use analog. They tell you to even bring down the kitchen equipment the used bathroom towels and washcloths. Do not come here if you want more than average service.

Good Hotel with Kitchen inside the room. Breakfast is basic but good. They have paid washer and dryer facility. A vending machine for snacks and drinks. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Dirty and run down both inside and out. Piles of garbage and flies outside the door. A/C unit infested with ants. Carpet dirty, stained with something greasy ground in. Definitely won't be back.

This is the best hotel value in the northern VA area. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same price range, but none can compare with the quality of the rooms and the staff at Extended Stay America in Reston. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean with a full kitchenette. And the hotel is in a very convenient location—several restaurants next to the hotel, free access to a fully-equipped gym next door, 5 minutes from the tollway. This used to be my go-to hotel for longer stays, but I now try to book here for shorter trips as well.

I stayed at Extended Stay once before a few times I like them tell me to manager at the front she really cool light skin homie with the big ass head and I work overnight he was hella cool cuz my man hope you see this homie they had the whole kitchen set up crazy big ass bed for the most part for the price its worth the stay I highly recommended and they would work with u most hotel send u packing.

Khaled gets 5 stars for customer service. The midnight shift gets one star (and that's being generous). Five days in advance we made an on-line reservation/credit card payment for a young married couple to have a weekend getaway. Upon their arrival, they were told the room wasn't paid for. After one hour plus on and off of the phone, being told there was an "app" on the website I needed to register through (there wasn't), taking pictures of my drivers license and credit card and sending them for his viewing, they were finally given a key and the room STILL wasn't paid for (he did, however, surrender a room key because even he knew this was non-sense). I'm not blaming the front desk person for the ridiculous design of the web page (that asks for all credit card info when registering). However, the truth is, he was not equipped and my young friends were left standing at a counter, late at night, being embarrassed by a gift that was suppose to bring them a relaxed weekend away.

The location is very good. It is a 10 minute walk from the Downtown, there are good restaurants around. The hotel has an agreement with a fairly large and equipped YMCA gym which is 50 mts. Inside the hotel the rooms are spacious. However they are not very clean, the mattress covers of the beds is somewhat dirty, the shower curtain has fungus down, in my case I found a bug at the foot of the tub too and a dirty towel. The toilet is only done once a week.

The room was nice and clean, and bed was comfortable. However, the breakfast was not very good, and the stairs to the second floor looks in need of maintenance. Overall, it was okay stay, but with the cost of the room, it was not entirely satisfying.

Over priced a bit for what they offer. My bill for one night was $93.00 after taxes. Theirs only coffee and water in the morning not all day. The service was good, they were nice just I expected a little more. The room wasn't as clean as I expected it would be, neither was their lobby. There were some stains on the TV, kitchen table and I found long hair on some of my towels. The AC/Heater works great! The shower/tube was great, bed great. I found some rust around the lamps. Over all it's OK but for the price I expect more. Or maybe it's just me?

If you're looking for luxury this might not be the right place. The hotel shows its age. Steps are crumbling and have exposed rebar. The beds are worn but not uncomfortable. The check in staff were friendly and quick which was much appreciated at 11pm. Everything in the room works as expected. Towels and cups were provided. Wi-Fi was free. Everything a Spartan business traveler needs was available.

Stove, full size fridge, microwave. No free breakfast though. They do provide coffee cocoa and oatmeal bars lol.

Dirty hole. The room was a mess, the carpet filthy and there were roaches in my room. They room rate is barely less than a very clean option three blocks away.

Allowed my boyfriend and I to check out later due to oversleeping. Very courteous staff, free Wi-Fi and has smoking and non-smoking, pet-friendly rooms. Surrounding by a multitude of restaurants and shopping centers. I will be returning!

For the money, I have to give this place a pretty good score, and it's certainly a good bathing for the price. That said, you won't be getting more than you expect either. Place was clean and conveniently located.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean quiet and safe.

It's a hotel room. Nothing to complain about but nothing I would rave about. Room's have always been clean.

It is a very comfortable hotel near the Dulles Air Port, only lacking in customer service.

Many issues. Long waiting time at front desk checking in or out, other surly customers often take 10-20 minutes with their issues. Alarm clock not plugged in room, very thin blankets, no coffee machine in room. Free breakfast is Nature Valley granola bars and coffee, nothing else whatsoever. Raccoons seen in the morning digging through garbage. Desk concierge offered me either twin beds in a smoking room or the highway — I had booked a nonsmoking queen bed, and I do not smoke, so roomed smelled awful and I had already booked the room. Suspect they had nonsmoking rooms but just decided I was the guy.

Clean and safe but customer service was sub par and decorations super outdated. Despite being an extended stay cabinets were completely bare — — not even a coffee pot in the room. Good location for walking into Reston Town Center though.

I thought it would be a nice stay here, but I was fooled by its name. Free breakfast is just an advertisement to attract you, nothing in breakfast, also saw roaches near air conditioner. It was a bad experience for me here.

The hotel itself isn't anything to write home about, but the room was fairly spacious, and had all the amenities I could want if I were staying there long-term. I'll be staying there again in two weeks, and it will be a much longer stay (2 weeks +). My only complaint is that the free Wi-Fi is awful — barely sufficient to load a web page and send an email.

Stayed 2 hours then decided to go somewhere else. The room was small and we were told it was a suite with a couch when we reserved but we only had 2 full beds. The kitchen part of the room is old and dated and not very clean. There was a ring of black mold on the edges of the freezer. The carpet had multiple stains. There was also a funky smell.

I lived here for three months to go to my work port the summer. Those who work here are friendly and the rooms look good, but they didn't clean long before I arrived. Two weeks after I got here, I was looking for something when I found an old apple under my bed. I don't eat apples in my room, so it has to be that those who lived in the room before me left it and the cleaners didn't clean under my bed.

Nothing great. Not well maintained. Staff is not present at the desk most of the time. Breakfast is not well maintained, they don't top up empty coffee or muffins unless you ask them to and sometimes they turn you down saying we are out of stock. Rooms are cramped. No ventilation which was expected since they provide kitchen. Carpets are not taken care of and are very dirty. Cleanliness, Breakfast and Staff definitely needs to improve. Would not recommend to my friends at all.

No maintainance at all. I see spiders inside room. They keep garbage cans infront of door. When you step out of room you have to face the garbage mess. They say free Wi-Fi but it is not. We will endup paying separately to get Wi-Fi. And the much worst part is you have to pay per device, which is very expensive.

King room was a nice size and clean but customer service was subpar.

Serviced apartments with kitchenette. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, free parking, friendly staff. Conveniently located near the Dulles Access/Toll road (e. G. To the Dulles airport or to Washington, D. C. ) Maybe not high-class but good value for money.

Having loud guests outside our room at 2-3am is not an uncommon occurrence here. Usually they disperse within 5-10 minutes. However, tonight was different. A group of clubbers (I know this, because I can hear EVERY word coming out of anyone's mouth that is within 20 feet of my door! This is with window and door shut too! ) were outside of my door. Considering it is 3am and they are most likely some level of intoxicated, I decide to call the front desk to ask if they would handle the situation. The employee, "Victor", on the other end of the phone was screaming at me for calling, and just before hanging up on me, told me the people were already gone. Now… I'm a pretty reasonable person. I have been at this hotel for three months now, and the staff is pretty great, ASIDE FROM "VICTOR". This is the ONLY reason I have given this two stars instead of one. If this incident did not occur, the rating would likely be four stars. So, "Victor" (the reason I have this is quotations is because I do not 100% believe this is his name. I will explain more about that in a bit) upset me so much, that at 3am, I got dressed, left my hotel room, had to walk through a crowd of individuals that smelled of booze and urine, all to go speak to "Victor" at the front office. When I arrived there was a guest checking in, so I didn't say anything and waited my turn. Once the guest was done and walked away from the counter, I calmly asked what the employee's name was.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice and it's in a convenient location. Big downside is you need to pay extra for any kind of decent internet. That's a letdown as I avoided specific other hotels for that very reason, so they need to advertise their Internet policies.

It was a standard hotel stay. A place to sleep, and free breakfast. My needs were met.

If they try to give you room 220 its infested with roaches.

Worst front desk staff I've ever seen.
