Room was clean and they seemed pretty well set up and prepared because of the covid 19. Staff was helpful and polite as well :)

My friends and I were in town for a show and spent the night at the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable, and breakfast was good. The shared parking with the hotel next door was a little crowded, but that's the only complain I had.

Very clean & updated modern rooms. Beds comfy & linens clean white & nice to sleep on. Bathroom clean. Was a pleasant experience. Will definitely stay when in town again.

Easy location to 95, clean room, comfortable bed. Very large refrigerator and microwave in room. Hot breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Staff that I interacted were all pleasant. Would stay again.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to south Carolina for vacation. It is a very lovely and clean hotel with a very nice indoor pool. The morning we were leaving we found the battery in our car dead due to a silly car charger. The hotel staff was so kind and helped jump start our car. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing in this hotel! I went with my family and I could rest, enjoy their indoor pool, breakfast and amazing and comfortable bed! The only problem that I dad in the hotel it was that a crazy and weird man came into my room without knocking the door and he started yelling at us and saying that if we wanted to listening to music we could go down stairs and go to the night club, that was totally disrespectful. We were listening to music with my phone it wasn’t even an speaker and my mom and me were in underwear and chilling in bed and he didn’t care about it. I told the front desk women and they told me that they were so sorry about it and that’s it. I was expecting something else from the hotel because that was a really bad experience!

We found that the walls off this hotel not insulated for noise. You can here your neighbour flushes the flush and kids running in their room in the room above us. The wall next to my bed has the drain pipes in them and every flush and shower you can hear the water running down the pipes. Breakfast was good and friendly staff and clean room. RM 304

Holiday inn off US 17 is one of the nicer hotels in the area. Conveniently has a Wawa located in the parking lot just outside of the main building. With easy access to and from I 95 would be a great place to stay overnight while traveling. The rooms are nice the staff is friendly. Make sure if you want to stay here you Make your reservation early as this place is sure to sell out by 9 PM on most nights. If you’re looking for some delivery to come to your room I’d suggest J’s Pizza it’s just down the street and they have the best pizza in town. There are other restaurants located right nearby such is IHOP and a waffle house. If you spend the night here traveling south I leave by 6 AM before you catch the Richmond morning traffic. If you’re traveling northbound I’d leave about the same time as traffic will quickly back up going into the DC area.

I was placed here for business for a week… And I wasn't disappointed. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make it a good stay. The hotel was clean and decently appointed. It's not brand new but you won't mind. Breakfast had a large spread and several healthy options. Hot water was a bit scarce in the mornings on the top floor, otherwise the rooms were great. It's not the Waldorf but it is a solid choice for the area.

Quiet and clean location. Friendly staff definitely return on my next adventure.

Great for families! We booked a room when our power went out during a powerful wind storm. Hotel was busy and there were a lot of anxious guests asking a lot of questions. I encountered Preston and Mindy at the front desk. They are wonderful! Calm, cool and genuinely helpful. Location is good (short walk to Target and fast-food joints, McDonald's Playground), rooms are clean, pool is nice. Decent breakfast selection in a cheerful breakfast lounge. You can tell whoever runs the place puts in the extra effort!

Excellent hotel! VERY clean. Breakfast is great-the dining room is large with booths and tables as well as a couch in front of the TV and fire place. The pool is like bath water. Front desk is helpful and super friendly. We had noisy people above us and they took care of it right away. Coffee and Tea is available 24-7 in the lobby. Your room comes equipped with a Keurig and k-cups and decent size fridge. The beds are comfy and they have "firm" and "soft" pillows, marked on the cases themselves. It's very cozy, comfortable and inviting here.

Always have prompt service at front desk. Room is clean and prepared. Stay regularly and always happy.

Superficially nice but paper thin walls. Could hear those next door like they were in my room (225). Superior breakfast. Clean, but that noise robbed me of a decent sleep.

The Holiday Inn was very conveniently located next to the 95. It was really easy to get to and from. It was pretty well maintained and was very much what one would expect from a Holiday Inn. I really appreciated the breakfast. It had a lot of hot and cold options. Even though we often left later in the day, the cleaning staff was attentive and we always came home to a clean room. My only complaints were that the mattress was way too firm and that we were never able to find a parking spot at the hotel itself at night.

Rooms were nice, breakfast is standard Holiday Inn okay. Fitness room was small and single treadmill broken. Indoor and outdoor pools looked nice. Parking is a little strange and felt sketchy due to the out of business gas station next to the lot and the front door of the hotel not overlooking the parking lot.

A quick stay during a drive north. Plan on staying again on my way back. Super clean and wonderful staff. My room was so comfy with the king sized bed all to myself. Felt like a queen.

The room was extremely nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was awesome. Selection at breakfast was great. All of the staff except for one cleaning lady was very nice.

Would have gave 5 stars, but wanted to charge $1 for a snack size bag of chips. Otherwise clean looking room semi comfortable bed. Air conditioner was as loud as a freight train.

Clean, friendly, and comfortable. This hotel is an exception to many of those I've stayed at in Fredericksburg. The rooms are spacious and the pools are gorgeous. There are firm mattresses and a variety of pillows. The room walls are quite thick so noise from other rooms cannot be heard. Everyone is very welcoming from the house cleaning staff to the manager. The breakfast was amazing and complimentary, filled with all different choices and so there was no need to walk to any other restaurant. Although, because of it's wonderful placement that would've been an easy option as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else staying in the area, beautiful and friendly!

The beds are always to die for comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic… I have a knee injury and he was very very helpful with my bag and even offered to park my car for me… just awesome! Oh and the pillows I need the at my house.

We stayed last night after having a horrible experience at the last hotel and a very long drive. We would stay with the Holiday Inn, again. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable. We used the indoor pool, which was nice. Everyone got a great nights sleep, we are feeling recharged. Thank you!

Really nice hotel. Hotel was clean. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. Staff were really nice. Check in and check out. Cleaning staff was on top of things. Breakfast was really good. It was better than some 3 star hotels. The lady making breakfast was on top of everything. She even cleaned tables as soon as they were empty.

Small parking lot, but found a spot fast. Easy check in, great staff. Room was nice and quiet, stayed the temperature set on the thermostat. Talk about a fast internet connection! Was pulling 40Mbs on the wired connection.

Very nice hotel. I'm a travel nurse and it was nice to finally relax in a room. The rooms were very clean and I'm the type to check for bed bugs so I'm pretty anal. I wish I didn't have to check out.

Horrible horrible smell and odor from the main lobby all the way to the room floor, Toilet bowl over flowed, when called room service they came up opened door and left plunger AT THE DOOR? for my wife to figure it out. Hard beds and blankets look like sheets so thin WOW, Also observed Black mold or some type of unknown substance coming out of the vents. Additionally observed strange people walking around hall with what appeared to be prostitution stay far away from this place if traveling with family. Contacted Travelocity who tried to call front desk and ask if they could possible allow me to check out 2 days early they said no we will have to charge for the full 3 day stay even though I was checking out after the 1st night sleeping in this place. However Travelocity took the hook and refunded me and also rebooked me and my family at the beautiful Hyatt Place fredericksburg. Also while checking out the front desk desk lady said I hope you know we are still charging you/ travelocity. What a terrible place to stay, Dont go near here.

Excellent experience, clean rooms, large free breakfast room and variety, astounding guest and room service, high quality products, nice pool, lots of room, well designed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area and will be staying any other time I visit the Fredericksburg area.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Phenomenal room service and extremely friendly guest service. I've stayed here twice in the last year and it's the best experience with a hotel I've ever had. The breakfast room was very large and it was free. It was very modernized, well-thought-out, and unique. Not to mention the comfortable mattresses and pillows, also the always ready to help room service. They always had what we need like high quality soap, original Crest toothpaste, shaving cream, and shower caps. Everything was clean and in the morning when we left to go sight seeking we left the room quite dirty but when we came back it was spotless. The pool had a clean, exotic feel which was very welcoming. Overall this is the greatest hotel experience I've ever had and I would definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in a rich, high quality, friendly, clean hotel.
