Very dirty room and bedding. We only had a reservation for 2 nights and we left a night early. Also the lobby not open 24/7. The gal working wouldn't open the doors for us and made us go all the way around to the side. Breakfast was also mediocre. I guess you get what you pay for but would not recommend!

Great place to stay very nice quiet. And a nice indoor pool.

Devin was very helpful and professional at the front desk. This motel is well located for easy access to the interstate and multiple good places to eat. There was a lot of space in the room. The free news paper was a nice touch. I would stay there again.

When we checked in, Chris was a very nice person. Helped us with restaurants and things to do for the night. We planned on going to NASA on Saturday. The room was nice and clean, had everything we needed.

This hotel is gross. We got there and they told us they didn’t have any rooms even they we booked one 2 days in advance. Then they said they had 3 rooms that people had just left out of if we could give them 30 minutes to clean it. It was non smoking which is great because neither of us smoke and I can’t stand the smell of cigarettes, we come back 45 minutes later walk in the room and it smells like straight cigarettes. We turn the ac in and the smell gets worse, there is cigarette ashes in the ac unit, I go to the front desk and they say “ oh we know I’ll get you some spray to leave in the room. ” I go back to the room spray some and lay down, since it’s almost 10 at this time, the sheets smelled like marijuana like they haven’t been washed. The tub floor was slimy I scrubbed the shower before I took a shower. If you want to sleep at night don’t bother trying, the ac units are super loud and so many people stayed up partying outside.

I had a nice clean room on the first floor. Parking right outside my room. Hot water, with good water pressure. Good Wi-Fi. Standard hotel breakfast fare (cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles), and friendly service at the front desk. All without a hitch! I'd use this place again next time I visit Houston.

No stars! The room smelled like mold, the floors were nasty. It was a ‘suite’ with a kitchen. There were some utensils in the drawer and the tray they were in had dirt and bugs in it. Hair on the bathroom floor, something spilled on the kitchen floor in front of the fridge. Just gross. Chris at the front desk took $20 off my bill which was nice, at least he tried. If I could have found another room I would have packed up and left. Not to mention the parking spaces were so small. I had to pull out just to be able to open the back door to load my stuff. I realize it’s an older property, but that’s no excuse to be dirty. I would add pictures if I knew how.

Above arrival Young lady at front desk was very friendly. Appreciated her personality on her customer service to us. Really felt welcomed.

Reasonable hotel close to Houston Space Center with extremely attentive management and good but not cooked or buffet breakfast included at a moderate price. The rooms we booked had a single serious flaw: the king bed was fixed in position immediately adjacent to the air conditioner which blew straight onto it until we (independently) figured out how to secure the curtains to prevent this extreme discomfort. Check to see if your potential room has this problem before accepting it!

It was a clean nice place. I mean there are no bells and whistles but it’s not a fancy smancy hotel. I was there on a business trip for a day. I liked it though. Did the job, nice sleep. The staff that helped me were very polite and attentive.

While I appreciated the woman who got me the room on a Friday night. I was extremely displeased at finding old toe nail cuttings at the base of the toilet and a dried blood stain on a towel. When confronting the front desk woman and the manager about the issue after trying to tell them that a room should be clean and sanitary. Their response was “what do you expect? ” I used to stay here every other week. They just lost a customer after their rude and careless attitude.

When we arrived in our and started checking it out, we noticed bugs on the pillows. We grabbed the hotel phone to call the office and there was a buf there too. When we talked to the front desk clerk she offered to move our room but we didn't want to do that. They had already charged my card the full amount so now it should be credited back within 7 days. Ugh!

False advertising, the pictures on the internet are when the hotel was built nit current. NO ELEVATORS, POOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION, RUG NASTY, dark inside, smells like antique-ish! Breakfast free but also ALL CARBS! Unfortunately, disappointed with town and hotel! No Stars!

Great service! Christ (customer service) was very kind. He really puts attention and really cares about your stay. The rooms a very clean thanks to Ana. If we return to TX we will definitely stay here again.

Spacious suite, jets in bathtub, full size kitchen, Texan waffles for breakfast, & staff is friendly. Deven/Manager helped w/printing paperwork & housekeeping for making the children's bed so cute!

The beds were comfortable. Very well lit parking and comfortable beds. No nosey management or anything like that. Hotel is a little dated and there was a crack on the shower wall and the shower faucet was leaky but none of those things affected my stay or nights rest. The 5 stars are not to say its a 5 star hotel. I am merely rating my experience, not the hotel. I trust that others will enjoy their stay and accommodations are good.

Front desk staff is really friendly and patient. Room is not bad, and place is convenient. You can grab some food around the hotel on foot. There are also bottles of water and snacks for you. Do not compare the hotel with 5 star hotel, in this price range, it is good.

I paid for this hotel through expedia it looked nice online and Chris informed me about the parking lot being under construction and there being limited parking however when I got there the hotel itself looked like a run down motel… people smoking in the parking lot sitting in their cars, doors to the hotel rooms open, I felt uncomfortable just being there and I had an ugly feeling about leaving my car parked there over night, and my room had a strong smell to it… I ended up turning in the key and going down the street to a different hotel Chris was very nice and assured he would take care of us however the girl in the front didn't have the same attitude and she told me prior to me leaving " you won't be getting any of your money back" I'm only giving this place 2 stars cause of Chris being very professional and nice.

Location conviniently located near frwy shopping and resturants. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Great budget hotel with convenient amenities. I would say if they could include Hair dryers and more wall outlets in the rooms, I'd definitely give a 5 star! (PS also better pillows! )

Pretty sure they stole my wallet. Left the hotel to check something. Realized I didn't bring my wallet with me because the last place I had it was putting the key card init wall inside the hotel room. Call the front desk. They said they didn't find anything and that they had already rented out my room again even though I was supposed to have that room till 11 a. M. The next day paid for. Sounds extremely CD and pretty sure housekeeping just kept my wallet.

This is the best mini vacation for me and my family. Everything was so close to get to. The room was very clean and the indoor pool was perfect for the and my granddaughter the price for the room perfect. I highly recommend the days inn and suite. I wish I could stay longer. I am from lrving tx. Thank you.

This is an outdated hotel so don't expect anything high frills or uppity. Rooms are decent. I liked the nice firm beds however, they only provide throw size pillows so luckily I brought my own. A/C was very cold! Water pressure in shower was great. The grounds were decent and well maintained. Indoor pool was good for the kids. We didn't try the free breakfast, just to many carbs. Our best convenience is that it is so close to the hospital our kids were in. We will definitely stay again.

The staff and management have been great! We originally had a second floor room booked. My wife hurt her foot before we left. The manager immediately upgraded our room to a first floor with a king size bed. It seems to be a quiet area. If we return, it will be to this hotel.

This hotel was decent. Only stayed for one night, but had no major problems. The people working in the lobby were helpful over the phone and with check in. Breakfast was very basic, but the waffle maker is nice. Our one problem was finding hairs on the counter in our room. For the price, I was expecting slightly better, but overall not a terrible experience.

Hotel was good. Centrally located between Houston n Galveston. Lots of places to eat around hotel area within a couple minutes away. Rooms were good n breakfast is good. Nothing fancy. But a good bed, roof over your head. Best part was indoor pool. Rain or shine, you can swim since its only indoor access.

Super convenient location in Webster and exceedingly friendly staff.

I am currently staying at this hotel on a business trip and it is horrible. The bathroom is disgusting, bathtub doesn't look like it has been cleaned and grime all on the caulk. People outside are VERY loud. Staff is very nice and offered to move me to another room but where they wanted to move me did not look safe at all. When I arrived there was 3-4 guys standing at the back of the hotel. Did not look safe at all. Therefore I am stuck in a nasty room with loud people! Not happy at all!
