The room was clean, bathroom clean! Breakfast options were just right, friendly staff. Pool was awesome and clean. They have free laundry for guest as well. This was a win all around and a great option for the money. We will be returning!

The pool was very clean. The rooms were very spacious and smelt very nice. Toiletry items were provided.

This was a really great hotel! My kids loved the balcony style hallways and the window in the elevator. I loved the super clean room and free laundry. The breakfast was not the best I've ever had from a hotel but not the worst. My only complaint, which isn't really a bad one, was the location of the pool. Because it was in the air conditioned lobby it was too cold to use. If they could heat the water some it would be better. Not sure if that's possible.

We live this local hotel. Its become our staycation place. Beds are awesome even 9 montjs pregnant.

Loved the rooms clean and the space, cause we have a 5 year old and he wanted friend to come stay so we agreed and we had a blast in the indoor pool. We were able to hook the Xbox up for the boys so all around the staff was great and the rates were awesome we ended up staying there for 4 days.

Nice Hotel! The free breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. The only problem I had is the door keys wouldn't work half the time. The gym is nice and plenty of space to workout in. The rooms are nice and clean and the housekeepers are sweet as well.

Five stars for Maddie at the reception desk and the hotel in general which was great (better than the Hilton uptown) especially for the price.

Just a quick overnight stop on our way to D. C. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Can't beat a free hot breakfast!

Stayed here one night on our family road trip. The reservation was made last minute, the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable with the exception of the pullout bed. My boys claimed they would have been more comfortable on the floor.

I was here on a business trip and had a great experience. The executive suite is very spacious and comfy, it has a king sized bed and a good shower. The hot breakfast exists out of coffee and tea, eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, yoghurt and oatmeal. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and stores and is easily accessible. The only bad thing about the hotel is that the heat doesn’t work very well and is very loud.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms are huge, bed and bathroom was very clean and neat. Lobby AC seemed to be broken so downstairs very VERY hot, but otherwise a good stay. Would certainly stay again.

I was informed there is a temporary storage for your baggage the night prior to check in. Called this morning to verify temporary storage and check in time. Front desk stated they dont have temporary storage while we wait to check in the afternoon. Unbelievable! There was also no Supervisor on site to resolve the issue. I cancelled reservation and went someplace else who had temporary storage.

Very nice hotel. Was only there one night but it was cleaning and neat. Breakfast starts a little late on the weekends though.

I just got here this morning 4 Christmas 2 visit my grandkids and in laws. The room the the very nice plus we got a extra discount cause we are staying 5 nights. Will always come back. And the staff is the best.

I found my stay at the Conform Suites Fredericksburg South to be very enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast choices were very varied and tasty. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! We arrived at approximately 1 AM, after a long evening of traveling with a toddler on our way south. Jaime at the front desk could not have been more welcome! We were greeted with a smile, and the next morning she even remembered me telling her that my two-year-old's first words upon getting into the room were "watch TV "! She also asked her several times if we slept well and if everything was all right. This was certainly not the type of attention to detail I expected when pulling off the interstate for a quick one night stopover. The free breakfast was also incredible! There was a wide variety of food to choose from, and everything was hot, fresh and delicious. My wife and I both agreed that this was one of the nicest hotels we had stayed in, and we would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay with Comfort Inn again, especially at this particular location! Thank you!

It was great for a short family jaunt. Free breakfast was great… pool was cloudy small and cold. Keys didn't work most of the time other than that great stay. Clean :)

A nice clean hotel from my experience. A great room for the $109 we paid. Would definitely recommend as a place to stop while travelling.

The hotel was nice enough, clean and comfortable, and the desk service was friendly and helpful, but the hotel unfairly charged two members of my group — all of us non-smokers — with an extra $150 extra fine for smoking in their rooms. When initially contacted, the service desk at first conveyed a message from the manager that the charge could not be disputed. Their evidence was that the cleaning staff could smell smoke in the rooms after we checked out. After a series of exchanges, including filing a dispute with the credit card company, one member of my group is likely to have both the fine and charge removed with a promise to revise how the hotel handles smoking charges/fines in the future. That's a reasonable commitment, but frankly the unfounded accusations and initial refusal to discuss were highly unprofessional. We are waiting to see how the second unfounded charge will be resolved. Regardless, the Comfort Suites Fredericksburg South has lost our annual 4 — 5 room rental. The entire episode, quite frankly, smells.

Abby at Guest Services was great! I needed to make a reservation for some clients and couldn't figure out how to authorize my credit card for their use online. Abby helped me make the reservation over the phone and the clients are very happy. Great customer service!

The hotel was nice enough. I honestly would have given them 4 stars had we been able to use the water. Unfortunately the area had a boil water advisory but the hotel failed to notify us of this. When we asked, they assured us that they had been cleared but there where notices everywhere not to use the water in the area. A lot of restaurants were shut down & we had to travel outside the county just to get a meal. The hotel should have notified us of this so we could have made alternate arrangements. Instead, we couldn't even shower or brush our teeth without using bottled water.

Nice staff, huge room, comfy bed. Convenient.

Nice only complaint is we had a memorial service for my uncle and they made it very difficult for us. We where told on thing and when it come to the day of the service the staff and manager don't allow us to use the ice machine on the 1st level, and we had no way to warm the food after the service.

Quick stay on a trip up north. Nice bed is about all I can say.

Stayed there for one night on our trip to Florida. Nothing fancy but for the price it was a nice night from the road. Indoor pool, decent breakfast and a Cracker barrel within walking distance. It's the perfect midway point for us going from NH to FL. So we'd probably stay there again.

I loved my stay here at Wytestone Suites. The staff was wonderful and so was the rooms. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Don't let the renovations turn you away for an awesome property. It is really worth the money you pay and more. It's close to everything you need and only an 1hr away from Washington, DC. So, we ended up with two trips in one :) how cool is that. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

Under reconstruction, place is a mess. Had been there before and it was great, but until reconstruction, will not go back. Should not be operating. Plaster dust and dirt all over lobby.

Excellent hotel! If you don't want to pay the high prices in Washington stay here only 30 mins away. Next to Potomac Mills, Virginia's largest outlet shopping destination. Huge rooms, great for families and couples, with indoor pool, complimentary laundry, and hot buffet breakfast. Fantastic rates.

My husband and I were headed to NY and stopped here over night. It was great even the girl at the counter who seemed to be training knew what she was talking about. Booking online and have the special code to make the room the right price for our budget was great. The rooms were HUGE and I would have loved to stay longer. The only thing we didnt like was the pool was basically in the lobby and it wasnt a separate room.

It's a nice hotel. The breakfast is wonderful. I wouldn't leave anything of value laying around while the housekeepers are cleaning even if you are in the room. I had a suitcase of my clothing and shoes taken out of the room because she said she thought it was trash when I got my suitcase back somethings were missing. The manager was not very helpful he just kept insisting that the housekeeper hadn't stolen anything because she always return things she finds very shady. Other than that it's okay.

Rooms were clean "I Think" when we checked in we found a half a bottle of wine and a quart sized Ziploc bag of cherries in the fridge. Which actually looked pretty good but then we were wondering about the sheets. Ummm. Ok. Well other than that, it was not a bad stay. Hotel staff was friendly and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious but are not without flaws (craftsmanship) but is a good place to catch some Z's.
