Good location, friendly people, nice rooms. Took a while for the airport shuttle to get me, but it didn't cost anything, either. My suite (extra cost) was sort of a smaller junior suite and not a real two-room suite. Room was modern and soft goods were nice. Breakfast is good and filling and should suffice for most people. No happy hour nor evening munchies. Ethnic food (Korean, Chinese, Indian) and pizza available nearby (easy walk) at reasonable cost; fancier stuff in Reston. Guest laundry is convenient and inexpensive. The internet works, provided you sign in daily, and the property is close to things in Reston and to Dulles Airport (remember the free shuttle). Plenty of reasonable taxi service. Parking is free. For athletes and walkers, the Washington and Old Dominion Trail is out back and is an easy walk to Reston Town Center, and offers miles of cycling and running. I managed to have, most time, either the regular key or the electronic one on my phone working, but each one will work for about 18 to 24 hours and then die and then you do the other one. Seems kind of weird that a hotel can't make it easy to get into the room.

My kids favorite Hilton property in DC area we've tried so far (out of 4 or so). They loved the waffle breakfast, comfy beds, spacious suites and convenience of everything on first floor. They also liked the "treats shack" and in general being Silver/ Gold HHonors Members.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet location, and good price.

This hotel adds an unusual 4% Fairfax county "room tax" that I didn't get charged at either the Herndon Embassy Suites or Hilton. I asked 2 different desk staff on 2 different days and they couldn't explain this additional fee. On a $240 stay, there was nearly $40 in tax, over 16% in fees. Cha ching!

Staying at the Hampton has been a really nice experience. Clean room and great complimentary breakfast. And even making the bed, showing great service.

Hotel is very nice overall. Very clean and comfortable, feels very fresh. Breakfast bar is very nice as well. I enjoy staying here and will stay again.

Reserved 2 rooms for one night for a friend and myself we had no problems while staying there, staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, pool seemed to be clean unfortunately the following day our kids developed little red spots all over there bodies, the only people whom didn’t have spots were the people who didn’t use the pool the next day. I wish I didn’t allow my kids to use the pool the following morning but that was the only reason we stayed there was the indoor pool.

We found a bed bug in our room and the hotel took it seriously. They gave us another room immediately.

The elevators are sketchy. My room is great however they do not have room service or any cups other than the paper coffee cups.

Great hotel, I have stayed here multiple times. Always the go to spot here in Reston. Only bad thing os the old TVs.

The hotel is pretty modern looking but looks like it could use some touch up here and there. The rooms were nice and they have a pool and Jacuzzi but the juccuzi was out of order. The continental breakfast was pretty, better than your average and the service was excellent!

The overall atmosphere was very pleasing! The staff is courteous extremely helpful with everything from directions, advice on where to eat and how and what transportation to take! The rooms are very clean and spacious! The breakfast was wonderful! The sitting area is beautiful and functional, it's better than restaurant quality. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling this way!

Hotel shuttle will take you to the metro — older property but very well maintained. Spacious rooms. Definitely a good bargain for working in NoVA.

Overall exactly what I have come to expect from a Hampton inn. Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Short 10 minute walk from the metro, nice rooms, and overall good facility. Only odd thing was I traveled with my kids and we were wanting to swim. Come to find out the pool doesn't open till 4pm, and they have swimming classes until 7:30pm, so they only let us use about half of the shallower end.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. Our room was nice and spacious, everything was kept very clean. The only major problem were the beds and to me this is major when staying overnight in a hotel. The mattress was a very firm spring mattress that was thin and moved around anytime you moved. I would have expected a Hotel of this caliber to have more of a quality mattress. Literally everything else was great, just the mattress was like a board on springs. I would also recommend that the front desk mention the Hilton Rewards better. We are members but I forgot until my wife mentioned after checking in, besides I wasn't asked to sign up for anything. This is a benefit to your customers and should be mentioned to everyone.

Clean rooms, quiet, can walk the wod trail to reston town center (old train line paved over — 20 min). Good Ethiopian food in walking distance.

Was booked into a larger than normal room so my experience might be different than others. It was nice and clean each day. The room was comfortable with tasteful decor. The lobby was very nice. The staff is extremely friendly. The location is convenient — especially to Reston Town Center. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay with them. The place is very nice and clean, especially the smell, clean! It would be a turn off if it weren't… your room would smell the same for sure. Front desk.

Quiet location, though you have to U-turn if you approach from the wrong direction. Clean rooms, nice staff. Can't watch TV in even a mild storm, though, because they have DirecTV, though that's probably a plus when there's good weather. I also couldn't set a sleep timer on the TV because of the configuration. I'm not complaining about serious issues though, so good with for me. Would recommend.

Stayed in room 224. As usual always wish there were more gluten free options at breakfast but otherwise it was decent. The staff kept the food well stocked despite a busy holiday weekend and we had an easy check in and check out. The room had everything else we needed and it was in a great location to get to lots of good restaurants and activities for kids.

Even if they are renovating, my experience was flawless. All the personnel has been courteous in a way a never saw in a different hotel.

They are undergoing renovation, but the rooms are clean and the service is friendly. Don't try to have a meeting in their 'suites' though. They are too small and just a single room.

Pretty average for a Hampton inn. Friendly staff, decent looking facility, good rates. I debated this, but I'm taking off one star because I found one singular bed bug. I checked under the mattress, pulled all the sheets, cracking seams and and inspected the room thoroughly, and couldn't find another or evidence of any. It could have come in on my clothes from a restaurant, my worksite, or otherwise, but it was a bit concerning regardless. I wouldn't let it stop me from booking here again, since it's likely a non issue.

Only stayed one night but everything was clean and the room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good as well.
