Fantastic hotel, dinner and drinks Monday thru Wednesday is pretty good. The staff was very nice and I didn't have any issues during my stay.

Very convenient location for my work trip. Nice area with parks, stores, restaurants and a movie theater, and convenient to the interstate. Many of the doors seem to stick a little, but the dinners were good and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained.

The hotel is very clean and easy to access. Stephanie the general manager and Tri extremely helpful, and respond to your concern or need immediately. I travel often and this hotel has the breakfast whether you like it hot or cold the options are good and the coffee is terrific. The perk I like is the evening dinner they serve three nights a week. Great place to stay.

Great staff and the rooms were clean. I was here on business and the kitchenettes were awesome to have!

Hotel is clean and close to shops and cinemas and reasonably priced! The staff were competent and professional. Theres a movie theatre in the hotel too for guests. Continental breakfast and weeknight dinners were delicious! Overall really great experience!

The service was excellent. The staff was professional and courteous during the visit. The ambiance was very quaint. My experience was very satisfying. The event I was attending was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would condsider and event here as well.

This hotel DOES NOT deserve a 3 1/2 star rating. THEY DIDNT change the sheets when we ask them to. We left the room so this could be done. After we came back 5 hours later, we ask the person at the front desk why our room was not cleaned. She said we had to wait for someone to come and do this because they DIDNOT do this daily. Then they said that a DONOT DISTURBED sign was on the door. It was not! So we had to wait again to get our bed made. This was very inconvenient for us. We will not stay here again. They do not deserve the 3 1/2 star rating. It should be 2 stars.

Completely amazing! Accommodations are suitable for the entire family. Staff was awesome, clean efficient rooms with more than we expected. Came for the weekend and totally enjoyed our stay as you can tell!

The hotel was good, with friendly service and spacious room. No complaints with the room or stay but one negative point — there was a very weird odor/smell everywhere — elevators, hallway, lobby etc. Rest everything was fine. Breakfast was nice with many options as well.

My stay at Staybridge Suites Sugarland was Great! All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I stayed there 2 nights while attending business meetings and didn't want to leave! The complimentary social M-W with free dinner beer or wine is also a really great addition coupled with complimentary breakfast with a great selection of items to get your day started. My wife and son also really enjoyed staying in this hotel. This will be our go to away from home accomodations anytime we visit the area. Looking for comfortable lodging with friendly staff? This is your spot! Worth the rate (which actually was pretty good too! )

Love this place! Very clean and polite staff.

The place is beautiful. If I have to be honest, some of the people at the front desk could use better training with how to make guests feel comfortable (I, as well as others, often get this feeling like we're disliked b y them based on how they look at us and their tone when dealing with guests; I think it is both a personal issue on the workers' part as well as a training issue, but I am merely seeing the guest side of it so it's important to remember that). The maids are all so sweet, and the food is always delicious, and it's always so clean.

The staff is very friendly and eager to help. This location is pet friendly and I take my dog almost everywhere I go. They have a groovy little social hour from 5:30pm to 7:30 with more than enough decent food and drinks. This is my new hotel of choice when traveling in this area.

The bed slept so good. The room was like an apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff very helpful.

Very good, comforting, clean, quite and home like. The hotel staff are very hospitable too. Restaurants, shopping centers, movie theater, Walmart, Walgreens and mall within 5 miles of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I am a very hard to please person.

The hotel is in a retail area, but a bit quiet because it is behind a strip mall and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is fine. It seems clean, but only at the surface. If you look closer, the rooms appear dirty, the halls and elevator always have garbage lying around and there's only "lite" housekeeping services (which means only towels are changed and they make the bed). The breakfast is average and barely warmed, but it rotated, so there is some variety each day. For just a couple dollars more there are much better options in SW Houston.

Hotel and staff were great, but the noisey neighbors across the hall were horrible at night. Kids or adults slamming door and running down the hall constantly!

We were very pleased with the accommodations Staybridge offered. The location is great, as it is situated close to shopping and eateries. The hotel does take a little navigation to get into the area it is nestled in. The hotel is very clean, organized, and maintained, and the rooms are modern offering; usb charging station throughout, internet access, and upgraded beds and furniture. This location offers a well outfitted workout room, theater room, pool, and grilling area. There is a pantry located in the lobby for basic needs, and the hotel offers a very nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is well lit and does have a live security guard patrolling. Our stay was pleasant, and we will be staying with Staybridge in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Staybridge Suites. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are well kept, the beds are good, and the service overall is excellent. The channel lineup for the TV is one of the best I have seen in comparison to other hotels; however, the Internet may not be as good. Regardless, it's an amazing hotel!

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. Comfortable room with added extras like the "social hour. " The hotel goes outta the way to provide its guests with free drinks and eats for a time to socialize with other guests.
Hotel it located southwest of Houston with easy access to the city, as well as numerous nearby restaurants, a Walmart, and pubs.
I would recommend this hotel to my mother.

Like: close to highway and shopping center but no noise nuisance. Free parking. Decent fitness room with dumbbells, cable machine, and treadmill. Dislike: room has appearance of rundown, nonchalant front desk person. Doesn't feel as new and clean as the one off I-10. Equipments in fitness room look a bit dated. Room has old room musty smell. Slow Wi-Fi.

Loved it. It was my home away from home for a month. Great breakfast everyday. Dinner was delicious. Free wine and beer on some days. Great friendly staff. Always clean.

All has gone well. Had an early morning and was able to grab some fruit to take for breakfast. Room was nice temperature. Nice pillow selection. Room was well cared for.

I stayed for 4 nights, I really enjoyed it. Their stuff is the best. The owner was turning around, and down to earth. Stephaney F. D. Manager, is the definition of hospitality. Breakfast was very good and healthy, Maria at the kitchen, making it even better by providing everyone with their extra needs, plus the cleanliness and professionalism. I felt spoiled and at home.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only real complaint was that if you want to use the fitness center for anything besides cardio, there isn't much there. Some of the lower weights were missing, and there were only dumbells and one machine that did a few things.

Fair place and reasonable price. The main issue is the rooms smell. As you know cooking smell.

Loved the layout, and stylings of the room. Looks recently updated or built. Breakfast was worth waking up for with plenty of eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, waffels and juice. Enjoyed the frech toast the one morning. Also took advantage of the evening dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Wine/beer fountain drinks available. Bed was very soft but not unsupportive. Kitchen was very convenient and I wished we would have used it more.

This place is awesome large rooms for our large family was very comfortable, loved the complimentary hot breakfast and friendly staff! I will definitely go back it sure makes you feel like home.

The location was great are king suit was nice as well. The lady working the front desk was nice but I had reservations and upon check in. She stopped helping us and answered the phone and started looking for a room for who ever was on the phone while my family waited. So 3 stars instead of 4 I would stay here again though and would recommend it. The location is close to alot of activities.

The location is perfect since it not too close to the highway. Plenty of parking spaces. Typically in an extended stay hotels, the room is designed like a studio apartment where the bedroom is separated from the living room and kitchen, this one is just one big room. Other than the layout, the hotel is nice and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We are visiting the area for thanksgiving to be with family. We had not chose this hotel at first, we were across the interstate at the La Quinta Inn but those rooms were horrible. I travel a lot and have never heard nor stayed at a Staybridge but I will stay here again. The staff is so friendly and try to accommodate all of your needs.

I am impressed with this place. Very very courteous and helpful staff! Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Hotel is decent/ clean to start with the first day. Room service is minimal (taking out trash and replacing towel) and they try to avoid doing this as well. Customer service is very poor. I would avoid staying again in the fiture for this reason. They have good breakfast (but is the same every day) and free laundry.

Very good hotel, and would stay here again. They need to fix the outside lighting that very bright and is directed directly at the rooms.

Im currently staying here right now, Im here for a job training. This place is GREAT! clean, great food, and helpful front desk people. Breakfast is great and I Iove their happy hours on week days only 530 to 730PM. I will come here if Ill ever gonna come down to Sugarland TX.
