The staff was very nice. The bed, however, was the worst I’ve ever slept in. It sagged in the middle and all of the springs squeaked and popped. The carpeting is also very worn.

I have been staying here every year for a weekend for 20 years for an annual Jimmy Buffett show with college buds. Great hotel in the middle of an office park, nothing at all around it. Good restaurant options in the hotel. It is time for a remodel fixtures are worn and out dated but bed is comfy and beer was cold.

Pathetic Customer Service! I left my camera charger and battery in the socket, instead of helping me Front desk had been very rude to me over phone and denied shipping it to my address even if I was ready to pay the shipping charges. If you left any valuable in the room, rest assured hotel is not going to give it back to you. I will never stay again in Hilton and inform the same to friend's and family.

I recommend it only for its location. It is noisy and our room had been badly maintained (missing lightbulbs, etc. ) Comfy bed, though, after being up 24 hours traveling and very convenient to Dulles.

Great hotel! The food, the pool, the staff w were all great. My only advice is to ask not to be by and entrance or elevator as these areas can be load all hours.

Water was off from 9:00 pm until 5:00 am. No accommodation or customer consideration available. Hotel management was unhelpful and apathetic. Not recommended!

Great outdoor pool! Too bad the indoor pool and spa were closed for renovation. Bummer! I'm sure they will be great the next time we stay here. The Old Ox restaurant is yum and open late which is great when traveling (I think she said 1AM). The restaurant service in the evening was very nice and really helpful. They also have a free shuttle to the airport — which is a major bonus!

I had an excellent stay this weekend. The room was spacious and very clean. Modern bathroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only cons were my keycard stopped working when I had paid for a late check out and it was quite far to the check in desk from my room but the staff fixed it immediately. The lady at the gift shop was very friendly, wish the salon was open on a Sunday. The food in the concierges lounge was really good!

Excellent location for Dulles airport and area. Full service hotel. Really busy. Long walk from elevator to rooms so ask for room closer to elevator if distance is a problem. Rooms are nice size with comfortable beds and pretty quiet also. Lots of outlets in room. Loved the shower. Not too far from shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in this Hotel (Washington Dulles Airport Hotel) for 3 night & it was awesome. The food is so good, the staff is super friendly and you can do so much stuff! There is one outdoor pool and one indoor pool, a bar, meeting rooms etc. It's very nice! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. I loved staying here!

I have two complaints about the luggage concierge and receptionist respectively. The first complaint is about the luggage concierge. I arrived here at 8:40 pm with six luggage on Aug 6. No bellhop at the entrance, so I got into the lobby but still find nobody that could help me. I had to find carts and put all the luggage on carts by myself. When checking in, I told the front desk that I would like to leave my bags here and pick up tomorrow when I check out, since they are too heavy. Then the luggage concierge finally showed up. Surprisingly, he told me to push the carts to luggage room and unloaded all the luggage BY MY SELF. Yes, all by myself. I guess I could become an excellent luggage concierge if I send my CV with this experience to Hilton. Another complaint is about the receptionist. There are two receptionists at the front desk tonight: one lady and one gentleman. The lady helped me check in and find the luggage concierge, and I am delighted with her. But another "gentleman" ruined my night. After checking in, I found that I do not bring my shaving kit, so I went to the front desk and asked for one. The lady gave me one with a smile, but I suddenly remembered that I also forget to take the toothpaste, so I asked for it when she came back. Surprisingly again, another receptionist, that "gentleman" told me "Do not tell us what you need one by one" with a poker face, looking like I owed him one billion dollars.

I stayed here for a week since my husband booked it for $88 per night. I have positives but more negatives. 2 positives are the AC worked great in our room and the lady who works the gift shop was super nice and helpful. Now the negatives. The housekeeping would only empty our trash cans every other day even though we had maid service every day we were there. No microwave, the fridge didn’t stay cool. Mattresses need to be replaced. Something in the wall kept making a banging sound like something was hitting the window. The bathroom door was jacked and wouldn’t open well and was super loud when it did open. Only one elevator worked 5 out of the 7 days we stayed there. They have a lifeguard for a 4 ft deep pool. That’s the biggest waste of $$. Since they have a lifeguard on duty they would only have 1 pool open at a time. Not the Hilton Standards I’m used to.

You hear the name Hilton and expect a nice elegant room right, well… the rooms at this Hilton are out of date. The bathrooms have been remodeled but the carpet and the one piece of furniture are disgusting. They gave me room 401 and it was clearly very clean but it smelled like disgusting smelly armpits, and of smoke that has been embedded in every piece of furniture in there. By the second day I couldn't take the smell anymore and requested another room they gave me room 405 it smelled clean and the room was very clean. I definitely need to mention how the cleaning staff is AWESOME and very helpful and the front desk staff was also very nice and accommodating but never the less this Hilton is not up to par with other "Hilton's ".

Wow! Our room was huge, the bathroom was huge, and the beds were great! There was some sort of party the floor below us, but meh? The breakfast was the highlight of each morning. Definitely will stay here again next time in the area.

Great place to park vehicle when flying out of Washington Dulles Airport and lowest airport parking that we found for our 3 week trip! You can park here without staying a night or you can opt to stay either day before or day after your trip! Hotel itself is very nice as well!

I stayed for 4 night here. Firstly, it was very close to IAD airport. After 30hours long flight with no energy to find hotel, Hilton was the best choice. Also my partner paid for accommodation, so I don't have any ID to prove booking. But nice receptionist made check-in. During the stay, every meal in lounge was enough to enjoy. It was not huge, but adequate. I used gym while I can't sleep at night because of jet lag, they have quite large space and cleaned free weights. Before I get flight my schedule was staying in New York, I just could be there without carrying heavy luggage. Thanks to store my luggage in safe. I can't imagine nice trip without Hilton.

Very nice hotel, no concrete block with an infinite number of floors. Is about a 10-minute drive from Dulles Washington Airport. Every half hour there is a shuttle bus to the airport, free of charge. Two more shuttle buses take you to a mall as well as to an airplane — and Space Museum. Anyone wishing to go downtown can take a bus from the airport, 7, $50 per person. The hotel has a spa area and a gym. The only drawback is that Wi-Fi is only available in the rooms for a fee. In the lobby there are 3 screens for free use. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In different portals you can book it very cheaply.

My Masonic Brother & Order of Eastern Star Sisters, had a Wonderful time here for our Annual Conference. The Food was good and the rooms are very nice, as well as the Staff. There transportation service was waiting for us at, Dulles International Airport when we arrived.

A really nice place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed a toilet fixed after 11:00 pm and the staff was on it and fixed super fast. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet our group had was tasty. Definitely a place I’d stay again.

For transparency, I belong to a networking team that meets here. I have never stayed overnight as a guest. I’ve Alsahlani been to a number of weddings here. The staff are courteous and detail-oriented. That are trained well. The food served is typical hotel fare — continental and American in nature. Good quality. If you need amenities like a power strip or projector, they are able to provide you with something that will work, for a cost. After the renovation of the outside main entrance, the hotel looks more modern and welcoming. It’s also three-season in usability now. Nice hotel.

We love this hotel. The rooms are beautiful. Shuttle to and from airport is so convenient. The food is always superb. The salmon and mashed potatoes are so tasty. We have always wanted to swim in the indoor pool, it looks so clean and inviting. Executive lounge always has great food and drinks. Great for families.

Nice hotel. I understand that some rooms have been renovated or are in the process of being renovated. However, while my room was clean and perfectly usable, it was need of some updating. The carpet had visible tears and worn spots. My bed was not as comfortable as other Hilton properties that I've recently stayed in. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Executive breakfast was good but nothing special. All considered, I was happy with my stay and would stay there again.

We were there for a charity event. You could tell the staff was stressed with the sheer volume of people there for the event, but they always had a smile on. They were very accommodating for everyone there, and they even had shirts made to support the event. Rooms were cleaned very well, even with the entire hotel fully booked for the week.

The amenities and service are fantastic. I really wish my standard king suite had a microwave, but all of the other comforts are incredible. The in-house restaurants are very high quality, which is good because there's no outside food places in walking distance.

One of the nicest, affordable, hotels in the area. Indoor and outdoor pool. Gorgeous rainhead showers. Immaculate. Great gym. I felt very safe and pampered. Food and drinks were a little pricey, but the room was only $80-something a night! Comfy, clean beds. Huge television. Large room. I'd move there if I could!

Right when I walked in, I got a good vibe, there were cozy fires out in front to welcome visitors. The staff was very nice and the rooms were comfortable. There are plenty of ballrooms you can rent for a activities as well. In addition, the restaurants had good food and plenty of choices. This was a very good place to stay a few nights.

Everyone there is incredibly pleasant. My only main complaint is my room needed some serious maintenance. Parts of the floor was torn off. Also, the bathroom didn't have an actual door. It had some weird sliding glass thing that had an open gap to the left. The fridge is directly on the other side so it was a bit weird to have people right there while I do the business. I'd stay again if I'm by myself. I would recommend.

Entrance and lobby are very nice, but the rooms are in need of a refresh (especially the carpets). Staff is very friendly. Pool and gym are nice. Food at the restaurants was okay. Nothing to write home about. Overall, okay accommodations, but probably better options nearby for the cost.

A little out of the way, near airport, comfortable rooms and provisions of everything, restaurant acceptable.

This hotel is huge with plenty of amenities (gym, pool, restaurant, bar, gift shop) within the building. Their staff were friendly, accommodating, and courteous. It's near Dulles airport, easily accessible, and ample parking. My king size room was spacious, as is the bathroom. Love the dual shower and water output! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were soft and very clean. There are 2 reasons why I didn't rate this hotel with 5 stars: 1. Wall paper is peeling on one of the walls, and for a beautiful, well known hotel, this surprised me. Especially since everything else in this hotel is neat and organized 2. No free bottled water from the front desk/reception area or in the room. $2.50 a bottle at gift shop and $2 (I believe) from vending machine.

We had an unexpected adventure when our flight was delayed and we missed our connection. The airline gave us a night's stay at the Hilton and I have never seen such a gorgeous hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Shout out to the driver who went out of his way to take us to the airport after we got on the wrong shuttle in the morning. I wish I could remember his name, but he mentioned being a butler at one point. Give that man a raise!

Fine… but maintenance lacking… giant hairball on room floor right at entrance. Room 132 was cold and no adjustment worked. Room AC very noisy. Large comfortable room with all amenities … comfortable bed… used both comforters to keep warm… good coffee and tea in room… but was no water bottles… nice big TV. Shuttle every 30 min to and from airport.

We were put in this hotel by our airline after some delays. We were very pleased with our stay. The bartender was great and the front desk staff was too. Sunny accommodated us with a very nice room. He was very helpful and told us what time to take the shuttle back to the airport. Great experience!

Great hotel. Customer service is perfect. Only reason for 4 stars is the parking situation. Big hotel… big parking lot. No valet. You may have a little walk. The Exec Lounge is really good. Good food, good service, good drinks.

It's a nice hotel. Big large comfortable rooms. Which room has a refrigerator and comes with two waters complimentary. The gym is very nice, with lots of equipment and space. The location is good if you want to be close to Dulles but other than that there's not much around.

Comfortable beds, nice rooms, and friendly staff. Convenient location to Dulles Airport and free parking. Honors lounge is nice, and appetizers are enough to be a meal if you don't feel like going out.

Very nice and clean. Front desk helpful. Stuck overnight here due to a United Airlines flight problem. Shuttle service in the AM was best part. The driver was incredibly understanding and took us in another van, as the other was full.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Hilton. Rooms were clean & spacious and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room service was quick and efficient. The free Wi-Fi was fairly spotty though… kept dropping signal, so I guess the premier paid service would be worth getting. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked this through a Priceline deal which rates the facility as 4. Well, this is absolutely not a 4 facility. The hotel had the same old, musty 80s carpet in the room that it had over four years before I booked my current stay. The carpet in the hallways needs to be cleaned badly or better yet upgraded from the 80s. The hotel is in major need of modernization and remodeling. It has old, standard style tubs in ADA rooms. The toilet in the bathroom of my room was broken and made loud noise when flushed. The shower did not have hot water the next morning and the replacement door to the bathroom slider was off the track. When you specifically request an ADA room and are inconvenienced as the caregiver it is hard not to give a 1 star rating. I can only imagine if my disabled companion had been traveling alone. Thankfully, we were only there one night. Front desk management was young and clueless like deer caught in headlights when I addressed the issues to them. We will not be staying here again. Meeting room food and beverage displays had dead flies and gnats in ice and flying around.

I travel a lot and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, including multiple Hilton hotels. This particular Hilton is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and is the epitome of world class service. A truly exceptional example of the hospitality that you expect from the Hilton brand. Thank you to everyone here who made our Labor Day weekend trip a 5 Star experience.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. We booked on Expedia and the price was right. Ate breakfast buffet in hotel and it was very over priced. $17.99 for breakfast? The scrambled eggs were not real eggs and under cooked. I found out you can order eggs from kitchen after I was done. Great selection of fruit. Waitress never smiled. I do recommend the hotel. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very nice.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Slightly outdated but very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. I tried both restaurants as well as the executive lounge and the food and drinks were good and well priced for the area. Staff were efficient and friendly. Parking is free but spots were difficult to come by. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This is, simply put, among the top two or three Hilton's I have ever stayed in anywhere. I stayed here one evening on business when arriving late into Dulles before setting out to other nearby Virginia locations. Check in was not overly prompt with only one desk manned but it was exceedingly professional on check in. I was offered my preferred type of room on the executive lounge floor as a Hilton Gold. The lounge offered discounted adult beverages (my favourite kind) and some nibbles, as well as a full breakfast which was very nice. The lounge bartender was very pleasant and friendly; a hospitable host to be sure. The room was an excellent size and was totally spotless. Nothing out of repair and everything in like new condition, bathroom spotless and fully stocked with towels and other amenities. I has not had much to eat that day so found myself in the Cardinal Lounge for a couple more beverages of the adult variety and some crab stuffed potato skins that were served with an exceedingly tasty hoisin BBQ sauce. I didn't find the lounge to be exorbitantly priced as many hotel lounges are. They had some beer on tap (a selection of 5 or 6) which seemed to be about 7 a pint and I believe the appetizer was $12, which is about the same as you pay in mid market restaurants anywhere. The bartender was also courteous and professional. I frankly can't fault this hotel on any of its hard or soft product other than check in taking a few extra minutes.

Lunch can be better for the event, but otherwise it is great.

Don't tell anyone else but this hotel is often one of the least expensive at IAD. Especially on weekends. Indoor parking is a plus and there is an executive lounge. Good restaurants.

Little dated. Mattress could be better. Great duvet and bedding. Bathroom was good. Restaurant was great as well as service. Not a bad choice for an airport stay.

I like a lot of the rooms, and the staff are very attentive.
Both times I was with wife and children, but this time it were my in-laws also.

I attended the World of Color Expo at the Hilton. The hotel rooms were clean and restaurants served tasty foods, although a bit pricey at times. WOCE's trade show floor was enjoyable and Continental breakfast was nice. Although the location of the hotel made walking to another restaurant prohibitive, driving to nearby restaurants was possible. I would recommend both the hotel and the expo.

Loved it! Beautiful clean hotel. Concierge staff was beyond welcoming and made you feel like a friend. Front desk answered and helped me with all my 1000+ questions. Oo && as our last visit they have the best dog fee in the area at $50 for the visit. I'm not used to having to wait for life guard hours to use a pool but besides that it was a great week.

The room was nice. Modern bathroom with dual shower head and seat. Big comfy bed. Clean. That said, the stay was very expensive. No microwaves in room and they charge for a fridge. Even the breakfast was 18 bucks. Would only recommend if your company is paying for everything.

I attended the first annual Dished event at the hotel. This was my first time attending an event at this location. The hotel was wonderfully clean, directions to the room for the event were clear and staff was friendly and helpful. The restrooms located near the event room were wonderfully large and well-kept. Overall it was a great event, the food and service provided by the hotel was excellent.

Great Hotel! Rooms are spacious, super clean and modern. Bathrooms have all been redone recently. They have a fantastic bar and restaurant and most importantly a great workout facility. Would highly recommend to anyone staying whether for work or leaisure in the Chantilly area.

Wifi is spotty, ac doesn't get very cold, room TV doesnt have HDMI inputs.

Attended a professional event there, good service, big conference rooms and nice staff. The hotel is a bit of dated.

Have never stayed at the hotel. This is a review of their parking and shuttle service. I have used their shuttle service often and not once has it been a good experience. They are not consistent in pickups at the airport and have even driven by me while waiting curbside at the airport. They advertise 30 minute intervals which end up being the better part of 45 minutes. Within this last wait I saw 2 shuttles for Holiday Inn, 2 for Marriott, and 2 for Crown Plaza. Needless to say I will be choosing from one of the other hotel parking services on my next trip. This is the LAST time I use their parking and shuttle service.

Excellent service and even better Staff. I would certainly stay nowhere else in the area. If there was ever a home away from home I believe I found it.

While the hotel is very big and luxurious looking, my issue is with amenities. The rooms don't have microwaves or fridges, and Wi-Fi and the breakfast buffet cost an outrageous $30/night on top of your regular room fare! I stayed here for an event so luckily the Wi-Fi and buffet were included, because I would be outraged having to pay hundreds of dollars on top of the regular cost for things that really should be standard, especially with how much you're paying for this hotel. The staff, on the other hand, we're all very helpful and courteous. Good job in that regard.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms are great. They felt high end. I'm not sure how much they charge per night. I was put up there by United Airlines. They offer an airport shuttle as well. All in all, a really good hotel if you want something nice near the airport.

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights on business. Rooms were very nice, however lacked a fridge. I did not use room service however I did have the free breakfast which was ok, service was great that morning.

First time in DC… I had a great time at the convention and the hotel service was excellent. The room was very clean and room service was really good. I've heard and seen horror stories on how hotel guest leave their items in the room and come back to find that they've either been tampered with or stolen. But this was not the experience I had. My laptop was in the same place I left it, well I have to admit I didn't leave it out to be seen. Only because of the stories I heard. But it wasn't hard to find. Actually, I was rushing to one of the seminars and left my flat irons and makeup around the bathroom sink and when I came back, I noticed that the toiletries were refreshed around my mess. I will definitely come again…

Though it looks pretty dated from outside, the hotel is awesome. Had a junior suite which was pretty nice. The bed is soft and extremely comfortable.

A horrible experience for me! the Staff where very rude and not helpful the room that I was in was beyond dirty. It had horrible smells from the kitchen there where stains on the carpet and on the wall. I called down to report it and see if I could be moved to a another room. HA that's a another story the staff where so rude and dident even care to show good customer service! so when I got home I called the Hilton company itself and ask for a total refund! At least the Corp HQ Knows about there customer service.

Went to the hotel bar for drinks and desserts. Took my 10 year old nephew and 8 year old niece. Staff was amazing. Brought my niece a blanket and brought complementary ice cream for both kids. Thanks for an Awsome experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and polite. I was always greeted with a smile and a warm "hello". My room was very clean, spacious, and all the amenities worked. The only drawback is the proximity to other services like convenience stores, pharmacies, or just a place to grab a cheap burger and fries. Keep up the great work.

We stayed in a Jr Suite on a Saturday night to get away for a night and to celebrate a birthday. I'd mentioned this in the reservation and while we were out at the Executive Lounge for hors d'oeuvres, some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries were delivered to the room. These were much appreciated and quite good to be honest. The room was large and everything was clean and as expected, and still had a nice recently remodeled look to it. It did feel slightly empty though, and maybe a larger coffee table would fill it up a bit better. The TV channels did not align with the printed channel guide which was an annoyance, and one channel we wanted to watch wasn't coming in, so we had to go to the Executive Lounge at 9pm to watch a show. There were still cookies there, so it wasn't too bad. Back to the hors d'oeuvres, the hotel had a decent spread for this. Lot's of rice, beef with vegetables, soup, fresh veggies with dip, cold cheese, fruit, and cookies. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, fruit, breads, oatmeal, red potatoes, and cereal. Both hors d'oeuvres and breakfast appeared to have a plentiful amount of food and a staff member working hard to keep everything clean and in order in the lounge. It was definitely worth a little extra for the executive level. While we didn't use the fitness center or the pool (only indoor was open as it's March), we did check them out. Both looked really nice. Overall, it was definitely a good value, and we'd have no problem staying again.

This is a great place to stay. We got comp cards from the airport and were treated like vip guests. I would definatly stay here again.

We stayed here using an airline voucher due to a missed connection. The front desk had our room keys ready, so we were checked into our rooms less than 5 minutes. The bar/restaurant was open until 1am, so we were able to get a delicious meal in before settling into some very comfortable beds. Despite coming into the situation with grave disappointment, the Hilton Dulles really turned the night around for us.

The hotel and rooms were clean but I was less than impressed by the staff and what you recieved for the money spent. And around midnight they began vacuuming the room next to us banging on the wall and making all sorts of noise with no consideration what so ever. In the morning there was no one standing at their "coffee station" and when the only nice staff member I could find found the woman she reluctantly allowed me to pay for my coffee. I'm not exactly a morning person and I'm even less of one when I'm greeted by grumpy faces and rude staff. I wouk d not rebook a room at this hotel.

Very hip 80s decor with a subtle hint of stranded traveler. The gift shop is a must-see — absolutely hilarious neon "DC" shirts and trinkets uncovered from a time capsule planted 20 years ago. The bar is average with a few pervy dudes hitting on women who aren't used to be hit on and just enough TV coverage to pretend you aren't watching. Rooms are standard with a faint smell of spray used to cover the stench of the previous occupant. Walking the halls to see a fighter squadron reunion was priceless. I have a feeling stuff like that happens all the time. To those who complain about Internet speed and mysterious charges, get over yourselves and enjoy the world a bit. Overall very pleasant in a retro-ironic sort of way, but in NO way a 'nice' hotel by anyone's standard. Certainly not the hell-hole you might expect reading the reviews posted.

Not at all happy with our experience which lasted less than 12 hours. It started at the front desk during check-in when the manager (? ) (or other front desk clerk) interrupted our check-in to tell the clerk waiting on us that she shouldn't be using new pieces of paper for taking notes, that she should use paper from the garbage. She continued with more berating nonsense right in front of us. All during our check-in! She flustered the clerk while simultaneously making us uncomfortable. It was a conversation she should have had with the other clerk when there weren't customers around. At the absurd price of $10 for Wi-Fi (even the cheapest of hotels offer free Wi-Fi) we opted instead to watch television, which was a bust because most of the channels were grainy and/or completely cut out while watching. We decided instead to go outside which is actually the highlight of the hotel with its comfy sitting area and ambiance. The hotel is pretty soundproof so going to bed early was not a problem. However, we wake up after 5am to a bill with a $52.00 charge on it for the "Cardinal Lounge"! I had never even stepped foot in that place! I promptly went to the front desk which was absent of any employees for about 20 minutes. When someone was finally available, I explained that there was a mistake and that we were never in the lounge. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that there wasn't a ticket showing but if there was, then she could figure it out and take it off.

Awful. I purchased the ridiculously slow $9.95 internet just to write this review. It's big, ugly, dated, and smacks of misery and desperation. We checked in and had a disgusting and expensive dinner at the Cardinal lounge. They were nice enough to bring us some stale crackers and frozen butter while I waited on one of the worst steaks I have ever had (a grade "C" piece of meat with watery tomato sauce and diced frozen asparagus poured on top) and a $11 glass of supermarket quality wine. They should rename this restaurant "purgatory" as it is sparsely populated with stranded travelers miserably waiting to get on the first available flight out of here to a better place. Any place. After dinner you can adjust the two part A/C system down to the dB level of a continuously running Shop-Vac, before jumping into your lumpy drooping mattress.
