They committed fraud. They processed a refund and gave me a receipt then went and used my credit card without my
authorization and removed the refund!
Stayed there for a few days and had to change rooms because there was no internet and bad service.
Management was very rude. The supposed "owner" lied and was not accommodating at all. I asked before going there
if they had good internet and clean rooms. They said it was "the best"
Although not American, employees were very discriminating in their behavior and attitude.
The worst of all discrimination when nonwhites, non-American behave badly and discriminate against everybody
Asked to speak to the owner or manager and employee refused and lied saying he's the owner. It's obvious he's not anything like that.
