Very nice room, very clean, lady at front desk was very nice when we checked in.

The room was very clean and close to a very nice restaurant.

Very clean. Price was great. Continental breakfast was quite a treat.

Clean but dated rooms. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast is provided. Overall a pretty pleasant stay.

We booked one night here through expedia. We arrived late, almost midnight. Check in went ok. We had to present our credit card for incidentals upon check in, even though we had prepaid the reservation with expedia. Upon arriving at the room we found the air conditioner cover to be missing, exposing the metal plates and tubes inside, at a perfect level for our toddler to access. When we turned down the sheets a cockroach came scurrying out. We immediate returned to the front desk and were told there were no other available rooms. They assured us no money would be charged to our card as they run their credit card payments in the morning. We ended up having to find new accomodations in the middle of the night, with no offer of help to do so from Quality Inn staff. They basically apologized and sent us on our way. The next day we found out they did charge our card, for $61 over and above the rate we already had paid to expedia. When we called Quality Inn about the charge they told us they didn't charge our card even though it was very clearly showing up as a charge in our banking activity. They wouldn't process a refund because they said they didn't charge us and that "maybe it will drop off of your bank activity within a few days". As of the time I am writing this, we have filed a complaint with expedia and are awaiting the outcome.

Very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels. Nice in room coffee.

Chris at the reception desk was excellent and quick. Recommended a good place to eat. The room was clean and neat. The complementary breakfast was just what I needed to get back on the road. I stay here whenever I travel up the coast. Probably two or three times a year.

Well the room itself was clean and decently sized. While the "continental breakfast" was by far subpar and not very good. As well as the look on the outside was concerning. It looked a bit run down with some wear on the covering when you first pull up to the front of the building.

Nice place to stop for a short night sleep. The room was clean, as was the front desk area. Decent breakfast.

All I can say is that I am pretty blown away in regarfs to the quaility that I have received so far. Room was clean, staff friendly and caring. The TV works, internet works well, breakfast was ok for being free and for the price I paid its not a bad deal.

Honestly only used the room for like 4 hours to sleep and shower on a road trip but bed was comfortable and nice shower. Vending machine was pretty cheap too.

Clean, rooms well appointed, appliances all worked, impressive breakfast including egg, sausage round and sausages with all the normal cold breakfast, attendant was helpful, friendly, efficient. All in all, an excellent overnight experience at a fair price.

Outside doesnt look nice, but the room is very modern and accommodating.

Had to leave miami florida in an emergency due to hurricane irma, arrived at Quality Inn at fredericksburg va, front desk lady sooo welcoming and understanding! The establishment extremely clean all staff personnel were great! The room so welcoming. I found my new home away from home.

Easy to get to and not hard to find. The accommodations are outstanding, clean and warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer. A great breakfast at no additional cost.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Employee named Dale was very rude. Checked in at 10:30pm with my wife and 2 kids. Entered room to find smoke alarm battery was dead and the alarm was beeping intermittently. Called front desk and Dale told me he was too busy to help. Blew me off. Told me to take battery out of alarm. Did that and alarm was still intermittently beeping. Called front desk again, Dale was dismissive and rude. Better options all over this area. Very disappointed.

Excellent staff & service. Furnishings a little thread bare, but quiet restful night's sleep with an above average free breakfast.

Located close off the highway near food and gas. Easy check in/out. The room was ok for the price. The room smelled like smoke despite being a smoke free room. The shower head was really nice. There was a good bit of traffic noise. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the best part of our stay offering both regular and blueberry Belgian waffles, sausage, pancakes, and everything was kept clean and orderly. I'd say this is a good option for a one night stay especially for the price.

Considering the price range of other hotels are stay was good. Room was clean. The remote did not work properly. We advised the staff at the desk and they made a note to have the problem corrected. Breakfast was great. Area was very clean. Food was hot. Attendant was was pleasant.

Just needed a place to rest our heads for the night. I booked ahead because of the good reviews and we were not disappointed. I was worried when we pulled in because of the outside looking dated, but our room was spacious and CLEAN! Our GPS took us to a different location, but when I called the front desk to tell them we were lost, she was very friendly and helped us get there in no time. We would stay again, just missing a pool and hot tub!

Pleasant stay. Stay with my 4 kids while in route to Florida. Room was well equipped, clean and cosy. Area was well lite up, safe and employees were polite. Couldn't stay for the complementary breakfast but it is a great deal for the price. There is also a pizza restaurant steps away which was very convenient to us.

Would not recommend to anyone. Old and expensive for what you get. Internet problems, damaged furniture, no refrigerator, large opening under exterior door, etc.
