We are Choice Hotel members. We always have a nice stay at Comfort Suites. We enjoy the large room and the breakfast.

Clean and comfortable! Tons of pillows on the bed that are so comfortable. I guess it's all in perspective. I forgot my corkscrew but desk manager helped by opening my much needed wine with hers. We didn't have the breakfast due to our wanting to keep safe distances during this time, but it was available.

One of the worst experiences staying at a Comfort Suites hotel… We did not have enough pillows in the room. When we asked for more pillows the front desk told us we had to get them from the front desk and they would not bring them to the room. Once I got down to the front desk we were given wet pillows… yes wet. I was told they just came out of the washer. They were so wet I refused to use them. Once at breakfast the next morning, we observed moldy bagels in the bread bin. To top that off our yogurt was expired by over a week. We also are gold members and did not receive our “gift”. We were told by the front desk that they only give it to platinum and diamond members now.

All hotel staff if exceptional. This particular choice group hotel is top shelf. Well done. Don't forget download the choice hotels app and book thru that.

Definitely a nice hotel. Big room and bathroom. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Priced reasonable.

Great big spacious rooms. Very clean… very friendly receptionist… great area … a large variety of places to eat within walking distance… breakfast is served until 10AM! Checkout at 11AM! Highly recommend this Comfort Inn.

I loved it. Don't just pull in if you're driving a semi with a trailer. Staff was great. Don't go to Sams. Waitress is great. But the cooks are slow.

We stopped halfway on our journey to Myrtle Beach. We instantly were given a room. It was a deluxe double. Very spacious room with comfortable beds. Very clean. Swam in the little indoor pool and had a nice breakfast the next day.

Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best I have experienced. This stay was during several events in town and they handled groups well. Parking is adequate. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

Had a wonderful stay. One bit of constructive criticism, the software on the computers in the business center needs to be updated. I could not log into the Choice Hotel website because the browser is out of date.

The staff were all very friendly. Things went smoothly. Over all clean and nice room. The room smelled clean too. But I did notice some very minor allergy flare up the next morning. But nothing major. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was the typical foods. It was a very busy morning and the staff kept working to keep things refilled.

June 2018 Staff very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness of the hotel a plus as well. Upon arrival I was greeted by an older gentleman gave him my identification and was given my room key with no issues. Unfortunately, the room I was originally given was occupied. After apologizing to the couple that was in the room I returned downstairs and informed the gentleman the room was occupied to which he stated that there was nothing on file for that room being occupied but gave me another room with no problem. During my stay my room was never cleaned. Trash was taken out 2 out of the 4 days I was there. The towels I used during my stay were never taken out, bed was never made, linens never changed. Wi-Fi was very spotty. Based on my experience this past week I will never stay at this hotel in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice check in staff. Nice clean room. It had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. Pool very nice. The free breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Overall very good for the price. I wish we had more time to spend there!

Nice hotel, first we stayed there. Will be back again. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

I like to let people know that I travel alot for my job. As the housekeeping and the hostess are the best. They are so friendly and nice. They made my stay like I was just at home. They keep the rooms really clean and nice. I like to give a big THANK YOU to the housekeeping and the hostess for there hard work they do. I really appreciate the work they do. They need to keep there crew. Thank you very much.

Clean, comfortable and close to Route 95, easy on & off. Helpful staff ask if we had AARP or AAA for the best discount. Better than another one they would also honor. It's in a busy area but we are heading south away from DC.

It was comfortable especially the bed. The breakfast was good a hot full breakfast. They need to make sure all the lamps in the room are working or have bulbs and are not crooked and jalapa dated looking. It takes away from the decor of the room. Otherwise the stay was nice. You have to be careful if you're a minority some of the guests are rude with their prejudice comments to the guess. But that has to do with the location of the hotel.

There was an exercise bike in the room! Room was clean enough. The bathroom had a deep bathtub (which I like) and the breakfast was good also and the folks here were very nice.

Between the Quality Inn next door and here, they were super awesome! We originally had one at Quality Inn and the only room for what we booked unfortunately smelled like smoke. QI sent us to Comfort Suites, and they were happy to accommodate us with no extra charges. Very comfy bed (I want the pillows! ), The staff was lovely, nice breakfast, and even the receptionist gave our girls an origami toy to take on our trip back to Florida. Someone even blew the snow off our car for us! We highly recommend :)

Great rooms for the price… pleasant staff… CLEAN. and convienent restaurant in walking distance… Sam's Italian Restaurant… great food and service.

Friendly staff and very pleasant stay. Breakfast in the morning was awesome and the hotel more than met my expectations.

The bed was comfortable but the heating unit was so close to the bed that it was hard to get in and out of the bed on one side and it was a very noisy unit. An awkward room layout. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was terrible. The orange juice tasted very watered down. Parking was ample.

Rooms are nice, location is good and friendly service. The breakfast was horrible. We've stayed at the comfort suites south Fredericksburg and the breakfast was pretty good.

We only spent one night here on our travels but it was an amazing hotel. It was clean and modern with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The morning breakfast had a nice variety of food items. Great value.

I am a former employee of Comfort Inn on Warrenton Rd Virginia, Quinn was the hiring manager that hired me. Now I didn't last long but I did work 4 days which is still unpayed as of this date. Now I've called multiple times to speak with Quinn but he's either not there or in a meeting, I always ask for a call back from Quinn and never receive one back. He has my number and email and never received any form of communication from him. Now I left the company at the end of June beginning of July as a Housekeeper and now we are at the beginning September and still nothing. Last week when I called about my check I told the front desk that if I didn't receive a call back I was going to report this to corporate and haven't heard back. Now all I'm interested in is to get payed because I provided a services and expect to be compensated. Its the LAW, I will report this incident to the United States Dept of Labor if I get no where even with corporate knowing about this.

Hotel is very nice and in the middle of a commercial area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious! The front staff were courteous; the kitchen staff who prepared the breakfast were really nice too! They made sure we had everything we needed. Food selection was great! I highly recommend this place.

We were so impressed with this hotel. We were greated by a warm, caring woman who also helped us find a great place to eat. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. We were then again greated by a warm friendly gentleman when we left prior to breakfast who handed each of us a "Go Bag" consisting of an apple, a bottle of water and a granola bar for our trip home! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Arrived to the hotel, after driving over 7 hours, and the checking in time was 4pm. After speaking to the wonderful lady at the desk, she allowed to check in early and our rooms were ready. The room was very clean, we had a minor bathroom problem. Which was handled. Quickly and professionally. The bed was very comfortable, ac working perfectly. Bathroom was very clean and breakfast was very nice. I would love to stay there again. The staff was very pleasant, they made us feel very comfortable, and welcome. For the price, it was excellent. Highly recommend!

Susie, was just outstanding and helpful. Niji was the most perfect housekeeper anyone could ever want. And last, but not least was Monica, who we thought was the hospitality hostess, because she just was so nice and made our entire family welcome. Little did we know that she was a new hire, and whoever is in management that hired her, should understand that she's extraordinary, and her skills as a hostess, should be explored as well as her skills in housekeeping. This Comfort Suites is acknowledged by all of us as exemplary and should be used as an example to all of the Choice Hotels families. I rate this 5 STARS.

Needed an overnite room on short notice for the family. Clean facility, comfortable beds and pillows. Kids loved the pool and we all liked the delicious breakfast. Will stay here again.

Right off the freeway and right by a gas station. Clean rooms with a fridge. Friendly staff. Dark rooms at night. Good Wi-Fi.

The room itself was nice. The staff were courteous. However, the other guests were terrible. They were screaming and hollering until 2 AM disturbing the sleep of my little one and myself. Every so often, another guest would come out of her room to yell at the others to be quieter.

The room was clean and spacious, at a reasonable price. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would stay again.

The night manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was very nice. The fitness room and indoor pool were in good shape. Overall, we very much enjoyed our time there and would return in the future.

Decent hotel selection for a quick stop-over during our FL road trip. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Fold out couch was terrible. Nice location right off 95, close to a Waffle House! Many other hotel options in vicinity for lower rates, nothing remarkable for a 30-50% higher rate. Complimentary breakfast didn't have much variety, but a nice plus.

Stayed one night on way home from Florida to New Jersey. Reserved room from my cell phone while in transit. Room was ready when we arrived. Room was very clean and in perfect condition. I stay at Comfort Suites when I do travel because of the condition of the rooms and the people that service the hotel. Would definitely recommend Comfort Suites to everyone for their rooms and hospitality.
