Great hotel, and accommodations. Joe and Judy are always pleasant to work with and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone all day any day.

This place is amazing. Staff is plight. Animal n kid friendly. Bfast is wonderful. Indoor pool n gym. Parking is easy rates are FANTASTIC and it is very clean. Manager Joe n his front desk are exceptional n plight n so accommodating. A++++++

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was neat and clean. Real comfy beds! Right next to all the major food places. Easy to get on to the highway to downtown. Real close to Stafford and Sugarland.

I really did enjoy the location of where this hotel was. The staff was friendly upon entry of the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you would have. We only spent one night there. The only thing I did not like was the fact that there was as it appears to be used conditioner from a prior occupant still in the bathroom. We later read that they are saving electric and water cost. This was also reasonably priced. I will go to this location again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially the manager Joe and Judy. They tried to help with everything we needed while staying there. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay there. My husband William and I stayed there for over 2 months. We have no complaints.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The breakfast was ok. Not your typical eggs, bacon, sausage and grits. The only hot food they had was waffles, biscuts and gravy. Everything else was cereal, danishes, bagels, boiled eggs, and you make your own oatmeal. Then they had of course juice, hot tea and coffee. The room we had was very spacious. I like the fact that they had built in storage cabinets in the restrooms. My tub was not clean when it was time to take a bath. It had someone else’s hair in the tub. When I notified the front desk they came to look at it and told me I could get it cleaned the next morning when the maids came in around 9 am. Luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies. For some reason there is a shortage of wash cloths to bathe with here. There was 4 people in my room and they only gave me 2 wash clothes. I was told twice they ran out. What kind of hotel runs out of towels especially those you bathe with? I tried going to the pool which was in another building beside the hotel with no a/c so the windows where open which left the pool area infested with mosquitoes. It’s safe to say I won’t be back.

My boyfriend & I have stayed at Sleep Inn a couple of times and everytime we’ve had zero problems. We love the front desk members Sheffa, Joe, and I forgot what the other young lady name was but she’s super sweet and attentive also! The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Wouldn’t ever have a problem staying here!

The manager was really nice, he price matched us for the price we had on our phones. The room was OK, neat and clean, however, the ac gas an kept running. It didn't have auto fan mode so it had to be complete off or stay on, and it was so noisy, ruined our sleep.

Only reason I can't give this 5 stars is the lady at the front desk when I checked in. I only thought these situations happened in comedy films but she was middle eastern and focused in on thinking I was Jewish. Not in a bad way but then talked about different races for about 5 minutes going through every stereotype known. Personally I just thought it was unprofessional but I'm sure she can run other people the wrong way. Hopefully it's just a one time experience.

Good I liked the pool indoor.

First off, I'd like to say that I usually only use my time to leave good reviews and let the bad roll off my shoulder. That should show how bothered I am. My family and I have stayed in this hotel for a month straight and had overlooked many things but this is the last straw. They have an employee there who has been smug and rude on several occasions but this is the most recent event. My husband told me that he asked her if he could change the channel in the dining area from CNN to something else. Apparently, this prompted her to get into a political debate that ended in her saying to him "Shut up and go to your room! ". Another example of her unprofessional behavior is when I tried to make change with the coke machine so that I would have quarters for laundry. When I put in my dollar and pressed the "coin return" button it made a noise but nothing came out. So I went downstairs to let her know and she just gave me change for a dollar I handed her but not the one from the coke machine. I thought she just didn't understand so I nicely explained to her again what happened. She just stood there and stared at me like she still didn't understand so I kept trying to explain in a polite manner because at this point I thought she was not understanding my english. I held up two fingers and said. "I had 2 dollars, I put one in the machine and pressed 'coin return' but nothing came out.

First room they gave us stunk like kush, next room was fine. Breakfast was good, pastries, waffles, yogurt, ect. Pool was colddddd… it was inside but not heated. 2 windows were missing so cold air blew in.

Amazing room service. One of the best hotel I have spent a night at. It was Extremely clean with ample amount of breakfast during the breakfast hours. 5 star hotel.

Has good breakfast, egg, sausage, cereal, muffins, and waffles. The stay itself was good, quiet, and comfortable. I recommend it!

Great beds but pool is not heated even though it is covered and found long black hair all over our room.

The hotel was an amazing experience, I hardly had any problems with staff or the room. The room was stunning with the cleanness. The staff made it feel like we never left home with a warming welcome and warm departure. We have stayed at other hotels too but in comparison to other hotels the breakfast menu and the experience was very pleasant. This Hotel had an ample amount of variety for breakfast and the staff was really friendly to adjust to our needs for breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel to our other friends, whenever they want to travel. The prices were excellent too. It is not worth paying an arm and leg for Hilton hotels where as you can have amazing experience at this Sleep inn Location. The hotel gave me a warm welcome and if I ever plan a trip to Houston, this will be the hotel I will stay at.

I stayed here last year and Judy was awful! I paid for all 4 nights on day one! My key never work! Every time Judy was there, my key did not work! I had to go all the way back to the front desk and have the key reprogrammed! Judy says that I have to keep the key from other credit card! I told her I keep the key in the sleeve it came in from the other credit cards! Wednesday morning Judy was not there and I didn’t have any problems when I went to the gym and returned, my key worked! The my last night, Judy called me while I was at work to tell me that I checked myself out early n I would be charged an early check out fee! WHY? I had already paid for all nights up front! She wanted permission to rebill my credit card or they would throw out my things; clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc! When I got off work at 11:30pm and asked for Judy she would not come out! This is the same Judy who had just called an hour before to get my credit card info and now she won’t come out and talk to me face to face! The next morning, Friday, the manager Jose was there and I spoke to him. He refunded the “fee” but could not give an explanation of why Judy would treat a guest this way! He said that the matter was under investigation but to this day, no apology from Judy and no explanation! DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF U SEE JUDY! I ended up canceling that credit card!

The sleep inn on alpine dr. Is one of a kind, w/excellent service. Since my stay I have always came back. They have the perfect pillow top beds and the cleanliness to go with it. Nobody does it quite like these guys.

Large, clean rooms with decent amenities and nice bathrooms. We stayed in a suite and the room was very large. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was barely suitable for our 3 year old-she complained about it being uncomfortable and she was right. The bathroom was large and clean. The housekeeping staff were super friendly. Breakfast was free and your typical budget hotel spread: cereal, bread, waffles, apples, oranges, yogurt, and weak coffee. The pool is enclosed, large, and nice. The business and fitness centers are tiny. Overall, a good value.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and it was less expensive than comparable hotels in the area.

My wife and I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Sugar Land and we were bitten by bed bugs. Yes Bed Bugs you have been warned stay away. There are plenty of hotels for the same price. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. Bed Bugs and an old mattress for a hundred dollars. What a deal.

I'll try and not ramble. The room is nice and big and it does have comfy beds, but the blanket is thin. The furniture is very cheap, our nightstand had tape on one side to keep it together. There where a few big (what looked like coffee) stains on the carpet. The bathroom was a nice size but had that old bathroom smell. The lady at the front desk was very rude on two separate occasions. She was rude to my friend when she was checking in. Then I went back to ask a question later and she was still rude. Next time I'll just pay more for a better hotel instead of staying here.

The Indian female receptionist is very disrespectful. They won't clean your room once you have checked in and won't pick up your trash if you leave it outside the door. Their breakfast is horrible and cheap. The Wi-Fi doesn't work and when it does is really slow. Their A/C will give you headaches. Will never stay here again. When I sent my son to complain to the receptionist about the Wi-Fi, her response was "I do not know what is wrong with YOU people. I am just going to tolerate you until you leave. "

Great place to stay breakfast was excellent, Clean Comfortable room Great price… Staff was AWESOME… The night we stayed they even feed us dinner…

Very very clean property, lobby, dining room, pool, rooms… especially beds very comfortable matress, bedding clean and cool. Staff looked fearfull when I asked for towels. Serving girl at dining was on her cell phone and never made contact or smiled. Desk clerks friendly and greeting pleasant. Over all. Absolutely 5* hotel. Reccommend. And definitely returning.

Rooms are good. Breakfast is free. They have a fitness room but it's too small. Good thing is they have comparatively low rates and is at convenient location.

This place is a horrible place to stay. The staff has bad customer service starting from the manager to the maids to the Owner. But there is one young lady that does an outstanding job and they all should learn from her. Her name is Audrea. Lets start with the manager Joe he acts like he's trying to help when actually he is trying to get more money out of you. He also took the last of my money after I paid for another day and put me my dog and my brother out, called the police and filed a criminal tresspassing on us after being there for almost 3 weeks without no problem. I dont know if he is racist but he always had something to say when it came to us. But yes he took my money and had us put out. He said the owner aproved it. Also house keeping sucks bad I was told they had 15 minutes to clean your room and you had to leave out when they did. She would half clean you couldnt smell any kind of chemical nor would she wipe anything down. I never complain because I dont want to make peoples job harder than what it is. Chante and the lady that makes breakfast in the morning have horrible customer service. They dont speaking in the morning and its like they turn their nosd up at you. Ms. Chante is always sleeping while she is working. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have medical appointments in Houston every 3 months. We always stay at this hotel because of its location and service from the hotel staff.

Nice and clean. New carpet, near to few good places to eat.

The hotel is in good location next to restaurants and gas stations. The room was decent size. My room had old shoe boxes stacked in the corners and no toilet paper on rolls. Both nights I stayed there, I had no hot eater. Staff was asleep on couch in lobby one night I came back.

July 12, 2015 @ 4:30 pm due to one of the other hotels recommended this place because they were no rooms available. A young lady picked up did not say her name. I asked for a rate, she said we don't give that out and hung up on me. I called again and she would pick up and hang up. I ask the hotel I was in that did not have rooms available to call them for me. But again the lady at Sleep Inn & Suites would pick up and keep hanging up on them too. I finally called that night @ 12am and asked for the lady that worked @ 4pm. She gave the name (Judy) which Judy was the one that would keep hanging up the phone when someone calls. Very disrespectful. I also asked for the managers name who is (Demetrius). It did bother me that any type of business, business owners & managers would allow this kind of behaviour @ their property. Of course I will never call this place again.

Excellent place to stop for the, hwy 59 is close by and plenty of restaurants close by. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. Over all good value for the price. I will definitely stay at here again and recommend this to anyone whether you are on business or taking a trip with your family.

Wi-Fi is weak. For the price they charge, the rooms are small and the refrigerator is hardly big enough to qualify as a mini-fridge. Walls are thin. Could go on. But price is a bit high for the lack of amenities/quality.

Room is good, breakfast is ok (not so great if you spend three weeks there like I have), Wi-Fi sucks for business use like I needed it for.

I stay here every time I come to Houston, great stuff, coffee and breakfast in the morning is always good.

Bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider while in my room at this hotel requiring a nine day hospital stay. Hotel at first offered to pay for medical expenses, but when they learned how serious the condition was they backed out. Even charged the daily room rate to me while I was in the hospital. beware, to many hotels in houston to choose from. do not stay at this one.

This hotel surprised me it's pretty nice. The bed is a little uncomfortable but other then that is was pretty good for its price point. The breakfast could be better but it did the job. The staff was plenty helpful also.

I booked a meeting room here. Then they call me an hour before my meeting was scheduled to tell me that they double booked me. They had the nerve to tell me that I could have my meeting in the hotel lobby. You're kidding me right? I had to scramble to call every other hotel in the area to find another meeting room, everything else was booked in the area except la quinta. It was ghetto, but what else could I do? Thanks sleep inn.

Because I've been disappointed with this chain's — Choice Hotels — hotels in this part of the country recently. My number one complaint is windows that won't open and very bad ventilation systems, but this place is excellent in all respects. They even had a free wine and snack bar in the evening.
